Microcontroller-based information systems play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of various automation and monitoring applications. However, many manual processes across different fields require time and are prone to errors. This study aims to develop a microcontroller-based information system to automate real-time data collection and monitoring in various applications, such as industry, environment, and smart homes. The method used involved the development of a prototype system designed to integrate sensors and microcontrollers in data processing and automated decision-making. The results showed that this system significantly improved the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of data processing while minimizing human intervention. In conclusion, microcontroller-based information systems offer innovative solutions that can be widely applied across various fields to enhance performance and service quality.

In the era of agricultural digitalization, dependence on Internet of Things (IoT) technology is increasing, yet supporting infrastructure remains vulnerable to connectivity disruptions. This research aims to develop an alternative protocol for IoT-based agricultural systems that can operate during internet connection failures, focusing on implementing a failsafe mode using NodeMCU ESP8266. The research methodology includes developing a monitoring system using soil moisture sensors and ultrasonic sensors for water level detection, as well as performance evaluation based on decision-making accuracy parameters, mode transition response time, and consistency in water management. Implementation results showed a 40,1% reduction in water consumption compared to traditional irrigation methods. The failsafe mechanism demonstrated sustained operations with 98% reliability in maintaining optimal soil moisture levels during 72-hour offline periods. This research contributes significantly to the development of smart agriculture through a cost-effective and scalable solution, particularly for areas with limited infrastructure that only require basic internet connectivity and minimal maintenance.

This research analyzes the satisfaction level of PERISAI agents regarding BPJS Ketenagakerjaan regulations at the Darmo Surabaya Branch Office. The PERISAI program, launched in 2018, represents a strategic innovation in the agency system to expand membership, particularly in the Non-Wage Recipient (BPU) sector. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving participatory observation over four months (September-December 2024), in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. Results indicate that the PERISAI policy transformation since May 2022, particularly the increase in contribution incentives from 7.5% to 15%, has positively impacted agent motivation. The reward system combining financial and non-financial incentives through gathering programs and point systems proves effective in building loyalty. Success in achieving BPU participant acquisition targets is influenced by agents' ability to develop personal approaches and build local community networks. The integration of digital platforms in acquisition processes and performance monitoring enhances operational efficiency. Capacity development programs through cross-generational communication training and social security fund management provide a strong foundation for PERISAI agents' task execution.

Clean water is a fundamental necessity for public health, as water contamination can lead to various health problems, such as gastrointestinal infections, skin diseases, and other health issues. Screening for water contamination by Escherichia coli bacteria and Corynebacterium spp. is essential to ensure water quality remains safe. This community service activity was conducted in the Duri Kosambi area, focusing on education and water quality testing. The program included planning educational sessions on the risks of water contamination, implementing screenings using colony-forming unit (CFU) parameters to detect Escherichia coli and Corynebacterium spp., and evaluating results to provide preventive recommendations. The findings revealed variations in contamination levels across locations, with some meeting cleanliness standards, while others, such as B04, showed extreme contamination. This activity highlights the importance of community education, regular water quality monitoring, and water treatment to prevent health risks. Collaboration among communities, governments, and health organizations is crucial to maintaining sustainable access to high-quality clean water.

This study aims to study the concept of curriculum administration process. Curriculum is a set of plans and regulations regarding the content and learning materials and methods used as guidelines in the implementation of the teaching and learning process. The curriculum administration process consists of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The curriculum is a planning document that contains the objectives to be achieved, the content of the material and learning experiences that students must do, strategies and methods that can be developed, evaluations designed to collect information about the achievement of objectives, and the implementation of documents designed in real form. Thus, the curriculum plays an important role in the success of student education. One aspect that can increase the success of the curriculum is the administration of the implementation of the curriculum at the relevant educational institution, in other words, the implementation of the curriculum is institutional in nature. This study focuses on the literature study method by collecting literature (related materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Administration. This paper presents an IoT-enabled dual-axis solar tracking system that integrates  a Kalman filter and a Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) controller to enhance tracking accuracy, energy efficiency, and operational stability. Addressing the ongoing challenge of maxi- mizing photovoltaic (PV) panel output, the proposed system leverages an ESP32 microcontroller and the Blynk platform to provide real-time monitoring, remote parameter adjustments, and flexible connectivity. Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) sensors measure sunlight intensity from multiple directions, while MG90S servo motors dynamically adjust the panel’s azimuth and elevation. The Kalman filter refines noisy sensor data to yield precise sun position estimates, enabling the PID controller to respond quickly and accurately to deviations in panel orientation. Through extensive testing conducted over several days, including both clear and partially cloudy conditions, the system achieved an average Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) as low as 1.2° under clear skies and maintained RMSE below 2.0° even under partial shading. Compared to a fixed-panel baseline, daily energy harvesting improved by approximately 43%. These results confirm that advanced estimation and control algorithms, when combined with IoT functionali- ties, significantly outperform simpler tracking methods and static installations. Furthermore, the low-cost, compact design and user-friendly interface facilitate practical deployment in a range of scenarios, including small-scale and off-grid installations. By ensuring continuous alignment of the PV panel with the sun, the system not only increases overall energy capture but also reduces maintenance requirements through remote oversight. This research thus offers a robust, scalable approach to improving solar energy utilization in diverse and evolving environmental conditions.

