This research aims to analyze the determinants of the unemployment rate in Langkat Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method. This shows that the variables Inflation, Economic Growth and Wage Level can explain the unemployment rate in Langkat Regency of 61.3% with the remaining 38.7% which will be explained by other factors. From the results of the partial significance test which were analyzed, the t-count of inflation was 0.125583 > 2.00665. It can be concluded that inflation significantly influences the unemployment rate in Langkat Regency. Meanwhile, for the Economic Growth variable, the calculated t value was -0.453940 < 2.00665, so it can be concluded that the Economic Growth variable does not significantly influence unemployment in Langkat Regency. Meanwhile, for the Wage Level variable, the calculated t value was 0.394292 > 2.00665, so it can be concluded that the Wage Level significantly influences the unemployment rate in Langkat Regency. Meanwhile, from the results of the simultaneous significant test, a value of 0.613873 > 3.59 can be obtained and it can also be seen that the probability value is smaller than the significance (α) of 5% or 0.000174 < 0.05, it can be concluded that Inflation , Economic Growth (GDP) and Wage Levels together (simultaneously) can influence the unemployment rate in Langkat Regency.

This research is motivated by the still not optimal performance of the Banjar City Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency employees which is characterized by frequent recording and reporting errors involving administrative management, the completion of existing work that is not in accordance with work achievement targets, employees who arrive late from work hours entering work that has been determined, besides that employees often leave the effective time of working hours and delays in completing work. The formulation of the problems posed in this study are as follows: 1. How does competence affect employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. How does work discipline affect employee performance? 4. How does competence, motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 50 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Competence tends to be good and employee performance is high, so competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 2). Work motivation tends to be good and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 3). Work discipline tends to be good and employee performance is high, so work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work discipline, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency 4). Competence, motivation and work discipline tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence, motivation and work discipline, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency.

The background of this research is that the performance of the employees of the Financial Management Agency and Regional Income Management in the City of Banjar has not been maximized due to the lack of training, one of which is asset management and service delivery by employees who tend to be less focused and slow resulting in organizational plans or targets not running optimally because of the cycle time is not quite right. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. What is the effect of training on employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. What is the influence of training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The research method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 50 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Training tends to be good and employee performance is high, so training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the employee's performance at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 3). Training and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training and the higher the work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency.

This means that the better the competency, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Libraries Office. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service. 3). Competence and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence and high work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation factors consisting of compensation, promotion and work environment on employee performance at the Banjar City Transportation Agency. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. How does compensation affect employee performance? 2. How does promotion affect employee performance? 3. How does the work environment affect employee performance? 4. How does the effect of compensation, promotion and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 56 employees and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Compensation tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the compensation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 2). Promotion tends to be good and employee performance is high, so promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the promotion, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 3). The work environment tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The strategy for developing Prince Benowo's tomb tourism in Wonosalam District, Jombang has become the focus of discussion. One strategy that stands out is the use of social media platforms such as YouTube and other platforms. In this context, interesting and informative video content, official YouTube channel, collaboration with local YouTubers or influencers, live streaming, and social media-based campaigns can be used to promote the tomb. In addition, other strategies include improving infrastructure, environmental management, providing adequate facilities and information, developing educational and cultural programs, as well as involving local communities and partnerships with related parties. Implementation of this strategy aims to create a good tourist experience, boost the local economy, and strengthen the cultural and historical identity of the village. Periodic evaluation and monitoring is required to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy and improvements where necessary. Thus, it is hoped that Prince Benowo's tomb tour will become an attractive, sustainable tourist destination, and provide benefits to the local community.

The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Science, technology and strategy which currently control the progress of mankind are still determined in this world as carriers of various kinds of inequality and pollution, both physical, social, biological and cultural. (Abdurahmat Fathoni, thing: 01 of 2014). Some of these problems were identified as factors indicating that the characteristics of HR competencies in improving employee performance at SMC Hospital were not optimal, thus affecting employee work productivity. This can affect the performance of employees who are less effective so that the implementation of their duties often does not run optimally. This study aims to find out how the analysis of HR competency characteristics in improving employee performance at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The data used in this study uses primary and secondary data. The objects in this study were ASN employees at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This data collection technique is by interview, observation, and document study. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on knowledge, employee knowledge of the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya in carrying out its duties has increased. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on skills, employee skills in carrying out their duties at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya is increasing because employees feel motivated in completing the tasks given, this is due to supervision from each superior over employees in carrying out their duties. However, supervision alone is not enough because it is important for each employee to receive training in order to hone their skills or abilities so that they can maximize their performance. Analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on self-concept and values, self-concept and employee values ​​in this case education which greatly influences the productivity of an employee in carrying out his duties. From the results of the study it can be seen that the educational background of employees at the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya is different, but the work assigned can still be carried out as long as the job responsibilities given are in accordance with the education taken by the employees. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on motives, employee motives at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya in carrying out her duties as a nurse the supporting factors in carrying out her duties and functions as an employee in the field are basically relatively the same and also greatly affect the performance of the employees.

