The increasing use of social media in society, especially among teenagers, shows significant technological advances. The easier access to the Internet and social networks, the negative impacts of globalization especially afflict many young people who exhibit violent, pragmatic, desperate, selfish, and hopeless behavior. The cyberspace industry creates a young generation that is passive, does not think critically, is negatively reconciled, and is not creative. Positive campaigns on social media and active participation of the younger generation in sharing positive experiences and stories about their homeland can be a catalyst for building a positive atmosphere in the digital realm.  In writing this article, the author used two methods, namely, interviews and literature studies. In the interview method, the author interviewed several sources to find out their knowledge and opinions about the national vision. The author provides input to the bank so that the management of the financial reporting system at BTN KCS Banjarmasin is managed by the bank at each branch office or unit so that each financial report and profit management at the bank is more specific. Islamic banking academics should always participate in the development of sharia banking by providing input to financial institutions and also providing understanding to the public so they can differentiate between the bank interest system and the profit sharing system in banking. And also provide knowledge so that people do not get involved in the practice of interest which can actually lead to usury.

One of the systems for cultivating oil palm plantations used by residents in Allied Jaya is the profit sharing system (musaqah). For farmers who do not have garden land, they work to manage the gardens of other farmers who have land. All costs in terms of cultivating the land are borne by the land owner. Apart from that, the custom of the people of Aller Jaya Village in carrying out cooperation in sharing plantation products is not to set a time limit, not to write down a written agreement, and there are no witnesses in its implementation. The provisions in muamalah fiqh state that every time an agreement is made, a time limit must be set and it should be written down to avoid disputes between the two parties. However, this cannot be separated from the knowledge and understanding of the people of Aller Jaya Village. The aim of this research is to find out how the oil palm plantation profit sharing system affects the welfare of the community in the village of Allyr Jaya from an Islamic economic perspective. Checking the validity of the data using Triangulation techniques and data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation. The informants for this research are land owners and land cultivators. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the existence of this profit sharing cooperation has an impact on the welfare of the community in terms of material needs, increasing income so that daily needs are met. However, not only material needs can be met, spiritual needs can also be met. However, the oil palm plantation profit sharing system in Allyr Jaya Village is not fully in accordance with Islamic economics in the musaqah agreement.

Acts of violence against children in schools deserve the attention of the Indonesian Child Welfare Commission. The current situation creates a context that needs further attention for legal defense in which children are targets of cruelty in schools, as everyone knows that educational institutions are a place where the young generation is educated to become educated adults for the next generation. The role of the teacher is as a parent at school, sharing good and correct knowledge and enlightenment, not being used as a bully to students at school. The main issue discussed first is what factors cause the many incidents of injustice towards the younger generation in educational institutions in Indonesia at this time and the steps taken by KPAI towards children in Indonesia as they exist. In the article, the method of study used is theoretical study by applying the document collection method, namely library research or book study. It is hoped that the results of this study will invite elements including teachers, parents and students to involve schools in monitoring their students and taking part in the role that educational institutions can use to provide an umbrella for their students when carrying out the role of teachers as moral shapers. Teachers who are devoted to the Creator, share the most important encouragement and passion with parents at home to teach children to think positively about the injustice that befalls them.

This research shows how a computerized change framework can be realized in human and information technology environments. This includes consideration of innovations and tools used in subsequent changes. The aim of this research is to investigate how industrial and organizational psychology can work together with information management to achieve organizational goals. This investigation is based on a proper audit. Through this strategy, researchers collect several multidisciplinary distributions from multidisciplinary journals. Therefore, in our opinion, taking these important components into account, we view proper auditing as a reasonable strategy that combines these components while avoiding the tendency for researcher subjectivity. Based on the research results obtained, industrial and organizational psychology and information management have empowered organizations to utilize innovation in managing information, which in turn, makes a difference in the progress of human resource development. Innovation has promoted knowledge collection, capacity and sharing, which is an important perspective of informatics management. However, there also seem to be challenges in implementing innovations in the field of industrial and organizational psychology.

The advent of the Internet as an effective means for resource sharing has consequently, led to proliferation of adversaries, with unauthorized access to network resources. Adversaries achieved fraudulent activities via carefully crafted attacks of large magnitude targeted at personal gains and rewards. With the cost of over $1.3Trillion lost globally to financial crimes and the rise in such fraudulent activities vis the use of credit-cards, financial institutions and major stakeholders must begin to explore and exploit better and improved means to secure client data and funds. Banks and financial services must harness the creative mode rendered by machine learning schemes to help effectively manage such fraud attacks and threats. We propose HyGAMoNNE – a hybrid modular genetic algorithm trained neural network ensemble to detect fraud activities. The hybrid, equipped with knowledge to altruistically detect fraud on credit card transactions.
