The aim of this community service activity is to provide an explanation to students regarding the criminal provisions in Law no. 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography and building positive perceptions and behavior of students related to pornography issues. Pornography is prohibited in the law, intended as a way to prevent the younger generation, including students, from doing things that are prohibited in the law. In theory, this idea is supported by von Fuerbach's theory of psychological coercion, namely prohibitions and threats. Criminal law will prevent people from committing acts that are prohibited by law. The method used in this service activity is the lecture method by opening up space for discussion. The results of community service showed that based on the explanation given to the students who were the target of this activity, the majority of students were satisfied with the activity. With this activity, students became aware of how important the existence of a law is. Knowledge of criminal sanctions has influenced their psychology to obey the law. Thus, the theory of psychological coercion states that the existence of criminal sanctions in the law has influenced the psychology of members of society so that they are prevented from committing crimes. The aim of this community service is to identify the problems of the partner, Copper Crafts Muda Tama Gallery, Tumang, Boyolali and provide scientific solutions. The service team identified that the number of craftsmen was starting to decline due to the tendency of the younger generation to prefer to pursue business as marketers. The team uses the extension method to share knowledge with partner communities. The aim of this research is to determine the office equipment at PT Pertamina Kota Central Jakarta which includes the various equipment used and the condition of the equipment. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. The subjects of this research are four employees of PT Pertamina Kota Central Jakarta in the accounting, general and service departments. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research and articles related to research. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the PT Pertamina City Central Jakarta office has equipped various types of equipment ranging from computers, printers, photocopy machines, telephones, and small equipment such as hvs paper, pens. With all the machine equipment, there are only a few pieces of equipment that are damaged, such as computers and printers, this can have an impact on employee performance. Apart from that, complete office equipment also really supports employee comfort in working, not only employees but also every guest or member of the public who visits will feel comfortable too.

Reformasi birokrasi yang dilakukan di Indonesia sejak era orde lama hingga kini terus berkembang, semakin berkembangnya Pola kinerja aparat yang mengikuti perkembangan zaman tentu diikuti dengan perkembangan masalah yang jauh lebih kompleks, tanpa dibekali dengan pengaturan dan daya integritas yang tinggi maka kehendak pribadi dari setiap aparat dapat menjadi boomerang dan berakibat pada munculnya Maladministrasi, baik dalam penyalahgunaan wewenang hingga prilaku yang merugikan instansi kenegaraan itu sendiri. Seiring perkembangannya, ombudsman sendiri masih banyak yang belum menyadari eksistensi dan perannya sebagai pengawas pelayanan publik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dasar hukum dan peran dari ombudsman dalam melakukan pengawasan pelayanan publik dan bagaimana melihat eksistensi dari ombudsman melalui studi kasus. Metode penilitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Kesimpulannya bahwa dapat dilakukan peningkatan kinerja dari ombudsman sebab ombudsman sendiri sudah difasilitasi dengan kewenangan dalam pengawasan pelayanan publik yang sangat luas. Selain itu, dengan adanya penyelesaian konkrit dari permasalahan pelayanan publik, ombudsman dapat menunjukan eksistensi serta perannya.

The aim of this research is to find out how the basic price of furniture production is determined and constrained by Islamic economics in Taman Rajo District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data types. The data collection technique in this research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researcher uses domain, textonomic and componential analysis. The results of the research explain that determining the basic price of furniture production according to Islamic economics in Taman Rajo District is carried out using several methods, including furniture business actors in Taman Rajo District determining or calculating the cost of raw materials used to produce furniture products. Business actors calculate labor costs which are calculated based on the results of the products produced and business actors calculate overhead costs which are costs incurred apart from raw material costs and labor costs in the production process. Obstacles in determining the basic price of furniture production according to Islamic Economics in Taman Rajo District include limited business capital which has an impact on determining production prices because the supply of raw materials is less affordable due to limited business capital for furniture business owners. Apart from that, the obstacle in determining the cost of production is that the strategic market target has not been achieved because the marketing strategy implemented by the business owner has not been maximized so that determining the cost of production is still based on the number of customers who order furniture products.

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Nita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran kinerja aparatur, beban kerja, dan pengembangan karir pada Desa di Kecamatan Nita Kabupaten Sikka; (2) menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja aparatur Desa di Kecamatan Nita Kabupaten Sikka baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Nita berjumlah 36 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji t  dan Uji F. Hasil  analisis  deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja Aparatur, Beban Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Beban Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaru signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Beban Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Aparatur. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Nita  sebesar 35,0%.

