This research is motivated by the problem of uneven bandwidth distribution in hotspot internet services at Oey Alycia Resto & Cafe, which negatively affects connection quality for users. The purpose of this study is to design and implement a bandwidth limitation-based hotspot internet system by applying a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) using Mikrotik devices, in order to achieve fair and efficient internet access distribution. The research method includes network requirement analysis, network topology design, Mikrotik RouterOS configuration, and system performance testing through direct observation and user questionnaires. The system implementation involves hotspot user authentication, per-user bandwidth allocation, and automatic speed reduction when data usage exceeds the predefined FUP threshold. The results show that the implemented system effectively limits excessive bandwidth usage by individual users, improves network stability, and ensures equitable internet access for all hotspot users. Furthermore, questionnaire results indicate positive user responses regarding improved internet service quality after the application of FUP. This research implies that the proposed system enhances the effectiveness of hotspot bandwidth management and can serve as a practical solution for public network administrators in optimizing bandwidth usage in a fair and controlled manner.

This Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) empowerment and development program aims to improve the capacity of business financial management through training in simple bookkeeping, preparation of simple financial reports, and business cost analysis in Tegal Sari Hamlet, Block S, Batumarta 1 Village, Lubuk Raja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This program is motivated by the low ability of MSMEs to systematically record their finances, separate their business finances from their personal finances, and utilize cost information as a basis for business decision-making. The implementation method includes an initial survey, observation, interviews, training, and direct mentoring for MSMEs. The results of the program indicate that before the program was implemented, most MSMEs had not implemented regular financial records and had not prepared business financial reports. After the training and mentoring, there was an increase in the understanding and skills of MSMEs in recording daily financial transactions, preparing simple profit and loss reports, and calculating the cost of production as a basis for determining selling prices. This activity has a positive impact on increasing the independence and sustainability of MSME business management.

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has significantly changed strategy and decision making in marketing management. However, the massive use of AI raises new challenges regarding ethics, transparency and governance. This research aims to analyze the impact of using AI, especially recommender systems and large language models (LLMs), on the effectiveness of marketing decisions, as well as the role of AI governance in controlling emerging ethical issues. The research method uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis of data collected from 250 marketing professionals in Indonesia. The research results show that the use of AI has a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of marketing decisions (β=0.62, p<0.001), but also raises ethical issues (β=0.48, p<0.01). Ethical issues were proven to reduce the effectiveness of marketing decisions (β=-0.31, p<0.05), while good AI governance was able to moderate the negative impact of ethical issues (β=0.27, p<0.05). These findings underscore the importance of AI governance in building effective and ethical marketing systems.

Stock monitoring is a critical phase that must be performed regularly to maintain the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management. Continuous monitoring ensures that all items remain under proper oversight, thereby making stock management processes simpler, more controlled, and highly accurate. PT XYZ operates in the general contracting sector and provides a range of services, including land transportation, crude oil rental, heavy equipment and light vehicle rental, material supply, and well maintenance services. At present, stock monitoring at PT XYZ still relies on a general-purpose application designed solely for numerical calculations. This approach leads to several limitations in the current system, most notably the lack of a login feature and the requirement to recreate reports using a separate application. Based on these problems, this research aims to design a prototype of a stock monitoring information system at PT XYZ. The system is developed using the waterfall development model and documented using use case diagrams. The main output of this study is a prototype information system that allows users to change their own password, perform CRUD operations on data entities including users, items, categories, brands, units, vehicles, suppliers, incoming goods, and outgoing goods, generate various reports related to inventory/stock at PT XYZ.

The increasing use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) in higher education generates large amounts of student activity data that have the potential to provide deeper insights into learning processes. However, in practice, these data are still rarely analyzed systematically to understand variations in students’ learning activity patterns, limiting their practical use in supporting teaching and learning. This study aims to explore students’ learning activity patterns in an LMS using a clustering approach based on activity data.This research utilizes the publicly available Open University Learning Analytics Dataset (OULAD), focusing on a single course and a single academic term. LMS activity data were processed through data cleaning and feature extraction, followed by student clustering using the K-Means algorithm. The quality of the clustering results was evaluated using the Silhouette Score, and visual analysis was applied to support the interpretation of the results.The results indicate that students’ learning activities can be grouped into two main patterns, namely a group of students with high learning activity and a group with lower or moderate activity levels. These findings highlight the existence of heterogeneous learning behaviors among students, even within the same learning context.The identified learning activity patterns provide an initial foundation for utilizing LMS data to monitor student engagement and to support the development of more responsive, data-driven learning approaches in higher education.

