Directors have a crucial role in the company, with the potential for actions that are not in accordance with corporate governance that can be detrimental and cause conflicts of interest, threatening the company's growth. In this context, Good Corporate Governance becomes crucial as a supervision to prevent detrimental actions. This article discusses Directors' Transactions involving Conflicts of Interest and legal certainty of director actions. The research uses normative juridical methods, with a statutory regulatory approach as the basis. Actions or transactions with a conflict of interest are considered not to be a legal problem if they are carried out in good faith, in accordance with KEP-412/BL/2009. However, a different view emerges from the principles of good corporate governance which suggest avoiding transactions with conflicts of interest. The research conclusion confirms that directors, as holders of trust, cannot be held responsible for losses if they act in good faith. Although the law allows transactions with conflicts of interest, the principles of good corporate governance emphasize the importance of avoiding actions that involve conflicts of interest in order to maintain the principles of good corporate governance.

Accounting for foreign currency transactions is an important aspect in the scope of corporate finance, especially in the context of business globalization. PSAK 10 (Statement of Financial Accounting Standards) regulates this aspect and provides guidelines on how companies should account for transactions in foreign currencies as well as related financial reporting. This research explores the implementation of PSAK 10 in preparing financial reports, with a focus on foreign currency transactions. In PSAK 10, companies are directed to use the foreign currency exchange rate on the transaction date to measure transactions in foreign currency. In addition, significant changes in foreign currency exchange rates after the transaction date are also taken into account and recognized as exchange gain or loss. A deep understanding of the application of these provisions is crucial so that financial reports accurately reflect the company's financial position. Through literature research and analysis of accounting practices, this article investigates how companies effectively manage foreign currency risks and present relevant and reliable information in their financial reports. A comparison between the methods used by companies in implementing PSAK 10 and best practices in the industry is explained to provide a comprehensive picture. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the challenges, opportunities and best policies in dealing with foreign currency transactions based on PSAK 10. The research in this paper aims to find out more about the legal validity of online auctions via Instagram social media and how legal protection is for online auction participants on Instagram social media. The method used by the author in writing this article is a normative legal research ethod with a statutory approach. Research shows that the legal basis for carrying out online auctions via Instagram social media is Article 1320 of the Civil Code and 1338 of the Civil Code because the implementation is not submitted to an official auction house so it cannot be said to be an official auction and in implementing online auctions on Instagram social media there are weaknesses, namely in advertising goods. In the auction, information about the goods and services being sold is unclear, causing misperceptions among consumers or online auction participants on Instagram and is only based on trust. Legal protection for victims of social media online auction fraud is contained in Article 1243 of the Civil Code, Article 19 of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, Article 28 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law, and dispute resolution is contained in Article 38 of the Law Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions.

The war between Ukraine and Russia has had a big influence on the world, especially from a political perspective. Russia's invasion of Ukraine on Thursday, February 24 2022 stems from internal conflict between the two countries. Due to this incident, Russia received criticism from the international community, including Indonesia. The United States condemned the invasion and imposed economic sanctions on Russia. These sanctions take the form of stopping the operations of Russian-owned financial institutions in the United States, freezing all investment assets and property of individuals close to the Russian President, as well as restrictions on Russian debt transactions. After being hit by economic sanctions, Russia was also subject to a crude oil embargo by the European Union and the United States. The war that occurred influenced the increase in oil prices due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, causing new challenges in the global economy. This research uses library research. Library research is research whose main object is literature (library) which utilizes sources from literature to obtain research data, so that library research limits its activities to literary materials related to the research object. The research results show that the war between Russia and Ukraine has had various negative impacts that threaten all sectors, especially the economy in terms of global trade. As is known, these two countries are the largest suppliers of various main commodities such as wheat, fertilizer, natural gas and oil. Where these commodities are really needed by international consumers. Russia and Ukraine have a significant market share of the supply of oil, gas and other commodities, so the invasion has increased the prices of these commodities. The direct impact of rising commodity prices affects economic growth in the countries involved. This means that the economy in Southeast Asia will be affected by the war that is taking place. Continued conflict could have drastic effects in Southeast Asia. The impact of the Russian and Ukrainian wars has an impact on the Southeast Asian economy and will be more detrimental than the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic. This is because it is related to the global economy in essential areas.

One of the main pillars of effective democracy is freedom of speech, which allows everyone to express their opinions and perspectives freely without fear of facing repressive actions or unjustified barriers. Everyone is entitled to the freedom of association, assembly, and speech, as stated in Article 28E (3) of the 1945 Constitution. The aim of this research is to study the legal aspects of the existence of hate speech on social media. This study examines the current legal framework governing freedom of speech and efforts to protect human rights in relation to racial harassment by reviewing existing legal regulations. The research method employed is literature review (bibliographical study). In legal research, the normative jurisprudence method is based on legal provisions such as human rights books' regulations, as well as information from research journals related to the research subject. Initial research findings suggest that hate speech is not a form of freedom of speech, and society should not respond to hate speech with more hateful speech. Instead, they can report hate speech content to the Ministry of Communication and Informatics for removal. The Information and Electronic Transactions Law (ITE Law) can serve as a resolution due to the existence of hate speech on social media by proving the occurrence of hate speech, whether it involves defamation or hate speech against Ethnicity, Religion, Race, or Inter-group relations.   Keywords: HAM, ITE Law, Hate Speech

. In today's rapidly evolving digital era, e-commerce has emerged as a cornerstone of global trade. However, the proliferation of online fraud incidents has given rise to significant ethical concerns. This study delves into the ethical ramifications of online fraud profiles and tactics within the cybercrime domain, particularly their impact on the e-commerce ecosystem. Ethical considerations play a pivotal role in shaping behavior within e-commerce, safeguarding consumers, and guiding the formulation of effective policies by both e-commerce entities and governments. This research scrutinizes the phenomenon of online fraud in e-commerce transactions through a survey involving two respondent groups: Information Systems students at ITS and students from other departments. The survey results reveal that online fraud inflicts substantial emotional distress on victims, including feelings of panic, anger, and sadness. Financial losses and the potential exposure of sensitive data are prevalent repercussions of online fraud, eroding consumer trust and prompting questions about the ethical conduct of fraudsters. To address these issues, recommendations encompass heightened awareness of online fraud risks, increased transparency among e-commerce sellers, streamlining fraud reporting procedures, and a commitment to upholding higher standards of business ethics. The overarching objective is to foster a more ethical, secure, and sustainable e-commerce environment.
