South Korea have many things interested and make we have to find it more, not only about the culture but also abaout the education. The development of education in South Korea can be implemented with eitherbecause of the educational reforms undertaken by the government annualy in order to answer the challenges of the growing period. A long history on the history of education in South Korea that interest the researcher to examine how big the impact of the renewal of education towards the progress of national education. On 1999, the government launched the Brain Korea 21st project as on of the government’s ambitious program to improve the competitve power of the nation of Korea. The main question was “How the implementation of Brain Korea 21st project and the impacts for South Korea in 1999 – 2005?”. To answer that problem, the researcher  implead a history method and literature technique there are books and journals. Based the research and the conclusion was, first the Brain Korea 21st project which was launched by the goverment on 1999 is a project initiated during 7 years with various objective impact on the socio-cultural aspect was gender equally during this so the issue in South Korea as well the increasing suicides and the emergence of the social gap between professors at the local University. Second the impact of which was felt in the aspect of economy is pulling back the number of foreign investors after implemented the Brain Korea 21st project.

The national economy in Indonesia is currently increasing, especially in the Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. In the business process, obtaining a permit is considered very important. For micro business actors, having legality is a necessity and a necessity for the continuity of their business. There are approximately 10 MSMEs in Bulu Village, but these actors do not yet have an NIB (Business Identification Number). Apart from that, there are many business actors who have not branded their products with name labels. The role of government in agriculture is very important in determining economic policy, in planning to mobilize actors there must be readiness, seriousness and commitment to implement it. In an effort to establish regional autonomy, readiness to face future challenges and effective and efficient management of the regional economy by utilizing regional potential and resources. support that has a comprehensive design is needed, in order to obtain information that is in accordance with the problem formulation and research objectives. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method. This research is located in Bolaang Mongondow district (North Sulawesi). Regarding the role of the government in controlling the level of competitiveness of farmer groups in Bolaang Mongondow district (North Sulawesi). Data collection methods This research uses secondary data. The role of the government as a regulator is that the government prepares the implementation of development (issuing regulations in the framework of the effectiveness and orderliness of development administration). capital through providing capital assistance to the community. The government as a catalyst, the village government has a position as an agent that accelerates the development of village potential. The research results show that the government's role in controlling the level of competitiveness of farmer groups in Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi, is very important and has a positive impact. With support and assistance from the government, farmers can increase their productivity, expand markets, and increase their income.

Student learning disability is a situation where a student is unable to learn as they should. This cannot be ignored and must be addressed immediately by educators, because children's difficulties can become an obstacle in achieving optimal learning goals. The purpose of writing this article is to explore how to identify and overcome learning difficulties in elementary/MI students and to find out the factors that influence these learning difficulties. The research method used is literature study by analyzing several papers/scientific works through hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, the following results were obtained: a) The types of mathematics learning difficulties faced by elementary/MI students can be divided into two, namely difficulties that are internal to the student and difficulties caused by external factors. student. Ways to overcome this are: 1) Diagnosing students' learning difficulties, 2) Providing supportive mathematics learning advice, 3) Optimizing the implementation of BDR (Learning From Home), and 4) Personal resilience, the idea is to apply the curriculum and utilize blended. learn. b) Factors that cause elementary/MI students' learning difficulties include factors that arise from within the student (internal) and factors that arise from outside the student (external).

BeAbdurrohim Gresik Orphanage Dusun Bunut, Randegansari, Kec. Driyorejo, Gresik Regency, East Java. The orphanage is a non-profit organization, where the orphanage management has full responsibility in matters of trust. which has been given in terms of running the operations of the orphanage. As a form of public sector non-profit organization, one of the sources of funding for orphanages is in the form of donations from regular donors or incidental donors. This research aims to identify the implementation of the Financial Reports of the BeAdburrahim orphanage when viewed from ISAK 35 regarding non-profit organizations. The research was carried out using primary data, namely interviews and field observations, as well as secondary data in the form of financial reports at orphanages. The type of research that will be used is using a descriptive qualitative method by describing the state of the research object and then comparing it with existing standards.

