This community empowerment activity aims to identify optimal use of riverbank land through developing street vendor businesses (angkringan), empowerment focusing on social initiative programs and entrepreneurial training. The methods used to empower angkringan traders include field visits (observations), focus group discussions, and outreach, the activities of which begin with an analysis of land potential along the riverbanks in Sampangan Village. The activity partners are street vendors (angkringan) located around the banks of the Sampangan river, consisting of three groups, namely a group of immigrants, a group of housewives and a group of youth who manage modern angkringan businesses. The results of empowerment for angkringan traders were identified, among others, by carrying out social initiatives, namely entrepreneurship training which covers three main aspects, including marketing, financial management and product development.

Quarantine is a system of preventing the entry, exit, and spread of quarantined animal pests and diseases, as well as supervision and control of food safety and food quality, feed safety and feed quality, Genetic Engineering products, Genetic Resources, Biological Agents, Invasive Foreign Species, Wild Plants and Animals, and Rare Animals that are introduced into, spread from one area to another area, and removed from the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. To maintain, protect, and improve the quality of animal/livestock resources, animal/livestock health, animal welfare, and the provision of safe, healthy, whole, and halal (ASUH) food of animal origin, as well as maintaining peace or eliminating/preventing public unrest, it is necessary to provide guidance, regulation, control, and supervision of livestock businesses and animal health services. To create a conducive business climate and legal certainty in animal husbandry and animal health, it is necessary to regulate the mechanisms and procedures for licensing livestock and animal health businesses in the regions. The problem faced by the Batam Class I Agricultural Quarantine Center is caused by cows entering Batam Island that do not have an entry permit and are not by Law Number 21 of 2019, which states that every entry or release must be carried out through a designated Place of Entry and Place of Expenditure.

So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. In the era of digital technology has changed the human way of life communicate, act, and make decisions. Marketing activities were not separated from influence of digital technology. The development of franchise businesses in the field of f&b is a form of human innovation and creativity as we live in modern times and this has led to high competition. This competition makes business actors implement marketing strategies with the aim of attracting consumers through purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions for Mixue beverage products in the Mojosari branch. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data collection method used online questionnaires and used data processing tools in the form of IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that marketing mix and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mixue outlets Mojosari branch.

In this era, all companies are competing to develop their respective businesses so they can compete. The most effective way of developing a business is by maximizing the management of existing resources, and the resource that has the most important role, namely human resources. Companies can maximize the management of their human resources so that they can produce a maximum performance. There are several things that can affect performance, namely the work environment, work discipline and work motivation. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at UD. Eko Plastik. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to UD. Eko Plastik employees. The population in this study are all employees of UD. Eko Plastik. The sample of this research was 250 people using saturated sample technique. The data analysis technique uses SEMPLS with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this reseacrh are that the work environment has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation, work discipline has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation, the work environment has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation, work discipline has an indirect positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.

The growing subsector of the food and beverage industry, including the highly competitive restaurant industry, highlights the importance of research in maintaining businesses and increasing customer loyalty in this sector. The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediator in Fun House Resto. The method used is the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique with descriptive and quantitative analysis. The sample used was 100 respondents using purposive sampling method in determining the respondents. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a direct positive effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through mediation of customer satisfaction. These results indicate that Fun House Resto should consider maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction in ensuring customer loyalty. Furthermore, as part of their efforts to maintain customer loyalty, they should also consider other factors such as product quality, facilities, prices, and others.

The aim of this publication is to clarify the legal relationship between parties involved in peer-to-peer lending as well as legal protection in the event of default. This research uses a method known as normative legal research or library law research, where secondary data or library materials are used as source material. In addition, this page explains in general the P2P lending model, rules, P2P lending arrangements in Indonesia, and consumer legal protection. Based on this research, it is known that the parties involved in P2P lending have power relations, loan agreements, and cooperation agreements. Depending on the cause of default, the lender or P2P Lending provider may be liable for default risk. Although illegal P2P lending is not subject to OJK regulations, legal P2P lending businesses are regulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and must comply with OJK regulations. Subjective terms are violated by loan agreements signed through illegal P2P Lending, allowing requests for cancellation in court.

