Aging is a process of disappearing slowly the ability of the network to repair, replace itself and maintain its normal structure and function. In an effort to improve the health of the elderly effectively, it needs to be supported by adequate human resource skills where one of them is an elderly Posyandu cadre. After training for elderly cadres and posyandu and elderly gymnastics, it is expected that the performance of the elderly posyandu cadres can be optimized so that they can provide better health services to the elderly. Method: This activity uses the Community Empowering approach with the method of lecturing, discussion and demonstration and this activity is divided into three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Result: The formation of elderly cadres, increasing knowledge of the elderly, elderly posyandu and the implementation of elderly gymnastics. Conclusion: Training of elderly posyandu cadres and elderly gymnastics has been carried out well in the form of selection of elderly cadres, implementation of elderly posyandu, andelderly gymnastics through the provision of materials and training for elderly posyandu. It is expected that Puskesmas officers will always supervise and evaluate the elderly posyandu activities in Guwang Village, so that the elderly was monitored for their health conditions.

Pos Pelayanan Terpadu or Posyandu are Post of Integrated Service. Posyandu were an effort to empower the community to support health development, especially in improving community health status through reducing infant mortality. Posyandu activities in Guwang Sukawati Gianyar village are one of the public health services. However, each banjar is still very minimal in terms of organizing the posyandu because the cadres do not really understand how the activities of the good posyandu. The purpose of this activity is to establish a Posyandu cadre of toddlers who are able to provide optimal health services for children under five through the implementation of a toddler posyandu. Method: Training was carried out through Community Empowering, involving 35 people who were trained as cadres. The training results are analyzed qualitatively (based on observations and results ofdiscussion). Results: Based on the evaluation in the form of pretest and posttest, it was found that there was an increase in cadre knowledge, namely from 30% to 70%. Posyandu has been conducted in 7 Banjar in the Guwang Gianyar Village. Conclusion: The establishment of skilled and trained Posyandu toddlers and able to provide optimal health services for children under five through the implementation of toddlers posyandu

It is then the background for the author to take the title: "Overview of Consumer Protection Laws Against Illegal Import Chinese Cosmetic Products in Semarang".            Formulation The problem in this case is (1) How are monitoring has been done by the government (BBPOM) to consumer protection in the field of cosmetic products illegally imported Chinese in Semarang? How can these obstacles to the implementation of supervision BBPOM against illegal imports of Chinese cosmetic products in the protection of consumers in Semarang? How are the remedies that have been taken by the government BBPOM to consumer protection related to the circulation of illegal imports of Chinese cosmetics in the city of Semarang The method used in this research is the method of approach to examine the rules of the applicable law, whereas the specification of the research is analytic descriptive only portray the legislation in force linked and analyzed with the theories of jurisprudence and a keadaaanatau particular object in a factual and accurate, and the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that (1) Efforts to control the government has done (BBPOM) to consumer protection in the field of cosmetic products illegally imported Chinese in the city, carried out with the cooperation and coordination across relevant sectors, among others, by the District Government / City (Department of Health / Department of Industry / Department of Commerce), the National Police, as well as the Association as well as the role of the community. Stroke is the sudden death of brain tissue caused by the lack of oxygen due to the impaired blood supply. Patients with stroke need to be given strengthen joints therapy, one of them is 300 lateral incline positions. The purpose of this case study is to analyze the position in stroke patients after the intervention of mobilization exercise every 2 hours for 6 days in Cempaka ward of RS Pantiwilasa Ciratum Semarang. The type of this research is descriptive case study approach method. The subjects of this study are two stroke patients with good functional outcomes, where the score for Modified Rankin Scale is between 0-2, willing to be respondents, never received a lateral 30? lateral incline therapy. The immobilization analysis is done descriptively and measured by Braden scale. Hence, the result of the study is the decrease of the risk shows by the changing of risk scale from 10 to 13. The recommendation of the research is the need of nurse consistency in mobilization to prevent decubitus in stroke patients.

