The advancement of Industry 4.0 demands production systems to operate more efficiently, adaptively, and securely in facing global challenges. One promising technology that addresses these needs is the Digital Twin (DT), a digital representation of physical systems that enables integration between the real and virtual environments. Through DT, production processes can be modeled, monitored, and tested in real time, allowing for evaluation and optimization before implementation in actual systems. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of DT in modeling automated industrial systems, particularly in relation to improving production efficiency, quality control, energy savings, and operational safety. The research employed an experimental approach based on simulation within a robotic production line consisting of machines, sensors, actuators, and conveyors. The research stages included identifying system components and workflows, developing a DT model that integrates physical and virtual layers with Internet of Things–based data connectivity, and conducting simulations representing diverse operational scenarios. The findings indicate that DT implementation enhances operational efficiency, reduces production errors, and optimizes energy utilization. Furthermore, DT proves effective in strengthening safety aspects by enabling early detection of potential disruptions and providing preventive recommendations before significant impacts occur. Compared to conventional simulations, DT offers a more realistic, adaptive, and relevant approach to the needs of modern industry. The implications of this study highlight DT’s strong potential to become a new standard in the development and control of automation-based production systems, driving the creation of smarter, more efficient, and sustainable industries.

Potential weaknesses faced by the company. So it is necessary to consider the aspects of process inefficiency, risk of work errors, delays in information, lack of transparency, high operational costs, vulnerability to data loss and difficulties in monitoring performance. In the current era of globalization and digitization, companies face pressure to increase operational efficiency and accountability in presenting financial information. By using the PALS (Pasticipatory Action Learning System) method, where this method basically involves accounting staff in the process of upgrading the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) system from 30 accounting staff and 5 staff will be taken for the interview sample in this research. From the problems currently faced by companies in managing financial reports, they have not been able to carry out systematic recording. With better data integration using ESB, a company's various systems and applications can be connected and communicate well. In real-time reporting compared to manual (conventional) recording which requires processing time, ESB allows for better real-time financial reports.

This community service program is carried out in the Ngunut area, Tulungagung Regency, with activity partner ONC. The problems faced include economic growth and technological developments emphasizing the need for ONC to remain competitive and sustainable. Tight competition in the local market, the need for updated technological knowledge, and business sustainability challenges are the main focus. Solutions carried out through the latest training provide a solid foundation for their self-development. Strategic collaboration with activity partners and analysis of new business opportunities are the foundation for developing business models that are not only innovative but also sustainable. Technology enablement and implementation of digital marketing strategies were key steps in improving ONC's operational efficiency and increasing their visibility in the tight local market. outreach on business sustainability provides better understanding for ONC members, helping them reduce environmental impacts and increase resource efficiency. As an integral part of this program, monitoring and evaluation are carried out strictly to measure the impact of each step taken. Thus, the community service program not only provides an immediate solution to the challenges ONC faces, but also forms the basis for long-term investment, supporting the growth and sustainability of their business in the future.

Employee well-being is an important factor in the productivity and success of an organization. Conflict can cause stress, and job dissatisfaction and affect employee welfare. Protracted conflicts or damaging relationships between employees can hinder operational efficiency. There has been much study of the effects of conflict and stress, but not much has been studied about the effect of conflict and stress and organizational change on employee productivity. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of conflict, stress, and organizational change on employee productivity. This research is a survey research with data collection of 300 respondents through questionnaires and interviews. Questions in the survey include the level of conflict experienced, its impact on productivity, and the factors that influence it. There are 3 independent variables, namely conflict, stress, and organizational change.  Its dependent variable is productivity. Linear regression or multiple regression is used to identify the extent to which conflict, stress, and organizational change predict productivity. Also used analysis with SEM. The results showed that the level of conflict in the workplace had a significant negative impact on employee productivity. The level of stress experienced by employees is also related to productivity. High stress leads to a decrease in productivity. Organizational change contributes to higher levels of conflict and stress among employees. However, managing change with good communication and management support can reduce the negative impact of change on productivity. This study concludes that good conflict management, stress management, and effective change management can help increase employee productivity in the work environment. The conclusion of this study provides a foundation for actions and policies that support increased employee productivity in the work environment.

