Recurrent hypertension is a repeated increase in high blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg. Factors that can cause a recurrence of high blood pressure include: consuming unhealthy foods, consuming caffeine and smoking, rarely exercising, not maintaining body weight, consuming fatty foods, consuming foods high in fat and consuming unlimited alcohol. To prevent the recurrence of high blood pressure, patients should keep the following in mind: Get enough rest, change to a healthy diet, exercise, avoid alcohol, avoid stress, and handle the daily workload. The capacity to manage oneself and be positive, such as managing emotional intensity and reactivity, is important for preventing recurrence of hypertension and managing blood pressure. The aim of this study is to identify factors related to the prevention of hypertension recurrence in hypertensive patients. This type of research involves observational analysis with a cross-sectional research design. The study population consisted of 71 hypertensive patients who lived in the Wua Wua Community Health Center working area. The research results show the value of P = 0.263 < a = 0.05. This means that knowledge about high blood pressure and recurrence prevention is irrelevant. The research results show a value of P = 0.002< a = 0.05. This means that there is a link between treating hypertension and preventing recurrence. The research was conducted for 61 days.

Mental health in Indonesia has so far been relatively neglected, even though the decline in productivity due to mental health disorders has been proven to have a real impact on the economy. Interpersonal communication is a scientific discipline that is seen as capable of realizing a person's mental health, because within the scope of its study, interpersonal communication is dialogical in nature. The dialogic nature is demonstrated through verbal communication in conversations that display direct feedback. This study uses all articles presented in the form of a literature review regarding "Promotion of Community Mental Health Using an Interpersonal Communication Approach". Based on the results of the literature review of the five journals analyzed, In essence, interpersonal communication is communication between a communicator and a communicant. This type of communication is considered the most effective for changing human attitudes, opinions or behavior due to a dialogical process. The dialogic nature is demonstrated through verbal communication in conversations that display direct feedback. The process of providing health information can be done using promotional media. The implementation of mental health promotion aims to be an important step in conveying a knowledge base that often arises so that it can be used in the form of effective practice in a regulation. Integrating improvement, prevention and management related to mental health problems will be very helpful in avoiding death, reducing the stigma associated with it. attached to someone with mental disorders and improve the economic conditions of society.

The public perspective of chemistry, considered to be something that has always been associated with B3 or Toxic and Dangerous Substances, in fact this is not entirely true. Instead, our lives are surrounded by various kinds of chemicals. Both the molecules of the elements and the compounds, their existence is very close to ourselves. Inappropriate knowledge and attitudes toward the term chemicals are found in our society. But chemicals are not something that must be avoided, but used with careful rules. In reality, chemicals are very helpful in the various activities of life. Based on this, there should be an education such as socialization to people that chemicals are not always dangerous substances. The data was collected with qualitative techniques, through unstructured interviews related to the understanding of chemicals in the family sphere with some basic questions related to household chemicals as well as socialization activities concerning chemical substances in households to people of RT 05 RW 02 Cirejag Village, Karawang. The interview was conducted to obtain an explanation about how far they understand about the chemical in the household so that the socialization activities held are expected to help correct misperceptions and improve their understanding related to domestic chemicals.

Abstract. Social media is a platform that is very open, which allows anyone to produce and consume it. This makes social media dominate internet content as the most frequently accessed by the Indonesian people. One of the social media that has an influence on society today, especially for social media that is able to visually display content that is easy to understand compared to the type of online media that just displays photos or even just a written message. Youtube is a solution used by some people in the world in determining and finding the desire they are looking for. From social media, this very open platform allows anyone to produce and consume it. This makes social media dominate internet content as the most frequently accessed by the Indonesian people. YouTube is also one of the many social media platforms that is widely used to share free information and display content in the form of videos. YouTube contains a wide range of topics, and everyone can post videos on this platform, which is why it is so popular. 272.1 million people live in Indonesia, 64% of the country's population has an internet connection. With 88% of the population using YouTube, it is the most popular social media platform in Indonesia and the second most popular platform is occupied by WhatsApp with 84% of users. Users can display and distribute content on YouTube in addition to using it as a source of information. Using a YouTube account is very cheap and easy compared to using traditional media, which entails a lot of money. YouTube is growing in popularity not only because it is cheaper but also because anyone can post a video for a wide audience to watch. Because of how convenient it is to use YouTube, because viewers can not only see the content, but they can respond in the comments section. However, through this convenience one can potentially follow what his idols are doing on this platform. Just like a Youtuber who is able to provide social effects on the audience like "YOSHIOLO" who explains his content about lifestyle goods whose segment called "How Much Does Your Outfit Cost?" is currently favored by Gen Z specifically for students. The presence of this content increases the desire of young people, especially students, to use these lifestyle items to boost appearance and even for appreciation events in the campus environment. Through this incident, it causes consumptive attitudes towards the younger generation who are lacking in managing finances because they are entangled in the beautiful world of Fashion Style shown in this Youtube content. The need for understanding and awareness in seeing impressions for them, especially students, in preventing this phenomenon through social media. Keywords: Social Media, YouTube, Consumptive.

