Online loans are financial assistance from financial institutions that is done online, which is one proof of the advancement of financial technology (fintech). Online lending or peer to peer lending as a form of financial technology (fintech) is a technological advancement that offers loans with easier and more flexible terms and conditions. The theory used in this research is the theory of legal legality. The theory of legal legality is very relevant to the research made here, because there needs to be legal legality of peer to peer lending in online loans in conventional law considering that the payment system in this illegal online lending and borrowing service has troubled many people, such as intimidative billing, dissemination of personal data, fraud, and sexual harassment through electronic media. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique or instrument used is library research by studying various books as literature, official documents, laws and regulations, results of previous research, and other literature sources related to the problems studied. The legality of fintech peer to peer lending online loans in the aspect of conventional law is found in the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 77/POJK.01/2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Money Lending and Borrowing Services, Law Number: 8 of 1999 concerning Protection of Consumer Protection and Law Number: 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions and other applicable regulations.

Traditional traders, especially clothing traders, have experienced a decline in sales amidst the development of modern markets and online sales. The research raised a case study in the Wlingi Blitar market, the largest market in the Blitar district, East Java. Research using a qualitative approach is presented descriptively, resources are obtained through in-depth interviews and also documenting, making observations, and using secondary data to obtain in-depth information so that a complete picture is obtained regarding the topic of traditional markets, modern markets, and digital transformation which has given rise to online sales. The research results stated that clothing traders experienced a decline in sales caused by the emergence of many modern shops in the Wlingi area and its surroundings and due to the rise of online sales. Some market sellers can transform sales digitally by selling their products online, but some traders need help to do this, so sales experience a decline.

Human resource planning is one of the most important assets in a company because it can improve employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of human resource management planning which consists of five targets, namely workforce planning, recruitment, selection, orientation and placement, as well as training and development on employee performance. The research method uses a quantitative approach with samples taken of 100 employees at PT PLN Indonesia Power Suralaya using proportional random sampling. Data collection was carried out through distributing online questionnaires which were then analyzed using SEM-PLS. The research results concluded that planning, selection, orientation and placement, training and development are functions of human resource management planning which are proven to contribute positively to improving performance. Meanwhile, recruitment has no effect on performance. The path coefficient value shows that selection is the most dominant variable influencing the good and bad of employee performance

This research aims to examine the impact of using the Paylater application on the lifestyle of people who are still not wise in using the paylater application. This research uses a quantitative approach method with the target population, namely the general public who use PayLater services or have used Paylater before. 114 respondents were selected using a questionnaire method using a Google form to conduct an online survey and collect data. The research results show that people rarely use paylater applications in daily use. Because paylater services have negative impacts, such as getting into debt if you use paylater excessively, then impulsive purchases due to easy access to paylater can encourage unplanned impulse purchases and other losses. And unwise use of paylaters can have a negative impact on people's lifestyles and people's finances. This research contributes to the understanding of the negative consequences of paylater for unwise users. This aims to help paylater service providers to increase education and financial literacy for their users, as well as encourage stricter regulations to minimize the potential for paylater abuse.

This research  is motivated by the community  that  is currently dependent on  the  facilities provided by the internet  , with the  facilities provided by   the  internet   the community is able to meet  everything The desired needs, one of which is  online  shopping transactions.The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between price discounts and  hedonic shopping motivation on impulse purchases in consumers Shoppe_id students FEB PGRI University Semarang class of  2017  /2019. In conducting this research,  researchers are guided by  previous studies and the research method used is quantitative  research with the determination of data  sources using non-probability  sampling and accidental samling, for the  validity of the  data  researchers  took from the Student Administration Bureau which had been processed by researchers using SPSS 26. The results of  the analysis in  this study stated that the price discount (X1) sig value of 0.035 which means that  the price discount have a significant effect  on impulse buying (Y),  while for hedonic shopping  motivation (X2) shows a sig  value of 0.000 which means motivasi   hedonic shopping  has a significant influence on impulse buying (Y).

Literacy quality is an important aspect in developing students' abilities, especially in the current digital era. This research aims to explore the use of the online media Instagram in improving the literacy quality of students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program (KPI) A, North Sumatra State Islamic University (UINSU) in semester 6. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations of participants who actively use Instagram in their academic activities. Research findings show that creative and targeted use of Instagram can improve the literacy quality of KPI A UINSU students. Through the available visual and text features, students can expand their knowledge about current issues in the field of Islamic communication and broadcasting, as well as improve their reading, writing and critical thinking skills. Apart from that, collaboration between students and lecturers via Instagram also opens up space for in-depth discussion and reflection, increasing understanding and appreciation of lecture material. The implication of this research is the importance of integrating social media in learning strategies to facilitate the holistic development of student literacy in higher education.

