The rapid development of information technology requires people tobe familiar with the internet. Utilization of marketing and sales applications is not only carried out by large companies, but can also be used by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The community service team conducted observations and interviews with Brem Duta Rasa SMEs in Sumberejo, Kaliabu, Mejayan, Madiun Regency. The team found problems with promotion and sales, therefore it was necessary to provide asolution, namely by using awebsite-based marketing and sales application for MSME products. The activity method of the service team is to provide practical training using applications. The final result of the evaluation shows that 90% of the 10 users of MSME members have theoretical understanding, 95% of application introductions, 80% of practice running applications. In conclusion, all MSME members running the application quite well. Applications can be implemented continuously to increase revenue from Brem Duta Rasa MSME products

Android-based applications have been widely used to do daily activities such as online shopping, playing games, video streaming, and watching sports matches. One of the most commonly used applications is applications that assist people for flight or train ticket reservations, hotel bookings, and other recreation purposes. Some tourism companies in Indonesia also develop Android-based applications to provide information and services for their business. Nevertheless, with many tourism destinations in Indonesia, not all tourist attractions have services through Android-based applications published on the Google Play Store. This study aims to design and implement Android-based applications for tourism information services in two tourist attractions as the case study, namely Tay Kak Sie Temple in Semarang City and Beach tourism in Bangka Island, to help tourists obtaining information about both tourist attractions. Both applications are implemented using Compro Mobile App Builder. The testing results using the black box method demonstrate that the implementation of the two applications can run according to the specified specifications.

Marriage at the age of children has a negative impact on children's growth and development and causes non-fulfillment of children's basic rights. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the application of the age limit for marriage as an effort to protect children. Research method, using normative juridical research type, the type of data used is secondary data and supported by primary data, analysis method using qualitative discrete. The results of the study, Government policy in setting the minimum marriage limit for women from 16 years to 19 (nineteen) years.as stated in Law No. 16 of 2019 has gone through a process and various considerations. This is so that both parties are ready and mature from the physical, psychic and mental sides. Under certain circumstances, the Court may grant marriage dispensation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, namely Supreme Court Regulation No. 5 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Adjudicating Applications for Marriage Dispensation. Marriage dispensation for minors, is a study of the age limit for a person to marry, or the ideal age to enter the world of marriage. The age of marriage will affect many things on oneself and on the household to be built. The role of the courts through marriage dispensation is significant in providing protection to children. The court has the authority to allow or deny permission for a child to marry or not to marry.

In this research, a 1x2 circular patch microstrip array antenna with feeding line is made which can be used on WiFi and WiMax which work at frequencies of 2.4, 3.7 and 5.8 GHz. This antenna design uses Ansoft HFSS software. Where the simulation results at a frequency of 2.4 GHz obtained a return loss value of -22.28 dB, -19.03 dB at 3.7 GHz and -14.94 dB for 5.8 GHz, VSWR 1.17 for 2.4 GHz, 1.25 at 3, 7 GHz and 1.43 for 5.8 GHz.Gain is 1 dB and directivity is 2,33 dB. The simulation results show that the parameters meet the minimum standard of the performance of an antenna, the Return Loss (RL)<-10 dB for 5.8 GHz, VSWR<2.  Therefore, this antenna is suitable for use for WIFI and WLAN applications

The Community Service Lecture work program in the form of hydroponic kale and catfish cultivation applications with an aquaponic system was carried out in Dawuhan Hamlet, Kayugiyang Village, Wonosobo Regency. The purpose of this KPM work program is to utilize the yard of the house so that it has productive value and educate the community with environmentally friendly cultivation systems. The stages of implementing this work program include the stages of field surveys and partner conditions, seeding kale seedlings, installing Aquaponics installation ponds, and mentoring activities. The technology used is the aquaponic system cultivation, which utilizes catfish manure as natural fertilizer for water spinach plants placed on it. From the results of the implementation of the KPM work program, it resulted in 1 (one) unit of aquaponic cultivation ponds, increasing public knowledge, especially for teenagers who are KPM partners.

One very important aspect in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is the form of granting permits for carrying out business activities, which are given by the authorities to business actors. Legality in a business also has a very important role, because it is used as an indication that the business being established is feasible and running. NIB is a business identity number used by business actors to obtain business permits and commercial or operational permits. The community service activities carried out were creating Business Identification Numbers through Online Single Submission (OSS) and marketing to several small business partners, due to a lack of understanding of gadget applications and a lack of product marketing strategies in Sukamoro Hamlet, Puncu Village. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the public about the importance of having business legality and product marketing. The method used is observation. The number of umkm in Sukomoro Hamlet is 11 umkm, and 1 umkm does not yet have an NIB. The UMKM was pleased and succeeded in forming an NIB so that it was able to obtain an NIB legality certificate, namely the "Salsabila" banana chips business. The results obtained from this activity were an increase in product quality and customers for "Salsabila" banana chips.  

Face recognition is an area that is still being researched and improved for various purposes such as attendance, population data collection, security systems and others. Two methods that are often used for face recognition applications are artificial intelligence methods, especially back-propagation neural networks (ANN) and learning vector quantization. Both of these techniques are directed learning techniques that are widely used to identify distinctive patterns, namely grouping patterns into groups of patterns, making them ideal for use in facial recognition applications. In this application, preprocessing of the input image includes the detection process of scaling, grayscale, edged with the sobel and threshold methods, carried out before the image is processed in ANN. Meanwhile, the ANN approach used to identify faces involves the Backpropagation method and the Learning Vector Quantization method. The findings of this analysis are a comparison of the backpropagation neural network method and quantization of the learning vectors of face recognition used to assess variations, limitations, strengths and optimal results of the two techniques for use in facial recognition systems.    

