This study aims to analyze the influence of Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Inventory Turnover Ratio (ITR) on profit growth at PT Gudang Garam Tbk during the period 2014–2024. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and utilizes multiple linear regression analysis. Data were gathered from financial report documentation and a literature study. The F-test results indicate that GPM and ITR, when considered together, have no significant effect on profit growth, with an F-statistic value of 1.065, which is lower than the F-table value of 5.318, and a significance value of 0.389 > 0.05. Furthermore, the t-test results reveal that GPM (t-statistic 1.122; p = 0.295) and ITR (t-statistic 0.160; p = 0.877) do not have a significant partial effect on profit growth, as the significance values of both variables are higher than 0.05. The findings suggest that GPM and ITR are not the primary factors influencing the company's profit growth. Therefore, it is recommended that external factors such as market conditions, industry trends, and economic variables should be considered more carefully in managerial decision-making. This study contributes to the understanding of financial performance analysis, providing insights for both academics and practitioners in the field of corporate finance.

Mikrotrans Jaklingko is one of the public transportation modes managed by PT Transjakarta and is designed as an alternative solution to meet the daily mobility needs of urban communities. Unlike conventional public minibuses (angkot), the Mikrotrans service operates with stricter regulations, such as fixed routes, designated stops, and more orderly service management. The program aims to encourage people to shift from using private vehicles to public transportation while improving user comfort and satisfaction in the Jakarta metropolitan area. This study specifically analyzes the influence of service quality and facilities on user satisfaction with the Mikrotrans Jaklingko service. The research employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through field observations and questionnaires distributed to 100 active Mikrotrans users. The data were processed and analyzed using SPSS through a series of tests, including validity, reliability, classical assumption testing, coefficient analysis, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using both t-tests and F-tests. The findings reveal that service quality has a significant effect on user satisfaction. Furthermore, the available facilities, such as vehicle comfort, safety, and the adequacy of supporting infrastructure, also have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction levels. Simultaneously, both independent variables contribute significantly to enhancing user satisfaction. These results highlight that improving service quality and facilities should be a strategic priority to ensure greater comfort for the public when using Mikrotrans. Ultimately, these improvements will strengthen government efforts to encourage a transition from private vehicles to public transportation in Jakarta, thereby supporting sustainable urban mobility.

Football supporters are often referred to as the "12th player" due to their crucial role in creating a lively match atmosphere and boosting players' morale. Nearly every province or city in Indonesia has its own football club and a passionate fanbase. Notable examples include The Jakmania (supporters of Persija Jakarta), Bobotoh (Persib Bandung), and Bonek (Persebaya Surabaya). The challenges faced by these supporters extend beyond organizational involvement and relate closely to their ability to manage and allocate time effectively between work and non-work domains. For members of The Jakmania who are also employed, balancing professional responsibilities, personal life, and supporter-related activities has become a significant issue. This study aims to examine the influence of Motivation (X1) on Work-Life Balance (Y), as well as the influence of Organizational Culture (X2) on Work-Life Balance (Y) among working members of The Jakmania Ciledug, Tangerang City. The research utilized probability sampling through a simple random sampling method to ensure randomness and avoid selection bias, thereby enhancing the representativeness of the sample. This study aims to examine the influence of Product Variation, Brand Image, and Co-Branding on Purchase Decisions among Miniso Central Park consumers in West Jakarta. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with 100 respondents selected through non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires based on a Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 25 with multiple linear regression. The findings show that Product Variation does not significantly influence purchase decisions, indicating that the wide variety of Miniso products alone is not the primary factor driving consumer choices. In contrast, Brand Image demonstrates a strong and significant influence, highlighting that consumers’ trust and perception of Miniso’s brand identity play an important role in their purchasing behavior. Furthermore, Co-Branding also significantly affects purchase decisions, as collaborations with other well-known brands or icons enhance the appeal and perceived value of Miniso products. The combined effect of Brand Image and Co-Branding creates stronger consumer engagement, although Product Variation alone remains insufficient in driving decisions. This study contributes to the understanding of retail marketing strategies, particularly in the context of lifestyle-oriented retail businesses. It suggests that building a strong brand image and leveraging effective co-branding partnerships are more impactful than merely expanding product variety. The implications of this research can assist retail companies in optimizing their marketing mix strategies to strengthen competitiveness in Indonesia’s rapidly growing retail sector.

Oil palm plantations play a vital role in Indonesia’s economy; however, the dominance of monoculture practices has led to environmental and social issues such as land degradation and unstable farmer incomes during the replanting period until the first harvest (TM1). To address these challenges, the oil palm–pineapple intercropping system has been developed as an alternative strategy to improve land-use efficiency, income diversification, and farming sustainability. This study aims to: (1) analyze the influence of land size, farmer age, farming experience, and rainfall on the productivity of the intercropping system; (2) develop sustainable landscape management strategies using SWOT and SWOT matrix analysis; and (3) provide data-driven policy recommendations to support sustainable oil palm plantations. The research methods include multiple linear regression analysis for socio-economic variables, correlation analysis for environmental factors (rainfall), and SWOT analysis to evaluate Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats  of the intercropping system. The results indicate that land size has a significant positive effect on production, while farming experience shows a significant negative effect. Rainfall has a strong positive correlation with yields, and SWOT analysis positions the intercropping system in a progressive quadrant with promising Opportunities for development. In conclusion, the oil palm–pineapple intercropping system has the potential to enhance productivity, stabilize farmer incomes, and support environmental sustainability. Therefore, diversification-based management strategies and supportive policies are essential to Strengthen the welfare of local communities.

This study aims to analyze the influence of liquidity (Current Ratio / CR), profitability (Return on Equity / ROE), and systematic risk (Beta) on stock returns in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021–2024. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. Samples were selected using purposive sampling techniques, resulting in 20 companies with a total of 80 observations. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t tests, F tests, and determination coefficient (R²) tests. The results of the study show that partially, liquidity and systematic risk do not have a significant influence on stock returns. On the other hand, profitability (ROE) has been shown to have a significant positive effect on stock returns. Simultaneously, all three independent variables—liquidity, profitability, and systematic risk—affect stock returns, although the dominant contribution comes from profitability. These findings indicate that investors need to pay more attention to profitability indicators in assessing potential stock returns, especially in the energy sector which has characteristics of volatility and dependence on external factors. This research provides practical implications for investors and financial managers in formulating more measurable investment strategies, as well as encouraging the strengthening of fundamental analysis as a basis for investment decision-making in the Indonesian capital market.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implementation on profitability, with the Sustainability Report acting as a moderating variable, at PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara, Ngadirejo Sugar Factory, during the 2019–2023 period. Profitability was measured using Return on Assets (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM), CSR was assessed through the PROPER rating, and the Sustainability Report was evaluated using a disclosure index based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards. The research utilized a quantitative descriptive method and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the relationships between the variables. The findings revealed that CSR had a positive and significant effect on both ROA and NPM. However, the study found that the Sustainability Report did not moderate the relationship between CSR and ROA, indicating that the sustainability disclosures had no significant impact on improving ROA. In contrast, the Sustainability Report was able to moderate the relationship between CSR and NPM, strengthening the influence of CSR on profitability as measured by NPM. This suggests that sustainability reporting plays a critical role in enhancing the positive effects of CSR on financial performance, particularly in terms of profitability indicators such as NPM. The study provides valuable insights for companies aiming to integrate CSR practices and sustainability reporting to achieve improved financial performance and long-term sustainability.