In this study, researchers approached the study through theory and physics. Surabaya has established itself as a city of services and commerce. In addition, Surabaya is a business city where various events take place. As a shop, Surabaya is a one-stop shop. All activities take place here and all supporting facilities are available. Trading is the main activity in Surabaya. Geographically, Surabaya actually emerged as a commercial city. Since the colonial era, the kingdom of the Majapahit era, trade has become the main activity. Currently trading activities in Surabaya are not limited to regional and national needs. Surabaya has become a city of international trade. As a commercial city, Surabaya has several important pillars. These places become spaces for commercial activities. The modern market is the most important pillar of Surabaya's status as a commercial city. Attractive layout, comfortable atmosphere, and competitive prices are the hallmarks of a modern market that fits with the dense activity of city dwellers. Modern markets are scattered throughout the center and suburbs of Surabaya. The presence of many modern markets provides more choices for the community. This number will continue to grow as investment in Surabaya increases. Kampung Surabaya is a living space for Surabaya residents. Apart from houses, villages in Surabaya are also production centers. The village is now emerging as a small economic center. Each village has its own special food, pastries, jewelry, clothing and more. Due to the influence of the city government, these villages are now designated as leading villages and have the potential to strengthen the economy of the less fortunate.

The research aims to find out how relationship marketing and product quality influence customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Zahdan Kamal Sentosa catering. This research a quantitative descriptive research type using AMOS 22 Structural Equating Modelling (SEM) analysis. The population used in this research is catering customer in 2022 with a total of 143 respondents. The results showed that relationship marketing had a positive effect on cunsomer satisfaction and customer loyalty with a CR value of 2.279 and 2.958 (CR ≥ 1.96) respectively and a probability value of 0.003 and 0.023 (P ≤ 0.05).  Product quality variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a CR value 2.867 (CR ≥ 1.96) and the probability value is 0.004 (p ≤ 0.05). The product quality variable does not have a positive effect on customer loyalty because the CR value is 1.239 (CR ≤ 1.96) and the probability is 0.215 (p ≥ 0.05). the consumer satisfaction variable has a positive effect on loyalty customer with a CR value of 2.294 (CR ≥ 1.96) and a probability value of 0.022 (p ≤ 0.05).

This study uses a quantitative research method with a true research design an experiment with the type of posttest- only control group design which aims to test the effect of using the YouTube application on the results of learning Arts and Culture in class X UPT SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap. The population of this study is all students of class X SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap with samples taken of 18 students of class X BRT 1 SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap and using the Purposive technique sampling. There are 2 variables in this study, namely the effect of using the YouTube application (independent variable) and the learning outcomes of Class X Students' Cultural Arts (dependent variable). This research was conducted in class X UPT SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap. Data collection techniques using documentation and tests. Data from the test results that have been collected are then analyzed using the mean and t.test formulas . Based on the results of data analysis, the experimental group value = 85 and the control group value = 66.111 and the t test obtained T count 5.897 > from T table 5% (2.120) with db 16 . Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of the YouTube application has an effect on the learning outcomes of Cultural Arts class X UPT SMK Negeri 2 Sidrap

Aquaponics is a combined system of fish farming techniques and hydroponic plant cultivation. Fish manure and feed residues are very dependent on the supply of nutrients in the aquaponic system of red tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) aquaculture. The level of production of vegetable crops in a certain area is also influenced by the total nutrient input ratio of feed to domestic fish per day. The aquaponic system utilizes optimum water supply for each commodity by utilizing a recirculation system. The type of fish used is fish that live in freshwater, a type of tilapia. Fish farming includes the maintenance of fish, which pays attention to the growth and development of fish. Hydroponics itself is a way of farming without using soil as a medium but using water which contains controlled nutrients containing the essential elements needed for plant growth. The location of this research was conducted in Losari Village, Kec. Gondang, Kab. sleepy. It aims to increase the demand for vegetables, limited land and space, efficiency in land use, and decoration. In addition, this cultivation system allows for increased production of cultivated products with limited land and water sources, and creates its own beauty. (9 pt).

The research model integrates financial knowledge, AI integration, human capital, and digital marketing to explore their collective impact on SME competitiveness. Through purposive sampling, SMEs across diverse sectors will be selected for in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Data analysis will employ thematic analysis techniques to derive rich insights from qualitative data. The study anticipates uncovering nuanced relationships between the aforementioned variables and SME competitiveness. Findings will contribute to enhancing understanding of the intricate dynamics shaping SME competitiveness and inform strategic interventions to bolster their competitive edge in the market landscape.