The concept of the mystical in society embodies an air of mystery, fear, suspense, horror, and the like, leading the inability of society to understand mystical phenomena to drive a high level of curiosity about such occurrences. Even the mystical has become a form of entertainment for society, one of which is through consuming horror content on YouTube. In the present era, Generation Z is a cohort whose lives have evolved with distinct thought patterns compared to preceding generations, parallel to the relentless development of the digital technology world. One manifestation of internet content or YouTube content is the "Langit Kelabu" expedition vlog, which explores mystical mountain climbing expeditions. The content is produced and hosted by a creator named Dzawin Nur Ikram on the YouTube channel "Dzawin Nur." This study aims to ascertain the influence and the extent of impact by the "Langit Kelabu" vlog on the Dzawin Nur YouTube channel on the attitudes of Generation Z toward the mystical. This is approached quantitatively through an explanatory survey method and utilizes purposive sampling for sample collection. The study employs the S-O-R Theory as the overarching research framework. The findings indicate a 44.3% influence of the "Langit Kelabu" YouTube vlog on the attitudes of Generation Z toward mystical phenomena. The conclusion of this study is the presence of a significant or strong correlation coefficient between the "Langit Kelabu" Expedition Vlog and the attitudes of Generation Z towards mysticism, as indicated by the coefficient of determination test results, which also show that there is a moderate level of influence from the "Langit Kelabu" YouTube vlog on the attitudes of Generation Z towards mystical phenomena.

This research aims to examine the implementation of religious character education at MA Paradigma Palembang as an effort to shape religious personality in students. The research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. The research results indicate that the implementation of religious character education at MA Paradigma Palembang has involved several key components. Firstly, religious character education must be integrated into the school curriculum, both in religious subjects and other subjects. HIV stigma is negative attitudes and beliefs about HIV sufferers. One of the obstacles in controlling HIV/AIDS is stigma and discrimination against People living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). Stigma and discrimination are carried out by ordinary people, including students who do not have sufficient knowledge about HIV/AIDS. This research aims to determine the factors that influence stigmatizing attitudes towards HIV/AIDS among health students in Bogor. This research activity was carried out at the Prima Husada Bogor Midwifery Academy. The method used is quantitative analysis with a descriptive correlation research design with a cross sectional approach. Using an incidental sampling technique with an online questionnaire measuring tool consisting of 38 questions, there were 180 respondents from the total sampling results. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test with a confidence level of 95%. Results: Based on the research results, 60.6% of students have stigmatized attitudes, 82.2% of students have marital status of parents who live together, 53.9% of people have less knowledge about HIV/AIDS, 53.3% of people lack sources of information, 60 .6% have less trust, 48.3% of people have a negative attitude towards HIV/AIDS, and 72.8% live in rural areas. There is a strong correlation in the level of knowledge and stigma with p-value = 0.000. and p-value 0.003, and there is a significant correlation between attitudes and stigma, with p-value 0.037. The result is that stigmatization of attitudes among young women is influenced by factors of knowledge, belief and attitudes towards HIV/AIDS and PLWHA.

Unwanted sex-related behavior, such as demands for sex and other physical and verbal sexual abuse, is known as sexual violence or harassment. These actions certainly have a significant and broad impact on people's lives, especially children and teenagers. The impact of sexual violence can last long after the experience ends and is closely related to the life circumstances of children and adolescents both during and after sexual interactions. Finding factors that influence the prevalence of sexual violence among adolescents is the aim of this research. In this study, 390 samples were randomly sampled using a cross-sectional strategy. Chi square was used in univariate and bivariate analysis. The analysis findings show that gender, age, knowledge, peers, and information media are the variables that have the strongest relationship with adolescent violence (p value <0.05). Sexual violence against teenagers is taught in schools, and as a preventive measure, local governments should expand their services for victims of sexual harassment.

