This research aims to find out what form of legal protection there is for consumer data who make loans through online applications in Gorontalo and to find out what efforts consumers can take if there is a dispute with the lender regarding leakage of consumer data. This research is empirical normative legal research conducted at the Gorontalo Regional Police and victims of data misuse by online loans. Primary data and secondary data obtained through library research and field research were then analyzed qualitatively. The research results show that the form of legal protection for consumer data who make loans through online applications in Gorontalo is carried out in three forms, namely: first, protection through regulations, namely in the Personal Data Protection Law, the Consumer Protection Law, and Article 1338 of the Civil Code. Second, protection through law enforcement efforts carried out by the police, as well as preventing misuse of data through legal education as a form of preventive legal protection. Meanwhile, efforts that consumers can take if there is a dispute with a lender regarding leakage of consumer data are legal action taken by the police through reporting complaints from the public to investigations that follow up on complaints from the public, and monitoring and taking action carried out by the OJK as parties who carry out activities regarding the implementation of non-bank banking institutions such as online loans. 

In the wastewater industry, it is divided into 2, specifically wastewater from home activities and production. Domestic activity wastewater comes from all worker sanitation activities and industrial supporting facilities such as prayer rooms, canteens and toilets. Waste water from these activities must be treated first so that it does not pollute the surrounding environment. PT X is an industry that operates in the field of bulk LPG filling stations which has made efforts to process and also utilize 100% of the waste water from its domestic activities. Sewage Treatment Plants handle the processing (STP) facilities with chemical and biological processes which are able to reduce pollutant parameters such as BOD, COD, TSS, Ammonia and Total Coliform by 90%, 85%, 95%, 90% and 99.9% and have been meet the specified quality standards. Meanwhile, oil & fat parameters are not too focused because they still meet existing quality standards, Therefore, processing aims to lower the relatively high organic characteristics. The results of this processing will be reused to reduce the use of clean water for irrigating green open spaces and roads.

The fabric printing industry makes a major contribution to various kinds of textile products, its by-products, liquid waste, require special attention in environmental management. Most of the liquid waste originating from the fabric printing industry consists of dyes, solvents and other processing chemicals. To prevent negative effects on water quality and the surrounding environment, managing this waste is very important. To achieve sustainability, advances in liquid waste processing technology are very important. The solution to reduce the impact of liquid waste from the fabric printing industry is an advanced purification process. PT. X to reduce polutan parameter such BOD, COD , TSS, Ammonia and Total Colidform by. 90%, 95%, 95%, 85%, 20%, 90% And meets the specified quality standards. Because the pH parameters still meet existing quality standards, processing is focused on reducing the organic parameters which are quite high. The results of the process will be used again for flushing activities in green open spaces and for washing operational vehicles.

This research aims to find out what factors influence the application of Article 1367 of the Civil Code to laundry business actors in Gorontalo Regency. The research method used is empirical which uses field data to understand, solve and anticipate existing problems. The results of the research show that the factors influencing the application of Article 1367 of the Civil Code by laundry business actors in Gorontalo Regency are, business actors and consumers do not understand the rights and obligations specified in statutory regulations; Business actors do not have good intentions; and business actors do not want to lose.

In the era of technology 4.0, Indonesia is pursuing progress through the adoption of smart contracts on the blockchain. The government responded to this by establishing technology regulations to address emerging challenges. Legal principles demonstrate their adaptability in the digital era by utilizing information technology to build a modern legal and administrative framework, in line with the vision of industrial development 4.0. This normative juridical legal research evaluates the application of legal norms in a concrete context, using statutory and conceptual approaches. Data collection was carried out through literature study using primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive methods. Smart contracts are increasingly widely used, especially in electronic transactions such as stock trading, crypto and hotel reservations. As a form of electronic agreement, smart contracts facilitate the automation of contract processes. However, its use must comply with the law and technology neutral principles in the ITE Law. Even though it is automatic, this technology is recognized as an Electronic Agent in accordance with Article 1 Number 8 of the ITE Law. The validity of these automated contracts is only questioned if it is proven that the automated system is problematic. Smart contracts in Indonesia are recognized in the context of contract law based on freedom of contract and the legal basis of the Civil Code. This recognition occurs because the Civil Code is open and complementary. However, the use of smart contracts must comply with statutory regulations, principles of decency and public order. Regulations governing smart contracts include the ITE Law, PP PTSE, and PP PMSE. These three regulations stipulate the procedures for using electronic contracts, providing a clear legal basis for the implementation of smart contracts.

