At RT 06/014 Kel. Palmerah, West Jakarta, there is an urgent need to increase digital literacy among parents, who vary in age and level of technological knowledge. Reliance on digital technology poses challenges in supervising children and online safety. This challenge can be overcome by conducting digital literacy training designed to close knowledge gaps, improve online security, and provide skills to use technology responsibly. This training is carried out through lectures, simulations, and practice. Survey results showed high satisfaction (4.2/5) with the training content, but there was demand for more hands-on activities, especially regarding social media and data security. This training aims to equip parents with the skills necessary to support their children's education in a dynamic digital environment.

This research is in-depth about the crucial role of communication in rebuilding and maintaining the solidarity of the Karang Taruna organization in Kedung Kampil Village Rw.04, Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency, after experiencing a period of hiatus from 2015 to 2019. The focus of the research is aimed at the efforts of Ahmad Syafi'udin, The chairman of Karang Taruna, in approaching village youth, forms a clear organizational structure and establishes effective communication. The success of this organization in 2019 reflects the positive impact of establishing a good structure, increasing village youth participation, and implementing various programs, including regular flights every Friday, building sports facilities, commemorating the Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day, and utilizing YouTube social media. The importance of the role of communication in maintaining solidarity is the main highlight, with this research trying to provide an understanding to Karang Taruna members about the significance of communication in developing a better organization. Analysis of communication patterns implemented by the Karang Taruna organization in Kedung Kampil Village is the focus for answering the research problem formulation. In responding to challenges, this organization adopted a revitalization strategy through efforts to increase internal and external communication, improve organizational structure, and design more measurable work programs. In addition, this research discusses the impact of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 on the global business ecosystem, with an emphasis on data technology. The structural transformation of organizations, the application of artificial intelligence, and changes in the paradigm of global business interactions are the central points. The research conclusions show that a deep understanding of these changes is the key to ensuring business sustainability and competitiveness in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. In recommendations, the study advises companies to invest in human resources skilled in data technology and artificial intelligence and strengthen cross-border partnerships to face challenges and exploit emerging opportunities

The Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) is a higher education initiative in Indonesia that involves the concepts of "Freedom to Learn" and "Free Campus" (Independent Campus). MBKM covers several aspects, including the Teaching Campus, which is one of the important elements of this program. One of the target schools for the Class 6 Teaching Campus program is the Dharma Bhakti Surabaya Vocational School (SMK). The Teaching Campus aims to equip students with various expertise and skills by becoming a partner for teachers to innovate in learning, develop creative, innovative and fun learning strategies and models, as well as a form of contribution to learning while providing a positive impact. In this activity, a qualitative descriptive approach was used, with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of these activities show that the Teaching Campus program at SMKS Dharma Bhakti Surabaya, with a mentoring program to improve numeracy literacy, technology adaptation and administration, is running well and providing benefits for all parties involved, especially in the school environment.

In the implementation of 21st century learning, it is a way to make students not to be left behind in the flow of the times, this is where students who have 4C skills that must be developed are needed, namely: Communication, collaborative, critical thinking and problem solivng, creativity and innovation, in PAI learning, where this pie always needs renewal to keep up with the times. This community service initiative was triggered by the awareness of the importance of quality education. Office Software is a widely used software in the world of education and business. Teaching students at MTs Nurur Rohmah Al Muhsinin about how to use Office Software will help them acquire early skills for the workforce and higher education. This community service takes the form of training that provides adequate resources and support for MTs level students. In this school, access to technology and software is limited. This community service can help reduce the digital divide by giving MTs students the opportunity to understand and use tools such as Office Software, which are not available in their homes. The training provided includes Word, Slide Presentation, and Worksheet. This training is aimed at the 9th grade for a full month The training on the use of Office applications at MTs Nurur Rohmah Al Muhsinin provides significant benefits to students, as seen from the level of understanding after the training which showed a 40% improvement. Overall, the importance of community service in schools is crucial in creating positive change

Even though Activity Based Costing (ABC) has been implemented by large companies in Indonesia, there are still obstacles that limit its implementation, such as high implementation costs and the long time required. The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence the success of the implementation of Activity Based Costing (ABC) in Indonesia. The type of research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data used in this research was obtained from the results of a literature review of these articles. The research results show that management understanding and commitment are the main factors influencing the success of implementation. The constraints of high implementation costs and the long time required are special concerns in implementing ABC in Indonesia. Technology support and staff skills determine the smoothness of the implementation process. Implementing ABC requires activity mapping, identification of cost drivers, and appropriate cost allocation to optimize resources and improve company performance.