The Tapal Kuda Air Salobar Food Court is one of the culinary areas that plays an important role in supporting tourism and social activities in Ambon City. This area offers a variety of local culinary specialties from Maluku which are an attraction for the community and tourists. However, the increase in the number of visitors and the activities of traders have not been fully balanced by the conditions of adequate spatial planning, facilities, and area management systems. This study aims to analyze the existing condition of the Tapal Kuda Air Salobar Food Court from the aspects of spatial planning, waste management, supporting facilities, as well as the potential and challenges of its development as a culinary tourism destination. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of field observations and in-depth interviews with key informants, namely area managers, traders, and visitors. The data obtained are analyzed thematically to identify the main problems and potential development of the area. The results of the study indicate that the spatial planning of the Tapal Kuda Air Salobar Food Court has not been able to accommodate the increase in visitor and trader activities due to the lack of clear zoning, limited circulation routes, and spatial planning that develops without integrated planning. Furthermore, waste management in this area is not yet systematic and sustainable, as evidenced by limited trash bins, a lack of waste sorting, and poorly scheduled waste collection. Limited supporting facilities, such as seating and sanitation facilities, also impact the comfort and quality of the visitor experience, especially during peak visitor periods. Nevertheless, the Tapal Kuda Air Salobar Food Court has significant potential as a culinary tourism destination based on local cuisine and a social space, which can be developed through spatial planning, facility improvements, and more integrated area management. This study concludes that the revitalization of the Tapal Kuda Air Salobar Food Court requires a comprehensive approach, emphasizing spatial planning improvements, strengthening waste management, and enhancing the quality of facilities and area management to support the sustainability of culinary tourism and the quality of public spaces in Ambon City.

The hyper-connected work era has fundamentally blurred the temporal and psychological boundaries between professional and personal spheres, triggering a productivity paradox phenomenon where increased digital connectivity is inversely proportional to long-term cognitive efficiency. Consequently, this research aims to explore deeply and comprehensively the critical roles of cognitive resilience and digital wellbeing strategies as vital preventive mechanisms against the rising risk of burnout resulting from cumulative cognitive fatigue. Employing a qualitative approach with a rigorous literature review design, this study synthesizes extensive secondary literature retrieved from accredited academic databases and global policy reports within the last five years to analyze current trends and theoretical frameworks. The in-depth analysis reveals that cognitive resilience, significantly bolstered by metacognitive digital literacy, functions as an adaptive shield against the mounting pressures of information overload and attention fragmentation. Furthermore, the findings emphatically confirm that sustainable productivity is not achieved through borderless connectivity, but rather necessitates disciplined cognitive energy management and the strict implementation of "right to disconnect" protocols. Concluding the study, it is strongly recommended that organizations integrate comprehensive digital wellbeing policies into their work culture architecture to safeguard long-term employee performance and ensure organizational sustainability amidst the challenges of the attention economy.

This final report aimed to analyze the service quality gap in ship agency services in determining customer satisfaction levels at PT Maumere Bahari Express. The study was conducted as part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) internship program using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews with management, employees, and service users (ship crew), direct observation of service processes, and company document review. The analysis was carried out based on the service quality gap model, which includes gaps between customer expectations and management perceptions, management perceptions and service quality specifications, service specifications and service delivery, service delivery and external communication, as well as the gap between expected service and service received by customers.. The results showed that several service gaps still existed in the services, particularly related to administrative speed, clarity of information, service operational standards, as well internal coordination and communication. These gaps affected the level of customer satisfaction, which had not yet been optimal. Therefore, PT Maumere Bahari Express needed to make improvements through strengthening management commitment to service quality, refining standard operating procedures, and enhancini internal and external communication systems in order to improve customer satisfaction sustainably..

The management of Regional Government Assets is an imprortant aspect in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of local government administration. One of the problems frequently faced by local governments is the high maintenance cost of official vehicles that are damaged or no longer fit for use, which leads to budget inefficiency and prevents effective asset management. This research used a qualitative research method, with data collection techniques consisting of interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the research indicated that the disposal of damaged official vehicles was carried out through aucation and destruction mechanisms following the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. The disposal of official vehicles has been proven to reduce maintenance cost burdens and improve the efficiency of regional asset management. Therefore, the disposal of damaged offical vehicles constitutes a strategic solution for achieving efficient and accountable management of regional government assets.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation on employee productivity at Kerupuk Uenak Bu Rina, a home-based industry in Boyolali. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and direct observation at the business location. The results indicate that work motivation derived from internal factors such as satisfaction with received wages and a familial work environment, as well as external factors in the form of appreciation from the owner, significantly influence employee morale and work output. Employee productivity levels are reflected in the consistency in meeting production targets for two types of crackers and the ability to adapt to demand fluctuations. These findings suggest that improving productivity in micro-enterprises like this one depends not only on technical operational aspects but is also greatly influenced by how work motivation is managed. This research provides practical contributions regarding the importance of paying attention to human resource aspects in managing operational risks and improving the performance of small-scale businesses.