This study is entitled to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Work environment and Leadership Models on Work Loyalty. In this research using quantitative methods. The sample in this study were Proseecing employees at PT Syngenta Seed Indonesia PIER, Pasuruan Regency with a sample size of 106 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling saturated. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. To obtain the test results in this study, validity and reliability tests were carried out, classical assumption tests were normality and heroscedasticity tests, and then hypothesis testing was carried out. The results of this study show that the results of the Determination Test (R2) for the variable Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment and Leadership Model have an effect on Work Loyalty of 0.446 or the equivalent percentage value of 46.3%, while the remaining 55.4% is influenced by other variables . For the significant level, namely the the Work Environment variable has a nt significant effect  Work Loyalty, while the Work Discipline variable has significant effect on Work Loyalty, and the Leadership Model variable has significant effect on Work Loyalty,

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Satria Nusantara Sakti. This study uses a quantitative approach with the category of causal associative research. The population in this study are employees of PT. Satria Nusantara Sakti as many as 35 people, with the entire population being sampled. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study also show that workload, work environment, and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance.

This research aims to analyze FDI, Exports, and Inflation on the Determinants of Economic Growth IMT-Gt for the 2000-2021 Period. This research uses a quantitative approach with panel data for 22 years. This research uses secondary data obtained from the World Bank. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS 23 with multiple regression analysis techniques. The research results show that the partial FDI variable has no effect on Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. The partial inflation variable has no effect on Indonesia and Thailand. In Malaysia, the inflation variable is significant. Meanwhile, partially the Export variable has a significant impact on the Economic Growth of Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. Simultaneous research on the variables FDI, Exports and Inflation influence the Economic Growth of Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

Pronunciation plays an important role in communication. It provides the different meaning of English words when they are pronounced differently especially English diphthongs. Producing errors in pronouncing English diphthongs cause misunderstanding in communication. The research was aimed to know(1) the commonmispronounced diphthongs by the second semester of English Study Program’s students atintermediate speaking class and (2) the causation of errors in pronouncing English diphthongs. The mixed method research was used to get the data. The qualitative data were taken based on the observations, documentations, and interviews, meanwhile the quantitative data were taken based on the errors of the students on the tests. The results of the research were described by the percentages. The students commonly made diphthong errors as follows/uә/= 19.3%, /eә/= 21.3%, /ei/= 20%,/aʊ/= 13.10%, and/ɪә/= 26.2%.The errors happened in the classifications ofsubstitution = 46.9%, insertion = 13.8%, and omission = 39.3%. It happened because of the influence of inter-lingual and intra-lingual factors.

Learning guidance assistance for students is one of the ways used to improve student learning outcomes. There are two factors that influence student learning outcomes, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors from within the student such as the student's willingness to learn, while external factors are factors from outside the student's self such as the learning atmosphere. The purpose of carrying out tutoring assistance by STKIP Modern Ngawi students for students is that it is expected to be able to increase student motivation in learning so that student abilities increase with a maximum and enjoyable learning process. Learning guidance assistance is carried out in four stages, namely: (1) Providing practice questions to determine students' basic abilities, (2) Providing motivation to learn to students, (3) Providing material explanations to students, (4) Question and answer to find out students' abilities after the learning assistance activities have been completed. The results of the tutoring assistance had a positive impact which was marked by high student enthusiasm and increased learning outcomes.

Background: Fever is an event where the body temperature is above normal resulting from the hypothalamic temperature control center which is influenced by interleukin-1 (IL-1). Normal body temperature is around 37.5°C. Fever is considered very high and potentially dangerous if it reaches 39ºC. Fever in toddlers can be treated in several ways, one of which is through non-pharmacological methods such as shallots. The benefits of onion compresses to reduce body temperature in fever in children. The aim: is to find out whether there is an effect of onion compresses on children with fever. Research method: This research uses pre-experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample of this research is 20 respondents. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon signed rank test. Research shows body temperature before treatment the average respondent has a body temperature of 37.868ºC, after treatment the average respondent is 37.463ºC, and the difference in body temperature before and after treatment is 0.377 °C Wilcoxon test results found that the p-value is 0.000 more smaller than the value (p <0.05). Conclusion: there is an effect of giving red onion compresses to reducing body temperature in children with fever aged 1-5 years.

The results of this study indicate that the role of coworkers has a significant impact on employee performance in restaurants. The effective role of coworkers can influence employee performance through several mechanisms. First, through good teamwork, colleagues can increase employee productivity and work quality. Synergistic teamwork enables the exchange of knowledge and experience that can improve individual skills.
