The disturbing behavior of children, such as the behavior of children away from religious teachings, disrespecting their parents, dressing inappropriately, saying dirty words, smoking, and the most troubling thing is that children are now involved in criminal acts. Responding to the negative behaviors of children that often appear in the news of child crimes need special attention. Therefore, as a form of attention, it is necessary to first understand the condition of the child himself and his relationship with the surrounding environment, both parents and family as well as the school as the smallest unit in society that has the responsibility to help children grow and develop optimally. Parents are the first people to be known by children, the first people to give life understanding to children, so parents play an important role in the formation of children's character. However, ironically, the family becomes a source of threat and unrest for children, because of the wrong treatment given by parents to children. Basically, the relationship between children and their parents is an emotional and cognitive source for children. These relationships provide opportunities for children to explore the environment, including school and social life, and children's early relationships can serve as models for later relationships. This initial relationship begins when the child is born into the world, in fact it has started since the fetus was in the womb (Sutcliffe, 2002: 15).1. Furthermore, the role of Christian Religious Education is an effort made by educators continuously to equip students with sources of faith. Character formation is very important in the educational process which is a process of internalizing the values ​​of the Christian faith through education. So that the personality or noble character of students is formed through habituation that is constantly practiced, without stopping.

Religious education aims to increase religious potential and shape children to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty and have noble character which includes ethics, character and morals. Religious value in children is a child's ability to understand religion that is obtained from parents, society and the surrounding environment. One of the efforts that can be made to achieve children with religious character is to instill religious values ​​themselves in children through religious activities such as the habit of praying dhuha in congregation and tahfiz Al-Qur`an activities both starting from the school environment. This study aims to instill religious values ​​in children which must be instilled since childhood, so that children get used to behaving well towards other people in their surroundings and have a love for the Al-Qur`an which increases their faith and piety to God Almighty. This research was conducted at the Subsidized Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Galagah Hulu. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method in which data collection uses observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the habituation of Duha prayer carried out by children in congregation, they find several religious values, namely the value of worship, the value of spirit of jihad, moral values ​​and exemplary values. Strategies in instilling religious values ​​by motivating and setting an example. One way to instill religious values ​​is to always keep the Duha prayer time. tells the virtues of dhuha prayer, tells the virtues of memorizing the Qur'an in life so as to foster a sense of love in children. In the activities of tahfidz Al-Qur`an the religious values ​​found are children who are used to being disciplined in carrying out activities to memorize surahs while at school, children are disciplined in obeying school rules. The conclusion of this study is that through the habit of praying Dhuha in congregation and tahfidz Al-Qur`an religious values ​​can be fostered which are reflected in good attitudes, behavior and personality in everyday life. The character of a child formed since he was small, whether consciously or not, will influence the way the individual perceives himself and his environment which will be reflected in his daily behavior. What is prioritized in character education is the strengthening of religious values, as a means to form a generation that has character, has noble character and loves the sunnah of the Prophet. One of them is in this study, which aims to shape children's character through living hadith learning in the form of a module which contains several components, namely: definitions, to clarify children's understanding of the title being studied, motivational sentences as children's learning motivation,  adab-adab, namely a series of daily sunnah practices that students can carry out and get used to, prayer, namely prayers taken from hadiths related to the material being studied, and memorized hadiths, namely short hadiths that students can memorize. This research was conducted at SDN Muara Baruh, North Amuntai District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive field research method. The results of this study indicate that learning living hadith is very helpful in forming children's attitudes and behavior in everyday life, such as the etiquette of wearing shoes and sandals.