In the era of revolution 4.0, education does not only require intellectual abilities, but critical thinking, creative, communicative and collaboration skills. The problem with Civics learning is that it still prioritizes cognitive aspects, it has not been able to realize the goal of creating critical and responsible students. There needs to be innovation in Civics learning that combines problem-based learning models through games and is integrated with the use of technology in elementary schools. This research aims to find out the influence of problem based learning implemented through the QR code-assisted treasure hunt game on Civics learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of data analysis are presented in the form of descriptions supported by observations, interviews and literature studies. The results of the analysis and discussion can be concluded that critical thinking skills emerge in Civics learning using the PBL treasure hunt and QR code models. Critical thinking skills are demonstrated by the emergence of the following indicators: providing simple explanations, building basic skills, concluding, making further explanations, strategies and tactics. It is hoped that the results of this study can become a reference, especially in the field of education, to create a superior and characterful next generation.

The aim of this research is to explore how Law Number 11 of 2012 regulates the Juvenile Criminal Justice System and how juvenile criminal responsibility is regulated in the juvenile criminal justice system in Indonesia. By applying normative juridical research methods, it can be concluded as follows: 1. The Juvenile Criminal Justice System aims to achieve practical progress in efforts to optimally protect children, who are considered valuable assets for the future of the nation and state. Legal protection for children is defined as legal protection measures for various freedoms and human rights of children, as well as interests related to their welfare. 2. Criminal liability for minors who are involved in violating the law in accordance with the provisions regulated in the Criminal Code and Law no. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. Children who are involved in criminal acts can still be held accountable, subject to criminal threats determined by the Criminal Code. The penalty for children is set at half the maximum penalty imposed on adults. It is important to note that life sentences and the death penalty are not applied to children in this context  

Dengan pesatnya kemajuan teknologi informasi, banyak perusahaan, terutama di sektor perhostelan, mulai menaruh minat dan mengembangkan sistem reservasi menggunakan teknologi informasi. Neu Hostel adalah sebuah hostel yang berlokasi di Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, dengan alamat Tugu 1 No 1, RT 02/RW 08, Tugumukti, Kecamatan Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Saat ini, proses reservasi kamar di Neu Hostel masih dilakukan secara manual, tetapi pelayanan kepada para pengunjung hostel belum optimal karena terbatasnya informasi mengenai ketersediaan kamar dan fasilitas yang tersedia di hostel. Dalam rangka mempermudah proses reservasi kamar dan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pengunjung hostel, penulis telah mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter dan metode Prototype. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Neu Hostel. Sistem informasi reservasi hostel ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter, dan didukung oleh sistem manajemen basis data MySql dan editor teks Sublime Text. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi reservasi Neu Hostel, pengunjung dapat dengan mudah melakukan reservasi kamar dan mendapatkan informasi yang tepat mengenai ketersediaan kamar dan fasilitas yang tersedia. Sistem ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pengalaman para pengunjung hostel dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di Neu Hostel.

Teachers have their own strategies so there is no common perception regarding teachers' strategies for getting children with special needs to be enthusiastic about going to school. This research aims to explore teachers' strategies for encouraging children with special needs to be enthusiastic about going to school. The research subject was a teacher who taught 1 child with special needs. The sampling technique is by using purposive sampling technique. Data was obtained through an open-ended questionnaire (open questions). The method used is qualitative with analysis using coding techniques. The research design used uses an indigenous psychology approach, part of the scientific approach tradition, where the important aspect in this approach is the effort to find appropriate strategies to uncover phenomena in an investigation. The research results showed that there were problems encountered by teachers, such as a lack of strategies in getting children with special needs to be enthusiastic about going to school.