Shopping activities have become a dominant phenomenon in people's lives, one of which is among students. Students are an important segment in society, so they have become a shopping preference that deserves to be understood more deeply. The aim of this research is to analyze student behavior and preferences from shopping experiences. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with data collection using a questionnaire with closed answers. The questionnaire was filled in by 152 respondents spread across various universities in Indonesia. The research results show that the e-commerce applications that are often used by students are Shopee and Tokopedia. Students prefer to shop through online shops because the prices offered are more affordable than conventional shops. Apart from that, if you shop via an online shop, the activity time is shorter and more efficient. In the online shop, the products offered are quite diverse and varied, and there are lots of promotions on offer so that they attract the attention of buyers. Online shops are used by students to buy fashion and skincare products because the products offered are more diverse compared to offline shops. Based on this data, it can be understood that students choose to shop through online shops using the Shopee and Tokopedia applications and choose to shop for fashion and skincare.

Online consultation is an idea from e-government in the health services sector that uses technology to integrate health services at Community Health Centers. The aim is to simplify bureaucratic processes in health services to the community. In practice, there are still several obstacles that arise, such as a lack of outreach efforts, slow response times from consultations, and recording that is not automatic because it still relies on WhatsApp. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of "online consultation" to improve the quality of public services at the Pondok Betung Community Health Center, South Tangerang City. The method in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation as complements. This research was analyzed using 4 (four) indicators of effectiveness, namely: (1) Accuracy of Program Targets, (2) Program Socialization, (3) Achievement of Program Objectives, and (4) Program Monitoring. The research results show that the effectiveness of the "online consultation" service at the Pondok Betung Community Health Center has not been achieved because there are still many people who do not know the information about this service. The socialization program for this service is not yet optimal because many people are still not aware of its existence. The program's objectives have also not been achieved well because the "online consultation" service has not been running smoothly and only a small number of people are using it. From the results of this research, it is concluded that online health services at the Pondok Betung Community Health Center, South Tangerang City have not reached the expected level of effectiveness.

This study aims to analyze purchasing patterns in online transactions using the Apriori algorithm to support sales strategy optimization. The research was conducted on transactional data from an online store selling household and daily-use products. The Apriori method was applied to identify associations between items based on minimum support and confidence thresholds. Four experimental scenarios were tested to compare the reliability of generated rules and determine the strongest item relationships. Data preprocessing included item grouping, transaction coding, and elimination of non-frequent items. The results show several strong association rules with lift ratio values above 1, indicating meaningful item relationships. The strongest rule identified was the association between forks and spoons, forming a highly relevant combination for product bundling strategies. The findings demonstrate that the Apriori algorithm can assist online stores in planning stock, designing product bundling, and improving marketing effectiveness. The research contributes practical insights for business decision-making and highlights the significance of data mining in e-commerce environments.

Teknologi telah menjadi bagian yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dalam kehidupan manusia, bahkan pada usaha dibidang jasa transportasi juga sudah memanfaatkan teknologi yaitu dengan transportasi online seperti Gojek dalam pelayanannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif, adversity quotient dan feedback terhadap kinerja pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang dengan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 96 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan program IBM SPSS statistic versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang, Adversity Quotient berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang, dan Feedback berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang. Technology has become an inseparable part of human life, even businesses in the transportation services sector have also utilized technology, namely online transportation such as Gojek in their services. This research aims to determine the effect of incentives, adversity quotient and feedback on the performance of Gojek drivers in the city of Semarang. The population in this study were all Gojek drivers in the city of Semarang with a research sample using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method of 96 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the IBM SPSS statistics program version 25. The results of this study state that incentives have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in the city of Semarang, Adversity Quotient has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in the city. Semarang, and Feedback has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in the city of Semarang.