This research aims to analyze document management in the Marketing Department of Kompas Gramedia using the case study method and qualitative approach. By collecting primary data from observations, interviews and documentation, as well as secondary data from literature studies, this research identified a number of relevant findings. The research results show that the Kompas Gramedia Marketing Department has successfully implemented an organized document storage and archiving system, both in physical and digital form, with clear labels and categories. This has increased operational efficiency, collaboration and productivity within the department. However, research also reveals several obstacles in document management, such as data input errors, inappropriate document placement, and an excessive number of documents. The proposed solution includes training, system optimization, clear division of tasks, and capacity management to overcome the problem. By implementing these solutions, the Marketing Department can increase the effectiveness of document management, reduce related errors, and maintain smooth operations. In order to increase understanding of the effectiveness of document management in organizational environments, this research provides valuable insights. In addition, the research results can contribute to the field of archives and information management and provide guidance for other organizations facing similar challenges in document management.

Production quality in the printing industry is highly influenced by process consistency and the implementation of clear operational standards. A common issue faced by small and medium-scale printing industries, including those in Gedangan, Sidoarjo, is the absence of systematically developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which leads to inconsistent production results and low operational efficiency. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to provide assistance in the development and implementation of SOPs to improve production quality. The method employed is a participatory approach involving problem identification, SOP development, socialization and training, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results indicate a 25% increase in workers' understanding based on pre-test and post-test results. Additionally, there was a reduction in production errors and improvements in the consistency of print quality and work efficiency. Therefore, the implementation of SOPs has proven effective in enhancing production quality and operational performance in the printing industry sustainably.

This investigation aims to explore the multifaceted impact of entrepreneurship education, AI integration, microfinance, and financial knowledge on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Employing a qualitative research design, the study utilizes purposive sampling to gather data from a diverse pool of MSME owners and stakeholders. Through thematic analysis, the study examines the interplay between these factors and their implications for MSME growth and sustainability. Preliminary findings suggest that entrepreneurship education fosters innovative thinking, while AI integration enhances operational efficiency. Microfinance serves as a crucial resource for MSMEs' financial needs, complemented by adequate financial knowledge for effective management. The study sheds light on the intricate dynamics shaping the MSME landscape, offering insights for policymakers, educators, and practitioners to bolster MSME development strategies.    

Purpose-The main orientation of this article is to recognize the pattern of digitalization's impact on the current development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and human resource management and how it affects the skills needed by HR professionals for decision-making through talent management and employee retention to ensure employee capabilities by aligning work at the right time based on the company's business priority goals. Methodology-This study uses a qualitative methodology that uses descriptive research. This research focuses on decisions made by leaders to improve the quality of human resources and seeks to identify areas of knowledge that have not been explored in research. Findings-Research results show that the company's strategy of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides many benefits, such as improving operational efficiency, developing innovative products or services, and making better business decisions based on better forecasting and analysis. Practical Implications-Through the implications of HR data analysis as decision-making in forecasting human resource trends using AI, talent management, and employee retention. This is applied to the recruitment and selection process that provides benefits such as rewards to employees who can achieve targets. Therefore, a supportive work culture by honing the talents and potential of employees to create maximum and efficient performance can have a good impact on the company.

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, financing to deposit ratio (FDR), and operational efficiency on return on assets (ROA) in the financial sector. ROA is an important performance indicator for financial companies, because it reflects the level of profitability of the assets owned. The research method used is regression analysis with annual data from various financial companies during the study period. Inflation is measured using the consumer price index (CPI), FDR describes the ratio between loans provided by banks and deposits received from customers, and operational efficiency is measured by the ratio of operating costs to operating income. The results of this study provide useful insights for the management of financial companies in facing challenges from economic and operational factors. To increase ROA, companies need to consider effective inflation risk management strategies and optimize the FDR ratio, while still focusing on improving their operational efficiency.

Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. The purpose of this research is to find out about the preparation of equipment and documents before carrying out dry bulk unloading activities at PT Wahana Intradermaga Niaga Belawan. Preparation of equipment and documents before unloading dry bulk is a crucial step in ensuring smooth, safe and effective operations at ports and distribution facilities. This process involves moving goods in dry form, such as grain, coal, and wheat, from a means of transportation to a storage area or final destination. In the process of preparing equipment and documents before carrying out dry bulk unloading activities, problems often occur such as damage to unloading equipment and delays in documents caused by lack of information and difficulties in compiling complete documents, so that the service will have a less effective impact and hinder the implementation of loading and unloading. In addition, the author will highlight the importance of complete documents, such as loading and unloading permits, contractual agreements, and security documentation, to ensure legal compliance and smooth operations. This research method uses the field research method (field research) and the library research method (retrieval of data from the library). The results of this research are that by paying careful attention to the preparation of equipment and documents before starting dry bulk unloading activities, companies can increase operational efficiency, reduce the risk of accidents, ensure legal compliance, and maintain safety for all parties involved.

The optimization of ship crew changes and Maritime Employment Agreement (MEA) contracts implementation is a crucial challenge in the shipping industry. This abstract details a holistic approach to understanding the constraints, optimization strategies, and impacts associated with crew changes and MEA implementation. The literature review highlights constraints such as uncertainty in policy changes, bureaucratic obstacles, and resistance to change. To address these constraints, optimization strategies involve technology integration, risk management, enhanced communication, transparency in MEA, and investment in training and development. The positive impacts of optimization include improved operational efficiency, crew welfare, company reputation, onboard safety, and harmonious relationships. These strategies are expected to provide guidance for shipping companies to overcome challenges and improve the implementation of crew changes and MEA, creating a more efficient, stable, and sustainable shipping industry.

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of sharia operations in the hotel industry by using sharia operational management approach in the check-in and check-out process. Operational efficiency is a key factor in the success of a hospitality business, and with the Islamic operational management approach, aspects of sharia are also integrated into operational processes.The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis by collecting data from various sources, including literature studies, field observations, and interviews with hotel managers who apply Islamic operational principles. The collected data was analyzed using a qualitative approach to gain deep insight into the operational efficiency of Sharia. The results of the analysis show that the application of sharia operational management in the check-in and check-out process can improve operational efficiency in the hotel industry. Some of the measures taken include the use of technology to speed up the check-in process, staff training in terms of friendly and efficient service in accordance with sharia principles, and the implementation of policies that promote integrity and transparency.In conclusion, the Islamic operational management approach can provide great benefits for the hotel industry in achieving operational efficiency. By paying attention to sharia aspects in the check-in and check-out process, the hotel can meet the needs of guests who want services that are in accordance with sharia values. In addition, the use of technology and proper staff training also play an important role in improving overall operational efficiency.

The implementation of SIMRS is very important to work together on all information generated in the health service process. SIMRS can also encourage increased efficiency and effectiveness of services in hospitals in line with the smooth flow of information from hospital operational activities. To support this, the application of SIMRS must be in accordance with the needs of each room so that it can run well. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Hot-Fit method affects the implementation of SIMRS. This research is a quantitative research. The research variables are System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, System Use, Use Satiaction, Structure, Net Benefit, the sample is SIMRS users. The success of SIMRS implementation at Putra Waspada Hospital is influenced by human, organizational, technological aspects, and the benefits of having a positive influence.

