This article aims to describe human nature from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of human nature. The main sources for this type of qualitative research, called library research, are books, journals and other scientific articles. The collected data was analyzed using content analysis to make it easier for the author to filter the main ideas from various existing sources and narrate them as the focus of the research. The results of this article's research: (1) The terms used to refer to humans in the Koran include al-Insan (refers to humans who have special qualities and potential), al-Basyar (refers to humans as living creatures), and al-Insan (calls humans who have privileges and humans who have potential), al-Basyar (calls humans as living creatures). -Nas (calls humans as social creatures): (2) Characters have different views but are essentially the same regarding the nature of humans, namely humans are creations whose potential is different from other creations of God: (3) Humans are called ahsan al-taqwin , which places humans in a strategic position as servants of Allah and Caliph of Allah. Therefore, humans should try to discover their true nature to realize how great a gift God has given in the form of potential so that humans can optimally carry out their functions in worship and serve Allah SWT.                                                                                

In developing an independent curriculum in Indonesia, one of them cannot be separated from the role of philosophy of science, which in curriculum development is the spirit or foundation of education which must be evaluated, studied periodically, innovative and dynamic following changing times, such as the philosophical Ki Hajar Dewantara who stated that education is appropriate. the nature of nature and the nature of the times, meaning that education develops according to the times. Of course, all the changes and developments that occur in the educational curriculum cannot be separated from the results of several studies on how the implementation of this independent curriculum can overcome learning loss, the effects of the Covid pandemic plus the global challenges of change from era 4.0 to Society 5.0, which has the impact that today's generation needs. have the ability to think critically, creatively and innovatively. In the independent curriculum, it can be seen that the superiority of its characteristics is that the material is simpler and more in-depth and there is a significant reduction in material. The materials presented are limited to essential material. Reducing material provides an opportunity for students to explore the material more comprehensively. Next is more independence, which means that in an independent curriculum, students are given more freedom to choose the subjects they are interested in according to their interests, talents, potential and aspirations. Meanwhile, teachers can teach according to the stages of student achievement and development. So it is more relevant and interactive. Students are guided to be able to collaborate, work together to form groups to identify problems that are becoming issues to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, namely faith and devotion to God Almighty and noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity. The essence of this independent curriculum is independent learning. This aims to enable students to explore their respective interests, potential and talents.

Technological progress is developing very rapidly nowadays, of course it cannot be separated from the contribution of experts to the philosophy of technology, one of whom is Don Ihde. This research discusses changes in technology and Don Ihde's contribution to the Philosophy of Technology. This research method is qualitative through literature study in the form of published books and journals. The aim of this research is to find out what reproductions and contributions have been realized by Don Ihde. The method used in this research is literature study by reviewing and then analyzing several published books and journals to get an answer to a problem. The findings of this research are very necessary to provide an explanation of Don Ihde's contribution to the philosophy of technology. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers at the Indonesian Family Friends Orphanage in Medan, located at Jalan Haji Hospital Ujung Medan, which was conducted during two meetings which raised the subject of the character of each child at the Indonesian Family Friends Orphanage. The character of the Children from the Indonesian Family Friends Orphanage is a problem that needs to be studied in order to find the right solution in shaping the character of these children. In this research, quantitative methods were used. The subjects in this research were children from an orphanage with levels ranging from early childhood to junior high school students with a total of 10 children in the orphanage, 7 girls and 3 boys. The data analysis used to overcome the problems presented in this research is descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis aims to describe the character of the children in the orphanage. In carrying out observations, we find out what problems exist among children in orphanages and what factors cause a child to become the way he is.

