This meta-analysis examined the relationship between social support and medication adherence among multiple sclerosis (MS) patients through a synthesis of 47 studies (N=12,356). The findings confirmed a significant positive correlation (r=0.42, p<0.001, 95% CI [0.38, 0.46]) with substantial heterogeneity (I²=84.0%). Contrary to Cohen et al.'s (2019) finding that informational support was the strongest predictor, our moderator analyses revealed emotional support as the most robust predictor (β=0.39, p<0.001). Furthermore, this research demonstrated that the effects of social support on MS medication adherence were stronger among women (β=0.18, p=0.023) and patients with longer disease duration (β=0.24, p=0.009), extending Franqueiro et al.'s (2023) findings regarding gender differences in social support effectiveness. Family support showed the largest effect (r=0.48, p<0.001), followed by friends (r=0.40, p<0.001) and healthcare providers (r=0.35, p<0.001). Moreover, mediation modeling revealed a significant role of self-efficacy (indirect effect=0.21, 95% CI [0.17, 0.25]), expanding upon Bandura's (2018) model. Supporting Lavorgna et al.'s (2018) findings, our results confirmed that online social support proved equally effective as offline support (Q=1.87, p=0.171). These findings demonstrated robustness through sensitivity analyses and trim-and-fill procedures, confirming resilience against publication bias (adjusted r=0.39, 95% CI [0.35, 0.43]). The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive identification of key moderators and underlying mechanisms in the social support-medication adherence relationship and the first empirical testing of an integrated mediation model incorporating social support, self-efficacy, and medication adherence in the MS context.

Blood donation is an important process that involves taking some blood from a donor to donate and store it in a blood bank. This blood can then be used for transfusions for those in need, such as in cases of accidents, major surgery, or certain illnesses. In Indonesia, blood donation is very important, especially because of the high maternal mortality rate due to bleeding during childbirth. The need for blood continues to increase as the number of accidents and illnesses requiring blood transfusions increases. Although blood donation has great benefits for the recipient, many people do not realize that donating blood regularly also brings various health benefits to the donor. This study aims to increase public understanding about the importance of blood donation through interviews and research at Sunan Giri University, Surabaya. Interview results show that blood donation not only saves lives, but also helps maintain the health of donors and encourages a spirit of mutual cooperation in society. Through education and increasing awareness, more people are expected to be involved in sustainable blood donation activities.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a contagious disease caused by the Aedes aegypti mosquito, commonly found in Indonesia, particularly in areas with poor environmental sanitation. The implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is one of the effective strategies for controlling mosquito vectors and preventing DHF. This community service activity aims to improve public understanding and participation in the application of PHBS in Sungai Pangeran Village, Palembang, through counseling, training of Larvae Monitoring Officers (Jumantik), and community clean-up activities with the 3M Plus Movement (Draining, Closing, Burying, and additional measures). The results showed a significant increase in public knowledge about PHBS and active participation in mosquito larvae monitoring. The training of Jumantik created cadres capable of performing independent monitoring, and the community clean-up activities reduced potential mosquito breeding sites by 60%. Monitoring also showed a 35% decrease in DHF cases after the program. This activity has proven effective in raising public awareness and reducing vector-borne disease risks in the local environment. Land and Building Tax (PBB) is one of the revenues for local governments which is very important for funding infrastructure development, health services, education and other public services. PBB has a very significant role in community compliance and awareness in paying PBB in various regions is still said to be low. This is usually caused by several factors such as a lack of socialization, minimal transparency in the use of PBB funds, and low public awareness of the use of PBB payments, which is the main cause of low taxpayer compliance. The aim of this research is to identify strategies to be implemented to increase public awareness and compliance in paying PBB. This research uses a qualitative approach using observation and documentation methods. This research shows that the results show that by having regular outreach campaigns or outreach, utilizing information technology in the payment process, as well as developing a compensation and public quality improvement system funded by PPB, it will be an effective step to increase public compliance in paying taxes. Apart from that, involving several community leaders and non-governmental organizations in tax awareness outreach or education is also able to strengthen community responsibility and participation in regional development. By implementing existing strategies, it is hoped that we will be able to overcome problems such as low awareness and low community compliance in PBB payments, which will then be able to support the sustainability of the ability to achieve goals in implementing regional development programs
