The purpose of this research was to find out the analysis of the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) for food processing at the Aria Centra Hotel Surabaya which has a very important role in an industry, one of which is the hospitality industry as a guide or reference for staff to work consistently and with standards. The data collection technique used (1) interviews to find out the application of food processing procedures and the implementation of these procedures: and (2) documentation to find out the analysis of the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) for banquet food processing at the Hot Kitchen Hotel Aria Centra Surabaya, an overview of the company and worker data. Data collection was carried out in July-December 2022. The results of this study were an analysis of the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) for banquet food processing at the Hot Kitchen Hotel Aria Centra Surabaya which included (1) standard operating procedures for handling banquets; (2) implementing a banquet menu; (3) material procurement system for banquet ordering needs; (4) standard operating procedures (SOP) for foodstuffs; (5) preparation of banquet materials and tools; (6) strategies to minimize errors in standard operating procedures (SOP) for handling banquets; (7) constraints and solutions in banquet handling. Based on these results it can be concluded that the analysis of standard operating procedures (SOP) for banquet food processing at the Hot Kitchen Hotel Aria centra Surabaya required various stages in handling it.

Process scheduling algorithms play an important role in determining the performance of operating systems, particularly in managing CPU utilization and process execution efficiency. Ineffective scheduling mechanisms can lead to increased waiting time and reduced system performance. This study aims to model and simulate several process scheduling algorithms using MATLAB in order to evaluate their performance characteristics. The research method involves developing simulation models for selected scheduling algorithms, including First Come First Serve, Shortest Job First, and Round Robin. Performance evaluation is conducted based on key parameters such as average waiting time, turnaround time, and processor throughput. The simulation results demonstrate that each scheduling algorithm exhibits different performance behaviors depending on the workload characteristics. Shortest Job First produces the lowest average waiting time, while Round Robin offers better response time fairness for time-sharing systems. The findings indicate that simulation-based analysis using MATLAB provides an effective approach to understanding the behavior and performance trade-offs of process scheduling algorithms. This research contributes as a reference for selecting appropriate scheduling algorithms in operating system design and as a learning model for process scheduling analysis.

This research is entitled Islamic Religious Education as a means of forming the Qur'anic generation in Ma'had Al-Jami'ah. The aim of this research is to find out the function of Islamic religious education in creating a Qur'anic generation. The results obtained are that there are many activities carried out at Ma'had Al-Jami'ah to form the Qur'ani generation. These activities are to provide a deep understanding of Islamic teachings and be able to apply them in everyday life. Especially in the context of Muslims, Islamic religious education plays a very important role in shaping the morals and values ​​of the younger generation. In an effort to produce quality generations of Al-Qur'an, it will also study Al-Qur'an memorization, Al-Qur'an understanding, application of Al-Qur'an ideals, and integration of Islamic religious education with general education.

This article explores the role of Bayt Al-Hikmah as a monumental intellectual center during the Abbasid Dynasty. Built during the time of Caliph Abu Ja'far al-Mansur, this center developed into a famous library during the reign of Harun al-Rashid and Al-Ma'mun. It functions not only as a library, but also as an educational institution, astronomical observatory, and translation center, housing a collection of more than 60,000 books from various languages and regions. Important factors influencing the development of Bayt Al-Hikmah included the caliph's love of science, extensive translation activities, use of paper, the presence of scientists from various regions, material support, and enthusiasm for studying Islamic teachings. Despite achieving glory, the summary of the Abbasid dynasty started from internal political conflict to the Mongol attack which resulted in the fall of the city of Baghdad and the destruction of Bayt Al-Hikmah. Even though this intellectual center collapsed, the scientific legacy it produced remains a testament to the glory of science at that time, even though it experienced a tragic end.

This article discusses the importance of introducing educational technology in improving the quality of Islamic education. Islamic education has an important role in educating generations who are noble and capable. Educational technology can be utilized to increase the availability of Islamic educational resources. Students have easy access to high-quality and diverse Islamic learning materials through online learning platforms. In addition, educational technology allows for more active interactions between teachers and students. Teachers can assign assignments, submit materials, and provide direct feedback to students, encouraging personalized learning, and focusing on individual student needs. Educational technology also offers opportunities to further develop the professional skills of teachers in Islamic education. Teachers can take advantage of additional learning resources, expand collaborative networks with other teachers, and participate in professional training online. However, when implementing educational technology in Islamic teaching, care must be taken to ensure clear guidelines, adequate support, and a balance between the use of technology and traditional approaches to Islamic learning. The introduction of educational technology can be an effective way to improve the quality of Islamic education to produce a generation that is knowledgeable and able to make a positive contribution to society.

