The library management information system for SMP Negeri 2 Solear has been successfully implemented. Purpose of creating this information system is to make it easier for members to see the list of available books and borrow books easily, namely online, and to help admin staff in managing book, member and book borrowing data. This information system has two views, namely the user page and the admin page. On the user page, users can register as library members, see available books, and can borrow the books they want. On the admin page, the admin can add, subtract and manage book data, view members' borrowing history, and can see the number of books available. This application was created using PHP and MySQL programming languages, the writing method used was System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), system design used Unified Modeling Language (UML), and system display design used Dia Diagram. It is hoped that with this information system users and admins can access the system anywhere and anytime via the internet. And users don't need to come to the library just to see the availability of the books they want to borrow. Apart from that, admin work can be lighter without taking notes manually.

Current technological advances have made the need for information technology very necessary. With the existence of web-based geographic information system technology, it can help PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk Prabumulih City Branch to digitize every Indibiz customer and target area for Indibiz products. The aim of this research is to create a web-based Indibiz customer mapping information system and to improve technician performance in matters concerning Indibiz. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the Waterfall method as a system development method and UML as a design tool. The application was built using a website with the php programming language, a mysql database, and printing data using pdf files.

The aim of this research is to design and build an online marriage registration service information system at the KUA Tinggi Raja District using the CodeIgniter framework which can support or facilitate marriage registration at the KUA Tinggi Raja District. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with the waterfall system development method. The applications created are designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The software used in designing this application uses the PHP programming language, XAMPP as the web server, MySQL as the database. The result of this search is an application for the Tinggi Raja Regency KUA Online Marriage Registration Service so that this application can support the Telluwanua Regency KUA Online Marriage Registration Service. The application was tested using the black box test method and results were obtained without program errors, while for questionnaire testing using usability the results were very in line with the score, namely utilization of 96%. Hopefully this application can help online marriage registration services at the KUA Tinggi Raja District.

Inventory management is a crucial aspect of ensuring operational efficiency, especially in trade and distribution companies like PT. Indah Permata. The manual recording system currently in use creates several challenges, such as data entry errors, duplication, and delayed reporting. Therefore, this study aims to develop a web-based inventory management system to address these issues and optimize the company's operations. The development method used is the waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using PHP Native and MySQL as the database. The results show that the system improves operational efficiency by speeding up real-time item tracking, minimizing human errors, and enhancing data security and accessibility. With features such as login, data addition, editing, deletion, search, and export, the system enables administrators to manage inventory more effectively. Additionally, it supports quick and accurate decision-making processes. This system can serve as a solution for other companies facing similar challenges in inventory management.

In the current era of information technology, easy and efficient transaction management is an important requirement in the business world, both small and large scale. Rumah Makan Mie Happy is a medium-scale culinary business. Happy Noodle Restaurant provides noodle-based preparations. In its daily life, Happy Noodle Restaurant can serve around 100 consumers, so that the service process requires speed to serve consumers. But in fact, Mie Happy Restaurant still uses manual data processing and transaction management, so it often experiences problems such as slow payment processes, frequent loss of receipts or proof of payment, difficulty in recapitulating or reporting transactions both daily and monthly, and frequent errors in the calculation process. From the problems experienced by Mie Happy Restaurant, the author is interested in developing a web-based cashier application that can help in all matters related to transaction management at Mie Happy Restaurant. The research conducted aims to build or develop a cashier application for Happy Noodle Restaurant that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of transaction management. This cashier application was built or developed using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) with Visual Studio Code editor and MySQL Database Management System (DBMS). The results of testing with black box testing show that the cashier application developed in functionality has run as expected. This web-based cashier application provides convenience for admins and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of operational activities.

This causes various obstacles, such as delays in data processing and the possibility of errors. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and design a web-based sales information system that can improve efficiency and effectiveness in data management. This system will be designed using the PHP programming language, which will provide convenience for the admin in managing sales information. Hopefully, with the application of this computerized system, Toko Tri Karya can overcome existing problems and achieve more optimal results.

