This study aims to analyze and design a marketing strategy training program to improve the performance of marketing personnel at Titan (Home) WiFi as an internet service provider. In the increasingly competitive digital era, effective marketing strategies are essential to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance. This training focuses on strengthening marketing competencies, including market analysis, digital marketing utilization, customer relationship management, and communication skills.The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach involving 21 marketing personnel as participants. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The evaluation of the training program was conducted by comparing participants’ understanding before and after the training, supported by questionnaire scores and interview results.The results indicate that 83% of participants showed improved understanding of target market analysis and digital marketing strategies, while 78% demonstrated better communication and customer relationship management skills. In addition, there was a 20% increase in promotional effectiveness and a 15% improvement in customer satisfaction based on internal performance data. These findings suggest that the implementation of structured marketing strategy training can significantly enhance marketers’ competencies, optimize promotional activities, and improve service quality. Therefore, continuous and adaptive training programs are recommended to ensure sustainable marketing performance improvement in the dynamic telecommunications industry

This study aims to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of the work environment and work-life balance on employee work stress at Hotel X. The research design is causal quantitative, with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The sample was obtained through purposive sampling (non-probability) of 120 respondents. The research subjects were employees working in shifts. The analysis results show that, (1) both variables simultaneously have a negative and significant effect on work stress, (2) the work environment has a negative and significant effect (sig. 0.002), and (3) work-life balance has a negative and significant effect (sig. 0.000). The work-life balance variable dominates its influence compared to the work environment, as seen from the lower significance value. These findings confirm that improving work-life balance and the work environment effectively reduces stress, especially for shift workers who are vulnerable to time imbalance. Based on the results, organizations are advised to optimize human resource management by maintaining a balance between job demands and employee conditions, as well as ensuring a proportional workload. Improvement in work-life balance can be achieved through flexible leave policies, adequate breaks between shifts, no overtime days except in emergencies, and minimizing personal time interruptions. These steps are expected to enhance employee well-being, retention, and productivity in the hospitality sector. Further research is recommended to explore different variables and methods, including comparing non-shift employees with the same variables, for more comprehensive insights.

The development of information technology, particularly the use of smartphones, has changed human activity patterns and significantly impacted the education sector. The "one-stop-shop" concept reflects the use of mobile devices as centers for various activities, including learning. This situation drives the need for innovation in the development of adaptive and interactive learning media. One solution that can be developed is an Android-based mobile application using Flutter, which can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process. The Association of Multimedia and Information Technology Professionals (PPMultindo), an organization focused on technology, has developed an Android-based learning platform. This platform is designed to provide flexible access to materials, support interactivity, and facilitate collaboration between educators. Features such as learning analysis, material recommendations, and automatic evaluation are expected to improve the quality of the learning experience. However, the implementation of this technology still faces various challenges, including limited technological competence of educators, inadequate infrastructure, and adjustments to curriculum needs. Therefore, collaborative efforts are needed to optimize the use of mobile technology to support educational transformation in the digital era.

Features such as learning data analysis, material recommendations, and automatic evaluation are expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the teaching and learning process, while also providing a means for collaboration between members. However, the implementation of this technology still faces various challenges, such as limited technological competence of educators, inadequate infrastructure, and the need for curriculum adjustments. Therefore, collaborative efforts are needed to optimize the use of mobile technology to support educational transformation.

This study aims to analyze the role of the Department of Tourism and Culture in preserving traditional houses in Wanokaka District, West Sumba Regency. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a field study approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants consisted of officials from the Department of Tourism and Culture, district and village governments, traditional leaders, traditional house owners, and young generations. The findings indicate that the Department of Tourism and Culture has carried out its role as regulator, dynamizer, and facilitator in the preservation of traditional houses. The regulatory role is reflected in cultural preservation policies and supervision of traditional house construction, although specific technical regulations concerning traditional house preservation are still limited. The dynamizing role is implemented through cultural socialization, mutual cooperation activities, and collaboration with traditional leaders and local communities in maintaining the sustainability of traditional houses. Meanwhile, the facilitating role is realized through financial assistance, provision of supporting infrastructure, and promotion of traditional houses as regional cultural heritage. However, the preservation efforts still face several obstacles, including limited budgets, difficulties in obtaining traditional building materials, declining participation of younger generations, and uneven supporting facilities in traditional villages. Therefore, stronger regulations, increased community collaboration, and sustainable government support are needed to optimize the preservation of traditional houses.