The existence of the Manpower and Transmigration Office in Central Java Province as an implementing element of government duties in the employment and transmigration sector certainly does not always run smoothly. One of the main issues that may be faced by the Manpower and Transmigration Office is the existence of a high administrative burden. The research method used is an empirical juridical approach using a combination of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through interviews and face-to-face meetings with resource persons relevant to the research context, while secondary data is obtained through document analysis of literature, policies, and related documents. The analytical approach used in this research is qualitative analysis, which allows for understanding and detailing qualitative aspects based on the issues studied. This study found that the administrative burden in the Central Java Provincial Manpower and Transmigration Office can include various things, such as the preparation of technical policies in the field of employment, community empowerment and transmigration, the implementation of government affairs and public services in the field of employment, guidance and implementation of tasks in the field of employment, and reporting the results of the implementation of main tasks and functions. And to deal with this burden most government programs, especially those managed by the Central Java Provincial Manpower and Transmigration Office, use online platforms and electronic media to process various aspects of employment. The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia has prompted attention to factors that can maintain business sustainability, especially in terms of customer loyalty. The literature study identified several determining factors, including service quality, customer satisfaction, and brand trust. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the impact of service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer trust on customer loyalty in the Shopee mobile application in Jabodetabek. Using a purposive sampling method, the survey was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to 120 customers. The results of regression analysis using SPSS refer to a statistical research process where data about the relationship between one or more independent variables (predictors) and one dependent variable (result) is analyzed. SPSS is used as a tool to analyze data and produce regression results. Thus, this research provides important implications that e- commerce mobile applications need to ensure service quality, satisfaction and customer trust to maintain and increase customer loyalty, as well as compete effectively in the online market.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi teknologi cerdas untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan e-bisnis di sektor pariwisata Tawangmangu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai teknologi cerdas telah diintegrasikan ke dalam sektor pariwisata Tawangmangu, seperti website, aplikasi, media sosial, sistem pemesanan online, teknologi mobile, dan Internet of Things (IoT). Integrasi teknologi cerdas telah memberikan dampak positif bagi pembangunan berkelanjutan e-bisnis di sektor pariwisata Tawangmangu, seperti meningkatkan efisiensi operasi, meningkatkan pendapatan, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, meningkatkan daya saing, dan mempromosikan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa tantangan dan hambatan yang perlu diatasi, seperti keterbatasan akses internet, kurangnya keterampilan, biaya, keamanan data, dan regulasi. Rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan integrasi teknologi cerdas di sektor pariwisata Tawangmangu adalah memperluas akses internet, meningkatkan pelatihan, memberikan insentif, meningkatkan kesadaran, dan membuat regulasi.

Jabarlink as an ISP (Internet Service Provider) company is known to be active in marketing JIMS (Jabarlink Internet Managed Service) products in the Pangandaran area, but still requires an ideal strategy to be able to market JIMS products which currently have positive potential for hotels that want to increase their competitive advantage and guest preferences. This research aims to design a marketing strategy for JIMS services in Pangandaran hotels to increase competitive advantage and guest preferences. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach has been used where data collection was carried out through interviews with 15 informants / hotel managers, and involving 100 hotel customers in the interview process using an online user questionnaire. This research found that ISP companies such as Jabarlink need to carry out three activities in their marketing process, namely: Product innovation to avoid the threat of substitute products, effective and creative communication, and market segmentation and offering the right price

This study describes and examines the issue of the legal responsibility of online gambling promoters to people who lose due to influencers, considering the situation and conditions that are in need, of course, people will be tempted to obtain instant wealth. This study aims as an effort so that victims get proportionate attention in fulfilling their rights as victims to apply for restitution against online gambling influencers who advertise by providing false or untrue reviews. This research is a normative legal research that is perscriptive. Secondary data types include primary and secondary legal materials. The technique of collecting legal materials is carried out by literature study, then the analytical technique used is the deductive method. The results of this study show that victims can hold criminal and civil liability contained in Article 27 paragraph (2) jo. Article 45 paragraph (3) of Law number 1 of 2024 concerning online gambling, Law, Law 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, Article 1365 of the Civil Code concerning PMH, Article 1320 of the Civil Code concerning the legal terms of the agreement, and the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).

The challenges faced by cooperative Human Resources (HR) in the era of Society 5.0 are becoming increasingly complex because they require the integration of digital technology with human needs, forcing cooperatives to not only focus on technological progress alone but also on developing their human resources. This research aims to understand in-depth and provide solutions to the challenges faced by cooperative HR. This study uses a qualitative approach with a systematic literature review method and is searched comprehensively using relevant keywords in searches through various online databases. The literature selection process was carried out by considering the reputation of the journal and the recency of the publication (last 5 years) and analyzed in depth using the content analysis method. The conclusion from the research findings is that the challenges for cooperative human resources in the era of society 5.0 are: adaptation to digital technology 5.0 era, cultural transformation, development of new skills, retaining members, collaboration and partnerships the 5.0 era