The programming language used in this web development is PHP using the Laravel framework and the RDBMS used is MySQL. The system development model used is the SDLC waterfall model so that the work is gradual and more structured. This research resulted in web-based drug management at the Jambi City Pharmaceutical Installation UPTD being able to solve the problem of recording incoming drugs from Pharmaceutical Wholesalers, Submission of LPLPO files by Puskesmas as official proof of drug needs at the Puskesmas, outgoing drugs during drug distribution activities to Puskesmas, data on Pharmaceutical Wholesalers who partner as drug suppliers at the Jambi City. Health Office Pharmaceutical Installation UPTD Warehouse, data on health centers in Jambi City along with officers who will come during distribution and drug data that will be returned to the Pharmaceutical Wholesaler responsible for the product.

Computerized accounting is a system used to process company transaction data by using computers as a technological medium for application work processes and to produce financial reports for a company. The use and application of computer technology in office activities is a requirement and fairness that is needed, without having to eliminate manual systems. The use of computers will be able to improve employee performance in supporting activities in an agency or company. Financial management within the regional scope is the regional task and authority in organizing regional agencies which includes several sections including budgeting, income, expenditure, and accounting and accountability. The aim of this research is to design a web-based computerized accounting system for regional income and expenditure in Wates Village. And create a computerized accounting system that can assist the process of recording and storing web-based regional income and regional expenditure transaction data which produces regional income and expenditure report information. In creating a computerized system for regional income and expenditure, the software used is Sublime Texet3. Data storage uses MySQL and programming languages ​​use PHP and HTML. The research results show that the computerized accounting system makes it easier for finance employees to record financial transactions. Then financial reports are produced more quickly and data errors can be minimized and more structured data is stored in the database. So this new system really helps agencies in Wates Ngaliyan Village, Semarang, where the application is equipped with a menu for input, processes and reports that process transactions, both income and expenditure.

This research discusses the problem of optimizing the selection of security team commanders at PT. Pelindo Daya Sejahtera (PDS) to increase operational effectiveness. The aim of the research is to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method to select the best candidate to become the best security team commander. The data used includes alternative data as well as criteria such as work experience, leadership skills and technical security knowledge. The ARAS method allows the assessment of candidates based on scores that reflect their performance against established criteria. The result is a rating, which helps management select the most suitable commander based on the rating.

The process of directly appointing supervisors for non-state civil servant government employees (PPNPN) at the Medan Customs and Excise Laboratory (BLBC) creates obstacles, due to the absence of a comprehensive assessment such as the social and managerial competence of prospective mentors. This research aims to increase the accuracy of selecting PPNPN supervisors using the profile matching method. This method compares individual competency with position competency to find the gap value between the two. There are 10 alternative names that will be analyzed in this research. The results of this research are a ranking of the names. The alternative that gets the highest ranking is the one who has the right to become the PPNPN supervisor. From the results of the profile matching method calculations that have been carried out, it is found that the employee candidate who has the right to become the selected PPNPN supervisor is Eka Soraya Siregar with a score of 4.18.

The library is a place to get information through books that have been provided by the Southwest Sumba Regency Library and Archives Office. The problem faced by researchers is when books have not been neatly arranged on the shelves and many books have not been archived in an application so researchers design an application to assist in making a computer-based system. The library information system application is designed with the PHP programming language and MySql as a database. From the results of this study, the library information system can be used as expected and can help officers manage book data and borrower data easily.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk layanan transportasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang memungkinkan proses pemesanan kendaraan dilakukan secara terintegrasi antara admin, penumpang, dan pengemudi. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan dalam manajemen transportasi. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan analisis kebutuhan pengguna melalui wawancara dan survei, desain sistem menggunakan metode prototyping, serta implementasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework Laravel. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan tiga modul utama: (1) modul admin untuk mengelola data pengguna, kendaraan, dan jadwal, (2) modul penumpang untuk melakukan pemesanan kendaraan, dan (3) modul pengemudi untuk menerima dan memproses order. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box testing untuk memastikan setiap fungsi berjalan sesuai spesifikasi, serta evaluasi kepuasan pengguna untuk mengukur efektivitas dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemesanan kendaraan dan memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam manajemen layanan transportasi dan mendukung transformasi digital di industri ini. Penelitian ini juga membuka peluang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, seperti integrasi dengan teknologi geolokasi dan pembayaran digital.

Structured and efficient inventory management is very important for cooperatives, which have special operational and logistical needs. This study aims to develop a web-based inventory system and also develop it into a mobile application that is able to support real-time stock and asset management, using Javascript, PHP, HTML, CSS, and implemented on the XAMPP platform with phpMyAdmin support. This system is designed to record and monitor goods accurately, optimize the flow of goods in and out, and provide automatic inventory reports. The waterfall approach is applied in the development of this system, starting from needs analysis, design, implementation, to testing. The results of the study show that this system has succeeded in increasing the accuracy of recording goods, accelerating the decision-making process through data-based reports, and reducing manual errors that often occur in inventory management. This system not only supports operational transparency, but also helps a cooperative in achieving logistical efficiency and resource optimization.