This research study has a theological aim of the meaning of Spirituality of Humility in a Christian context experiencing a crisis of faith. The background to the writing is the author's observation of several phenomena in the practical life of Christians in modern times which are experiencing degradation, such as lack of willingness, sacrifice, humility, love and faith. The problems experienced by the author believe are due to problems with Christian spirituality in modern times. The author observes the fact that modern humans do not appreciate the events of the cross and calvary (Jesus). This experience provides the principles of spirituality, crumbs and dry leaves, which can answer the problems of modern times. The spirituality of humility brings humans to become friends of Jesus. The author uses descriptive and bibliographic analysis methods. The author conducted a theological study of the meaning of spiritual humility from Eko Armada Riyanto's book "The Spirituality of Crumbs and Dry Leaves". The book used will show problems, which can be answered through the principles of spirituality based on humility. The results of this study are the basis for the implementation of Christian spirituality today. The author hopes to help, increase insight into the spiritual life of Christian life. Spirituality of humility brings people closer to God in whom they believe, spirituality makes people moved by love and affection in their lives. Spirituality brings humans to a deep awareness, especially humility, that comes from God. Becoming humble requires a very long process, so openness to God's love makes humans friends to all and willing to be shaped by God.

In Islamic inheritance law, it is a law derived from the Qur'an where the truth of the teachings or theories is absolutely true because it is a revelation from God. Islamic inheritance law in general theory is a law conveyed by Allah SWT to the Prophet Muhammad SAW to be applied and made law by mankind. In legal philosophy it is said that the law is for humans, in Islam the Islamic inheritance law is absolute because it has been regulated in it. Problems arise in its application in society, especially in terms of the rights and acquisition of the second wife, third wife and fourth wife. There is discrimination in the distribution of inheritance that violates existing rules and provisions and there is a mental attitude that does not or is reluctant to carry out and follow the provisions of Islamic inheritance law regarding the acquisition and inheritance rights of the second wife, third wife or fourth wife.

Apron Movement Control  adalah unit yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengatur dan mengawasi semua kegiatan di apron mulai dari penempatan pesawat (parking), mengawasi proses pengisian bahan bakar untuk pesawat, mengawasi proses bongkar muat barang di pesawat, manuver kendaraan di apron, menertibkan staf yang bekerja di darat (apron) dan memberikan perizinan kendaraan yang beroperasi di apron. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Menurut Sugiyono (2019) metode penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat post positivisme, digunakan pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah, (sebagai lawannya eksperimen) dimana peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara triangulasi (gabungan), analisa data bersifat induktif/kualitatif, dan hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan makna dari pada generalisasi. Penggunaan pendekatan kualitatif ini dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh gambaran terhadap analisis kinerja unit Apron Movement Control Dalam Meningkatkan Keselamatan Di Bandar Udara Internasional. Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Kinerja Personil Apron Movement Control Dalam Meningkatkan Keselamatan Penerbangan Di Bandar Udara Internasional Kualanamu Medan yang telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 03 Agustus – 03 Oktober 2022 di Unit AMC (Apron Movement Control) Bandar Udara Internasional Kuanalamu Medan. Seperti yang kita ketahui keselamatan penerbangan sangat penting di tingkatkan, agar seluruh pergerakan di sisi udara terhindar dari hal yang tidak diinginkan. Sesuai dengan permasalahan yang sebelumnya hasil penelitian ini merupakan hasil observasi yang dilakukan secara langsung oleh peneliti terhadap kinerja personil di unit AMC (Apron Movement Control) Bandar Udara Internasional Kualanamu Medan.

Ibn Khaldun's thoughts on the philosophy of Islamic education reflect his valuable contribution in understanding the role of education in the formation and advancement of civilization. In his famous work, "Muqaddimah," Ibn Khaldun expresses a rich and relevant view of education in the Islamic context. Ibn Khaldun considers education as an important element in the formation of individual character and civilization. For him, Islamic education must include moral, ethical, and spiritual dimensions. Ibnu Khaldun argues that early education has a central role in forming the foundation of social life, and emphasizes the importance of providing good education to children from an early age. Apart from early education, Ibn Khaldun also recognized the importance of formal education in forming educated individuals. He recognized the value of knowledge and expertise in community development, and suggested that educational institutions such as madrasas and universities should provide knowledge that is scientific and skill-based. However, Ibn Khaldun also stressed the importance of experiential education in Islamic thought and understanding. He emphasizes that direct experience in social and political interactions brings a deeper understanding of the dynamics of society. According to him, this experience enables individuals to gain wisdom and contextual understanding which is crucial in understanding and applying Islamic teachings in everyday life. In his thoughts, Ibn Khaldun made education a means to achieve social justice and progress of civilization. He recognized the importance of acquiring knowledge and skills, but also emphasized the need for solid moral and spiritual education. For him, Islamic education must combine religious teachings with scientific understanding and practical experience to create individuals who are committed to the good and benefit of humanity.    