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts to develop e-government and improve public services in Bima Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were selected through a nonprobability sampling technique, using a purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study were 20 web admins of the Regional War Work Unit/OPD of the Regional Government of Bima Regency. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that support for the implementation of e-government in public services in Bima Regency has been provided, although it is not optimal, this is due to different budget allocations in each Regional War Work Unit/OPD. On the capability side, in general the literacy level of Bima Regency Government employees is still low, especially senior employees. Meanwhile, on the value side, e-government managers already understand the benefits and importance of information technology applications in public services. In order for the implementation of e-government to run optimally, it is necessary to make a clear legal umbrella and make a grand design for the development of e-government including preparing the budget. Regarding employees with low literacy, it is necessary to plan continuous Information Technology training and in the future the Bima district government must plan to recruit employees with an educational background in information technology.

This service aims to provide knowledge and practice of making online art appreciation learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic based on Android smartphones. The use of android smartphones as a tool for making learning media is based on the consideration that android smartphones have increasingly diverse uses because they are supported by the availability of various applications. The training was conducted for middle school art and culture teachers in Karanganyar. Implementation of the training using the lecture method to convey theoretical material about learning media, discussions to determine the concept of learning media to be made, and assistance in making learning media based on Android smartphones. The results of the training in the form of learning media are then carried out field trials to determine the success and shortcomings. Virtual laboratories can provide real learning experiences through computer-aided simulations and activities. Virtual laboratory is rapidly developing its use in science learning because it is proven to provide significant benefits to the process and results of science learning during the pandemic. The limitations of laboratory facilities in genetics learning at the unkhair Biology Education Study program have encouraged the development of virtual practicum strategies and their use in genetic learning with modified free inquiry strategies on the topic of the structure and function of genetic material and reproduction of genetic material. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of virtual laboratories based on student perceptions of the use of virtual laboratory applications and to describe and compare these perceptions with the use of laboratory reality and relevant previous research results. There are five aspects of perception surveyed, namely innovation, motivation, effectiveness, benefits, and presentation of practical procedures. This research method uses a quasi-experimental research design for the characteristics and effectiveness of using virtual laboratories and real laboratories in the Genetics course at the Biology Education Study Program, Khairun University, Ternate on the topic of DNA isolation, chromosomes and mitosis. The results of this study indicate that: the characteristics of Blended Learning practicum in the Genetics course in 4th semester students of Biology study program are: 1) instruction-based practicum; 2) practicum based on data collection and reporting of practicum results; 3) practicum based on proof of concept. The effectiveness of the implementation of genetics practicum in laboratory reality and virtual laboratories based on the perception of student responses is more likely to choose reality laboratories than virtual laboratories. The effectiveness of the implementation of genetic practicum based on the results of the practicum report is known to be not significantly different between the results of the practicum in reality and in the virtual laboratory.

This study aims to explore the extent to which PP 71 of 2010 has been implemented in the accounting process at the BLUD of Tugurejo Hospital, Semarang. Associated with a change in the government accounting system from a cash basis to an accrual basis in accordance with PP 71 of 2010. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with the triagulai method using 2 triagulation techniques which combine data from various sources, techniques and time so that data is obtained in the form of interviews with the head of the accounting department and sub-section, as well as obtaining the financial report documents of the 2020 Tugurejo Hospital Semarang. The results of this study show that Tugurejo Semarang Hospital has implemented the Accrual Basis SAP well, which can be seen from the results of interviews such as implementation readiness, training and learning, facilities, staff understanding and education and internal control. It is hoped that even though the Accrual Base SAP has been running well, the management of the Tugurejo Semarang Hospital and the Srmarang City Government can immediately digitize applications that are still manual, especially in reporting fixed assets

MTs NU Jogoloyo Wonosalam Demak as an institution that has a large number of teachers and employees, besides that every day attendance officers are absent which results in difficulties in making payroll reports, especially recording and reporting still using manual methods so it takes longer time to record and deliver. report. In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

ABSTRACT The use of mobile devices with the Android operating system which are used as supporting media and supplements in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration methods and discovery learning or demon-disco learning is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subjects at SMK. Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning medium is to present material about understanding, introduction to parts, types, and quizzes containing questions about hydroponic cultivation of plants. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product testing. The result of this research is to produce learning media in the form of android-based applications. The validity value of the media expert is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subject at the Terang Bangsa Christian Vocational School which Initially 67 (with 13 students who had not reached the KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not reached the KKM).

Information system strategic planning is one of the keys in implementing information systems and information technology in business activities. Strategic planning in this study uses themethod Ward and Peppard to compile an information system strategic plan at SMK Ma'aif NU 1 Ajibarang and AHP to determine the application roadmap. The results of this analysis define the information system strategic planning company in the form of an information system business strategy, information system management strategy and information technology, information system strategy, information system recommendations, future applications and implementation plans.

The purpose of this study was to find out how service quality affects customer satisfaction, especially in online- based food delivery applications. The research used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The method used is to collect information obtained from questionnaires. Variable indicators were tested for validity and reliability. In testing this validity using the Pearson Correlation approach. The reliability test in this study used Cronbach, Alpha coefficient. The results of the study explain that the service variable partially has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The influence of service quality provided by service providers and service partners is very well responded by application users.