BUM Desa Podho Joyo Sukorejo has an integrated information system in 1 website application, starting from HR, operations, and finance. However, the staffing information system is still less effective and efficient. The purpose of this research is to comprehensively describe the design of the staffing information system implemented at BUM Desa Podho Joyo Sukorejo. The solution that can be applied to overcome this problem is to develop a website-based staffing information system. The process of designing this system is done through direct observation method to BUM Desa Podho Joyo Sukorejo to collect accurate staffing data. The author chose to apply the waterfall method, a model in the System Life Development Cycle (SDLC) that involves system analysis, design, coding, and testing in sequence. The programming language used in this system is PHP, using Bootstrap as a web design library and MySQL as a database server. After performing a series of steps, including observation, design, and system development, it can be concluded that this system can assist employee staff in carrying out real-time recording of personal data, attendance, work history, and performance evaluation that can be accessed by related parties.  

This research aims to examine legal protection and the consequences of default from buying and selling auctions via Instagram media. The type of research used is empirical juridical law, legal research carried out by collecting primary data or data obtained directly from research subjects through direct interviews. Based on the results of research at PT Japan Bike Auction regarding the settlement of auction agreement defaults, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) Default at PT Japan Bike Auction Sidoarjo branch occurred due to several factors that triggered disagreements over the payment of proceeds after the car auction. These factors are divided into two, namely internal factors and external factors. The internal factors in this research are the element of intention, such as the lack of good faith on the part of the bidder in repayment of payments and the lack of legal awareness in the local community. The external factors in this research are due to inaccuracies between the physical vehicle and the vehicle documents that have been issued by the authorities and mistakes in making random bids and not being considered first when conducting a car auction at PT Japan Bike Auction Sidoarjo Branch. 2) The results of this research Indeed, it is not entirely in accordance with the articles stated in the Civil Code. However, the problem of default above can be resolved by means of family deliberation mediation so that this problem of default does not lead to court, because in resolving this problem the auction body and the bidders have discussed it. carefully so that this problem can be resolved quickly and does not drag on and this problem does not interfere with other auction processes that will be carried out by PT Japan Auction.

This article will discuss the dress code in the code of ethics of UIN North Sumatra relating to Quranic verses or propositions. The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between Qur'anic verses or propositions with the dress code of UIN North Sumatra. The law of engagement is a concept that has existed since ancient times. In the past, engagements often relied on customary law and social norms applicable in a particular society. However, with the increasing development of society and trade, there is a need to have more formal legal rules to regulate agreements and agreements. The term "engagement" refers to the equivalent of the Dutch term "Verbintenis" (Fuadi, 1999: 1). The term contract law includes all provisions in the third book of the Civil Code. The research method uses empirical methods where this method is through observations made by the public. Then it is studied through the customs of the people of Southwest Sumba, especially in kodi regarding the legal relations of engagements that occur with the traditional ritual of removing the bones of ancestors. The data was obtained from an interview with a native Kodi resident named Andreas Ikit Bani, a native descendant of Kodi who often participated in bone dissection rituals. The Galih Tulang event is a traditional ritual carried out by the people of Southwest Sumba to move the bones of their ancestors from old graves to new graves. This ritual is part of a sacred traditional ceremony and is considered important for the people of Southwest Sumba to honor the spirits of their ancestors (Andreas Ikit Bani, 2023). This event has a meaning and purpose that we must know, namely Galing Tulang is a ceremony that must be held to honor our deceased ancestors. The aim is to pay respects to the spirits of deceased ancestors, ask for blessings, and/or give them their proper place in the afterlife.

this article will present a discussion that focuses on the discussion of Hadith within the scope of multicultural, more precisely one of the existing multicultural values, namely about tolerance. There are several Hadiths that explain the importance of cultivating tolerance to deal with various differences. Because the Hadith is the second source of law after the Qur'an, it is necessary to analyze more deeply regarding the quality of the isnaad and its mat. Researchers use qualitative research methods, which refer to sources related to literature. The results of this study are, especially in Sahih Muslim hadith No. 1593, it can be concluded that the explanation related to the command to respect the body, even though the body comes from the Jewish religion, must still stand if the body passes, because this is one of the forms of tolerance that exists, and also respect for death itself. And there are many Isad in this Hadith that is Tsiqah, until it is concluded with Sahihul Isnad. And matan there are also syadz, even many of the Hadiths that explain a similar explanation, and there are also many verses of the Qur'an that support the exposure of the same discussion, and it can be concluded that the Hadith Sahih Muslim No. 1593 which discusses the chapter of the body, and related to this form of tolerance is Sahih.