Islamization is to make or bring something into Islam and make it Islam Beginning and several decades. Syed M. The study was set to examine an interpretation of the philosophy of the course and to elevate it with a short story extrapolated value found in the mega best seller on the self-improvement volume volume entitled "Filosofi Teras" by Henry Manampiring. The study is a library study using qualitative descriptive methods. The data-gathering technique in this study is text-reading with the data-analysis techniques using the elective analysis techniques, that is, analyzing, connecting and summarizing the study of philosophy and extrapolic values contained in the short story. The data analysis techniques in this study are based on data selectively, that is, data reduction, data presentation, and deduction drawing. The urgency of research is for readers to understand, possess and implement the values contained in the short story book Filosofi Teras and extrinsic values.

Filsafat mengambil bagian penting dalam rasio manusia ribuan tahun yang lalu  dalam sejarah manusia. Dalam perjalanan pelayanan rasul  Paulus filsafat merupakan tantangan yang diperhadapkan dalam pelayanannya di tengah-tengah jemaat kolose. Mencampur baurkan filsafat yang kosong dan palsu terhadap ajaran rasul tentang yesus kristus adalah sebuah problematika iman yang harus segera dicegah supaya iman orang Kristen di kolose tidak tergoncangkan terhadap injil yesus kristus.  Untuk menyelidiki permasalahan ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksegese dan library research. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memastikan ajaran filsafat yang beredar pada masa Paulus ketika pelayanan di kolose, serta maknanya bagi orang percaya masa kini. Hasil yang di dapatkan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan pandangan para ahli mengenai filsafat yang kosong dan palsu dalam jemaat kolose. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menyadarkan iman orang percaya terhadap ajaran filsafat yang beredar dizaman sekarang ini.

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui epistemologi pemikiran Islam menurut Abid Al-Jabiri. Hal ini dikarenakan pola berfikir yang ada di dunia Islam tidak melihat dari berbagai aspek perkembangan di bagian Barat atau Eropa. Sehingga memunculkan suatu anggapan apabila seseorang mengemukakan pemikiran atau gagasan yang berpatokan dengan filsafat. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yakni mengumpulkan data-data daninformasi dengan barbagai macam materi yang terdapat dalam kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa epistemologi pemikiran Islam menurut Muhammad Abid Al-Jabiri bertujuan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan sekaligus memproduksi pengetahuan dengan metode bayani, irfani dan burhani. Al-Jabiri memulai dengan mendefinisikan turats (tadisi).    

One of the basic needs of every human being is to find happiness and be able to express it. One alternative that is often used by individuals in expressing happiness is social media. Happiness is also basically relative, depending on which perspective the expression of happiness is valued. This paper will search to describe various expressions of individual happiness on social media. The general concept of happiness from the perspective of the study of moral philosophy, in this case, hedonism and eudaimonism, is used in this paper as an analytical knife for this phenomenon. In addition, as a comparison, Islamic values are also presented in this theme. This type of study is library research with the main data sources being national journals, books, and other reading materials. The results of this study found that expressions of happiness on social media are quite diverse including shared reality, self-portraits (selfies), obtaining rewards, exploring and obtaining various entertainment from social media, and charity activities. Besides that, there are also expressions of happiness that are capable of harming others, including bullying and sharing hoaxes. These various activities have positive and negative positions from the point of view of moral philosophy and then the concept of Islam was born to complement and give birth to signs of obtaining happiness on social media.

This article will examine Islamic counseling associated with the study of philosophy, from the aspects of ontology, epistemology, then axiology. Philosophical values ​​can feed direction and permananan about Islamic counseling. The research method used is literature review or literature study. Integrativity in the main science of Islamic counseling, namely, psychology, communication and Islam. Furthermore, from an epistemology perspective, it is concerned with the implementation and professionalization of the counselor. Then from the aspect of axiology in Islamic counseling which aims to provide assistance provided by counselors to clients in order to find ethical and aesthetic values ​​for the existence of essential (pure) happiness, namely happiness that comes from Allah SWT, the Almighty.