Current technological developments can develop very rapidly and this causes changes in people's lifestyles. With the presence of the internet, not only marketing- based businesses but also developing online transportation services such as Grab, which provides online transportation services to consumers. This needs to be considered as a service provider to maintain the loyalty of service users. This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on e-loyalty through customer satisfaction on users of grab transportation services. This research was conducted in the community in the district Kecamatan Pandaan who uses grab transportation services in 2023. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire which is distributed online via Google Form. The selection of the sample used in the study was 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method, which is a sampling technique in which the people selected as samples are in accordance with the purpose of conducting research on data management, this research was conducted using the path analysis method (Path Analysis). Based on the results of this study it can be seen that e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e- loyalty, there is no significant relationship between e-trust directly to e-loyalty, and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty

This study investigates the relationship between employee performance, training, and human resource development at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV in Makassar City. The study reveals findings with major significance for organizational improvement through meticulous data analysis and statistical evaluation. The research conclusively shows a link between employee performance and training. Statistics highlight the crucial influence that training plays in improving employee skills and work effectiveness. These findings support the constancy of this correlation by being in line with earlier studies. It advances our knowledge of organizational behavior and performance dynamics by clarifying the relationship between training and employee performance. The study's findings are insightful for businesses looking to maximize staff productivity through strategic training and human resource development programs. It acts as a manual for businesses hoping to use training to boost productivity and encourage staff development.

In Indonesia, more and more individuals are doing business activities. Business is an activity carried out by one individual. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses engaged in trade, which involve entrepreneurial activities. UMKM Kitchen Keyra is one of the businesses engaged in the field of food that is easy to develop, which is located on Jalan Kebonagung Village, Kec. Kab. Castle Mojokerto. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, to determine the effect of corporate image on customer satisfaction and to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction. This study uses quantitative methods, with a sample of 100 respondents with the help of IBM SPSS version 25. The results show that product quality variable (X1) partially and significantly influences consumer satisfaction (Y) with t count 7.801 > 1.98498 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, service quality (X2) has a partial and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with t count 2.531 > 1.98498 and a sig value of 0.013 <0.05, and corporate image (X3) has a partial and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with t count 16.567 > 1.98498 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, while simultaneously product quality (X1), service quality (X2) and corporate image (X3) have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction ( Y) Keyra Kitchen SMEs with f count 292.834 > 2.70 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05

The purpose of this qualitative research is to determine the types of language variety in the Tiktok content "Different Beginners Making Content Vs. Already 1 Year by Victoriawong" and to analyze the content design. After downloading videos from tiktok Victoriawong, data collection techniques are used to listen, record, identify, and classify. The purpose of this study is to analyze the design and describe the variety of languages used by content creators. Based on the results of an analysis of the variety of languages in Beda content, Beginners create Content Vs. It's been 1 year by Victoriawong, the most widely used is colloquial language with a percentage of 37% of the 10 words that contain colloquial language. The second highest percentage is journalistic variety 14.8%, spoken variety 14.8%, casual language, 14.8% of each of the 4 words that the researcher gets. The least presentation, namely the variety of formalities, is 11.1% of the 3 words. And the variety of languages that are not included in this content are the variety of dialects and the variety of businesses.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact that information asymmetry and profitability have on profit management for companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between the years 2016 and 2020. Previous research on the subject of profit management has produced contradictory findings. As a result, the idea about profit management requires more investigation so that it may be retested. Within the consumer products industry sub-sector, this research focused on 53 different businesses as its population. The type of sampling that was used was known as purposive sampling, and as a result, 22 sample firms were acquired for a period of observation spanning five years (2016-2020) and included 86 observations. The information used in the study was collected by downloading sample company files from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The methods of descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis are used in the process of analysing the data. The initial step in the process of analysing the data is doing descriptive statistics. Next comes the testing of classical assumptions, followed by multiple regression analysis, and finally hypothesis testing. The findings of this research indicate, even if only in part, that Profitability is the sole factor that significantly influences profit management. There is no impact on the management of profits caused by information asymmetry. The findings of this research demonstrate that there is a correlation between information asymmetry and profitability, both of which have a substantial impact on profit management.

The Joint Business Group (KUBE) is one of the government's efforts to alleviate poverty by providing assistance to KUBE members to develop businesses in groups. The purpose of this service is to provide KUBE members with an understanding of packaging and marketing strategies so that KUBE can progress and prosper its members. The implementation method is carried out through coordination with village/pekon officials to move the location and time of service. Furthermore, community service activities were carried out at KUBE Tunas Mandiri Pekon Pasir Carving, Pagelaran District, Pringsewu, Lampung with requests for direct materials/ lectures and practice. The result of this activity is that participants gain knowledge related to product packaging and also marketing by utilizing market places and social media.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the global and local economy. However, they are often faced with various challenges that affect the growth and sustainability of their business. One of the main issues faced by MSMEs in Plosokerep Village, Blitar City is limited access to markets, especially in an era where digital technology dominates almost every aspect of life. The main focus of this community service activity is to help MSMEs in Plosokerep Village to have increased knowledge and skills in conducting digital marketing. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide awareness and understanding of MSMEs regarding the potential of digital marketing, increase the visibility and reach of the MSMEs market, and increase the competitiveness and income of MSMEs. The results of the assistance that has been carried out are in the form of creating website accounts, marketplaces and social media, and catalogs for MSME businesses in Plosokerep Village. This activity also had a significant positive impact on the achievement of the 8th Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the village level, namely inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