The main problem in this research is what factors influence customer decisions in choosing BRI Bank Britama Savings Products in Fatukoa Village. The aim of this research is to see and explain what influences the decisions of Fatukoa Village customers in saving with Britama Savings Products. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Where data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. determining informants using Purposive Sampling, totaling 6 people. The time and place of the research was carried out in the 2023-2024 academic year, on a number of customers who live in Fatukoa Village, Kupang City. The results of this research explain that the factors that influence customers' decisions in choosing Britama Bank BRI savings products are influenced by cultural factors because cultural influences play a key role in customer decisions. The socialization process from the experience of being a customer for eight years, the use of banking products since the beginning of college, and the management of business transactions are the main factors in choosing Britama Savings. Social Factors due to the existence of reference groups, both from friends and family, have a big impact. Suggestions from friends about the benefits of interest rates and easy access to BRI Bank's online services, as well as recommendations from wives who are BRI Bank customers, are taken into consideration in the decision to save on Britama Products. Personal Factors due to Age, life cycle stage, work and economic environment are factors personal influences on product choices. The decision to save in BRI Bank Britama Products is based on long-term goals, investment, financial discipline, and economic considerations as well as income that can be invested, and Psychological Factors because the motivation for opening a Britama Savings account is related to biogenic and psychogenic needs, such as increasing pension funds, long-term investment, increasing financial discipline, and building savings habits. Trust and positive attitudes towards Britama products, supported by the reputation and security of BRI Bank, also play a key role in decision making. Apart from that, information from reference groups, socialization experiences, economic considerations, and trust in banking institutions are key factors that shape customer decision behavior.

Online learning has become a significant trend in modern education. The basic concept of learning in online learning plays a key role in dealing with the challenges and problems that arise along with technological development.  The main trend in online learning involves increased accessibility and flexibility. Technological advances allow learners to access course materials from anywhere and at any time. However, emerging issues include lack of social interaction and feelings of isolation. The basic concept of effective learning in online learning should address these issues. This research aims to examine the basic concept of learning in online learning: trends, problems and solutions. This research uses qualitative method with literature study taken from various sources, including print media, electronic media, books and electronic journals. The research technique is done through exploration and journal search through Google Scholar related to the basic concept of learning in online learning. As for primary and secondary sources in the form of scientific papers that have been published with a high credibility index, namely Sinta 2 to Sinta 5. The results of data analysis are taken from a literature review by means of researchers collecting data, and complete information from various data collection procedures and with a specified time. The collected data is analyzed by using descriptive method to reveal the facts of events written in statements derived from the data sources studied. The results show that, online learning is a growing trend in education. The basic concept of effective learning should consider accessibility, interaction, motivation, and evaluation. Careful solutions are recommended to overcome the problems that arise in online learning and ensure a meaningful learning experience for all participants.

The newfound enthusiasm for online shopping has currently transformed the societal paradigm of shopping. Previously, individuals had to visit sellers in person before acquiring the desired items through conventional methods. One of the E-Commerce platforms used by the Indonesian society is the Shopee shopping application. With the Shopee platform, Indonesian consumers have the flexibility to shop anytime and anywhere, with a diverse range of product choices without needing to visit sellers directly. This makes it easier for Indonesian consumers to generate purchase intention. The aim of this study is to delve deeper into promotional strategies that can induce purchase intention among consumers, thereby enabling Shopee to maintain its position stability in the market. The sample in this study consists of 155 respondent selected using purposive sampling technique. Subsequently, the data were processed using multiple regression analysis methods. The results obtained from the testing indicate that, partially, price, promotion, and trust have a positive influence on purchase intention.

Photography is one of the new avenues of service and business, some have made a hobby of photography a lucrative profession. They should be prepared to compete with other companies of the same kind by creating a good image of the consumer, providing quality of service and increasing innovation and creativity in order to create different photo concepts and attract consumers. The strategy became the main idea of Hero Photography to develop a business in photographic services. Hero Photography tried to adapt and compensate by coming up with a strategy that would attract consumers.These research methods use descriptive qualitative, with the aim of providing an idea and an explanation as to how startegi services Hero Photography in the interest of consumers. The study uses primary data sources as data obtained from informers and secondary data from archive or documents, journals, and various archival files of Hero Photography. Data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentary. At verifying data data using triangulation of methods and source triangulation using data analysis techniques of reposing data, presenting data, and summarizing data.Research has shown that the concept of sustainable excellence is influenced by the quality of the product, in this case, a superior photograph of adequate human resources capable with an obvious market target. The performance of the sale of Hero Photography was influenced by a marketing strategy with a concept of 4P (Price, Place. Product, Product), among other things is photographic quality, aesthetic quality good photo quality in terms of aesthetically pleasing clients who are less likely to use hero photography services. Strategic places like the old city become the attraction of visitors to capture the moment. Promotion became a strategy by using social media asa tool for promotion and offering online photo services by viewing affordable prices as one of the preferred customers to use the Hero Photography photo service.
