This study was conducted at PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa, where high work pressure was observed due to daily production or sales targets that must be achieved within 8 working hours. Employees who fail to meet these targets are not allowed to leave on time, leading to increased workload and work stress. This condition is suspected to significantly affect employee productivity. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of workload and work stress on employee productivity, both partially and simultaneously. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 51 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 26 through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and F-tests. The findings of the study indicate that workload has a significant effect on employee productivity, as does work stress. Both workload and work stress are positively correlated with lower productivity levels. Moreover, when assessed together, both variables also simultaneously influence productivity significantly. This suggests that the company’s high work pressure, driven by unmet targets, contributes directly to reduced work efficiency and increased stress. Therefore, the company needs to manage workload and work stress effectively, ensuring that work expectations are realistic and that employees are given adequate support to meet these expectations. Optimizing these factors can enhance employee productivity, reduce stress, and improve overall company performance.

This study examines the connection between the growth of tourism and the income generated locally in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, focusing on the period before and after the operation of Yogyakarta International Airport in 2019. The research problem lies in understanding whether the expansion of transportation infrastructure has altered the determinants from Regional Own-Source Revenue (PAD), especially derived from the tourism sector. The objective is to analyze the influence of tourist numbers, tourist attractions, labor force participation rate (LFPR), and the number of restaurants on PAD across five districts/cities. The study employs panel data regression using data from 2013–2024 and the EViews 12 statistical tool. The findings reveal that the amount of tourists consistently exerts a positive and substantial impact on PAD in both periods, though its magnitude declined after the airport’s operation. Tourist attractions, however, became positively and significantly associated with PAD only in the post-airport period, suggesting a stronger role of destination availability in revenue generation. In contrast, LFPR and the total of restaurants show no significant effect on PAD during either period. These findings highlight a structural shift in PAD sources, with tourism remaining relevant but gradually overshadowed by other emerging sectors such as logistics after the airport’s establishment. The study concludes that while the airport contributed to diversifying economic activity, local governments should optimize tourism potential in parallel with new growth sectors to sustain balanced revenue generation

Stock returns represent a crucial parameter that serves as a reference for investors in evaluating company performance. A decline in returns has occurred in several mining companies listed on the IDX, despite the sector’s vital role in the national economy. This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Firm Size on the stock returns of mining companies listed on the IDX during the 2022–2024 period. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, resulting in 56 observational data after outliers were removed. To meet the assumptions of classical tests, several variables were transformed using natural logarithms, and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that CSR, ROE, and Firm Size have no significant effect on stock returns, whereas ROA and DER show a significant positive effect. These findings suggest that investors tend to emphasize financial fundamentals, particularly profitability and capital structure, rather than non-financial aspects such as CSR activities. The implication for companies is the need to enhance operational efficiency and optimize financial structures to attract investors and improve returns. Future researchers are encouraged to incorporate external variables such as global commodity prices, market risk, and macroeconomic indicators, as well as expand the observation period and apply more diverse methodological approaches to provide a more comprehensive understanding of stock return dynamics in the mining sector.

This study aims to investigate the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, and work environment on job satisfaction at X Group. The research focuses on understanding how these factors contribute to employees' overall satisfaction with their work. The sampling technique employed is Non-Probability Sampling, using the accidental sampling method, which selects respondents based on their availability and willingness to participate. The study’s sample consists of 30 respondents from a total population of 40 employees. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis, with SPSS version 22 and Microsoft Excel 2019 as the software tools. The results of the study indicate that Organizational Culture (X1) has a non-significant effect on job satisfaction, meaning that the organizational culture at X Group does not substantially influence employees' job satisfaction. On the other hand, Work Motivation (X2) was found to have a significant effect on job satisfaction, suggesting that higher levels of motivation in the workplace lead to greater job satisfaction. Additionally, the Work Environment (X3) also showed a non-significant effect on job satisfaction, indicating that environmental factors within the company have a minimal impact on employees' overall satisfaction. The findings suggest that while organizational culture and work environment may play a role in job satisfaction, work motivation is the most influential factor. These results can help guide strategies to improve employee job satisfaction at X Group.

This study aims to examine the responses of Gen Z regarding the influence of Emotional Branding and BrandImage on Customer Loyalty of Teh Gelas products among Gen Z in Bandung, both partially and simultaneously. The intense competition in the packaged tea drink market, along with the consistent decline in Teh Gelas brand index, the changing lifestyle, and consumption patterns of Gen Z, highlight significant challenges for Teh Gelas in maintaining customer loyalty. Additionally, negative consumer reviews on social media further weaken the BrandImage of Teh Gelas. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and verificative approach, and data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analytical instruments include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test (partial), f-test (simultaneous), correlation coefficient testing, and coefficient of determination analysis, with the help of SPSS Version 30 software. The research results show that the significance level of f is 0.01, which is smaller than 0.05. Therefore, H_03 is rejected, which means that Emotional Branding and BrandImage have a simultaneous effect on Customer Loyalty of Teh Gelas products among Gen Z in Bandung.

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style and workload on employee productivity in the Finance and Risk Management Directorate of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal. The research was conducted from February to July 2025 with 31 employee respondents. The study employed a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires and analyzing it using multiple linear regression. The research sought to understand how leadership style and workload influence the productivity of employees within this specific department. The results indicate that, partially, leadership style and workload have no significant effect on employee productivity, with significance values greater than 0.05. This suggests that individual leadership styles and workloads, when considered separately, may not have a strong direct impact on productivity. However, when analyzed simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee productivity, with a significance value of less than 0.05. The coefficient of determination reveals that leadership style and workload contribute 16.3% to employee productivity, indicating that while these factors play a role, the majority of the variation in productivity (83.7%) is due to other factors not explored in this study. These findings highlight the need for the company to consider a holistic approach to human resource management, focusing not only on leadership style and workload but also on other variables that could further enhance employee productivity. This research provides valuable input for improving organizational strategies

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee productivity at the Semarak Dana Mojokerto Savings and Loan Cooperative.  The problem of low discipline and performance of marketing staff is an important background, given the limited empirical studies on human resource factors in micro cooperatives in Indonesia.  This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sampling technique on 35 respondents.  The instrument, in the form of a questionnaire, consisted of 28 statement items measured on a 1–5 Likert scale, with validity and reliability tests showing good results (Cronbach's Alpha > 0.70). Multiple linear regression analysis was used with the help of SPSS 26. The results of the study show that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on productivity (β = 0.723, p < 0.05), as does organizational commitment (β = 0.555, p < 0.05). Simultaneously, these two variables contribute to an increase in employee productivity with a coefficient of determination of 77.8%.  These findings support the theories of Locke (1976) and Meyer & Allen (1991) and are in line with previous studies, although the context of micro cooperatives provides unique characteristics. The practical implications of this study encourage cooperatives to strengthen their reward systems, provide training, and improve work SOPs, particularly in marketing services. The limitations of this study lie in the small sample size and cross-sectional design. Future research is recommended to use a larger sample, a longitudinal approach, and include moderator variables such as work motivation or organizational culture.