This community service aims to study and implement strategies for using social media in the promotion and marketing of sheep and goat farming businesses in Tenjo. This activity aims to help sheep and goat farmers in Tenjo increase the visibility and profitability of their business through the use of social media as an effective communication and promotional tool. The method used in this community service involves training, mentoring, and implementation in the use of social media such as Instagram as a platform for promotion and marketing of livestock products. Apart from that, training is also carried out regarding the creation of interesting and relevant content and social media management, for promotional effectiveness. The results of this service show that the use of social media has had a positive impact on the business of sheep and goat farmers in Tenjo. They succeeded in increasing the number of customers, sales and brand awareness through more targeted and effective promotional campaigns. In addition, social media is also a tool for building online communities between breeders and customers, increasing engagement and facilitating better communication. In the context of the ever-changing development of information and communication technology, this community service makes a real contribution to increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of sheep and goat farming businesses in Tenjo.

This research aims to determine the role of teaching assistance in the fourth generation campus teaching program in increasing student learning motivation, especially for seventh grade students in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere. Teaching assistance is one part of the Teaching Campus program of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) activities. This activity aims to empower students to help with the learning process in elementary and middle schools in various villages/cities, one of which is at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere which is in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. In this program, students are responsible for assisting the school in the teaching process, assisting with technology adaptation, and assisting with administration. Apart from that, students have a responsibility to improve students' morals and increase students' learning motivation and interest in learning while at school. The results of this research show that the role of teaching assistance plays a very important role in maintaining and growing students' learning motivation, especially in seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere. The results of this program are expected to be able to foster social sensitivity in students to hone their thinking skills. work together with teachers and students across fields of science to solve the problems they face.

Each airport definitely has its own concept or characteristics, as is the case with Banyuwangi airport which has an architectural concept, namely the green airport concept which has a facility concept that is different from others, especially in the buildings at the airport terminal. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether there is an influence of the concept of departure waiting room facilities on the interest of service users at Banyuwangi International Airport. Apart from that, it also aims to find out how much influence the concept of departure waiting room facilities has on the interest of service users at Banyuwangi International Airport. In this research there is one independent variable, namely the concept of waiting room facilities (X) and the dependent variable, namely service user interest (Y). This research is quantitative research because the main focus of this research is to find out how much influence the independent variable (X) has on the dependent variable (Y) that will be studied. The population includes passengers in the Banyuwangi airport departure waiting room and a sample of 30 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation, documentation and literature study. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis which is processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) For Windows release 22.0. The research results prove that there is a significant influence between the concept of departure waiting room facilities on the interest of service users at Banyuwangi International Airport. The t test results prove that it is 0.000 < 0.05, which means the significant value is smaller than 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.317 can be concluded that the concept of departure waiting room facilities influences service user interest by 31.7% while the remaining 68.3% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.

Hasil  analisis  deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja aparatur, kompetensi dan semanagat kerja dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kompetensi dan semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel kompetensi dan semangat kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Nita Kabupaten Sikka (Desa Nita, Desa Nitakloang, Desa Tebuk, dan Desa Lusitada)  sebesar 36,5%.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through case studies in conducting accident risk analysis in the pharamaceutical industry and to fully and deeply understand the procedures for implementing Occupational Health and Safety at PT X. the technique used in this research is through a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Nased on the results of questionnaires from employees, it was concluded that PT X had implemented Occupational Safety and Health (K3) procedures well. This is proven by the existence of socialization and training in Occupational Safety and Health procedures as an effort to protect all employees from the risk of accidents. The company also equips all employees with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to protect employees from the risk of work accidents. Apart from that regular monitoring and evaluation is also carried out, to ensure that the procedure is still suitable to be implemented. The work environment plays a role in the safety and health of workers. Worker attitudes and work procedures that have been implemented by all employees have a very important role in Occupational Safety and Health as an effort to minimize accidents.

Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia that grow and develop in society. Apart from having a role in Islamic religious education, Islamic boarding schools have a role in improving the economy. The business unit is a forum for Islamic boarding schools to be able to develop an independent economy and be able to provide welfare for teaching and education staff. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze business unit strategies in improving the welfare of teachers at the Al-Kinanah modern Islamic boarding school from a maqashid sharia perspective. The method used is qualitative with data collection methods using observation, interviews, documentation and strategic analysis through SWOT analysis. The informants in this research were Islamic boarding school secretaries, business unit managers and teachers. Based on the research results, it shows that the business unit's strategy is to involve teachers to contribute directly to the business unit. Meanwhile, teachers who work at the Al-Kinanah Islamic boarding school are already prosperous, because the indicators in maqasid sharia have been met. Gratitude is the key for teachers who work in Islamic boarding schools. The business unit's obstacles are the position of the canteen which is not strategic and the condition of the canteen room which is less supportive and adequate.