Digital transformation is a challenge for the business world today to transform into a digital company that utilizes information technology to optimize company business processes, for efficiency and effectiveness in company performance with improved operational acceleration to achieve company goals. Education is a massive industry in carrying out technological innovation and improving teaching methods, but it is still separated only by one process in education. The aim of this research is to select, examine and combine the development of collaborative technological innovation with the development of learning models carried out previously, then adapting them into an Enterprise Architect smart course design. The research method used is literature study and observation at educational institutions, especially the skills course industry, so that a comprehensive smart course design can be created, adopting proven learning methods, teaching techniques and technological innovation into a rich diagram model. can be understood by all levels of stakeholders in the company. The result of this research is an Enterprise architecture smart course blueprint with ArchiMate modeling, using a business model canvas (BMC) to describe the business architecture and the TOGAF ADM framework which represents the entire Enterprise design and information technology components to support each process in the business design

Indonesia has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. This happens with technology as a basis for human life. Everything has become limitless and limitless due to the development of digital technology. Indonesia needs several regulatory and authority improvements to be able to face the world market. The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. The object of this research is industry in Indonesia to face the world market. The method used for this research is a qualitative descriptive method, data is obtained from facts about the research subject by trying to reveal it thoroughly according to the context. This study aims to assess the challenges faced in implementing the Social Sciences (IPS) curriculum in the era of globalization. Employing a literature review methodology, it gathers and analyzes data from academic publications, educational policy reports, and case studies related to the IPS curriculum. The findings suggest that the current IPS curriculum needs to integrate contemporary global issues and utilize educational technology to enhance student engagement and understanding. The study also identifies an urgent need for teacher professional development to teach methods that meet the needs of 21st-century students. Furthermore, the study recommends strategies to strengthen students' critical and analytical skills in responding to global dynamics. The main conclusions emphasize the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and policymakers in designing and implementing an adaptive and sustainable curriculum.

This study investigates the impact of information technology education and mentoring on enhancing the productivity of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Probolinggo Regency. Involving 30 SME participants, the study utilized qualitative methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and observations, to assess changes in participants' knowledge, attitudes, and practices towards information technology. The results indicate a significant increase in understanding and use of digital technology post-activity, with 85% of participants reporting improved knowledge and 90% exhibiting a positive attitude towards the use of technology in their businesses. Practical implementation of new skills was observed in 65% of participants, who successfully activated and managed accounts on online marketplaces within two weeks after training. The study concludes that effective education and mentoring in information technology are crucial catalysts for digital adaptation in SMEs, especially in rural areas, and highlights the need for more tailored training approaches for older participants.

This research aims to analyze the learning styles of 11th-grade students in Class MP 2 at SMK N 1 Bangli in the context of learning English. The findings indicate that the majority of students have a preference for kinesthetic learning style, followed by auditory and visual learning styles. Despite the dominance of the kinesthetic learning style, some students also show tendencies towards auditory and visual learning styles. Meanwhile, the research identifies several learning difficulties faced by students, such as a lack of motivation, basic English language proficiency, and limited school resources. To address these challenges, teachers and schools are advised to create an environment that supports students' learning motivation, pay special attention to mastering basic English language skills, and enhance students' access to quality learning resources, including the use of technology such as utilizing smartphones for learning activities. The Entrepreneurial Student Development Program (P2MW) is a program to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in higher education institutions held by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs (Belmawa) and the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (Ditjen Diktristek RI). This P2MW activity provides opportunities for students who already have business ideas to become entrepreneurs, by providing support through financing, development and coaching. This program has stages of selection and training (coaching) which are expected to have a positive impact on students starting to develop their knowledge and skills in becoming entrepreneurs. Students at the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya have the opportunity to take part in this program with an innovative effort to use coconut tree waste to make high-value coconut bonsai ornamental plants based on Sociopreneurship to also support the government in the G20 Presidency program and have the same goals as several SGDS points. This P2MW is located on the 17 August 1945 Surabaya University campus as the beginning of the process of creating and developing innovative designs which will then be competed at the KMI EXPO 2023 National level which is located at Undiksha Bali.