This study focuses on the management of gear pump maintenance on KM Kelimutu ship. Data collection methods are used to identify and investigate the causes of damage that occur in the gear pump. The required maintenance and repair actions are determined based on the analysis results. The process of managing maintenance involves several important steps. First, planning is carried out to determine the planned maintenance actions. Subsequently, organization is conducted by appointing responsible personnel and coordinating with relevant parties to minimize disruptions to the maintenance of equipment and other machinery on the ship. Furthermore, actuating involves efforts to ensure that all human resources work according to their tasks, functions, and competencies in order to achieve company goals. Finally, control is implemented through supervision of each job performed to identify and rectify any potential errors. The results of this study provide insights into the importance of gear pump maintenance and effective strategies in managing the maintenance process. By implementing the appropriate steps, it is expected to enhance the performance of the gear pump, extend its service life, and optimize operational efficiency in the industry.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of hospital administrative systems in improving the quality of healthcare services. Effective administration plays a crucial role in accelerating service delivery, reducing administrative errors, and optimizing hospital resource management. This research employs a literature review method based on ten national and international scientific articles discussing the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System , administrative digitalization, and the relationship between administrative effectiveness and patient satisfaction. The findings indicate that integrated and technology-based administrative systems, such as Hospital Management Information System, significantly improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and patient satisfaction. However, the success of implementation largely depends on human resource competence, training, and managerial support. Technical issues, user resistance, and limited infrastructure remain major challenges. The application of responsibility accounting has a very important role, with the aim of evaluating work results and generating feedback so that future cooperative operations can be better. Accountability accounting can help assess financial performance so that the proper use and use of financial resources can be identified. With performance appraisal it can be known the condition of the cooperative in evaluating the results of activities so that it can be used to measure success in KUD Tani Wilis. This study aims to determine the application of profit center responsibility accounting in assessing financial performance. In this study the data used are primary data in the form of an overview, vision and mission, as well as cooperative organizational structure, and secondary data in the form of profit center accountability reports. Sources of data collection in the form of interviews and documentation with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the application of responsibility accounting in KUD Tani Wilis is inadequate because it is not fully in accordance with the requirements of responsibility accounting. The results of financial performance in terms of profit center based on the analysis of Gross Profit Margin, Operating Profit Margin, and Net Profit Margin show unfavorable financial performance results. Cooperatives need to implement responsibility accounting in accordance with responsibility accounting requirements by separating controllable and uncontrollable costs, as well as providing account codes for these accounts in the accountability report so that it makes it easier for cooperative managers to control costs and see who is responsible if irregularities occur. Cooperatives must also pay more attention to the increase in cost of goods sold, and minimize production costs and operational costs as well as optimize sales/revenues and evaluate business costs or operational costs, so as to increase profits. By evaluating business costs or operational costs carried out by cooperatives in an effort to increase efficiency where economic resources can be used effectively so that costs are not wasted so that the profits obtained are more optimal and can improve the financial performance of cooperatives.  

Metro ethernet is an ethernet-based high-capacity data network solution service that provides flexibility, simplicity and quality of service (qos) to business customers of internet service providers (isp) and other licensed service providers (olo). Ethernet has speeds of up to 10 gbps and with distances of tens or even hundreds of kilometers. The method used in writing this journal is to use the literature review method, namely the method used is the result of an analysis of various previously published scientific article information. Utilization of metro ethernet in its benefits, namely managing risk intelligently, in its management functioning and running independently, namely utilization for each operational, functional and administrative. Reliability, in operation metro ethernet will detect and track discovery to report that it is in a connection failure situation in its performance measurement. Flexibility, support for various services and transportation. Cost-efficiency, simple and highly maintainable metro ethernet network scalability, supports speeds up to 10 gbps. This research was made to find out more about the uses of the metro ethernet network and the configuration on metro ethernet.

This study uses a financial ratio approach to examine the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses financial data from businesses for two years between 2021 and 2022. Liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios are all included in the financial ratio method. Based on the research results, it can be interpreted that the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk has decreased during the study period. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve financial performance by implementing effective and efficient business strategies and good risk management. In addition, the company also needs to improve operational performance and efficiency in the use of assets to develop the business in a sustainable manner in the future.