This material discusses the implementation of bandwidth management using Queue Tree at the Samarinda Class 1 Navigation District Head Office. The internet is identified as a basic need in the operations of this government agency, especially those related to shipping safety. This activity aims to improve work efficiency and user experience through proper bandwidth management. The solution to the problem proposed is to carry out network management at the main office of the Samarinda Class 1 Navigation District using Mikrotik. The method used has 3 stages, namely design, implementation and trial. - respectively, then at the implementation stage the procedures for implementing bandwidth management will be explained step by step. The implementation results are validated through trials using a speed tester.The results of testing and design were compared, and it was found that the average difference for downloading was 1.945 while for uploading it was 1.55.

This research aims to determine the implementation of dock management at PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan where the dock must be managed well, so that output results are maximum. If each pier were managed by one operation, this is not the case currently, where two docks are managed by one operation, which results in negligence and lack of focus on one job, which results in many ships not reaching their loading and unloading targets as planned. Which is detrimental to the next ship that is queuing for the next loading and unloading. This research was motivated by the writing ability of class VII participants which was still not optimal. All of this is based on the fact that interest in writing is still low, difficulty in expressing ideas or ideas into narrative texts, often looking at original texts when creating stories or essays. This research aims to describe the application of the "Ada Tawa Ceria" strategy and short film media by Elka Sinema in learning to write narrative texts for class VII students at SMPN 25 Semarang for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use test and non-test techniques. The test technique consists of assigning narrative text writing skills according to the short film shown by paying attention to the structure of the narrative text. Non-test techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the "Ada Tawa Ceria" strategy and short film media can be applied to students, especially when learning Indonesian with narrative text learning material. This learning strategy and learning media can be an alternative for teachers in teaching narrative text material.

This research aims to find out how child maintenance cases (alimentation) are resolved by parents after divorce in the Gorontalo Religious Court and what the legal consequences are if parents do not carry out their child maintenance obligations (alimentation) after a divorce decision in the Gorontalo Religious Court. This research uses empirical research. This research is research originating from field observations and uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research show that the case resolution process involves lawsuits, trials and mediation. If mediation fails, the Religious Court issues a decision. However, sometimes the losing party does not comply with the decision. Winners can request execution, including confiscation of property or salaries. In this case, the father is still obliged to support the child after the divorce, but implementation is problematic. Some fathers are reluctant to fulfill this obligation. The Religious Courts play an important role in enforcing this. Research emphasizes the protection of children's rights and law enforcement to fulfill post-divorce livelihoods. Meanwhile, the legal consequences of non-fulfillment of child maintenance (alimentation) by an ex-husband who does not comply with the decision, the party who wins in the trial can submit a request to the Chair of the Religious Court to force the implementation of the decision and carry out the execution. If within a certain time the ex-husband still does not comply with the decision, the winning party can ask for the ex-husband's property to be confiscated, but still pay attention to the father's financial condition.

IoT devices have become a favorite among hardware and software developers due to their ease of use and flexibility in adapting to the evolving systems of today. One of the uses of IoT is in the realm of digital economics, where digital economy represents a new way of prioritizing technology and ease in the buying and selling transaction process between sellers and buyers. In the past, payment processes for goods or services used to involve paper money and coins, but nowadays, payments are made using digital media. However, the current digital payment methods still rely on centralized storage technology. Therefore, if the data held at the center is damaged or compromised, it can disrupt the flow of financial transactions, and user data privacy becomes a subsequent concern. 