In an effort to fulfill and protect children's rights, Child Friendly Schools are implemented. Child Friendly Schools are needed to create and transform traditional school models into child friendly schools that respect children's rights. This school model is effective in ensuring the protection of children's rights, preventing violence, discrimination and other unwanted actions and developing students' potential. The research was conducted at Polut 1 Public Middle School, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The type of research used is qualitative research. The focus of this research is how the child-friendly school program is in an effort to prevent violent behavior. Types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The research instruments used were observation and interviews. Data collection techniques and procedures, namely using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. To create a child-friendly school, synergy and strong commitment are needed from all stakeholders in the school environment, an active role and positive attitude are required by all related parties, starting from school principals, teachers, students, parents must contribute their respective functions to create a climate a school environment that is safe, comfortable, and certainly does not contain elements of violence in it.

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior is a set of behaviors that are carried out based on awareness as a result of learning that enables a person or family to help themselves in the health sector and play an active role in realizing personal and family health. the implementation of PHBS in households is the responsibility of every household member. According to Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) in 2013, the proportion of households that met PHBS criteria was 32.3%. The purpose of this education is to increase the knowledge of housewives about problems with PHBS. The methods used in this counseling are pre-test and post-test using questionnaires and question and answer lectures. The results of the pre test for housewives who were present at the extension activities were in the low category (18%) and after being given knowledge counseling the respondents were in the high category (81%). The conclusion regarding this counseling is that there is a very significant increase in knowledge of the respondents before being given education with after being given counseling about PHBS.

The research objectives to be achieved in accordance with the formulation of the problem described above are to find out, analyze and answer the role of Employee Work Ethics on Subjective Well-Being in Family Companies in Indonesia. This study took respondents from all existing employees at PT Surya Polyplas Utama, with a total of 109 people. In carrying out the field, this study took primary data by using a questionnaire. This type of research that will be used is to use quantitative research methods with explanatory methods. The end result of this research is a picture of a causal relationship, so this method uses samples and hypotheses. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis to test the hypothesis. While the classic assumption test used includes Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, and Data Normality Test. Overall, the indicators used in this study are valid (because the correlation coefficient is > 0.200 with a significance level of <0.05) and reliable (because the coefficient value of Cronbach's Alpha is > 0.60). The results of the classical assumption test also show that this research has fulfilled, among others 1.) Both regression models are free from multicollinearity; 2.) There is no heteroscedasticity; 3.) There is no autocorrelation in both regression models; and 4.) The residuals of the two regression models are normally distributed. The findings of the analysis using path analysis while answering the hypothesis concluded that the influence of employee work ethics on subjective well-being is significant, with a value of Standardized coefficients Beta 0.746 with a significance level of 0.000.

This research examines the impact of the school principal's leadership style on teacher performance and competence at MTs Azzainiyyah Nagrog, Sukabumi. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing surveys to collect data from teachers at the school. The questionnaires focused on leadership styles implemented by the principal and teachers' perceptions of their performance and competence. The results demonstrate that the school principal's leadership style significantly influences teacher performance and competence. Leadership styles emphasizing teacher empowerment, effective communication, and support for professional development contribute to enhanced overall teacher performance and competence. Additionally, inspiring leadership and fostering a positive working climate further improve teacher performance and competence. The research emphasizes the crucial role of school principals in creating a conducive learning environment and motivating teachers to innovate and collaborate. Effective leadership goes beyond managerial aspects and extends to human resource development. The implications of the study are vital for school administrators, especially principals, to adopt more effective leadership strategies to enhance teacher performance and competence. Furthermore, this research enriches the academic knowledge in the field of education, specifically the relationship between school principal leadership styles and teacher performance and competence. Further studies could delve deeper into the factors affecting teacher performance and competence at MTs Azzainiyyah Nagrog. Exploring optimal school principal leadership development for better educational outcomes remains an area of interest for future investigation.