Depression is one form of psychiatric disorders in nature of feeling (affective or disorder) is characterized by melancholy, lethargy, feeling of no use, and despair. A nursing action that needs to be administered to patients with depression disorder with the provision of music therapy. Music therapy is a therapy that can improve the effects of analgesics, comfort effects that can reduce depression. Musik used with dangdut music fast rhythm. The purpose of this case study illustrates the changes in depression levels before and after the dangdut music therapy performed rapidly in the space Gatot Kaca RSJD Dr. Amino Gondhohutomo. This type of research is descriptive by using case study approach method. Subyek in this case study were two patients with mild to moderate depression, 18 to 20 years og age, and like dangdut music. Analysis was done descriptively and measured using an HRS-D scale assessment. The result of analysis after the music therapy dangdut fast rhythm for 4 times on subjects I and subjects II, showed that the occurrence of decreased depression rate with subjects I score 13 (mild depression) to 6 (normal) and subjects II 16 (moderate depression) to 12 (mild depression). Recommendations for nurse may continue nursing actions to lower dep levels.

This type of research is descriptive using a case study approach. Subjects in this study were two patients maternal post partum. The result of the analysis to subject 1 spending colostrum time this is 5.00 hours with fast   categori, while to subject  2  spending  colostrum  time  this  is  06.20  hours  with  low  categori.  Can  be concluded there oxytocin message effect on the time spending colostrum.nurse have to apply message oxytocin to the mother post partum to give colostrum on her baby soon after birth.

Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. This system records employee attendance in the form of a daily attendance list. It is used to store data - data needed to expedite the information system.With this system the data processing is expected to be more effective and efficient. Even searching for data will be easier. The purpose of this research is to design an employee attendance information system that is expected to help the company's performance especially in the Human Resources Field to be faster and more practical.

SAI APPAREL SEMARANG, the authors try to develop a system in accordance with the needs needed, namely by changing the data processing program inventory system (inventory) that is still using a manual system into a computerized inventory processing program (inventory) based on computerized programming language microsoft visual basic. This change aims to adjust the needs. The use of a computerized inventory system (inventory) in a company or office plays an important role. Because with the presence of a computerized system the data taken and made will be more precise and accurate, while the existing system at PT. SAI APPAREL SEMARANG still uses a manual system so reports that will be given to the leaders are slow.

Mranggen Demak State High School Library is a work unit formed with the decision of an authorized official to serve the needs of school residents to the books in Mranggen Demak State High School. In this school library the library management is still conventional by taking notes in the big books. Services to library members are ineffective and unsatisfactory because it takes a long time to find the books they will borrow on every bookshelf available and look at notes in the big books. The slow preparation of the report so that the development of the library is less attention. Seeing these conditions the author tries to provide alternatives by making applications that can facilitate data processing and improve the efficiency of time and cost that has been in the school library. At this writing, the application made is a multiuser-based barcode technology application with a life cycle system development method. The system is designed using Microsoft Visul Basic 6.0 with a SQL Server 2000 database so that the implementation is in the form of a ready-to-use application system that is implemented in a library room. Application management of multiuser-based barcode technology is expected to be able to solve the problems that exist in the SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen Demak Library because in this system the data is processed centrally in one database so that data is not only recorded in the big books that have been happening.

The purpose of this research is to produce tangible results in providing comfort or convenience in turning on or off the night life at home everyday, especially for people who forget to turn off the lights. The method used in making microcontroller-based home lighting control using an android smartphone is. This research method consists of several stages, analysis methods, design methods, implementation testing methods, and maintenance. The results achieved are improving the aspects of comfort and convenience for agencies, where this series of tools works after bluetooth devices are available on android smartphones. connected to a bluetooth module which is connected to the Arduino microcontroller. Basically, the principle of using this tool is that users must be able to operate a smartphone based on the Android operating system. The conclusion of this research is that the Arduino-based light control device using bluetooth can fulfill its function to control the lights properly and the device is designed to be minimalist and safety so it is safe to use.

SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga designing a Website which is also integrated with social networking is equipped with  several  facilities,  such  as  school  bulletin  board,  news,  articles,  schedule of  events,  photo  gallery,  downloadable content and web forums to provide convenience to members for sharing online. This  study  was  developed  using  the  method  of  system  development  Research  and  Developmnet  [1]  which consists  of:  Research  and  Information  Collection,  Planning,  Develop  Preliminary  Form  of  Product,  Preliminary  Field Testing,  Product  Revision  Main,  Main  Field  Testing,  Operational  Product  Revision,  Operational,  Field  Testing,  Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. The results showed that the system serves as a medium of information kominukasi with students, teachers, employees, alumni and the community as well as a media campaign.