This study examines the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs for drug addicts who repeatedly abuse narcotics at Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Kupang. The research was motivated by the increasing complexity of drug abuse and the recurrence of abuse (relapse) among former addicts after rehabilitation. This research aims to analyze the implementation of rehabilitation programs and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting rehabilitation effectiveness. The study employed empirical legal research with a socio-legal approach. Primary data were obtained through interviews and field observations, while secondary data were collected through the study of legislation, books, journals, and related legal documents. Data were analyzed qualitatively using the theories of legal implementation, legal effectiveness, and legal utility. The findings indicate that rehabilitation programs were implemented through assessment, medical rehabilitation, social rehabilitation, and post-rehabilitation stages. During the 2021–2025 period, 25 rehabilitation clients were recorded, with two relapse cases identified, consisting of one moderate relapse case in 2021 and one mild relapse case in 2024. The effectiveness level of the rehabilitation program ranged between 70% and 80%. Supporting factors included legal frameworks, interinstitutional cooperation, family support, and community-based rehabilitation services. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors involved limited professional human resources, inadequate facilities, budget constraints, social stigma, and environmental influences that triggered relapse. The study concludes that rehabilitation for repeat drug abusers in Kupang has been relatively effective; however, institutional strengthening, improvement of rehabilitation facilities, and community participation remain necessary to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.

Libraries play a crucial role in broadening the public's knowledge horizons by improving literacy skills. However, the reality at the Samaturu Library in Jambu Malea Village shows that manual management still dominates, leading to various administrative obstacles such as data irregularities, the risk of losing important information, and inefficiencies in tracking daily activities. This condition demands digital transformation to optimize public services at the village level comprehensively and sustainably. This research focuses on the development of a web-based library information system specifically designed to modernize administrative processes to be more systematic, fast, and organized. Built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, this platform offers an intuitive interface for both staff and members. Its superior features include book data management, membership, activity agendas, announcements, and digitizing the borrowing and return process. Furthermore, the system is capable of automatically generating periodic reports to facilitate library performance evaluation. Based on the results of comprehensive testing using the Black Box Testing method, all system functionality was proven to operate optimally according to the required specifications. Direct user trials also showed very positive responses regarding aspects of ease of navigation and operational time efficiency. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the effectiveness of internal management, accelerate the quality of services to library users, and become a major catalyst in realizing superior digital literacy governance in rural areas

Digital transformation through the Electronic-Based Government Sistem (SPBE) requires public institutions to optimize services through information sistems, yet technical obstacles are frequently encountered in practice. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the INLISLite application in book lending services at the Sidoarjo Library and Archives Service and to identify barriers to data integration between the head office and outdoor services. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques involving observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that while the implementation of INLISLite has improved circulation efficiency at the head office, mobile library services still face significant constraints due to limited internet connectivity. This condition forces field officers to rely on manual recording, which triggers a double-entry data phenomenon upon returning to the head office, thereby delaying real-time book stock synchronization and increasing the risk of human error. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the information sistem has not yet reached all service units harmoniously. The researcher suggests the need to strengthen network infrastructure in mobile library operational areas and to develop sistem modules that support periodic data synchronization modes to ensure data accountability and more responsive public service quality in Sidoarjo Regency.

This study aims to examine the empowerment of local human resources as a strategic asset in the internationalization process of MSMEs in Sumber Wandhe Wonosalam, Jombang, East Java. This study employs a qualitative case study approach to facilitate the investigation of complex research phenomena, evaluate various perspectives, identify contributing factors, and generate a broad overview. The study indicates that success in internationalization requires a combination of capabilities that can meet market needs, rather than a single capability. Business actors who are able to recognize opportunities for local human resource empowerment can optimize the export process. This enables the region and its residents to maintain generational training in innovative management to address the turnover of the younger generation. Ultimately, this study provides a foundation for further research on the dynamic capabilities required for MSMEs to thrive in international markets.

This study aims to evaluate the determinants of organizational sustainability within the Doctor Peduli Foundation (doctorSHARE), specifically regarding its Floating Hospital program. Specifically, it examines the influence of stakeholder support and operational efficiency on organizational sustainability, while analyzing the role of organizational innovation as a mediating variable in ensuring the continuity of medical services in remote areas. Employing a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 81 respondents comprising staff and volunteers directly involved in the Floating Hospital's operations. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was utilized to analyze the data and test the proposed hypotheses.The results reveal that stakeholder support does not have a significant direct impact on either organizational sustainability or innovation performance. Conversely, operational efficiency emerged as a dominant factor with a significant positive influence. Furthermore, organizational innovation was found to play a crucial role as a mediator, strengthening the impact of operational efficiency on organizational sustainability.This study concludes that the sustainability of non-profit organizations such as doctorSHARE is determined more by management's ability to optimize internal resources efficiently and innovatively than by reliance on external support. Consequently, strengthening internal operational systems should be a primary strategic priority to ensure long-term organizational existence.

