Fluctuations in the number of hotel guests which tend to decrease encourage managers to further improve management performance so that things that influence the decline can be identified and then implemented as appropriate strategies to overcome them. Consumers or guests in this case are a heterogeneous community who come from various backgrounds, characteristics, habits, regions, cultures and economic levels. Based on several theories, previous research and the phenomenon of this problem, research was conducted to analyze the influence of service quality on consumers' decisions to stay at the Surabaya Youth Hostel. In research that wants to see the influence of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy on the decision to stay at the Surabaya Youth Hostel. By using tabulated data from the results of a population survey with a sample of 40 respondents, visitors staying at the Surabaya Youth Hostel were analyzed. using multiple linear regression analysis tools, it can be seen. The R value of 0.951 means that the relationship between the independent variables tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy on consumer decisions to stay overnight is close and strong. This is indicated by an R value above 50%, namely 95.1%. The simultaneous determination value (R square) is 0.904, meaning that variations in tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy regarding consumer decisions to stay overnight change by 90.4% while the remaining 9.6% is influenced by other variables not studied. In this research, it can be seen that the variables tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy influence simultaneously (simultaneously) on the decision to stay by producing an Fcount value of 64,219 and a Ftable of 2.4 with a df in the numerator of 5 and the denominator of 34. By using the test t can be seen that all independent variables, including tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, have a partial influence on the decision to stay, where reliability with a calculated t coefficient value of 4,877 is the variable that has the most influence on the decision to stay.

This study examines the influence of the school environment on students' speaking ethics at SMA Negeri 1 Gedeg Mojokerto, considering the importance of character education in schools as a place where students spend much of their time. Using a correlational method and quantitative research type, the researcher involved 193 eleventh-grade students from a population of 425 as respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with 38 statements that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis included descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, as well as correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and simple regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The results showed that the school environment and students' speaking ethics were in the moderate category, with average scores of 65 and 73, respectively. There is a significant influence of the school environment on students' speaking ethics, as evidenced by the t-test result (8.364) being greater than the t-table (1.97), leading to the acceptance of Ha and the rejection of Ho. Simple linear regression analysis showed a regression coefficient of 29.881, with an R square of 0.268, indicating that the school environment positively affects speaking ethics by 26.8%, while 73.2% is influenced by other factors. This study supports the theory that the school environment influences students' speaking ethics.

This research aims to test and determine the influence of religiosity and knowledge about sharia banking products on the decision of the people of Palembang to save at Indonesian sharia banks. Research Method This thesis is a type of quantitative research. This research uses one independent variable and one dependent variable. The independent variables in this research are religiosity and product knowledge, while the dependent variable in this research is people's decision to save in Islamic banks. The data collection technique in this research was in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents and the data was analyzed using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique. In analyzing the data, researchers used data analysis with several steps, namely validity test, reliability test, outer model test, inner model test and hypothesis test. The results of the hypothesis test carried out show the significance value of the influence of religiosity (X1) and knowledge about sharia banking products (X2) on the decision of the people of Palembang to save at Indonesian sharia banks (Y). The results of the research show that the religiosity variable obtained a t-statistic value of 7,540 > 1.96 with a p-value of 0.000 < less than the significance level of 0.05, so it can be explained that religiosity has a positive effect on the decision of the people of Palembang city to save at Indonesian sharia banks and the variable knowledge about products Islamic banking obtained a t-statistic value of 4,091 > 1.96 with a p-value of 0.000 < less than the significance level of 0.05, so it can be explained that knowledge about sharia banking products has a positive effect on the decision of the people of Palembang city to save at Indonesian sharia banks.