This community service aims to (1) provide understanding in the preparation of learning tools that are integrated with environmental education, (2) socialize innovative programs as an effort to realize the school’s cares and cultured environment, and (3) inculcate the attitude of environmental concern and scientific attitude to students of elementary school. The place of the community service is done in SDN Prawit I No. 69 Surakarta. Methods of implementation of community service include: (1) the approach method undertaken from the survey, licensing and motivation stages for the teacher to be trained (2) the method of program implementation, including the preliminary stage, the socialization and audience stage, the implementation stage and the final evaluation stage. The expected output targets is the teacher who attended this training is able to arrange learning tools and able to realize the program to the school’s cares and cultured environment. The resulting output is educational environment-oriented learning tools, Green Club's extracurricular design, implementation program in realizing a caring and cultured school environment, and publication of community service articles in scientific journals. Such conditions need to be a third-party assistance to provide a little touch of technology with the hope that the narrow land is able to provide power and maximum utilization that is with the cultivation of plants hydroponically. While the specific target to be achieved is if Activities Devotion To community is implemented then it is expected that the community will have skills in the field of hydroponics, especially vegetable hydroponics. To achieve these targets, the method of implementation is by lecturing and discussion followed by direct practice which is always monitored and evaluated periodically for 8 months. This extension activity was conducted for Karang Taruna Kadipiro Village, Banjarsari Sub-District, Surakarta City. The outcomes of this activity are: cheap participants' knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship so that they have the right knowledge; benefit participants' insights on how to start a business and choose the right type of business; benefit participants' insights about possible business failures and ways to enter and resolve business failures. This activity is carried out with the following stages: Selection of participants to the community service, namely the board and members of Karang Taruna; Submission of lecture materials, with a view to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit; Implementation of evaluation Evaluation is done by: before counseling conducted a question-answer to know each participant's initial knowledge about entrepreneurship special techniques or how to start a business. After the counseling finished the question and answer again about the same material. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui implementasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar PKn Siswa kelas V semester II SD Muhammadiyah 2 Denpasar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Muhamadiyah sebanyak 30 orang. Data yang dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menunjukan rata–rata skor aktivitas, hasil belajar, dan kriteria ketuntasan yang digambarkan dalam bentuk grafik poligon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD efektif untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar PKn. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan peningkatan skor nilai dalam aktivitas dan hasil belajar yang dicapai oleh siswa pada tiap–tiap siklus, pada siklus I rata-rata hasil belajar PKn sebesar 67 dan aktivitas sebesar 46,3 serta ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 37% meningkat pada siklus II dimana hasil belajar PKn mencapai 76,3 dan aktivitas sebesar 61 serta ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 70%. Pada siklus III terjadi peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar PKn sebesar 83 dan aktivitas sebesar 82 termasuk kategori sangat tinggi serta ketuntasan belajar siswa mencapai 100%.   The purpose of this study: Implementation Cooperative Instruction Model, STAD Type to Improve (1)The Activity and (2)Learning Achievement on Civilization Study  for the fifth Grade Students at Second Semester in Muhammadiyah 2nd Primary School, Denpasar. The population of this study was 30 students . The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistic by finding the mean scores of activity, learning achievement, and students passing grade criteria which was continued by drawing those all into a polygon graphic. The result was Implementation Cooperative Instruction Model, STAD Type is effective to improve the activity and learning achievement of civilization study. This was shown by the improvement of the student mean scores on activity and learning achievement achieved by the students in each cycle where in cycle I it was rate of Learning Achievement on Civilization Study is 67,  the activity is 46,3, and result of learning achievement is 37%. On cycle II, it increased into 76,3 of learning Achievement, the activity is 61 and the result of learning achievement is 70%.However, in cycle III, it increased into 83 of learning Achievement, the activity is 82 and the result of learning achievement is 100%.