This paper aims to describe the application of the learning evaluation system in improving school quality for class IX A students at MTs Ma'arif Gondang. The research is descriptive qualitative research, with qualitative analysis. The research results show that the evaluation of the learning implementation process carried out includes the suitability between the learning process and the learning implementation plan (RPP), the readiness of teachers and students in the learning activities carried out in the classroom. Student participation also plays an important role in learning activities as well as communication carried out by teachers to get feedback from students during the learning process. Providing motivation to students in the learning process is important to increase students' enthusiasm for learning. Students' mastery and desire for specific goals that will be achieved in learning activities. Learning evaluation also includes assessment aspects which include the domains of attitudes, knowledge and skills. The learning evaluation system implemented at MTs Ma'arif Gondang can improve the quality of the school based on the results of the questionnaire obtained in the very good category.

The research aims to analyze knowledge about child development in the prenatal or prenatal period starting from understanding prenatal development, characteristics of the prenatal period, and the prenatal development period. The research method used in this research is library research. Data collection techniques use library research in the form of books, journals and other studies. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The research results show that prenatal or prenatal development begins at fertilization until birth, which occurs around nine months. The characteristics include a mix of characteristics inherited from both parents of the fetus, the influence of conditions in the mother's body, gender certainty, rapid growth, contain many physical and psychological dangers, and the formation of new attitudes. The prenatal development period lasts for 280 days or 40 weeks which is calculated from the first day of the last menstruation which consists of 3 periods starting from the Zygote period, Embryo period and Fetus period..

Coronavirus is an acute pneumonia infection. COVID-19 has spread widely in the world. Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO), around 215 countries have been infected with COVID-19, including Indonesia. In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19, all countries in the world are trying to implement social distancing to prevent the risk of transmission of the virus. Having good knowledge about COVID-19 disease is very important so as not to cause an increase in the number of cases of COVID-19 disease. The important thing to know about COVID-19 is how COVID-19 is transmitted, how to prevent it, treatment, and complications that can occur if someone is infected with COVID-19. Good knowledge and a positive attitude from pregnant women in facing the COVID-19 pandemic can make pregnant women take real action to reduce the risk of contracting COVID-19 so that risks related to decreased immunity and health problems for the baby and mother are not disturbed. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women in RW 02, Sambiroto Village, Semarang regarding the risk of transmitting COVID-19. The research design used was descriptive correlation with a cross sectional approach, with a sample size of 25 respondents selected using the consecutive sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi Square test. The output of this research is publication in an International Journal.

The background of the research is the fact that there is a lot of moral decline that occurs in the younger generation of the Indonesian nation. This is evident in the world of national education that there are still many students who violate school regulations, ranging from not carrying out assignments, arriving late, missing school and student disobedience to their teachers. These various attitudes occur due to the depletion of the attitude of discipline and responsibility of students. The solution to this problem is the need for educational institutions that are able to overcome and build the character of learning discipline in students.The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of character education in shaping student learning discipline at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan School. The research method uses a type of Qualitative research by taking location at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan. Interviews, observation and documentation are the data sources used in this research process. Qualitative descriptive analysis is the data analysis technique used. The results showed that the implementation of character education in shaping learning discipline at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan includes two aspects, namely implementation and school efforts. The implementation of character education implementation in shaping learning discipline through fun learning activities for students, habituation, discipline, infrastructure and fun learning. The school's efforts in implementing character education in shaping student learning discipline at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan are to create teaching and learning activities that are conducive, effective and fun. From the school, they also provide examples of student discipline to students so that they apply it to their daily activities to become better people.

Islamic law is one aspect of Islamic teachings which occupies a very crucial position in the view of Muslims, because it is the most concrete manifestation of Islamic law as a religion. Islamic law has a significant influence on Indonesian positive law, especially in several areas of law. Meanwhile, positive law is law in the form of laws that regulate relations between humans and humans, or with legal entities. Islamic law is generally defined as rules which are the result of understanding and deducing from the provisions revealed by Allah SWT to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Therefore, the main sources of Islamic law are the Koran and Hadith. source of pure positive law from society. This is because the adoption or discovery of positive law uses an inductive method. Namely by observing the actions and attitudes of community members. From the results of these various observations, general regulations are then made that are binding on the entire community. In this article the author tries to explain further the analysis of the concepts and sources of these two laws, and their comparative analysis.