Apart from being a means of entertainment, films can also be a means of guidance to the public through the message contained in the film. Therefore, the public must be more careful in choosing films, especially for children, so as not to fall prey to the negative things that come from the films they watch. Nussa and Rara is one of the children's animated films with the Muslim genre that children like. In this animated film there are positive educational values ​​for children. This study aims to analyze the educational values ​​contained in the film Nussa and Rara in one of its episodes entitled 3S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa).This study used library research methods with mass media analysis as the type of research. The results of the study show that there are two types of character education in the films Nussa and Rara episode 3S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa), namely character education and social education. The character education values ​​contained in the animated film are based on the Ministry of Education and Culture's references, namely religious attitude, fond of reading and curiosity. Meanwhile, the social educational values ​​contained in the film are based on Nashih Ulwan's opinion, namely 1) the inculcation of noble psychological foundations, namely piety and brotherly affection. 2) safeguarding the rights of others, namely the teaching of social etiquette.

Character education in today's era is very important to be applied to elementary school children. Character education is an effort that is applied to instill religious, moral, ethical values ​​in elementary school children through science, assisted by parents, teachers, and the community. This service aims to socialize to parents as the first environment for a child to get an education, how important it is to instill character education values ​​starting at an early age and especially in children at elementary school age. This community service is carried out in RW 8, Mandala Village, Merauke District, Mareauke Regency. This activity is carried out in 3 parts where in each part it uses the lecture method and question and answer discussion with parents. The results of this training are 1) increased understanding of parents about the importance of character education for elementary school children. 2) the increasing desire of parents to implement character education for children in elementary schools

The film Lenyap dalam Sunyidirected by Muhammad Fajruchi K is a film produced by Fisabilillah Production which won the 2016 Bandung Islamic Film Festival at Pasundan University, Bandung. The purpose of this research is to analyze the characterization of the short film Lenyap dalam Sunyiusing Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. The meaning of the denotation related to the depiction of the film characters Vanishing in Silence appears in scene 1 with the main characters Prana, and Bardi with the boarding house setting in the morning, then the supporting characters, namely Ziya and Sukma, appear in scenes 4 and 5, scenes meeting at the campus park. The connotative meaning that appears in the character description of the film Lenyap dalam Sunyiis that the character Bardi is a religious person, Bardi is a figure who always reminds Prana in terms of kindness. Prana is a young man who is energetic, looks fashionable, and likes poetry (a poetic person), while Ziya is a Muslim woman, marked by a syar'i dress that covers her nakedness. Ziya is a cousin of Bardi, while Sukma is a symbol of a Muslim woman who is characterized by wearing a khimar and syar'i robe that covers her genitals. Sukma's character is different from Ziya, the depiction of Sukma's character is an energetic woman who seems shy. The myth in this study is the reality that occurs in society that everyone has different characters according to the upbringing of both parents, as well as their education.

Reading the Al-Qur'an is one of the religious practices which is a good practice with the hope of being able to read the Al-Qur'an accurately, with tartil, and with good pronunciation. To form an Islamic character by being able to create the character of the Qur'an, it is also important to get used to reading the Qur'an. The method in this service is a persuasive method for recitation participants, then the children are given material about planting Islamic characters, so that children can learn to read the Koran. Providing guidance to children in the process of this activity is carried out by providing Islamic character material to children, as well as teaching reading the Qur'an, so that children in Lakambau Village can maximize their academic work activities at the University of Muhammadiyah Buton. The results of the participants' posttest showed that participants reached the high category of 10 people or 66.67%, the medium category was 4 people or 26.66%, while the low category was 1 person or 6.67%. The conclusion in this service is that children are very enthusiastic about participating in the Al-Qur'an learning activity program, so that students can instill Islamic character in children in Lakambau Village, South Buton Regency.