This research aims to design an information system for scheduling incoming and outgoing letters at the Asahan District Education Office. Currently, the process of managing letters is still done manually by writing them into a ledger which is inefficient in terms of time and energy. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. The system was designed using the PHP programming language and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system modeling. The research results show that the designed information system can provide a solution to the problem of managing letters manually by making the data management process easier and faster. This system includes incoming and outgoing mail management features, user management, and report generation, which can improve employee performance in mail administration tasks.

The manual registration information system for incoming students is still commonly used by certain universities and colleges in Indonesia. However, the challenge lies in the fact that many potential students, especially those living outside urban areas, face difficulties with manual procedures and indeed many colleges still need a more efficient and effective information system to facilitate ownership of exam participant cards. The purpose of this study is to design a new student admissions website using PHP and MySQL to facilitate online registrants in ownership of exam participant cards. The methodology used in this study involves a system development research procedure, specifically focusing on creating a web-based system for new student admissions information that can be accessed via a web browser. The system for new student admissions information was developed using the PHP programming language and utilizing the MySQL database as a database server. The results of the design of this new student admissions website show that the newly implemented web-based student admissions system is able to offer convenience to prospective students in accessing broad information about the admissions process, as well as completing registration procedures, making online payments, and issuing exam participant cards. Hopefully this system will continue to be developed and can be applied in every college.

The development of information technology has encouraged various educational institutions to switch from manual systems to more efficient and integrated digital systems. One important activity in school management is the process of scheduling teachers' lessons, which often takes a long time and has the potential to cause scheduling conflicts when done manually. Common problems that often arise include conflicts between teachers' teaching hours, incompatibility of classroom availability, and difficulties in adjusting schedules to teachers' preferences. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based teacher scheduling information system by applying the Greedy algorithm method as a solution to optimize automatic schedule compilation. This system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database with a Waterfall development model approach. The implementation results show that the system is capable of producing teaching schedules quickly, accurately, and with minimal time conflicts. Thus, the application of the Greedy algorithm has proven to be effective in improving efficiency, accuracy, and flexibility in managing teacher schedules in a school environment.

Developing a web-based information system using the waterfall model, focusing on user needs analysis, design, development, testing, and system implementation. The results of the needs analysis indicate that users want a system that is easily accessible and efficient in data management. The design process produces an intuitive system design, while development is carried out using PHP and MySQL. System testing involves users to ensure functionality and stability, with the feedback obtained used for improvement. Implementation of the system in a real environment shows an increase in data management efficiency compared to the previous system. This study confirms the effectiveness of the waterfall model in developing information systems, although challenges in design flexibility still need to be considered. The results of this study are expected to provide a significant contribution to the development of web-based information systems that are more responsive to user needs.

The information system for making invitation letters for guest stars at TVRI North Sumatra is designed to increase efficiency in managing invitations and guest information. This research aims to identify various challenges faced during the implementation of practical work at TVRI, such as administrative problems and employee delays. Through the use of web-based technology, this application is expected to provide practical and relevant solutions, facilitating the process of making invitations, managing guest data, and confirming attendance. The system development method used includes requirements analysis, user interface design, and implementation using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for database management. It is hoped that the results of this research will be able to make a significant contribution to the efficiency of TVRI's internal processes, as well as creating valuable practical experience in the field of information technology.

Information systems now play a crucial role in various fields, including education. Yayasan Aldiana Nusantara (YAN), which supports students from low-income backgrounds, faces challenges in selecting scholarship recipients. To streamline this process, this research designs a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The system considers criteria such as class, KPS/KIP/KKS recipients, parents' income, report card grades, and extracurricular activities. The DSS is developed using the Waterfall model, PHP, and MySQL, with four types of access rights: Administrator, Judge, Student, and Foundation Leader. Sensitivity testing shows that the SAW method is more responsive to changes in criteria compared to TOPSIS, with a sensitivity value of 2.98 for SAW and 0.022 for TOPSIS. These results indicate that SAW is more optimal in assisting YAN in effectively and efficiently selecting scholarship recipients.