This research aimed to analyze the role of the secretariat in maximizing office administrative service funtions within the secretariat division of the departement of trade, industry, and cooperatives and SMEs of sikka regency. This research used a qualitative approach with data colletion techniques including interviews, observations, and document studies. The key informant in this research was the head of the secretariat division. Data analysis was conducted interactively through the stages of data colletion, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result showed that the secretriat has carried out office administrative functions systematically and in a structured manner, covering routine, technical, analytical, interpersonal, and managerial functions. The management of correspondence and archives has been implemented following the established procedures, although it remained largely manual and faced challenges such as delays in letter numbering and limited supporting facilities. The utilization of information technology through the srikandi application has proven to improve work efficiency, however, it still requires enhanced human resource competencies and stronger technological infrastructure support. In terms of analysis and reporting, the secretariat played an important role in preparing administrativereports and providing accurate data to support managerial decision-making. Furthermore, the secretariat also held a strategic role in fostering coordination, communication, and harmonious working relationships within the organization.

This study aims to design a drug inbound and outbound transaction application that can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of drug data management at the UPTD Pharmacy Installation of Tanjungbalai City. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through direct observation at the research location, interviews with pharmacy staff, and documentation studies of documents related to drug management. The data obtained were then analyzed to identify weaknesses in the current system and determine the system requirements to be designed. The results of the study indicate that the existing manual recording system has not been able to support optimal drug management because it is less effective and prone to errors. The drug inbound and outbound transaction application designed in this study can assist pharmacy staff in recording incoming and outgoing drug data, monitoring drug stock in real-time, and generating reports automatically.

This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the dynamics of the financial condition of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk over a five-year period, namely from 2019 to 2023. This writing applies a quantitative descriptive methodology sourced from secondary data through audited annual financial reports. The main instruments in this data analysis include three pillars of financial ratios: Current Ratio (CR) as a representation of the liquidity aspect, Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) to measure the level of solvency, and Return on Equity (ROE) as a benchmark for the effectiveness of the company's profitability. Through annual calculations and trend analysis, this study captures the development of the issuer's performance longitudinally. The results of the observation show a significant strengthening in the company's liquidity position, where the Current Ratio jumped from 127% in 2019 to 192% at the end of the 2023 period. In line with that, the solvency profile shows fundamental improvements; Debt reliance, which had reached 51% in mid-2020-2021, was successfully reduced to 46% in 2023. Meanwhile, the company's profitability demonstrated stable resilience, with a consistent ROE of 10% to 13%, despite fluctuations due to operational cost dynamics. Overall, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk demonstrated excellent financial health through strategic capital and asset management. As a sustainability measure, management is advised to continue optimizing current assets and tightening cost efficiency to secure future profit margins.

Budget planning and realisation constitute cricital components in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of public financial management. This study aims to evaluate the planning and realisation of expenditure budgets at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives in Sikka Regency. The research adopted a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the budget planning process at the Secretariat of the DPRD in Sikka Regency has been carried out in accordance with applicable procedurse. However, during the realisation phase, several challenges persist, including administrative delays and technical obstacles in activity implementation. Overall, the realisation of the expenditure budget has proceeded with reasonable effectivenees, although improvements are still required in coordination and planning accuracy. Therefore, enhanced planning and optimal supervision are necessary to ensure optimal budget execution.

Emergency conditions refer to situations that require immediate intervention because they have the potential to threaten life, impair organ function, or cause disability if not managed promptly and appropriately. Status epilepticus is a neurological emergency defined by seizures lasting five minutes or longer, or by repeated seizures without regaining consciousness between episodes. Status epilepticus can develop in individuals both with and without a previous diagnosis of epilepsy and may result from a wide range of causes, such as metabolic abnormalities, infections of the central nervous system, stroke, head injury, sudden discontinuation of antiepileptic medications, and alcohol intoxication or withdrawal. Clinically, this condition is classified into convulsive and non-convulsive status epilepticus. The diagnosis is primarily clinical and must be established rapidly, while electroencephalography plays an important role, particularly in cases of non-convulsive status epilepticus. Management emphasizes initial stabilization of the airway, breathing, and circulation, after which benzodiazepines are given as first-line treatment, including intramuscular midazolam, intravenous lorazepam, or intravenous diazepam. Status epilepticus represents the most severe form of seizure activity, characterized by continuous, unremitting seizures accompanied by strong muscle contractions, respiratory compromise, and widespread abnormal electrical activity in the brain. If not treated promptly, the risk of permanent brain tissue damage increases and the condition may ultimately lead to death.