In every educational institution, management is needed that prioritizes student character education, this management can be carried out outside school hours. Similarly, at Bina Madina Denpasar Vocational School, practicing Islamic arts curricular management extracts which aim to strengthen students' character values. The aim of this research is to find out: 1) The implementation of strengthening students' character values ​​through Islamic arts extracurricular management at Bina Madina Denpasar Vocational School for the 2019/2020 academic year, 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of strengthening students' character values ​​through extracurricular management Islamic art at Bina Madina Denpasar Vocational School for the 2019/2020 academic year. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The resource persons in this research were the school principal, head of curriculum, head of student affairs, religious teachers, and students. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out interactively, starting from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results found: 1) The implementation of strengthening students' character values ​​was carried out by practicing recitation, discussions among members, advice/advice. Conceptualized in three pillars; The Moral of Knowing, the Moral of Loving, and the Moral of Doing. 2) Supporting factors for strengthening students' character values ​​are the active role of educators and support from the school principal, as well as adequate infrastructure. 2) The inhibiting factors are that students are not consistent in implementing noble morals, students' abilities are limited, time is not right, and the distance between the school and the students' home is quite far.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja; menganalisis pengaruh antara motivasi terhadap kinerja; menganalisis pengaruh kelengkapan sarana prasarana  terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 72 responden, yang merupakan bagian dari dari total populasi yang berjumlah 88 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan kemudian diolah secara parsial menggunakan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan terdapat pengaruh antara variabel antara karakteristik individu, motivasi, dan kelengkapan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai KUA se Kota Semarang. Secara parsial, karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif signifinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh signifinan terhadap kinerja pegawai kelengkapan sarana prasarana berpengaruh signifinan terhadap kinerja pegawai.        

This study aims to investigate the impact of democratic parenting style, single parent resilience, school environment, and religious education on child character development. Through an exploratory approach, the research seeks to understand the intricate interplay between these factors and their effects on shaping children's character traits. The study employs purposive sampling to gather insights from diverse perspectives, including parents, educators, and religious leaders. Data analysis involves thematic coding to identify recurring patterns and themes within the narratives. Initial findings suggest that democratic parenting fosters independence and empathy in children, while single parent resilience contributes to resilience-building. Additionally, the school environment and religious education play significant roles in instilling moral values and ethical principles. These findings underscore the multifaceted nature of child character development and highlight the importance of considering various influences in nurturing well-rounded individuals.

This study aims to analyze the principal’s efforts in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura. PAI learning plays a significant role in shaping students’ faith, morals, and personality in accordance with Islamic teachings derived from the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as the exemplary conduct of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. In this context, the principal, as an educational leader, holds a strategic role in managing, guiding, and enhancing the performance of PAI teachers to ensure that the learning process is carried out effectively and contributes positively to students’ spiritual and character development.This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The subjects of the study include the principal, PAI teachers, and students of SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to obtain comprehensive and contextual information regarding the implementation of PAI learning. The data analysis process was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To ensure the validity and reliability of the findings, source and technique triangulation were applied.The results indicate that PAI learning at SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura is not only conducted in the classroom through the delivery of materials related to aqidah, morals, fiqh, and the Qur'an and Hadith, but is also strengthened through various religious programs integrated into the school culture. The principal’s efforts to improve learning quality include conducting regular academic supervision, involving teachers in professional development programs, providing work motivation, and consistently monitoring the learning process. Additionally, religious activities such as Qur'an memorization programs, daily Qur'an recitation before lessons, and routine dhikr and salawat activities support the internalization of Islamic values.Supporting factors include the principal’s active leadership and professional experience, while inhibiting factors consist of limited infrastructure, administrative burdens, and varying levels of teacher competence. Overall, these efforts have contributed positively to improving the quality of PAI learning and fostering students’ character development.

 Islamic education at the Elementary School (SD) level significantly impacts the formation of character and morality in children. This research focuses on the role of the family in supporting Islamic education at the SD level, identifying parents' perceptions, the family's role in reinforcing Islamic values in children, and the challenges faced by families in supporting Islamic education in the modern era. The research method used is a qualitative-literature approach.. The conclusion of this research provides a profound understanding of the dynamics of the relationship between the family and Islamic education at the SD level. These findings can contribute to educators, parents, and policymakers in creating an educational environment that supports the holistic development of children, especially in understanding the vital role of the family in supporting Islamic education at the SD level.