Plastic waste is one of the serious environmental problems in Indonesia. Plastic waste not only pollutes the environment, but also has a negative impact on human and animal health. One way to overcome this problem is by utilizing plastic waste into trash bins that can be reused. The purpose of this study is to conduct socialization on the utilization of plastic waste into trash bins to the community in one of the villages in Gresik Regency. This socialization was carried out with students as a form of community service. The method used in this socialization was lecture, discussion, and practice. The results of this socialization showed that the village community had a high interest and enthusiasm for utilizing plastic waste into trash bins. They also felt helped and inspired by this activity. This socialization ran smoothly and received a positive response from the community. This study contributes to the development of science, technology, and environment, as well as improving the skills and social awareness of students.

The era of globalization will influence social, cultural, political developments and including Islamic education, both now and in the future. The era of globalization is marked by advances in Science and Technology (IPTEK) so that Islamic Religious Education must prepare students with 21st century skills. Globalization in the field of education has an impact on Islamic educational traditions, where the Islamic Religious Education curriculum generally studies religious knowledge, especially the study of yellow books (classics) regarding fiqh, monotheism, Sufism and nahwu nervous. The Islamic education curriculum essentially prioritizes values, human potential as the Khalifah of Allah SWT, unity, religion, self-development, at least individual self-development or the values ​​of life in society. To prepare students to face the era of globalization, curriculum development is needed, namely developing curriculum components. The aim of this research is to determine the era of globalization of education, the influence of globalization on Islamic educational traditions and curriculum development to face the era of globalization. The research method used is library research. From this research, it is clear that globalization has had a big influence on Islamic educational traditions, so all curriculum components must be developed to face the era of globalization which is related to 21st century life skills and the Society 5.0 era.

Teenagers whose daily lives are altered by excessive gadget use may face a variety of health and social issues as a result of their overindulgence in technology. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how teenage social function development is impacted by gadget use. This study employs descriptive approaches in a qualitative manner. Data were gathered by documenting, interviewing, and observation. Purposive sampling is the method used in this study to select informants. Additionally, this study triangulates its data in order to verify the information derived from the field findings.The study's findings show what adolescents go through in terms of social functions, including developing new, more mature relationships with both male and female peers, achieving male and female social roles, accepting and making use of their physical condition, seeking emotional independence from parents and other adults, achieving guaranteed economic freedom, making career and family-planning decisions, and developing intellectual concepts and skills that are critical for civic competence. Additionally, informants reported negative effects, such as excessive use of gadgets that waste money on everyday necessities and negatively impact teenage behavior.

The huge availability of cassava raw materials can be utilized as a substitute or substitute for wheat, so breakthrough technology is needed to be able to modify cassava by increasing its usability so that it is suitable as a substitute for wheat flour in the processing of food products, such as cookies, bread, and noodles (Zulaidah, 2011). Another effort that can be made is to develop cassava flour derivative products, namely mocaf flour (Modified Cassava Fluor). Since many housewives produce cakes in Kebontemu village, the village is known as "Kampung Kue" (Kebontemu, 2023). However, very few people know about mocaf flour. Whereas mocaf is an alternative to wheat flour which is cheaper but has a higher nutritional value and is healthier. it is hoped that this training can be an important milestone in encouraging economic growth, especially the Kebon Temu Village Community, Peterongan Jombang. the participants of this training were attended by 20 mothers who often make processed wet cake snacks made from wheat flour. the following (1) continue training in making various cakes made from local cassava on a regular basis, (2) update information about business phenomena, especially in the digital era while still paying attention to aspects of improving communication skills:Training as a local cassava-based cake maker can help participants improve their communication skills. This includes the ability to package messages in a way that is engaging, compelling and relevant for their target audience. Strong communication skills are essential in today's business world, where digital Mocaf Flour-based Assorted Wet Cookies are becoming increasingly dominant.