 This research was conducted at SMA N 1 Tanjung Mutiara, an educational institution where there is a lack of student discipline regarding school regulations such as being late for class, non-compliance with dress codes, and absenteeism in lessons so that many teachers complain about this phenomenon that occurs among students. Therefore, guidance and counseling teachers play a very important role in dealing with students who show behavior that lacks discipline. Existing research problems relate to the effectiveness of strategies in improving student discipline. The aim of this research is to find out what strategies will be implemented by guidance and counseling teachers to improve student discipline. The informants for this research consisted of BK teachers at SMA N 1 Tanjung Mutiara who took part in the interviews. This research uses qualitative methodology. It was found in this research that guidance and counseling teachers use an individual counseling approach, especially in the form of personal counseling between students and guidance and counseling teachers. The goal of individual counseling is to assist students in changing their attitudes and behavior so that they can more effectively adapt to the school environment and fulfill their responsibilities as conscientious members of student groups.

Background: Writing a complete diagnosis can produce the right coding because the diagnosis is written in a complete, clear, specific, and consistent manner. Writing clear, complete, and consistent diagnoses can produce quality data (Hatta, 2008). Based on observations made for 1 month from 23 January to 23 February 2023, 39 claim files were returned by the Health Social Security Administering Body due to inaccuracies in the diagnosis code.. This was caused by the doctor's notes that were not clearly legible in 24 (61.5%) claim files and the use of abbreviations in patient diagnoses in 15 (38.5%) claim files, while the purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between doctor's notes that were not clearly legible and the use of abbreviations for patient diagnoses for inaccuracies in the diagnosis code as a condition for filing claims for inpatient patients participating in the Health Social Security Administration at Surya Husadha General Hospital. Methods: The design in this study used a quantitative analytic descriptive research design and porpusive sampling research type, and the sample in this study were all inpatient claim files returned by Health Social Security Administering Body claims for inaccuracies in the diagnosis code totaling 39 claim files. Doctor's notes were illegible in 24 (61.5%) claim files and the use of abbreviations in patient diagnoses in 15 (38.5%) claim files. Result: From the results of this study it was found that there was a relationship between illegible doctor's notes and inaccuracy of the diagnostic code with a p value of 0.001 <0.05 and the use of abbreviations in patient diagnoses for inaccuracy of patient diagnosis codes with a p value of 0.003 <0.05.

Money Laundering is an attempt to hide or disguise the origin of money or assets resulting from a criminal act through various financial transactions so that the money or assets appear as if they came from legal activities. The criminal act of money laundering is increasingly complex, and uses increasingly varied methods, one of the crimes originating from money laundering is fraud. The problems studied are how the law protects victims of fraud, what is the mechanism for confiscating and returning assets resulting from criminal acts originating from the assets of fraud victims, as well as an analysis of the basic considerations of judges in the Supreme Court decision no. 3096 K/Pid.Sus/2018. The defendant, who was proven to have not only committed the crime of "Fraud", was also proven to have committed the crime of "Money Laundering", therefore, based on the provisions of Article 39 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 46 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the evidence was confiscated for the state. 

This study aims to investigate the significance of financial literacy in empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research model adopts a qualitative approach to explore the nuanced factors affecting financial literacy among MSME owners and its impact on their businesses. A purposive sampling technique is employed to select participants from diverse MSME sectors. Data is collected through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. The analysis utilizes thematic coding to identify patterns and themes within the qualitative data. The findings highlight the crucial role of financial literacy in enhancing the resilience and sustainability of MSMEs. Moreover, the study underscores the need for tailored financial education programs targeted at MSME owners to improve their financial management practices and foster business growth in a dynamic economic landscape.

This research investigates the financial management proficiency essential for the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The study aims to explore the strategies employed by MSMEs to effectively manage their finances and navigate challenges. The research model adopts an interpretivist approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews with MSME owners and managers. A purposive sampling technique is employed to select participants representing diverse industries and geographic locations. Data analysis involves thematic coding to identify patterns, themes, and insights regarding financial management practices. Preliminary findings suggest a variety of strategies, including budgeting, cash flow management, and strategic investment decisions, play pivotal roles in MSME success. Additionally, the study identifies common challenges faced by MSMEs in financial management, such as limited access to financial resources and lack of financial literacy. This research contributes to understanding the nuanced dynamics of financial management within the MSME sector, providing valuable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and MSME owners striving for sustainable growth and success.