This study aims to explore and understand the experiences of Madurese salt farmers in utilizing digitalization as a strategy to increase income. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, focusing on the subjective experiences of farmers in dealing with and interpreting the use of digital technology. The results of this study indicate that the understanding and utilization of digitalization among Madurese salt farmers is still in its early stages. Some farmers still view digital technology as a social communication tool, while others are beginning to utilize it for marketing, accessing price information, and making economic decisions. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook helps expand markets, improve bargaining power, and open up opportunities for increasing income, although it has not been implemented consistently and in a structured manner. However, the benefits of digitalization have not been felt evenly due to differences in digital literacy, age, experience, and limited internet network infrastructure. These findings are expected to provide a basis for the government and stakeholders to design digital literacy training and online marketing assistance to optimize and equitably utilize technology among farmers.

Vision+ pay television. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to gain an in-depth understanding of Public Relations practices at MNC Channels. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman interactive model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the role of Public Relations is not yet fully optimized, especially in the strategic decision-making process. Public Relations functions more as a technical implementer of communication rather than as a management advisor. This condition has an impact on the less than optimal efforts to strengthen the Vision+ brand image. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the role of Public Relations as an expert prescriber, communication facilitator, problem-solving facilitator, and communication technician to support the company's communication strategy and improve brand image. In addition, this study also found that internal coordination, utilization of digital media, and consistency of communication messages are important factors in building positive public perception. The lack of integration between the Public Relations function and strategic management causes the messages delivered to be not fully aligned with brand positioning

The accelerating global ecological crisis, manifested in deforestation, biodiversity collapse, and extreme climate change, fundamentally reflects a deep-rooted moral and spiritual deterioration within modern humanity. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) holds a unique strategic position to address this crisis by systematically integrating naturalistic intelligence, the eighth dimension of Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences theory, into the character formation process of students. This qualitative library research employs content analysis and conceptual analysis techniques applied to relevant primary and secondary academic sources published between 2019 and 2026. The study pursues three objectives: (1) to examine the conceptual and theological foundations of naturalistic intelligence within the Islamic educational framework; (2) to identify the reciprocal relationship patterns between naturalistic intelligence and the formation of religious-ecological character in students; and (3) to formulate integrative Islamic education management strategies for optimizing naturalistic intelligence. Findings reveal that naturalistic intelligence possesses robust theological grounding in Islamic tradition, anchored in the concepts of tafakkur, ayat kauniyah, khalifatullah fil ardh, and scientia sacra, none of which are peripheral but rather central to the Islamic worldview. The relationship between naturalistic intelligence and religious-ecological character is bidirectional and mutually reinforcing, operating through three sequential pathways: from naturalistic intelligence to theological consciousness, from theological consciousness to intrinsic ecological motivation, and from intrinsic motivation to consistent religious-ecological behavior. Islamic education management can optimize naturalistic intelligence development through four strategic pillars: reconstruction of the PAI curriculum based on ayat kauniyah, development of innovative eco-theological pedagogy, construction of an eco-conscious school culture, and strengthening of school-family-community partnerships. This study advances the concept of "Spiritual Eco-Literacy" as an original paradigmatic contribution to 21st-century Islamic education.

Educational financing management plays an important role in improving the quality of education in primary schools. However, limited school operational funds often become an obstacle to achieving optimal educational outcomes. This study aims to analyze the efficiency of educational financing as a strategy for improving education quality at SDN Mekarjaya, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies involving the principal, teachers, and school financial documents. The findings indicate that the implementation of data-based planning, priority-scale budgeting, digital financial administration through the ARKAS application, and collaboration with various stakeholders contributed positively to improving school quality. Financing efficiency supported literacy programs, teacher competency development, learning effectiveness, and school management improvement. Although the school still faced challenges related to limited funding sources and administrative constraints, efficient financial management enabled the school to optimize available resources effectively. This study concludes that efficient, transparent, and accountable educational financing management can serve as a strategic instrument in supporting sustainable improvement in the quality of primary education.

The muhadoroh activity in schools should serve to enhance students' self-confidence and social interaction skills. However, many students still experience anxiety and difficulty in communicating effectively in public. This indicates that muhadoroh activities have not yet fully optimized their role in supporting students' personal and social development. This study aims to explore students' experiences in participating in muhadoroh, describe its contribution to increasing self-confidence, analyze its role in developing social interaction, and identify the correlation between both. The study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, collecting data through interviews and observations of eight informants, including students, OSIS administrators, OSIS advisors, and the principal at SMPIT Al Bina Purwakarta. The findings show that: (1) nervousness decreases through habituation and repeated practice, (2) muhadoroh activities contribute significantly to enhancing students' self-confidence, (3) it strengthens social interactions through collaboration and discussion, and (4) there is a positive relationship between self-confidence and the quality of social interactions. This research enriches the study of experiential learning in Islamic education and is expected to serve as a reference for optimizing muhadoroh activities in schools.