From the research results, it can be concluded that: In the management of the Village Unit Cooperative in Lubuk Mandarsah Village, Tebo Regency, 4 (four) cooperative management functions are implemented, namely: planning, organizing, acting, and monitoring. controlling). There are business units such as supermarkets, convenience stores, savings and loans, agricultural production facilities, and the provision of fertilizer which are solutions for the community according to their individual interests. In the management of the Village Unit Cooperative in Lubuk Mandarsah Village, according to an Islamic economic perspective, namely using the principle of shura' (deliberation) in every decision making, and also using the principle of ta'awun (mutual assistance) in the Village Unit Cooperative which has been implemented but equated with the principle of mutual cooperation.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of law enforcement against the distribution of illegal cigarettes in Lampung Province, identify the main obstacles, and provide strategic recommendations. The findings reveal that law enforcement in this region remains suboptimal due to weak inter-agency coordination, limited human resources and facilities, and the complexity of offenders' modus operandi. Offenders often exploit administrative sanctions, which fail to provide a deterrent effect, allowing the circulation of illegal cigarettes to persist. The study recommends strengthening the application of criminal sanctions, enhancing coordination through inter-agency data integration, utilizing digital-based monitoring technology, and conducting continuous public education. Implementing these measures is expected to improve law enforcement effectiveness, reduce the circulation of illegal cigarettes, and positively impact state revenue and public health protection.

Financial information systems play a crucial role in managing and processing company financial data. However, manual data collection and processing often require time and are prone to errors. This study aims to optimize financial information systems by utilizing microcontrollers in the automation of data collection and processing. The method used involved the development of a microcontroller-based prototype system to automate real-time financial data monitoring and reporting. The results showed that the use of microcontrollers significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of financial data processing, while reducing the time needed for reporting. In conclusion, a microcontroller-based system can be an effective solution to enhance the quality and speed of financial data processing in companies.

Starting from the high divorce rate due to online gambling, family financial problems, and triggering other criminal acts such as theft, robbery due to losing gambling. Multi-sector efforts that can be carried out by government agencies include collaboration between government agencies and law enforcement officials in carrying out public awareness campaigns, monitoring illegal websites that provide online gambling services, collaborating with international partners, as well as strengthening regulations and law enforcement efforts.

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of performance management at CV Nuansa Warna Tanjungpinang Branch. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and in-depth interviews. The sample used in this research is a purposive sample with the informant, SPV, Mr. Riyanto Setiyawan . Data analysis was carried out using triangulation through the steps of reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results of this study found that the implementation of performance at CV Nuansa Warna Tanjungpinang Branch has been implemented quite well. This includes the stages of planning, monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up. However, there are some obstacles, such as CV Nuansa Warna facing unique challenges in implementing performance management, including limited resources, and structured formal systems. Implemented strategies include technical training, KPI implementation, and CRM system development. This study concludes that effective performance management can improve productivity, service quality, and competitiveness of the company, although it requires continuous improvement to face the existing challenges.

