According to Indonesian law, marriage is a legal act that has legal consequences for the personal status, assets, and rights and obligations of husband and wife. Therefore, marriage requires the free and conscious will of both prospective bride and groom as the basis for the birth of a valid legal relationship. This study examines the importance of getting to know your partner before getting married from a legal perspective, especially as a form of preventive legal protection in marriage law. This research uses a normative juridical method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach through literature study of statutory regulations, legal doctrine and relevant scientific literature. The research results show that although Indonesian positive law does not yet explicitly regulate the obligation to get to know one's partner before marriage, the objectives of the Marriage Law, the principle of consensualism, and pre-marital guidance policies reflect the importance of the prospective bride and groom's substantive readiness. This readiness is related to understanding the rights and obligations in marriage as well as the legal consequences that accompany them. Thus, getting to know partners before marriage has legal relevance as an effort to prevent disputes, divorce and family disputes, as well as strengthening legal protection for husbands, wives and children in the institution of marriage.

. Public understanding of discourse embedded in children’s animated film scripts and their underlying purposes remains limited, resulting in low audience awareness of the implicit messages conveyed in meaning-laden children’s animations. The Loud House, broadcast by the children’s television network Nickelodeon, presents a relatively controversial theme by incorporating homosexual discourse, which is perceived as deviant behavior by certain segments of society. Based on this premise, this study examines the process through which homosexual behavior discourse is conveyed in The Loud House, addressing the research question: How is the discourse of homosexual behavior in The Loud House constructed in terms of textual messages, social cognition, and social context based on Teun A. Van Dijk’s discourse analysis framework?* This research adopts a qualitative approach using Van Dijk’s critical discourse analysis, which encompasses three analytical dimensions: text, social cognition, and social context. The findings indicate that homosexual discourse is represented through two supporting characters, Harold and Howard, depicted as a same-sex couple who adopt a young boy. These homosexual characters are deliberately framed with a positive image as caring and affectionate parents, comparable to the portrayal of heterosexual parents.

Leadership is a fundamental aspect of human life that greatly determines the direction and quality of a society. The Qur’an, as the primary source of Islamic teachings, provides clear guidance regarding the criteria of an ideal leader based on divine values. This study aims to examine leadership criteria in the Qur’an through an analysis of Q.S. Al-Anbiya verse 73, Q.S. As-Sajdah verse 24, and Q.S. Yusuf verse 55. The research employs a library research method by analyzing the lexical meanings (mufradat), the historical context of the verses, and the interpretations of prominent mufassirs such as Buya Hamka and Muhammad Quraish Shihab. The findings indicate that leadership from a Qur’anic perspective is not merely oriented toward power, but is a great trust (amanah) that requires moral and spiritual integrity, patience, faith, trustworthiness, and competence. These verses emphasize that an ideal leader is one who guides others according to Allah’s command, possesses patience and strong conviction in His revelations, and is knowledgeable and trustworthy in managing public affairs. This study is relevant to contemporary conditions, particularly in addressing the leadership crisis marked by the abuse of power and weakened integrity. Therefore, understanding leadership criteria in the Qur’an is expected to serve as a foundation for Muslims in selecting and preparing leaders who are ethical, responsible, and morally upright.

Inclusive education requires a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics and learning needs of students with special needs, particularly children with autism spectrum disorders. Assessment plays a crucial role as an initial step in identifying abilities, challenges, and educational needs to design appropriate learning interventions. This study aims to describe the results of developmental assessment of a child with autism in an inclusive education setting at SKH 01 Nurbayan Grade 5. This research employs a descriptive approach using assessment instruments that cover five developmental domains: social interaction, communication, behavior, emotional regulation, and sensory perception. The results reveal significant difficulties in social communication, including low social interest, delayed language development, limited nonverbal communication, and the presence of repetitive behaviors. Emotional regulation remains underdeveloped, and sensory processing issues are evident. These findings indicate that children with autism require individualized, structured, and needs-based educational interventions. Therefore, assessment serves as a fundamental basis for planning effective and sustainable inclusive learning programs.