This research aims to determine the application of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) in Islamic Business Management. This research uses a qualitative research method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The existing data sources come from indexed journal literature that has an ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) electronically which has been published via the internet with the code E-ISSN. Data collection was carried out via internet surfing from Google Scholar. The research data population is journals and books that focus on POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling). The results of this research state that the implementation of planning in Islamic business management must be in line with sharia values, ensuring that business objectives not only benefit the company, but also create social and economic benefits for society as a whole. The application of organizing in Islamic business management involves the creation of a fair and sustainable organizational structure. The separation of duties and responsibilities must reflect fairness, and strategic decisions must take into account their impact on society. Synergy between business interests and general welfare is the main key in the organizing process. The application of actuating in Islamic business management is the implementation of Islamic values in every company action such as work ethics, transparency and honesty and creating fair economic opportunities. The application of controlling in Islamic business management includes continuous monitoring of compliance with sharia principles. This includes ongoing evaluation of business sustainability and fair distribution of profits. Controls also ensure that the business operates in accordance with Islamic objectives and does not involve practices that are inconsistent with sharia law.

Studying biology serves as a means to enhance understanding, abilities, perspectives, principles, and ecological accountability. Biology is the scientific discipline that seeks to understand the natural world. Learning biology entails more than simply acquiring factual knowledge, concepts, or principles; it is also an exploratory endeavor. This research aims to discuss problem-based learning (PBL), which can improve the learning outcomes of class XI biology students on plant tissue material and can be used as an alternative learning model. This research uses classroom action research (PTK), which includes four stages: planning, implementing actions, observation,  and reflection, which aim to improve the learning process. PTK is an activity that involves testing an idea in practice, which can improve and increase the quality of the teaching and learning process. The application of the PBL model was able to improve student learning outcomes, especially in biology subjects with plant tissue material for class XI students at SMA N 2 Langowan. During the pre-cycle, the average value was 5.7. In cycle I, it climbed to an average value of 7.3. In cycle II, it further increased to an average value of 8.4. Meanwhile, the completeness of student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle was 20%, while in the first cycle, it was 67%, then grew again in the second cycle, specifically 87%. Based on the aforementioned research findings, it can be inferred that the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model has led to an improvement in the academic performance of Biology students at SMAN 2 Langowan.

The research method used is a literature study of journals, websites and previous articles. The results of this research include an overview of the application of business combination accounting and its impact on company performance and income. Through financial performance analysis carried out using ROA, ROE, PER and NPM, the results show a rapid increase after the merger of PT Indosat Ooredo Tbk. with PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia. This research encourages companies to maintain their achievements and maintain the trust of investors and customers.

Technological developments have had a huge impact on the banking system, one example of the impact of developments is increasingly modern payment systems such as mobile banking. Bank NTT is one of the banks that provides mobile banking services called B'pung mobile. This research aims to determine consumer preferences for mobile banking services at Bank NTT. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, by conducting structured interviews with informants and NTT bank customers. The research results show that consumer preferences for mobile banking services at NTT banks continue to experience positive developments in line with technological advances and changes in user behavior, ease of access, transaction security, feature and functional innovations are getting better. However, in its implementation there are several problems, namely a weak internet connection, no fingerprint feature and also a top up feature that is difficult to access.

This article discusses the role of PAI teachers in implementing the Tahfidz Program in Junior High Schools (SMP). Not only does it require the participation of children and educators to help improve memorization of the Al-Quran/tahfidz, but the help of parents is also needed. This article also explains the involvement of parents in facilitating children's learning goals, where parents can guide their children to always learn to read the Al-Quran and memorize the Al-Quran after every Maghrib prayer so that children get used to it until they grow up. This research is motivated by the importance of increasing memorization of the Koran from an early age. The aim is to introduce children to the benefits of reading the Al-Quran every day and so that children can become great Hafidz of the Al-Quran. The type of research used by the author is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, to obtain data from the problems studied, the data collection techniques used by the author include observation, interviews and other documentation. The Tahfidz program is one of the efforts that can be made to help children read and memorize the Al-Quran every day and give birth to many pious children who will definitely give birth to Al-Quran hafidz children in the future. Currently, there are still many children who do not read the Al-Quran fluently and some even do not know the Hijaiyah letters, making it difficult for them to read and memorize the Al-Quran.
