Through this study it can be seen that HDI has a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra.

The Human Development Index (HDI) & expenditure inequality for each province in Indonesia need to be studied whether the Human Development Index (HDI) and expenditure inequality in each district/city in Banten Province have an influence or not. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach and analyzed holistically. The subjects in this study were students consisting of 10 IAIN Palangka Raya students and 10 UPR students. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether compensation and work environment influence employee job satisfaction. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. The research population is employees of PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa has 679 employees and the determination technique uses accidental sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 87 respondents. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Secondary data can come from data that has been documented. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the multilevel regression analysis are Y = 7.831 + 0.323X1 + 0.408X2 + e which shows that compensation and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of the test (t) or partial test show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction where it can be seen that the calculated t value is 3.928 > t table 1.989 and work environment variables also have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction where it can be seen that the calculated t value is 4.764 > t table 1,989. So 71.6% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely compensation and work environment in the model, can explain the variable job satisfaction at PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa while the remaining 28.4% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

The speed of a web journal to load pages reflects the website performance. It has influenced user satisfaction. This study aims to study and analyze the performance of journal websites in Indonesia that are accredited by SINTA 1 by the Ministry of Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. This test uses parameters owned by GTmetrix tools and calculated using descriptive statistical methods. This research hypothesis regarding the reliability of website speed testing has been tested and confirmed based on experiments. The research involved 61 journal websites, which were taken from December 2019 to February 2020. 366 individual website speed tests from 6 test server region have done, and recommendations have been given on test results. The test result showed that parameter based on PageSpeed score provided the value of 7.9% (grades A to B) and 92.1% (grade C to F) and YSlow score provided a value of 2.5% (grade B) and 97.5% (C to F). The experimental results prove that the performance of the journal website is still a lot in the low category. With the recommendation, it was expected that the speed and responsiveness of the journal website would increase

Through an exploratory approach, the research seeks to understand the intricate interplay between these factors and their effects on shaping children's character traits. The study employs purposive sampling to gather insights from diverse perspectives, including parents, educators, and religious leaders. Data analysis involves thematic coding to identify recurring patterns and themes within the narratives. Initial findings suggest that democratic parenting fosters independence and empathy in children, while single parent resilience contributes to resilience-building. Additionally, the school environment and religious education play significant roles in instilling moral values and ethical principles. These findings underscore the multifaceted nature of child character development and highlight the importance of considering various influences in nurturing well-rounded individuals.

This study aims to determine the motivation variable has a significant effect on work discipline and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The sample in this study were 60 employee respondents who worked at PT. Samitex Bantul. Research analysis using multiple linear regression. The test results show that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance. It can also be said that every time there is an increase in work discipline, it will affect employee performance. Work motivation variable has an influence on employee performance. That is, every time there is an increase in work motivation will improve employee performance.

Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for 2016, shows that the average length of schooling in the Banten region is only 8.37 years, in Serang District some students have to risk their lives because the school is damaged, so that classrooms are used alternately. Based on data released by the Ministry of Culture and Culture, there are 48% of schools in Banten that have been damaged and are not suitable for normal use as school rooms. The Banten Education Office stated that there are many problems driving the low net enrollment rate (APM) in schools in Banten, including inadequate facilities and infrastructure, educational services are not evenly distributed, and the community's level of education is still low. This research is intended to identify and examine the existence of the image of higher education, peers and facilities and infrastructure in influencing students' interest in continuing their education to a higher level. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with descriptive and verification properties. The analysis tool used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS for Windows 25 program. Smooth loading and unloading aims to improve good service in the activities and services of the loading and unloading process of containers according to operational standards. There are several factors that cause the smooth loading and unloading of containers, such as those related to the condition of loading and unloading equipment, the performance of human resources, operations and the environment. In this study, four research variables will be analyzed, namely loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations and anticipation of natural factors as independent variables and loading and unloading smoothness as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the positive influence both individually between the independent variables of loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations, anticipation of natural factors on the dependent variable, namely the smoothness of loading and unloading. With the Adjusted R 2 test, a result of 0.644 or 64.4% was obtained. Simultaneously, the variables of loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations and natural conditions factors had an effect of 64.4% on the smooth loading and unloading and 35.6% were influenced by research variables that were not detected in this study.

This study aims to determine the size of the company, and capital structure, on the quality of earnings. The sample in this study is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Hypothesis testing was carried out using pooled least s-quare data regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate: (1) Firm Size has a positive and significant effect on Earnings Quality and (2) Capital Structure has a negative and insignificant effect on Earnings Quality. by 45% influenced by other factors not described in this study.