This research aims to examine and analyze the phenomenon of speeding and illegal racing, which poses a significant threat to traffic safety within the legal jurisdiction of the Buleleng Resort Police (Polres Buleleng). The study employs empirical legal research methods, gathering primary data through observations and interviews with traffic police officers, alongside secondary data from legal literature and previous studies. The findings indicate that the speeding phenomenon in Buleleng is predominantly carried out by teenagers and young adults, often motivated by social media trends, peer pressure, and the search for identity. This reckless behavior leads to a high rate of traffic accidents, frequently resulting in severe injuries or fatalities. Furthermore, law enforcement efforts by Polres Buleleng face several challenges, including the high mobility of the perpetrators, lack of personnel during specific hours, and low legal awareness among the public. Preventive measures such as counseling in schools and repressive measures like electronic traffic law enforcement (E-TLE) and routine patrols need to be optimized. This study concludes that an integrated approach involving the police, educational institutions, and parents is crucial to mitigating the speeding phenomenon and ensuring traffic safety.

This qualitative literature review investigates how tax scrutiny influences investor behavior in the cryptocurrency market, with a focus on tax-loss harvesting and wash trading strategies. As governments enhance transparency and enforcement, crypto investors increasingly adapt their behaviors to optimize after-tax outcomes. The review synthesizes recent academic findings that highlight the growing use of legal tax-loss harvesting and the controversial persistence of wash trading, particularly in unregulated exchanges. Evidence suggests that regulatory uncertainty and inconsistent tax treatment across jurisdictions drive strategic investor responses and, in some cases, unintended compliance gaps. This study underscores the need for updated tax frameworks capable of addressing the unique characteristics of digital assets. The analysis contributes to the broader discourse on how taxation shapes market behavior in emerging financial ecosystems

This study is motivated by the suboptimal use of intelligence tests in guidance and counseling services in schools, despite their important role in understanding students’ cognitive abilities as a basis for providing appropriate services. This study aims to examine the utilization of intelligence tests in guidance and counseling services to support the optimization of students’ academic development. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach through the analysis of 25 relevant scientific articles published between 2022 and 2026, using content analysis techniques. The results indicate that intelligence tests play an important role in identifying cognitive abilities, supporting the planning of guidance and counseling services, assisting in academic decision-making, and guiding interventions for students’ learning difficulties. In addition, intelligence is also related to academic achievement, although it is influenced by other factors such as motivation and the learning environment. However, the findings also reveal a gap between the theoretical potential of intelligence test utilization and its implementation in practice, which still faces limitations, particularly in the integration of assessment results and the accuracy of interpretation. The implications of this study highlight the need to improve counselors’ competence in the use of psychological assessments and to optimize the systematic use of test results in order to support more effective guidance and counseling services in developing students’ academic potential.

This study aims to examine and analyze the implementation of digital-based public services through the Digikel website in Biawao Village and Limba U1 Village,Gorontalo City. The main focus of this study includes three aspects:(1) support, (2)capacity, and (3) value. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptiveresearch design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study's findings indicate that the implementation of the Digikel website hasbeen effective across the three aspects. (1) Support: The implementation of Digikelis supported by leadership commitment, active employee involvement, and policysupport from the city government through clear regulations. However, there are stillchallenges in the community's socialization process, which has not been optimal.(2) Capacity: Human resources in Biawao Village and Limba U1 Village are considered to have adequate competence through technical guidance. Nevertheless,there are still infrastructure-related obstacles, including unstable internetconnectivity and limited computer equipment. The absence of a dedicated budgetat the village level has also been a constraint in system development. (3) Value: The implementation of Digikel has had a positive impact, particularly in improving efficiency in terms of time, cost, and labor, as well as in accelerating, simplifying, and enhancing the transparency of public services. However use of this system has not yet been fully optimized due to low levers of diritalitgacy among somemembers of the community.

This study is intended to analyze the implementation of the value for money approach in assessing financial performance at RSUD Kota Tangerang during the period of 2022–2024. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data derived from budget realization reports. This analysis carried out using three main ratios: economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. The findings show that the hospital’s financial performance is categorized as economical, as reflected by economy ratios under 100% throughout the observed year. In terms of effectiveness, performance was considered effective in 2022 and 2023 but declined in 2024, indicating that the revenue target was not fully achieved. Meanwhile, efficiency performance remains suboptimal, as efficiency ratios exceed 100%, suggesting that the costs incurred are higher than the revenue generated. Overall, the hospital demonstrates the ability to manage its budget economically and achieve revenue targets, but still faces challenges in improving resource efficiency. Therefore, efforts are needed to optimize cost management and enhance service productivity to achieve a balance among economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in line with the value for money principles.