This research analyzes the potential for collaboration with graphic design platform Canva to generate promotional advantages for local businesses in the digital era and their impact on local economic growth. Amidst dynamic changes in consumer behavior and marketing trends, promotion is the key to local business success. Canva offers a solution for creating visually appealing content with minimal design skills, making it relevant for users of all backgrounds. This research deepens the understanding of the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, increased brand visibility, and higher audience engagement through the use of Canva. However, this research also considers the limitations in using this platform, including the risk of uniform content that is less unique. The practical implications of this research are to guide local businesses in designing more effective promotions through the Canva platform, increasing interaction with consumers, and contributing to local economic growth. With a focus on the Canva collaboration, this research provides insight into how this graphic design platform can become a strategic tool in achieving business promotion and development goals in the digital age.

Efforts to improve the Indonesian economy are important, because Indonesia has great economic potential. Because if the economy increases, the standard of living and conditions of society will also increase. The purpose of this study was to find out how the business feasibility of small tempe chip industries in Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. The informants in this study were the owners of a small tempe chip industry in Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. The number of informants in this study were 6 small business owners of tempeh chips. Research on small industrial enterprises uses analytical methods including ROI, R/C, and B/C. The method of data collection was carried out using editing and tabulation techniques. For the results of the research that has been done, it shows that the average cost of production incurred by the small tempe chip industry in Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is Rp. 15,065,971/month, while the average income in the small tempe chip industry is IDR 42,666,667. the average result of the feasibility analysis of small tempe chip industry businesses in Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency in one month of production is that the ROI is declared feasible because a result of 3.84% is said to be feasible because ROI > 1. On average the results of R/C on business feasibility that is equal to 3.90 R/C ratio is said to be feasible. Whereas for the average B/C ratio analysis method, it is obtained at 2.01, so the business is feasible to run because B/C> 1.

In the digital era, the role of information technology in facilitating services has presented both challenges and opportunities for businesses seeking to provide exceptional customer service. To remain competitive and maintain customer satisfaction, businesses need to implement technology in the form of service management and customer management information systems. Using technology, community service endeavors aim to establish a service management information system and consumer management. For employees and clients, assistance is provided through technology transfer, socialization, training, and technical support. The outcomes of this assistance indicate advancements in consumer data management and the implementation of more effective technology. The PKM implementation team at INSTIKI discovered that active participation from partners and customers contributed to the success of the program. Partner participation helps identify actual needs and issues in the use of information systems, enabling mentoring programs to be tailored to user requirements and optimize service quality in the digital era.

The development of information technology, in terms of the internet is increasing and increasingly making people feel more comfortable to carry out various activities. The transportation business is also not spared from advances in internet technology. Online motorcycle taxis and taxis are a business opportunity that takes advantage of the development of internet technology. Traditional motorcycle taxis and taxis can only be found at the base or contacted by telephone. However, the current access can be accessed using an Android-based application. The emergence of transportation businesses such as Go-jek, Grab, Maxim and Indriver is proof that information technology has also penetrated into public transportation. The type of research used is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population in this study were 100 Go-ride service users in Solo Raya. The data collection technique used is questionnaire using the Linkert scale. The conclusions of this study are (1) There is a significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction, (2) There is no significant influence between brand image on customer satisfaction, (3) There is a significant influence between price perceptions on customer satisfaction, (4) Simultaneously service quality, brand image and price perceptions have an effect on customer satisfaction.

Organizations, institutions or businesses that have implemented an automated management system for all their administrative functions have also been encouraged to continue to do so by developing an information management system that integrates with or links to other components. Systems for managing information then help businesses integrate their own information, improve the quality of information they have access to, manage it effectively, and accelerate information processing so that routine tasks can be automated and innovated into business products that improve services and workflows. In this case, it can be said that management information systems and the technological capabilities they support have the potential to bring about significant changes in the economic and management fields.
