This study aims to identify the factors that influence the unemployment rate and its impact on the economic and social welfare of the community. The research method uses a literature study. The findings show that factors such as inequality in labor supply and demand, government policies that are less pro-people, and population growth are the main causes of high unemployment. Although the government has taken measures, such as the allocation of funds for handling COVID-19 and incentive programs, the decline in unemployment has not been significant. Recommendations include policies that support increased employment, investment in education and skills training, gender inclusion in the workforce, and cooperation between the government, private sector and civil society to create sustainable employment. With these measures, Indonesia is expected to reduce its unemployment rate and create a more stable and inclusive economy.

A Christian leader is someone whom God has called as a leader. Christian leaders should be people who are called by God and have qualifications that continue to grow in personality and Christ-like character. Christian leadership is a form of leadership that is based on Christian values and teachings, such as love, humility, service, integrity, and justice. In this context, Christian leadership not only aims to achieve organizational or community goals, but also to bring positive impact in the lives of individuals and society through a compassionate and ethical approach. The success of a leadership is due to the cooperation between the leading and the led generations. As a leader, one must know which principles to follow and uphold them in their leadership. A Christian leader should embrace the leadership principles of the successful leaders recorded in the Bible. Here are the principles of Christian leadership today. Secular comes from the Latin word saeculum, which means space and time. Space refers to the worldly sense, while time refers to the present age. Secular life principles are views or values that are not associated with a particular religion or religious belief. These principles often include concepts such as freedom of thought, tolerance, equality and the separation of religion from public affairs. Secular life emphasizes the importance of rationality, science, and individual freedom of decision without religious interference. Secularism is broadly speaking an ideology that states that a state institution or body should stand apart from religion or belief. Secularism also refers to the notion that human activities and determinations, especially political ones, should be based on what is considered to be concrete evidence and facts, and not on religious influences. In political terms, secularism is the movement towards the separation of religion and government, one example being the replacement of religious law with civil law. This is said to promote democracy by protecting the rights of religious minorities.

Furthermore, digital technologies hold potential to promote economic sustainability by optimizing supply chains and reducing carbon emissions, although challenges such as the environmental impact of digital devices persist. This study identifies gaps in the literature as a basis for future research, including the role of government policies in supporting inclusive digital growth and sector-specific analyses of digital transformation impacts. Managerial implications highlight the importance of leadership diversity and integrating sustainability strategies into digital transformation initiatives..

The Public Housing Savings Program or what is known as Tapera has become a national polemic which is starting to become unsettling among the Indonesian people. The People's Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera), which until now seems to only collect public funds through savings with a savings scheme that is still unclear. By looking at this problem, the author found that the Additional Service Benefits program that previously existed and could run exactly the same as the Tapera program with income tax cuts for each taxpayer, this shows that it would be more effective if there was just one program so that there would be no inequality. According to the Minister of Manpower's Regulation regarding the procedures for granting, requirements and types of additional service benefits, it is stated that the type of additional service benefit can be in the form of a housing mortgage, which to date not all people use.

In a region, economic development is very important, especially to improve the economy and improve the welfare of the people.  Economic development is a process of attempting to improve a nation's standard of living as measured by the level of real income per capita which involves major changes in social structure, community attitudes, eradicating poverty and reducing inequality (Rapanna and Sukarno, 2017). Economic development aims to equalize economic development and its results for the entire community, increase the rate of economic growth, expand employment opportunities, and minimize differences in regional capabilities. The success of a region's development can be seen from its economic growth. Where the higher regional economic growth can be a benchmark and indicator of the high level of development success and economic conditions of the region. If the economic growth of a region is lower, it indicates low development in that region and weak economic conditions (Ananda, 2017).

In the current digital era, the concept of flexible work has become increasingly relevant and pressing. The COVID-19 pandemic that swept the world has accelerated the adoption of flexible work practices, with many organizations forced to adapt to new situations where working from home has become the norm. However, the implementation of flexible work does not always proceed smoothly and presents various challenges, such as cultural and organizational changes, effective performance management, and equality of access and technology. This research analyzes the challenges and inhibiting factors in implementing flexible work based on previous literature studies. These challenges include cultural and organizational changes, performance management and supervision, equality of access and technology, work-life balance, conflict management and communication, as well as variations in the effects of flexible work on job quality. Inhibiting factors include difficulties in assessing individual readiness, technical challenges and infrastructure, competency gaps and technological limitations, as well as managerial difficulties. It is widespread in society to see the division of labor between women and men based on gender. The daughter helps her mother, and the son helps her father, showing that a woman is more productive in housework. Gender inequality is generated by discriminatory behavior against women caused by this injustice in the division of roles. However, this is different for single women. Until now, they still have problems carrying out responsibilities that must be done, such as running work and taking care of their families. Based on these events, single women experience feelings of fear, known as fear of success. Because of the fear of the negative consequences that may occur if successful, fear becomes a mental barrier to achievement. Every woman must have dreams to achieve, but inadequate circumstances and societal demands make her afraid to succeed. This study uses qualitative methods and is a type of phenomenological research. Theme-driven analysis is used in theory. The information in this study is collected from three single women selected through purposive and snowball sampling. The results of this study show that single women who have experienced fear of success experience the following: fear of themselves, pessimism, doubt about living both roles, pessimism, and difficulty starting new things due to environmental factors.

Adolescent delinquency behavior often stems from teenagers' involvement with peer groups at school or in the educational environment. This can develop into more serious criminal behavior later on. Adolescents engaged in delinquent behavior can be categorized as Juvenile Offenders (JO). Peer groups provide a social environment in which JOs can learn and develop various aspects of themselves; however, they also serve as a primary source of negative influence. Similar habitus within social groups reinforce solidarity and camaraderie within them, which may be a reason for teenagers to join peer groups from the same social class. This also provides a sense of comfort and acceptance, while joining groups from different social classes can lead to feelings of inferiority and inequality. Thus, peer groups can have both positive and negative implications depending on the social conditions within a peer group.