The purpose of this discussion is to find out the thoughts of educational sociologists Emile Durkheim, Aguste Comte, Max Weber, Karl Max, and George Simmel regarding Islamic education. This discussion uses the library research method using data sources from journals and books related to the discussion theme. The research results showed that educational sociology figures such as Emile Durkheim, Aguste Comte, Max Weber, Karl Max, and George Simmel were sociological figures from the classical era. Emile Durkheim pioneered the development of sociology through research on societal institutions and social processes as well as his thoughts on Islamic education. Aguste Comte stated that sociology must be based on observation, comparison, experiments and historical methods. Max Weber, he introduced the vestehen (understanding) approach, which consists of exploring the values, beliefs, goals and attitudes that guide people's behavior which gives rise to social behavior. Karl Max stated that sociology can be used as a weapon to liberate society from the capitalist system so that a classless society can be achieved, and according to George Simmel society is a process that is ongoing and continuously developing. So, the thoughts of sociological figures regarding education are that schools cannot be separated from society, cooperation between schools and community figures needs to be formed, the child socialization process needs to be improved so that children are able to grow and develop in society.

Students are an investment in the nation and the nation's next generation. Their growth and development will be optimal depending on providing nutrition with good and correct quality, quantity. By consuming good food and snacks, it is hoped that you can contribute adequate nutrition. Students are used to eating and snacks whose main menu is meatballs, junkfoot and modern food currently on campus and around campus. However, currently many foods and drinks contain additional ingredients such as preservatives, borax and others. Thus, it is necessary to study and research the borax content as well as qualitative analysis of the meatballs sold by traders around the UINSU Tuntungan campus. This type of research uses total sampling carried out by the UPT HEALTH LABORATORY of the North Sumatra Provincial Health Service. located on Jl. Willem Iskandar Pasar V (Jl. Balai Pom) using qualitative methods. The research results showed that from 6 samples of meatballs located around the UIN campus, it was proven that they did not contain borax. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that all meatball sellers located around the UIN Medan Tuntungan Campus have good knowledge and attitudes which are important factors in avoiding contamination by toxic substances and how to manage meatballs properly without the use of preservatives, especially borax. The meatball processing method at UIN and around UIN meets the requirements of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia 2015, Number: 722/Menkes/Per/IX/2015 regarding food, so students don't need to worry.

This research aims to improve students' initial reading skills using audio-visual media in class I UPTD SDN 145 Inpres Pampangan. This research is Classroom Action Research, the subject of this research is class 1, totaling 30 students consisting of 18 boys and 12 girls. This research was carried out for 3 weeks. The implementation of this action was carried out during three 3 teaching and learning process meetings and at every third meeting there was a learning evaluation results test. This research was carried out as part of the Teaching Profession Strengthening (P2K) activities which started on September 11 2023 for the 2023/2024 academic year. The results of the research show that during the learning process there is a change in students' attitudes during the learning process in accordance with the results of observations, namely by applying reading skills through audio-visual media assisted by image media, it can increase students' self-confidence to ask both the teacher and their friends about material they don't know. understandable and can increase student attendance, and improve student reading skills with audio-visual media. So, beginning reading skills through audio-visual media are suitable for use in this class. This can be seen from the increase in learning outcomes for class I students at UPTD SDN 145 Inpres Pampangan, after learning initial reading skills through audio-visual media.

The Koran, as the main holy book of guidance for Muslims, is almost impossible to understand if it is not interpreted. Since ancient times, the transmission of interpretations of the Al-Qur'an has been carried out through various methods, including oral and written. Meanwhile, nowadays, times continue to develop, the delivery of interpretations of the Al-Qur'an is also developing through online audio-visual methods, especially through YouTube media. This article aims to analyze the interpretation of the Al-Qur'an through YouTube media in the book Min Wahyil Qur'an written by a contemporary tafsir scholar named Sayyid Husain Fadhlullah and how it influences the religious lives of his listeners. The method used in this research is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 130 listeners of the Islamic Studies and JR TV channels. The research method is also equipped with qualitative methods by reviewing several library sources to enrich the reader's knowledge. The results of this research indicate that in quantity many listeners feel they want to change their attitudes and lifestyle in religion, especially after listening to the seventh series of Min Wahyil Qur'an tafsir studies with the theme: humans and religion.
