Abstract: Corruption as a crime has destroyed the life of a nation as well as paralyzed its funtion to serve, to give welfare and education to its people.  It is practiced widely and systematically, involving every single state apparatus n groups. In this condition, even a good one will be segregated by others. State apparaturs does not work for the sake of people, instead they work for their own wealth. Therefore, corruption is regarded as an extra ordinary crime and its eradication effort must be in extra ordinary one as well. Keywords: corruption, extra ordinary crime.

Abstract: A non well-managed cooperation has disadvantaged the creditor. It is caused by the difficulties to draw the fund from the debtors. But when the creditors ask to the court with the bad achievement reasons, the court refuse to conduct because the committee is not the party in the agreement. Therefore, it is necessary to construct fiduciary duty so that the committee who do not work properly can be put personal responsibility for this agreement. Abstract: There are two work agreement stated in UU No 13 2003 about labour. They are given-time work agreement and not-given time work agreement. Business people prefer to take the first  for practical reason when they intend to break ther work agreement. That is why government establish rules to protect he labours. Abstract: The criminal conduct on human trafficking in Indonesia is a complex problem. Poverty and obsession of getting rich at once become the reasons why people are vulnerable to be exploited by the human trafficker. The victims of human trafficking are enforced to work in a long time and prone to suffer from physical, mental as well as sexual abuse. They also don’t have support and minimum protection from the outsider. Their health condition tends to suffer from sexual disease, alcohol and drug addiction. AbstractLaw No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection must be upheld in  business and trade relations in general for the creation of a justice. Organization as a system of behavior included input, process and output. A collection of people, facilities and infrastructure could be used as input for further processing. Form and the process can be the interaction of people involved in the organization. The form of output was a result of cooperation in implementing something to achieved the same goal. The general purpose of operation can not function when not translated into specific objectives. Its not easy to measure achievement objectives for organizations that do not produce tangible outputs such as in the College of Economics Totalwin Semarang engaged in the business of education services. In such organizations, faculty and staff input is a factor that perform a process inorder to create good output. One of the problems still faced by the existing College of Economics Totalwin Semarang until now was "Why do some lecturers work better than other lecturer?" One of the tasks Management College of Economics Totalwin Semarang was to identify the causes of things that could happen. Source of effectiveness of lecturers include motivation, ability, knowledge, skills, attitudes and stress. The differences are influenced by the motivation of work and that can lead to different performance of each faculty. The problem in this study were 1). Work motivation could affect on the performance of lecturers STIE Totalwin Semarang. 2). Which was the factor of work motivation could dominant affected the lecturerperformance in STIE Totalwin Semarang

Tata kelola TI atau IT (Information Technology) Governance merupakan struktur hubungan dan proses untuk mengarahkan dan mengendalikan organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya dengan menambahkan nilai ketika menyeimbangkan risiko dibandingkan dengan TI dan prosesnya. Dalam penelitian ini dihasilkan suatu rekomendasi IT Governance yang merupakan pengembangan dari IT Governance yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh Institusi saat ini, namun saat ini proses IT Governance belum dilakukan secara menyeluruh. Rekomendasi IT Governance ini dibuat guna meningkatkan kinerja TI layanan akademik yang ada di UNISBANK, dimana aktivitas layanan akademik tersebut menjadi tanggung jawab kerja suatu biro yang bernama BAAK dan pengadaan dan pengelolaan TI yang ada  menjadi tanggung jawab suatu divisi yaitu P2ICT. Perancangan IT Governance dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT (Control Objective For Information and Related Technology) versi 4.0, Dalam penelitian ini hanya dibahas 2 domain dari 4 domain yang ada di COBIT dengan pembahasan dibatasi pada tingkat control process saja, tidak membahas aktivitas-aktivitas yang terdapat di setiap control process. Domain yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini untuk dibuatkan rekomendasi pengelolaan TI adalah domain Deliver and Support (DS), Monitor and Evaluate (ME). Dari pemetaan model maturity tersebut diperoleh bahwa tingkat maturity untuk DS mendidik dan melatih users berada pada level maturity 4 (diatur), sementara untuk DS mengelola data berada pada tingkat maturity 3 (ditetapkan), Domain untuk Monitor dan evaluasi kinerja TI berada tingkat maturity 3 (ditetapkan). Berdasarkan pemetaan maturity tersebut dirancang rekomendasi IT Governance untuk masing-masing control process agar tingkat maturity dari masing-masing control process tersebut bisa lebih baik. Berdasarkan visi, misi, tantangan masa depan, dan tingginya harapan manajemen UNISBANK terhadap proses IT COBIT, dapat disimpulkan untuk dapat mendukung pencapaian tujuan UNISBANK setidaknya tingkat maturity pengelolaan IT yang dilakukan harus berada pada tingkat 4 – diatur (managed) dimana proses di monitor dan diukur manggunakan indikator tertentu.

This article discuss research progress and future opportunities for modeling consumer choice on the Internet using clickstream data and also to compare the nature of Internet choice (as captured by clickstream data) with supermarket choice (as captured by UPC scanner panel data). Though the application of choice models to clickstream data is relatively new, and review existing early work and provide a two-by-two categorization of the applications studied to date (delineating search versus purchase on the one hand and within-site versus across-site choices on the other). The article discusses additional opportunities afforded by clickstream information, including personalization, data mining, automation, and customer valuation and also offers directions for further research in these areas.