Efforts to reduce the prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls are carried out by supplementing with Iron Tablets. This research aims to evaluate the program of providing iron tablets to adolescent girls in the work area of the Kebonsari Health Center, Madiun Regency. The research was conducted qualitatively with indepth interview techniques and Focus Group Discussions (FGD), informants were determined by purposive sampling totaling 16 people. The research was conducted in July-September 2023 at the Health Office, Madiun Regency Pharmacy Installation, Kebonsari Health Center, SMPN 2 Kebonsari and MAN 1 Madiun. The data analysis technique used triangulation, processed using reduction and presented in the narrative text. The results of the study were reviewed based on the book "Guidelines for Prevention and Management of Anemia in Adolescent Girls 2016" showing that several aspects were appropriate, including human resources, fund allocation, preparation, distribution, recording and reporting, scope of activities and accuracy of targets and distribution. While aspects that were not appropriate included facilities and infrastructure, monitoring and timeliness. Similar research should be conducted in other schools in the working area of the Kebonsari Health Center, Madiun Regency so that the effectiveness of the implementation of the program can be evaluated and improved.

The participatory oversight program includes the establishment of oversight villages in Central Kalimantan to involve the community in overseeing the Simultaneous Regional Head Elections in 2024.The urgency of establishing oversight villages for community participatory oversight is to increase participation, strengthen the oversight function of Bawaslu, prevent violations, and enhance transparency and accountability.The challenges in the implementation of oversight villages include limited human resources, lack of public understanding, geographical and infrastructural challenges, budget constraints, as well as practical politics and local interests.Strategic steps to address these challenges include stakeholder collaboration, intensification of training, infrastructure improvement, and the utilization of technology.Through oversight villages, the community is expected to actively participate in monitoring the regional elections to achieve clean, transparent, and accountable elections.

The aim of this activity is to provide understanding to buffalo breeders regarding the importance of implementing biosecurity in preventing disease transmission in livestock, increase breeders' awareness of biosecurity measures that must be taken in the livestock environment, and equip breeders with practical knowledge about ways to prevent disease through implementation of biosecurity. This activity was carried out using an outreach method involving the community and the Head of Syota Hamlet and his staff. The methods used in this activity are: Material Presentation and Interactive Discussion. Some common biosecurity applications are access control, animal movement control, cleanliness and sanitation, waste management, health monitoring and vaccination. This socialization activity was successfully attended by around 35 people in the program target area. Most breeders showed an increased understanding of the importance of implementing biosecurity after following the socialization. Farmers claim to be ready to implement biosecurity measures such as quarantining new livestock, managing livestock waste, and providing good sanitation in the livestock environment. Some farmers also asked for further assistance regarding more specific biosecurity implementation, such as how to properly vaccinate livestock. In this socialization, several biosecurity measures were emphasized to be applied to buffalo livestock, including: quarantine of new livestock, cleanliness of pens and the environment, prevention through vaccination, waste management, protection of workers and visitors.

The use of daily journals as a time management tool among elementary school students has significant benefits in helping them identify priorities, set goals, and manage the balance between studying and playing. By recording daily activities, students can monitor the allocation of time spent on productive and non-productive tasks, allowing them to develop good habits from an early age. Research shows that daily journals not only improve learning efficiency but also help students become more organized, reduce stress levels, and enhance time management skills that will be useful in the future. For successful implementation, structured strategies are needed, including training for students, the design of engaging journals, and active involvement from teachers and parents in monitoring and providing guidance. While challenges such as students' inconsistency in filling out journals and time limitations exist, solutions like reward systems and simplifying activity logging can be applied. Regular evaluations, through weekly reflections and feedback from teachers, allow students to improve their time management and boost academic performance. Collaboration between teachers and parents plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of daily journals as a learning tool that supports better time management for students.

This research aims to analyze the performance management cycle at Seafood Restaurant Teluk Bakau Bay View, Bintan Regency. Using a qualitative research method, data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. The sample used was purposive sampling with 2 informants, namely the restaurant owner Mr. Gunawan and an employee named Kelvin. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The research results show that the management cycle implemented at Seafood Restaurant Teluk Bakau Bay View has been carried out well. This can be seen from the planning that sets goals for the consistency of employee performance. Monitoring is conducted daily in terms of revenue, employee performance, customer feedback, and achievement of sales targets. Employee reviews at Seafood Restaurant Teluk Bakau Bay View are conducted by re-evaluating the results of daily employee performance monitoring, and assessments are made from these monitoring results to determine rewards or sanctions for employees. The awards given to employees are based on the review conducted from the evaluation results, where these awards are in the form of cash bonuses added to the basic salary.