Dyscalculia is a difficulty in learning mathematics that is commonly experienced by elementary school students, especially in multiplication materials. Students with dyscalculia experience obstacles in understanding the concept of numbers and calculation operations, which has an impact on low learning outcomes and students' confidence in mathematics learning. This study aims to describe the difficulties of learning multiplication in dyscalculia students in grade III of MI Nurul Falah 3, as well as identify learning efforts that can help overcome these difficulties. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design on two students who were identified as having dyscalculia. Data collection techniques include observation, diagnostic assessment, interviews with students and teachers, and analysis of learning outcomes. The results showed that students had difficulty recognizing number symbols, often flipped numbers, and were not able to complete simple multiplication independently. Concrete learning using the "Multiplication Smart Wallet" media has been proven to help students understand the concept of multiplication, increase learning motivation, and reduce anxiety about mathematics. Thus, the use of concrete media is considered effective in supporting more inclusive mathematics learning for dyscalculia students.

This research aims to analyze the adaptive role of a dance teacher in teaching the subject of music art at SMK Asta Mitra Purwodadi, as well as identifying the patterns of collaborative approaches and the implementation of the Deep Learning strategy in the learning process. This phenomenon attracts researchers due to the case of a teacher teaching cross-disciplinary subjects, although still within the domain of the arts. This study employs a qualitative method using observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation techniques. The main subject of this research is Bu Evi, a dance teacher who also serves as the music art instructor. The research results indicate that the non-specialist teacher (with a dance background) successfully overcomes limitations in teaching music by performing a role transformation into a facilitator focusing on expression, rhythm, and performance. The implementation of Deep Learning is realized effectively through a kinesthetic approach, where abstract music concepts (such as tempo and dynamics) are translated through body movement exploration, which is proven to increase student enthusiasm and understanding. Furthermore, the teacher implements a strategic collaborative pattern with the music extracurricular teacher, where responsibilities are divided between aspects of expression/movement and the deepening of theory/vocal technique, ensuring talented students still receive adequate technical development. Assessment focuses on performative aspects (expression, tempo, teamwork, and self-confidence). This research concludes that the teacher's professionalism and pedagogical creativity are the main keys to bridging competency gaps, while simultaneously ensuring the achievement of the goals of the Merdeka Curriculum in shaping student character and 21st-century skills.

This study is entitled Nahwu and Shorof as Sciences in the Ontological Perspective within the Realm of Philosophy. The purpose of this research is to examine the essence of nahwu and shorof not merely as technical tools for understanding the Arabic language, but also as scientific entities that possess ontological dimensions in philosophy. Nahwu is understood as the science that regulates the arrangement of words within sentences, while shorof functions to form and transform words according to specific patterns. From an ontological perspective, both are not simply linguistic instruments, but rather representations of the structure and form of linguistic reality that reflect the orderliness of human thought. The analysis demonstrates that nahwu and shorof play a fundamental role in preserving the integrity of meaning in Arabic texts, while also serving as a means to comprehend the essence of language as a living and dynamic entity. Thus, nahwu and shorof can be regarded not only as practical sciences in language learning, but also as philosophical disciplines within the ontology of knowledge, revealing the essence of form and structure of language in relation to human and societal reality.

Long-term treatment adherence is critical for schizophrenia patients, yet non-adherence remains a significant global challenge, contributing to relapse, re-hospitalization, and increased healthcare costs. Understanding the underlying multidimensional factors is crucial for developing effective interventions. This systematic literature review aims to identify and categorize the dominant factors contributing to medication non-adherence among schizophrenia patients, based on current quantitative evidence (2019-2024). A systematic search of Google Scholar and PubMed targeted quantitative cross-sectional studies using the PICOST framework. Article selection followed PRISMA guidelines, and quality was assessed using the JBI Critical Appraisal Checklist. Seven articles were included in the final narrative synthesis. The synthesis confirms that non-adherence is multifactorial. Identified factors were categorized into three groups: (1) Patient-related factors (e.g., poor illness insight, feeling cured, treatment fatigue); (2) Treatment-related factors (e.g., medication side effects, therapy duration); and (3) System and social factors (e.g., low family support, stigma, poor therapeutic alliance). Non-adherence is a complex issue arising from the interplay of patient, treatment, and social factors. Low family support and poor patient knowledge consistently emerge as key determinants. Interventions require a holistic approach extending beyond pharmacotherapy, focusing on comprehensive psychosocial education for patients and families, active side-effect management, and strengthening the family's role in care.