Islamic education in general can be understood as an effort to increase students' faith, understanding, appreciation and practice of the religion of Islam so that they become Muslim individuals who believe and are pious and have noble character in personal, social, national and state life. This study aims to reveal the effect of Islamic Religious Education on the Attitudes of Single Parent Children: 1) Implementation of Islamic Religious Education. 2) Attitude of Single Parent Children. 3) The Effect of Islamic Religious Education on the Attitude of Single Parent Family Children This research is a field research with quantitative approach with correlation method. The data collection techniques used are: 1) Observation Method 2) interviews (interviews) 3) questionnaires (questionnaires) 4) documentation. Data analysis techniques include calculating the average value (mean), product moment correlation techniques, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that Islamic religious education has a good influence on the attitude of single parent children.

Developing children's interests and talents in a religious context is crucial to shaping the character and morality of the younger generation. This study aims to explore the various methods used in religious activities in Heram District, Waena Kel. Jayapura City, and to measure their impact on the development of children's interests and talents. Through qualitative and quantitative approaches, data was collected from observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Results show that religious activities not only increase children's interest in spiritual aspects, but also contribute to their social and emotional development.

This study aims to describe the role of spiritual intelligence in increasing the professionalism of Christian Religious Education teachers. The professionalism of Christian Religious Educationteachers plays an important role in the success of giving birth to students with Christ's character. Spiritual intelligence is the result of an intimate and intense relationship with God. Through this research, the author conveys that through spiritual intelligence, God actually speaks and guides teachers in living their professional lives and responsibilities. The indicators of spiritual intelligence presented in this study help to understand how spiritual intelligence actually works. The research method used is qualitative. Collecting data using the method of observation and literature study. The results of the study concluded that when a teacher has spiritual intelligence, the ability to understand the nature of oneself is created, able to understand God's will so that the spirit to move his life is the Holy Spirit. Thus his existence both body and soul (all thoughts and feelings) is directed to become a teacher similar to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Al-Ihsan Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo Islamic Boarding School is a non-formal Islamic educational institution that realizes that apart from being equipped with religious knowledge, students need to be provided with various activities that can equip and make them competitive in the economic field. By looking at the potential of the students and the background of each student, Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo implemented an independent student training program. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the independent student training program at Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo so that it can identify problems that arise. arose in the implementation of the independent student training program at the Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School. This research is qualitative research. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data verification and presentation as well as drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that the Al-Ihsan Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo Islamic Boarding School implements an independent student training program well. The implementation of the independent student provision program at the Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School refers to empowering human resources. The benefit of having an independent student training program at the Al-Ihsan Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo Islamic Boarding School is to train and equip students in the field of economics, but on the other hand there are obstacles to the personal character of each student and time constraints regarding the implementation of this program because they have to adjust to study time. them. In order for the independent student training program to run well, it is hoped that there will be time discipline and consistency from all parties involved. It is hoped that the Islamic boarding school will carry out monitoring and evaluation during the course of this program as well as determining the next process for the independent santri training program at the Al-Ihsan Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo Islamic Boarding School. 

ABSTRACKThe purpouse of this study was to determine whether there is a correlation between religious independence and the character building based on Pancasila at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri Colomadu in 2019/2020 Academic year. This research was a quantitative research. In this study, the population was 298 students in class X SMA Negeri Colomadu. The sampling technique used was proportional rondom sampling technique. The documentation technique was used to collect data on students at SMA Negeri Colomadu. The questionnaire technique was used to collect data on religious independence and character formation based on Pancasila. The data analysis technique used the productmoment correlation technique. The annalysis results showed thah the value of = 0,742 > r = 0,312 at the 5% significance level. Thus the hypothesis which stated that “There is a positive correlation between religious independence and character formation based on Pancasila at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri Colomadu in 2019/2020 academic year” was proven true.

Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students