Cooperatives, as the backbone of the people's economy, play a strategic role in improving the welfare of their members, particularly through the management of business profits. This role becomes even more complex when cooperatives receive government assistance sourced from state finances, as its management concerns not only the internal interests of the cooperative, but also the public interest. In practice, the extensive authority of cooperative administrators is often not balanced with strict restrictions and effective oversight mechanisms, thereby creating the potential for abuse of authority and weak accountability. The purpose of this study is to determine whether legal regulations can limit the authority of administrators so that they do not abuse government assistance and to determine whether existing regulations provide adequate oversight mechanisms. The research method used was normative juridical with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of the study show that normatively, the authority of cooperative administrators has been limited through the principle of delegation from member meetings and accountability obligations, and reinforced by the state financial legal regime through government assistance. In addition, the supervisory mechanism has been regulated in layers through internal and external supervision, although in practice it still has the potential to be formalistic. The implication of this study is the importance of strengthening the implementation of authority restrictions and effective supervisory mechanisms in order to realize accountable, transparent, and sustainable cooperative governance, while maintaining public trust in government assistance programs.

The purpose of this study is to examine how customer satisfaction at RB Rumah Kita, which is situated in Manubura Village, Nelle District, Sikka Regency, is impacted by service quality and word-of-mouth (WOM). This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach. Customers of RB Rumah Kita made up the study's population, and the sample was chosen using a suitable sampling technique in compliance with quantitative research protocols. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to assess the data that was gathered via surveys. The study found that service quality had a favorable impact on customer satisfaction. In addition, word of mouth (WOM) was discovered to have a favorable and considerable impact on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously, these two characteristics help to boost customer satisfaction at RB Rumah Kita. This research implies that the higher the level of customer satisfaction, the better the service quality and the stronger the positive word-of-mouth. This study makes practical recommendations for business owners seeking to improve service tactics and generate positive word-of-mouth in order to increase business competitiveness. Furthermore, this study makes theoretical contributions to the growth of marketing management studies, namely the relationship between service quality, word-of-mouth, and customer happiness.

Rainfall is a crucial factor in the stability of the Earth's ecosystem and has a significant impact on agriculture, forestry, energy, and water management. However, increasingly unstable climate change makes rainfall patterns difficult to predict accurately using traditional methods. The city of Medan, the capital of North Sumatra Province, has a tropical rainforest climate with an average annual rainfall of approximately ±2200 mm and an average temperature of 27°C. Significant weather fluctuations in this area can trigger flooding when rainfall increases and cause water shortages when rainfall decreases (BMKG, 2021). Therefore, a prediction approach that can manage non-linear and dynamic data is needed. Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) are one of the reliable machine learning methods for detecting data patterns. By using the backpropagation algorithm, the model can gradually reduce prediction errors, making it widely used in weather forecasting applications. In this regard, this study uses ANN with the backpropagation method to forecast monthly rainfall in Medan City by utilizing data from 2022–2024 as training and testing data.

Digital transformation in the management of state property is a necessary step towards achieving transparent and accountable governance. The Minstry of Finance, through the Directorate General of State Assets, has developed the State Asset Management Information System Version 2 application as a means of digital based management, but its implementation still faces challenges related to interest in its use by work unit operators. This study aims to evaluate the impact of intentions, attitudes, and subjective norms on interest in using the SIMAN V2 application at the Surabaya State Assets and Auction Service Office using the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) approach. Using a quantitative design through a survey, this study was conducted at the Surabaya KPKNL with subjects being SIMAN V2 application operators in work units in the working area. Data colection techniques used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that intention, attitude, and subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on interest in using the SIMAN V2 application. This study shows that psychological and social factors play an important role in supporting technology adoption in the public sector. The conclusion emphasizes that increased interest in use can be achieved by strengthening individual intentions, forming positive attitudes, and providing workplace support. Increased socialization, ongoing technical training, and recommendations for further research institutional supportfrom agencies to optimize the use of the SIMAN V2 application.

This research aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the management of School Operational Assistance Funds at SMKS Yohanes XXIII Maumere. The management of School Operational Assistance Funds is an important aspect in supporting the smooth implementation of the learning process and improving the quality of education. The research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicated that the management of School Operational Assistance Funds at SMKS Yohanes XXIII Maumere has been implemented following the applicable technical guidelines and adheres to the principles of transparency, accountability, efficiency, and effectiveness. The School Operational Assistance Funds were utilized to support the eight national education standards, particularly in the development of facilities and infrastructure, process standards, and school operational financing. However, there were still challenges in the form of delays in fund disbursement, which affect the optimal implementation of school programs. Overall, the management of School Operational Assistance Funds at SMKS Yohanes XXIII Maumere can be categorized as effective. Nevertheless, improvements were needed in the aspects of planning and fund disbursement time management to ensure that the benefits of School Operational Assistance Funds can be maximized.
