Based on the phenomenon that occurred at the Congko Village office, it appears that the performance of village officials has not been optimal, this can be seen from the fact that there are still village officials who do not comply with the applicable rules and regulations, apart from that there are village officials who are indifferent to the tasks given to them. This caused the community to complain about the services provided by village officials at the Congko Village Office. The formulation of the problem in this research is Does leadership style influence the performance of Village officials in Congko Village, Soppeng Regency, while the aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style on the performance of Village officials in Congko Village, Soppeng Regency. This research was carried out at the Congko Village office, which is located in Congko Village, Marioriwawo District, Soppeng Regency. The sample was determined using the Census or Saturated Sampling Technique, that is, the total population can be used as the sample size in this research, so that the sample in this research is all Village Officials Congko numbered 13 people. To determine the influence of leadership style on the performance of village officials, simple linear regression analysis was used. From the results of a simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that: Leadership style has an influence on the performance of village officials at the Congko Village Office, Marioriwawo District, Soppeng Regency. The suggestions given by researchers to the Congko Village Government are to maintain and improve the leadership style currently applied so that war performance in Congko Village can improve.

This research was conducted to analyze student behavior in participating in the English learning process at school. This research uses qualitative descriptive techniques. The object of this research was 40 students in class XII of Hospitality and Culinary Management at Praja Pandawa Bangli Vocational High School. Data was collected through a system of observation, questionnaires and direct student and teacher interviews. This data analysis was obtained from observations in the field regarding students' attitudes or behavior when participating in the learning process. This foreign language is one of the languages that they must learn as prospective tourism actors. English has now become a mandatory language for tourism vocational students. Apart from language skills, what we need to pay attention to is that behavior or attitude is what really underlies everything we do. We don't only teach education about student behavior at school, but the role of parents is the most important. We can teach attitude, but change is based on each individual, as educators we can only give direction and direct, in the process the individual has the main role.      

In the working area of ​​the Sijamapolang Community Health Center, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, stunting is still relatively common. Stunting is important to handle because it concerns the quality of human resources. Stunting, apart from being a risk of hampering physical growth and susceptibility to disease, also causes barriers to cognitive development which will affect the level of intelligence and productivity of children in the future. Stunting can be caused by various factors, including low nutritional intake in the first 1,000 days of life, from the fetus to a two-year-old baby. Apart from that, poor sanitation facilities, lack of access to clean water, and lack of environmental cleanliness are also causes of stunting. Poor hygiene conditions mean that the body has to fight extra hard against sources of disease, thus hampering the absorption of nutrients. Basically, stunting can be prevented from an early age. Of course, this can be done by increasing the family's insight or knowledge, especially mothers, regarding stunting prevention. By looking at the problems of these partners, the Community Partnership program aims to provide knowledge and information to the community so they can prevent and overcome the problem of stunting. The results achieved in this activity, namely, participants have knowledge about: the definition of stunting and its characteristics, the causes of stunting, the impacts of stunting, how to prevent and overcome stunting

This study aims to analyze the factors of giving colostrum to post partum mothers at the Kabanjahe District Health Center. Karo. The type of research used in this research is analytical with a cross sectional design. There were 29 research respondents. By collecting secondary and primary data. From the results of statistical tests using Chi-Square, it shows that p = 0.005, which means Ho is accepted (p value < 0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge category and colostrum provision. This activity aims to resolve existing problems with partners, in order to support poverty alleviation efforts for NTT specialty weaving craftsmen "Kasih Bunda" Lapoem Village, West Insana District. This activity aims to improve the welfare of weaving craftsmen, whose daily work as weaving craftsmen is untouched by entrepreneurial skills. Priority problems: 1) Currently, the production produced is less varied, the combination of motifs is still simple; 2) Do not yet have entrepreneurial skills that produce economic value and are in demand by the market; 3) Do not yet have: entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial managerial, Internet of Things (IoT) based marketing skills; 4) Do not have business capital including equipment and materials needed for weaving activities. The solution and method in this PKM program is to provide skills training to the Lapeom Village "Kasih Bunda" weaving craftsmen, so that partners will be able to produce superior products that have economic value and are needed by the market. To produce products that have sales value, skills training is directed at weaving quality. Therefore, the training provided will also cover technical production, weaving design and Internet of Things (IoT) based marketing which is very suitable for product promotion in the New Normal Era. This entrepreneurship training has social goals and is based on social activities. Therefore, partners will also be given training in entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial managerial skills, which also includes production management, financial management, simple accounting and marketing management. Apart from that, assistance is provided to partners, so that efforts to develop micro business activities among weaving craftsmen can be realized and run well. This research aims to improve learning outcomes in Civics subjects through the use of Quizizz media in class X at SMK N 1 Percut Sei Tuan. The research method used is classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were class X students of SMK N 1 Percut Sei Tuan. The data collection methods used were tests, observations and interviews. The research results show that the use of Quizizz media can significantly improve learning outcomes in Civics subjects. The results of this study show a significant increase in the learning outcomes of students who use Quizizz media compared to the control group. Apart from that, the use of Quizizz media also increases students' interest in learning and provides an interactive and fun learning experience. These findings indicate that the use of Quizizz media can be an effective alternative in improving learning outcomes in Civics subjects in vocational high schools.