This study aims to describe the role of LAZISNU in distributing ZIS funds to Mustahik and describe the impact of ZIS on improving the economic welfare of the community. The research method applied in this study is qualitative research. There are three data collection techniques used, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using interactive analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that LAZISNU in distributing ZIS funds Cluring District show that LAZISNU has succeeded in identifying and mapping Mustahik accurately and implementing a transparent and accountable distribution mechanism. Through programs that are not only consumptive but also economic empowerment, LAZISNU is able to provide a significant positive impact on improving community welfare. Although challenges in increasing public awareness still exist, the effectiveness and sustainability of the ZIS program run by LAZISNU provide hope for poverty alleviation and economic development in Cluring District.

The importance of learning motivation is very influential on student learning achievement, both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. This research was conducted at SMK Azzainiyyah Sukabumi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of learning motivation to participate in improving student achievement at SMK Azzainiyyah Sukabumi Regency. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative with field studies. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study stated that the motivation to study at SMK Azzainiyyah had two factors; intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Many achievements were achieved thanks to the motivation to learn, both cognitive, affective, and psychomotor achievements. Participatory learning motivation plays a role in improving student achievement, including: increasing student involvement, increasing conceptual understanding, increasing intrinsic motivation, encouraging creativity and initiative and building social skills.  

The rapid development of the times, the revolution has changed many things that must be kept, not to be ignored. Traditional games that are full of cultural and ethnic values, even those that are useful for the best development of children. Modern games that are considered more realistic and even more personal are preferred by children, must be exposed to better motoric and cognitive games. In this study, the theory used is Herbert Spencer's cultural theory which considers that people and culture experience changes at certain stages from simple to complex forms. In addition to the concept of children's motor development according to John Piaget, who has found that games will train children's cognitive abilities better. This research is to see how the existence of traditional games influences the development of children today. This study uses qualitative methods to see how children make traditional games into modern games for children's motoric and cognitive development. As a result, children who do traditional games have much more developed abilities and character. The role of parents and teachers Traditional games that hold meaning and tradition are also important to be preserved. The results of the research itself can be concluded in the game Gobag Sodor there are cultural values that have been applied in the game and there are components of physical conditions that exist in learning at school and in college, such as agility, speed, coordination, strength and balance.

Indonesia's development and financing for its country comes from the income of MSMEs in Indonesia. MSMEs are the economic cycle in Indonesia and MSMEs have a very high influence on improving the economy in Indonesia. More entrepreneurs and MSMEs will increase the economic value of a country, namely Indonesia, because the economy will grow in proportion to the growth of MSMEs with MSMEs, people are required to become entrepreneurs and as a producer and is expected to be able to import its products abroad to increase income from abroad and domestically. The survival of MSMEs is very important for the continuity of MSME businesses, for this reason the government provides various kinds of stimuli so that MSMEs are able to survive under certain conditions, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. MSMEs need to make improvements in terms of financial governance. This understanding starts from an early age, namely in the MSME environment to support government programs that intensify calls for Indonesian people to comply with reporting which plays a very important role in the country's development. The main problem obtained from observations of MSMEs in Api-api village, Wonokerto is that they do not understand financial governance for MSME entities for business sustainability, so it is necessary to hold a workshop regarding strengthening financial governance of MSMEs to improve business sustainability in Api-Api Village, Kec. Wonokerto Regency Pekalongan. Goals and targets of community service in Api-Api Village, Kec. Wonokerto Regency Pekalongan is so that the public understands good financial governance and how to prepare financial reports for community businesses in Api-Api Village, Kec. Wonokerto Regency Pekalongan. The number of participants was 30 MSME business actors. The implementation method is carried out by presenting workshop material directly (offline) in Api-Api Village, Kec. Wonokerto Regency Pekalongan. The output of this community service is in the form of scientific journal publications in the ITS NU Pekalongan Community Service Journal and cinematic videos of the implementation of community service.

The direct procurement system is used to provide satisfaction to consumers because there is no need to wait a long time to complete consumer requests. Companies must adjust to production needs so as not to leave unused items. Procurement of goods to meet during production activities can be brought in according to the needs of the company. From the direct procurement method used by the company, it has a good impact, the production process is on schedule and is not hampered by the arrival of the goods needed during the production process and can complete consumer requests in a timely manner.