Aliran hukum Sociological Jurisprudence merupakan aliran hukum yang ikut mengintervensi corak dan warna konfogurasi hukum. Baik dalam berbagai norma dan prakteak di lapangan. Oleh sebab itu, analisis terhadapa aliran ini dirasa sangat penting untuk melihat kelebihan dan kekungan dari aliran tersebut. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam diskursus ini adalah pendekatan kajian terhadap norma-noram yang ada beserta dengan konsep-konsep terkait yang berkelindan dengan aliran di atas. perspektif sociological jurisprudence tugas hakim dalam menerapkan hukum tidak melulu dipahami sebagai upaya social control yang bersifat formal dalam menyelesaikan konflik, tetapi sekaligus mendesain penerapan hukum itu sebagai upaya social engineering. Tugas yudisial hakim tidak lagi dipahami sekedar sebagai penerap undang-undang terhadap peristiwa konkrit (berupa berbagai kasus dan konflik) atau sebagai sekedar corong undang-undang (boncha de la loi) tetapi juga sebagai penggerak social engineering.

Demokrasi mengidealkan pergantian kekuasan tidak hanya terpsat pada satu kelompok dan golongan tertentu. Akan tetapi, pada prakteknya, baju demokrasi hanya digunakan dalam aspek formil-prosedural semata. Hal-jal yang bersifat substantif belum terlihat secara sempurna. Hal tersebut dapat tergambar dalam kekuasan yang tidak bergeser dari titik tertentu. Lingkaran kekuasaan tersebut terkonsentrasi pada sati ingkaran tertentu. Dalam penelitian ini, dinasti poltik tersebut dibedah dalam dua sudut pandang yang mendalam. Yakni dalam persepektif hukum tata negara dan filsafat hukum.

This study aims to find out about the history of the formulation of Pancasila and Pancasila, as a system of philosophy. The formulation of Pancasila began with the establishment of the Indonesian Independence Preparatory Investigation Agency (BPUPKI). The first meeting of the BPUPKI was held on May 29 to June 1 1945 as an independent Indonesian state. Pancasila as the basis of the state philosophy and philosophy of life for the Indonesian nation is a systematic and comprehensive value.

This study aims to determine the nature of the philosophy of education in the development of science based on local wisdom. The surrounding nature gives birth to local wisdom that is unique and is a potential in the development of science. Science or science which includes physics, chemistry, biology using scientific steps, scientific thinking, and using scientific frameworks. This is the beginning of the philosophy of science used to study, uncover, and solve scientific problems for human life. This study discusses the importance of a person in developing science based on local wisdom as a means of maintaining natural resources, culture, customs that exist in people's lives.

E-Government juga memungkinkan pelayanan publik tidak dilakukan secara face to face sehingga pelayanan menjadi lebih efesien. Menyadari akan besarnya manfaat E-Government, pemerintah Indonesia sejak tahun 2003 telah mengeluarkan kebijakan tentang penerapan E-Government dalam bentuk Instruksi Presiden Nomor 3 tahun 2003. Dengan menerapkan sistem online masyarakat akan dapat lebih menghemat biaya, dan waktu karena proses pembayaran pajak dilakukan secara online. Dimasa sekarang ini telah muncul teknologi berbasis aplikasi yang dapat dijalankan di Android dan IOS yang dinamakan SIGNAL. SIGNAL adalah Aplikasi Samsat Digital Nasional yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat Indonesia melakukan Pengesahan STNK Tahunan, Pembayaran Pajak Kendaran Bermotor (PKB) dan Sumbangan Wajib Dana Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Jalan (SWDKLLJ) secara daring dengan terbitnya dokumen digital berupa E-Pengesahan (POLRI) , E-TBPKP (Bapenda Provinsi) dan E- KD (PT. Jasa Raharja). Metode yang akan digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif menjelaskan bahwa metode kuantitatif merupakan metode penelitian yang berbasis pada filsafat positivisme, yang mana digunakan untuk meneliti populasi atau sampel tertentu, yang umumnya pengambilan sampelnya dilakukan secara random, dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen penelitian, lalu dianalisis secara kuantitatif/statistik dengan tujuan menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Dan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik menggunakan SPSS 22 dan Ms.Excel.