Until now, there are still many who are afraid to start a business, including online business, so a real manifestation of a successful businessman has high self-efficacy/ability in starting a business. Apart from having the ability, a businessman must also be able to understand marketing planning and strategy. well in developing a business so that the business succeeds as expected, therefore the purpose of this research is to find out: 1) How is the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs in online business for FEBI students, 2) What is the strategy for developing entrepreneurship in online business for FEBI students, 3) What are the obstacles faced in developing entrepreneurs in the online business of FEBI students. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were students who had been running their online business for more than 3 years. The number of subjects in this study were 10 people. The results of this study note that FEBI students have high self-efficacy in online business or entrepreneurship, students are confident in their abilities and have expectations for their abilities in doing business online, in building confidence students obtain from several sources, namely personal experience, other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and emotional state. In the student business development strategy it is still not running well and efficiently, and there are obstacles to student businesses such as suppliers, competitors, capital and customers.

The Independent Curriculum is an educational approach that focuses on student needs, so teachers face additional challenges and responsibilities in implementing it. This research aims to explore the perspectives and experiences of Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara in facing the Independent Curriculum. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with interview techniques with Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara. Data validity testing was carried out using data source triangulation techniques. The research results show that the Merdeka Curriculum is considered relevant and oriented towards meeting student needs. Teachers have tried a variety of tailored learning strategies, including content, process, and product differentiation. Apart from that, this research also highlights the important role of learning modules and media in the Independent Curriculum, as well as the importance of In House Training (IHT) as an effort to increase teachers' understanding of the newly implemented curriculum. It is hoped that these findings can provide a valuable contribution in the development of educational strategies and provide the necessary support to teachers and other educational institutions that are implementing the Merdeka Curriculum.

Domestic violence (KDRT) is a serious problem that requires appropriate legal handling. This article aims to analyze aspects of criminal law in dealing with cases of domestic violence. The research method used is literature study by collecting data from various trusted sources such as journals, articles and other sources. The results of the analysis show that handling cases of domestic violence must be carried out firmly and fairly in accordance with applicable criminal law. Apart from that, prevention efforts also need to be made through education and outreach to the public about the importance of respecting human rights and avoiding acts of domestic violence. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to law enforcement and overcoming cases of domestic violence in Indonesia.

Early marriage is a marriage that takes place when entering adolescence, not yet adolescence, or just ending adolescence. In Indonesia itself, although the law strongly opposes early marriage, this case often increases every year. Apart from the inherent traditional factors, parental coercion, economic and social factors or even worse, the factor of getting pregnant outside of marriage is often the reason why early marriages are carried out.

The profitability of a company is used to evaluate or measure whether profits have increased in relation to the seller's total assets and equity capital, whether the company makes a profit, and the profits earned. Company profits are used for the welfare of the company itself. Apart from that, profit also plays an important role in determining the success of a business and as a tool for managerial decision-making. The three objectives of this research are: the effect of asset growth on company profitability; the effect of capital structure on company profitability; and the effect of liquidity on company profitability; In this study, 87 companies registered in oil, gas and geothermal mining were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. Samples taken according to the criteria were collected using a purposive sampling technique. The samples collected included 42 companies, and a total of 210 data were processed. This research analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis, along with descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The analytical tool used is SPSS version 25. The research results show that only one factor influences the company's profitability, namely asset growth. Capital structure and liquidity, on the other hand, do not affect a company's profitability. Asset growth has a positive impact, while capital structure and liquidity have a negative impact.

This research discusses the role and leadership characteristics of a Servant of God in the Christian context, especially in the church environment. Leadership of God's Servants is analyzed through the concepts of service leadership, spiritual mindset, and example. The research method used is a qualitative study which reflects the reality faced by a Servant of God in his ministry. The research results show that the leadership of God's Servants includes aspects of service that are based on the service model of Jesus Christ. Christian leaders are expected to have the qualities of humility, service, and selflessness. Leadership of God's Servants also requires a spiritual mindset that involves insight, wisdom, and commitment to God's Word. Apart from that, the leader's example is an important key in shaping the character of the congregation and having a positive impact on the surrounding environment.

