Data collections were performed from the beginning of March to October 2023. Data were collected with A four-part researcher questionnaire. It was designed to address the students’ knowledge, attitude, and practice. Statistical analysis was performed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 23 software. Results: Out of 462 questionnaires distributed, 445 questionnaires were completed; giving a response rate of 96.3%. According to the results, 310 (69.7%) students had carried out self-medication within the past one year. Common cold was the most common ailment treated with self-medication (73.9%) and antipyretics analgesics (64.5%) were the most used drugs. The primary information sources used by the students were their academic knowledge and books (47.4%). Health problems are not serious the most reason for self-medication in the study and lack of knowledge about medicine the highest causes for not taking medication. Conclusion: students’ knowledge of self-medication appears to be good and significantly high. As well self-medication was highly practiced among the students. Therefore, medical students should be viewed as important contributors to the public health care system, and future health professionals should be properly educated on good pharmacy practice and responsible self-medication.

This research focuses on the design and development of a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document for the Cost Accounting Information System at PT. ABC, a rubber manufacturing company in Indonesia. In an effort to enhance the company's efficiency and productivity, this SRS document is prepared based on the international standard ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148:2018, which covers essential aspects such as functional requirements, performance, usability, interfaces, and others. The large number of business processes carried out manually, especially in the scope of cost accounting, means that the absence of an integrated cost accounting information system is one of the main factors preventing PT. ABC from achieving optimal efficiency in its business processes. In the context of the manufacturing industry, cost accounting plays a crucial role in controlling production costs, overhead, raw materials, and indirect labor. The results of this research will produce several modules, including factory overhead cost transactions, raw material cost transactions, direct labor cost transactions, manufacturing goods transactions, finished goods transactions, purchase return transactions, sales transactions, component purchase transactions, component mastering, position mastering, user mastering, cost mastering, supplier mastering, employee mastering, raw material cost reports, factory overhead cost reports, direct labor cost reports, cost of goods sold reports, cost variance reports, budget cost reports, and profit and loss reports.

Learning Management System is a software platform designed to support and manage online teaching and learning activities. One of the educational institutions that have used the LMS platform is Padang State University. The UNP LMS platform itself has been released since 2019 which is called E-Learning UNP. At that time its use was fairly rare because it was still in the development period. However, the use of the UNP LMS platform has problems with its user interface and user experience which causes online teaching and learning activities to be less effective. The unrest felt is the usability of the UNP LMS platform which still cannot meet user needs efficiently and effectively. The design of the Padang State University mobile learning management system application uses the Design Thimgking method, so it can be concluded that this design is a problem sourced from empathy, the need for a solution to an existing problem, then continue to test for improvement. Then the mobile learning management system application was created as the main media, and accompanied by other supporting media such as Motion Graphic, Poster, X-Banner, Sticker, Acrylic Stand, and High Fidelity Flow.

This research is motivated by the drastic decline in stock prices of technology companies in 2022, which reflects heavy financial pressure and deteriorating financial performance until June 2023. This condition raises the potential risk of financial crisis or financial distress. This study aims to examine the effect of cash flow operating, leverage, liquidity, and profitability on financial risk in technology subsector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during the 2020-2023 period. A quantitative approach with secondary data of company financial reports that have been audited and published by the IDX is used in this study. The purposive sampling technique was applied to select 19 companies as samples from a total of 49 companies. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with Smart PLS software. The results of this study indicate that cash flow operating has no significant effect on financial distress (p> 0.05). In contrast, leverage has a significant positive effect (p < 0.05), while liquidity (current ratio) and profitability (ROA) have a significant negative effect on financial distress (p < 0.05). High leverage increases financial risk, while high liquidity and profitability can reduce the risk of financial distress in technology companies.

The increasing population in Indonesia has resulted in increased food needs. One of the factors that affects chicken production is the management of the feeding system. The purpose of this study is to design and create an automatic chicken feeder based on Arduino. Calibrate the Load Cell Sensor. Control the AC motor as a metal screw driver for feeding with a load cell sensor. Determine the amount of chicken feed according to the specified setting point and Connect the MCU Node to the telegram. This study uses the "Research and development" research method. Consisting of literature studies, hardware design, software design, tool design, and data collection, analysis and conclusions. Overall testing was carried out for 2 days starting from 6 am to 4 pm. The capacity of the tank is filled with 3 kg of feed. The setting point for feeding in the morning is 200 grams while in the afternoon it is 300 grams, for feed output there are 2 containers. Testing on the first day at 7 am the weight of the feed coming out of container 1 was 221 grams while in container 2 it was 225 grams, for 4 pm the weight of the feed coming out of container 1 was 352 grams while in container 2 it was 357 grams. Testing on the second day at 7 am the weight of the feed coming out of container 1 was 219 grams while in container 2 it was 221 grams, for 4 pm the weight of the feed coming out of container 1 was 346 grams while in container 2 it was 348 grams. Telegram notification sends a message when the amount of feed remaining is 1405 grams. The results of the weight of the feed coming out are different from the specified setting point value, the amount of feed coming out exceeds the setting point value. This is because the output hole of the feed that comes out through the PVC pipe is too large. An "automatic chicken feed tool based on Arduino" has been successfully created, the tool created is equipped with a load cell sensor that facilitates the process of feeding chickens. Making a system for pouring feed into the hopper automatically by making a conveyor so that it does not need to be done manually. Making automatic chicken feed based on Arduino on a large scale so that it can cover a larger number. Addition of making automatic drinking places on automatic chicken feed based on Arduino.

PT Serasi Shipping Indonesia is a company operating in the field of transportation and ship agency. Based on the results of observations during land-based practice in related research, researchers found several obstacles that could cause low effectiveness and gaps in the process of procuring goods on ships. Some of the problems that occur are that in the procurement process goods often have to arrive so that it has less impact on time effectiveness. Apart from that, the participating vendors do not comply with the company's SOP, so price conditions often occur. Based on these problems, an innovation is needed to overcome these problems with the existence of My Vendor. This research was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The results of the application design are intended for 3 main user parties, namely PT Serasi Shipping Indonesia, PT Teknik Samudra Indonesia, and PT Thufail Segara Tama. The results of this research are in the form of an application design that has been integrated into the procurement process for necessary goods. The design and build process has 6 stages, namely planning, development, system design, implementation, testing and application maintenance. The researcher carried out 2 tests, namely using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtained program correctness function results and output of 100%. Apart from that, based on the results of the usability function, the percentage of feasibility for the accumulated presentation was 95 percent. This means that the design that has been created is suitable for use.  With the proposed digitalization system, it is hoped that it can become a bridge to solving problems based on appropriate trials. Apart from that, researchers hope that the proposed application will not only be for one company but will later be developed more widely for other companies and become a more useful and efficient business opportunity.