Human resources are one of the organizational resources that play an important role in achieving its goals. Every organization is managed by humans. Without humans, the organization will not run. Challenges and opportunities in managing and creating organizations often stem from human-related problems. Therefore, in managing human resources (HR), the most vital resource is a strategic central activity. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the effect of competence, motivation, reward on employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at Sembako Rahap Putra UMKM.The research method is to use a type of quantitative research. The population of this study is 215 employees, the sample in this study is 140 employees. The technique used in collecting data using observation and questionnaires as data collection instruments. Data processing techniques use the SmartPLS 3 application.Based on research at Sembako Rahap Putra MSME, the research results obtained show that competence is less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.093), Motivation has less effect in increasing Morale with a P-Value of (0.465), Rewards are less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.172), Morale has a positive effect on Employee Performance with a P-Value of (0.025), Competence has less effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.244) , Motivation has little effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.238), Reward has less effect on Employee performance through work enthusiasm with a P-Value of (0.431).

Financial service providers issue a variety of products to support their business activities and also to serve consumers who use their product services. One of the products they offer to consumers is Fintech. The Fintech innovations offered include Peer to Peer Lending (P2PL), crowdfunding, Payment Gateways, and risk and investment management. From these technological developments, new challenges arise for financial service supervisors and the government to monitor these practices in order to create an environment that is not detrimental between financial service providers and consumers. This study aims to explore the role of existing legal regulations in Indonesia in dealing with technological developments in the financial sector. The research was conducted by means of descriptive analysis and collecting review literature studies to compare and analyze consumer protection in the development of Fintech. The results of this study indicate the need for supervision by financial supervisory institutions in practice to oversee the activities carried out by financial service providers in offering their products to consumers, so that there are no violations that can harm consumers.

This research aims to explore the integration of spiritual wisdom and scientific knowledge within the educational landscape, facilitated by teachers, to foster a symbiotic relationship between education and business sectors. Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on developing and empowering subordinates, with the aim of creating significant change in the organization.  This leadership style involves inspiration, motivation, and positive influence of a leader on subordinates. In the context of state administration, transformational leadership can directly impact the performance of civil servants, including civil servants in the Lamuru sub-district office of Bone Regency. Bone Regency is one of Indonesia’s regions with its own potential and challenges in development. In carrying out its duties, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office as a representative of local government at the sub-district level has a strategic role in organizing various state administration activities, coordinating development programs, and providing public services to the community. To achieve these goals, quality and effective ASN performance is essential.The research method used in this study is a Qualitative Research Method on the Effect of Transformational Leadership on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can be used to gain a deep understanding of the experiences, perceptions, and meanings associated with the phenomenon of leadership and the performance of civil servants in specific contexts.Transformational leadership has a significant influence on the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN) at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. Through transformational leadership, a leader is able to inspire, motivate, and influence civil servants to achieve better performance and make maximum contributions in carrying out their duties. This study highlights several important findings related to the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of civil servants in the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. By paying attention to the influence of this transformational leadership, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can improve the performance of civil servants, and quality public services, and strengthen public trust in the local government. Effective implementation of transformational leadership requires organizational support, leader commitment, effective communication, subordinate participation, good team building, and appreciation for achievements.

Physical differences between the sexes are determined on the basis of primary sex characteristics, namely the internal and external organs that carry out reproductive functions, such as the ovaries, uterus, breasts and penis. puberty and fat accumulation) but do not play a direct role in reproduction (Wong, 2015) Leucorrhoea in medical circles is known as leukore or fluor albus, which is discharge from the vagina. Leucorrhoea is a candida yeast infection in female genitalia and is caused by a yeast-like organism, namely candida albicans. Under normal circumstances, the vagina produces a clear, odorless, colorless fluid, the amount is not excessive and is not accompanied by itching. Leucorrhoea is the most common complaint in women. Leucorrhoea can occur under normal circumstances (physiological), but can also be a symptom of a disorder that must be treated (pathological) (Clayton, 2018). The method of carrying out this activity is: education in carrying out proper personal hygiene in adolescents to prevent abnormal vaginal discharge which is characterized by itching, odor, and green color so that it has an impact on infection. This activity began with the preparation of proposals and administration of activities in February 2023.