Kartika Jala Krida (KJK) in 2023 is one of the practical training courses for AAL Cadets Level III Corps, Seamanship, Engineering, Electronics, and Supply. The KJK was implemented based on AAL Governor's Decree Number: 83/VII/2023 dated 17 July 2023 concerning the AAL Cadet Education Implementation Program for the 2023/2024 Academic Year, and Instructions for implementing AAL Cadet Practical Training. KJK's shipping activities use the KRI Bima Suci with shipping routes from Indonesia – France – Netherlands – England – Norway – Scotland – Norway and Germany. Based on the results of a survey by Kurious and Populix, a healthy lifestyle starting to become a focus and trend in Indonesia. These surveys reveal people's understanding of healthy food, with the problems that arise. Even though many people understand its benefits, there is still a gap between understanding and healthy practices, especially among the productive age group (25-44 years). Difficulty maintaining consistency in a healthy eating pattern is a challenge faced. The solutions provided from the survey results show that 64 percent of Indonesian people use healthy catering services to maintain consistent healthy lifestyle patterns. Therefore, the idea of developing the YumHealth startup emerged to help people start eating better, with a focus on catering services and delivery service features, nutritional consultations, education through articles,and a BMI calculator. This research will focus on implementing these features using a Design Thinking approach and testing using the Usability Testing method. Apart from that, the potential of the online market in Indonesia is also an encouragement to develop this application. This research aims to provide adequate solutions to existing problems and improve user experience. Based on the results of Usability Testing with 30 respondents, the final result was 71.5, which means the application prototype is in a good grade. The testing results also provide suggestions such as the use of typography (fonts), and visualization in education, as well as adding features such as guide pages and TDEE calculators.

In his research, the author used a qualitative descriptive method, which in the process displays the data as it is without manipulation or other treatments. The aim of this research is to present a complete picture of an event or is intended to expose and clarify a phenomenon that occurs. The steps for collecting data in the short story "Sacred Tree" are by (1) reading the short story intensively, then (2) analyzing the character values ​​and (3) presenting the data. Apart from using qualitative descriptive methods, the author also uses a mimetic approach, namely research that connects the content of literary works and real life. In this short story the author finds character and moral values ​​depicted in each character, as well as a real storyline that occurs in life. A difference of opinion which then becomes the cause of a dispute, but can be resolved by a figure who has a wise nature. Then the policy leads to changes that cause regret in the future. And the moral value presented in this short story is not to force change on a group or person if we cannot be responsible for the change. This short story by Yus R. Ismail is a simple short story that describes real life clearly without engineering and contains several useful lessons for the reader.

Sexual violence is a serious problem that affects many individuals throughout the world. In this context, drivers associated with acts of sexual violence are often the focus of attention. The responsibility of third parties, such as transportation service providers or application platforms, can be an important factor in providing compensation to victims who have experienced sexual violence by drivers. This research aims to analyze the responsibilities of third parties, especially companies providing transportation services or application platforms that facilitate meetings between drivers and passengers, in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence. This research uses an analytical approach by collecting data and information related to the policies and practices implemented by the Maxim company. The results of the analysis show that the responsibility of third parties, in this case Maxim, has an important role in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence. Maxim is expected to have a clear and transparent policy in handling reports of sexual violence involving their drivers. They should also provide safe and reliable communication channels for victims to report incidents. Apart from that, Maxim must also ensure that there is a fair and thorough investigation process for reports of sexual violence. They must cooperate with law enforcement authorities to ensure that legal action is taken against drivers involved in sexual violence. In addition, Maxim must provide support and assistance to victims of sexual violence, including access to counseling and mentoring services. This research concludes that the responsibility of third parties, such as Maxim, is very important in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence by drivers. Such companies must have clear policies, effective procedures, and open channels of communication so that victims feel heard and protected. In an effort to prevent sexual violence, such companies must also continue to increase awareness and training for their drivers regarding policies and prohibited actions in the context of sexual violence.

Competition between commercial banks is increasingly rapid and complex, causing changes in regulations that are binding on commercial banks. One of the regulatory changes is the application of PSAK 71 which replaces PSAK 55 concerning Financial Instruments. A previous study conducted by Suroso in 2017 simulated the impact of implementing PSAK 71 on bank performance as measured by the capital ratio, namely the Capital Adequacy Ratio. The results of this study stated that there was a decrease in the CAR ratio due to an increase in CKPN which was caused by a change in the CKPN calculation method. This research will measure the comparative influence of CKPN, ROA, and Size as control variables on the CAR ratio at BUKU "2" Commercial Banks. As well as analyzing whether there is a difference in the CAR of commercial banks between before and after the implementation of PSAK 71. The results of the study show that the CKPN, ROA, and Size of the CAR of banks when implementing PSAK 55 has a value of 19.4%. This result is better than the implementation of PSAK 71 which amounted to 14.3%. Apart from that, there is a significant difference in the CAR ratio between before and after the implementation of PSAK 71. This difference is due to the high CKPN and the Covid-19 pandemic forcing banks to hold back credit distribution. So the risk of the bank's RWA has decreased, causing the bank's CAR to increase even though the CKPN has increased, and the bank's ROA has decreased.

The seblang tradition originates from Banyuwangi, East Java, Olehsari Village, whose cultural community still upholds customs and social harmony. The seblang tradition is a dance performed to ward off evil or bad luck which is performed once a year, precisely on holidays. The method used in the research is qualitative research, namely using ethnography which explains the norms, traditions, values ​​and actions carried out in the Seblang dance. The seblang tradition has been passed down from generation to generation and is mandatory. If this tradition is not carried out within a year, one of the ancestral spirits will come to one of the residents and possess the resident to give a "sign" that the seblang haru tradition is being carried out. Apart from that, the existence of modernity poses a risk if it is forced into seblang traditions. Because the risk posed will dilute the meaning contained in the seblang tradition.
