Medical personnel compliance in prescribing drugs according to the National Formulary (ForNas) is essential to ensure rational therapy, improve service quality, and enhance efficiency in health financing at government health facilities. However, compliance remains a challenge at Johar Baru Regional General Hospital, Central Jakarta. This study aimed to analyze factors influencing medical personnel compliance with ForNas-based prescribing, including drug availability, management policies, and the knowledge, attitudes, norms, and perceptions of medical staff.A qualitative approach was used through in-depth interviews with medical personnel, heads of supporting service sections, and pharmacy unit leaders. The study also involved observation and review of hospital formulary documents, minimum service standards reports for 2024, and monitoring and evaluation reports on prescribing compliance for 2024 and January June 2025. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis supported by NVivo software. The findings indicate that compliance is influenced by medical personnel’s understanding of ForNas policies, clinical experience, and professional attitudes toward prescribing standards. Management factors such as supervision, technological support, and procurement systems also play important roles. Limited drug stocks and suboptimal control systems were identified as major obstacles. The hospital is recommended to strengthen compliance by updating clinical practice guidelines, developing a ForNas-based hospital formulary, improving management support, optimizing information technology systems, ensuring drug availability, and proposing additional ForNas drugs to the Ministry of Health.

This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers' teaching styles on the formation of student character in the school environment. The study focuses on comparing democratic-humanist and authoritarian teaching styles, and their implications for student character development. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature review approach, through a systematic analysis of books, scientific articles, and previous research results relevant to the topic of teaching styles and character education. The results and discussion indicate that education is not only oriented towards academic achievement, but also on the formation of moral values, attitudes, and personality of students. Teachers have a strategic role as educators, mentors, and role models whose behavior and teaching styles greatly influence student character. Democratic and humanist teaching styles have been shown to encourage the growth of self-confidence, courage to express opinions, independence, empathy, and moral integrity in students. Conversely, authoritarian teaching styles tend to instill fear, reduce creativity, weaken self-confidence, and shape students' character under pressure. This study confirms that student character formation is strongly influenced by the quality of teacher-student interactions, the emotional atmosphere in the classroom, role models, and moral communication established by teachers. Therefore, a balance is needed in implementing a firm but humanistic teaching style in order to create a learning environment that is conducive to optimal character formation of students.

This study examines the experience of access to health services and resilience strategies in adolescents with unplanned pregnancies in Makassar, Indonesia. Access to quality reproductive health services is important for adolescents' well-being, but they often face systemic barriers that affect access to health services and outcomes. The study used an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach on seventeen adolescent girls aged 15–19 years who had an unplanned pregnancy between June–November 2023. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews, recorded, verbatim transcribed, and analyzed by a six-stage science process. Two main themes were found: Navigating Closed Doors: Systematic Barriers to Care and Finding Light in Darkness: Resilience and Agency. Participants faced a variety of layered barriers, including a lack of information about health services and rights, geographical and economic constraints, age-based discrimination, parental notification obligations, fear of legal consequences especially related to abortion, family control over decisions, and limitations in adolescent-friendly services. Nonetheless, adolescents show resilience through seeking strategic help, resistance to pressure, spiritual and religious coping, peer support, gradual acceptance of maternal identity, educational sustainability, and positive meaningfulness of difficult experiences. These findings point to the need for a transformation of the health system that not only improves attitudes of health workers, but also addresses structural barriers such as confidentiality, age discrimination, and service availability, while strengthening agency and adolescent coping strategies.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the At-Turats Book Study Program using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation model to provide an overview of the program’s relevance, resource readiness, implementation, and outcomes. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results show that in terms of context, the study of classical texts meets the needs of the santri and aligns with the vision of Ma’had Al-Jami’ah, which aims to deepen religious and cultural understanding. In terms of input, the program is supported by qualified instructors and representative classical reference books, although there are still limitations in the number of teachers, the varying abilities of the santri, and supporting facilities. Regarding the process, the study is carried out using the halaqah method with a bandongan approach, which is relatively consistent, although the participation and interaction of the santri are limited. Some santri are still hesitant to engage actively in discussions, which can reduce the effectiveness of learning. In terms of product, the program has a positive impact, including an improvement in religious understanding, the development of more moderate and tolerant religious attitudes, and enhanced ability to comprehend classical texts among some of the santri. Overall, the program has achieved its main objectives but still requires improvement in terms of facilities and interaction during the learning process.

One of the most contentious topics in modern Islamic family law is polygamous marriage, especially in plural legal systems like Indonesia where national laws and human rights concepts collide with religious standards. With an emphasis on the pursuit of substantive justice within both Islamic and national legal paradigms, this study uses a socio-legal framework to analyze Indonesia's reform of polygamous marriage law. In order to evaluate the efficacy of current legal regulations, such as Law No. 1 of 1974 as amended by Law No. 16 of 2019 and the Compilation of Islamic Law, this study combines the principles of maqāṣid al-sharīʿah with socio-legal theory, drawing on normative-theological analysis and qualitative doctrinal research. The results show that normative legal ideals and actual socio-legal reality continue to diverge. The ability of statutory rules to provide women and children with meaningful protection is limited because, although they set stringent procedural requirements to prevent polygamy, their execution frequently remains formalistic and institutionally constricted. Furthermore, the achievement of justice as envisioned in Islamic ethical principles is undermined by the persistence of dominant patriarchal legal cultures in influencing judicial procedures and public attitudes. In order to reframe polygamy as a conditional socio-ethical institution rather than an inalienable legal privilege, this paper suggests a reform-oriented legal framework. The study promotes a contextualized view of Islamic law that is consistent with both international human rights norms and constitutional ideals by placing a strong emphasis on substantive justice, gender fairness, and public benefit. The results provide policy-relevant insights for creating a more just and socially responsive family law system in Indonesia and add to the ongoing discussions on Islamic legal reform.

Measles Rubella (MR) immunization coverage in Indonesia remains below the national target of 95%, with coverage in 2024 reaching only 82.3% and showing a decline compared to the previous year. A lower coverage was observed in the working area of Pekanbaru Kota Public Health Center, where only238 out of 547 eligible children (41.3%) received MR immunization. Low immunization coverage may reduce herd immunity and increase the risk of measles and rubella outbreaks. This study aimed to analyze factors influencing MR immunization uptake among children under five in the working area of Pekanbaru Kota Public Health Center in 2025. This quantitative study employed a cross-sectional design involving 40 mothers of children aged 9–60 months selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires assessing maternal knowledge, attitudes, family support, support from health workers, and travel time to health facilities. Univariate and bivariate analyses were performed using the Chi-Square test at a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results showed that 67.5% of respondents had provided MR immunization to their  children.  Significant associations  were  found  between  maternal knowledge (p = 0.033), maternal attitudes (p = 0.037), family support (p = 0.002), and health worker support (p = 0.015) with MR immunization uptake, while travel time to health facilities was not significantly associated (p = 0.053). In conclusion, maternal knowledge and attitudes, family support, and health worker support are significant factors influencing MR immunization uptake, highlighting the need to strengthen health education and family involvement to improve MR immunization coverage.

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a crucial role in shaping students' personality and morals, not only by imparting religious knowledge but also by internalizing moral values for everyday life. The rapid development of technology, globalization, and social change presents challenges to moral development, requiring PAI learning to effectively integrate moral values in classroom dynamics. This study aims to examine the integration of moral values in PAI learning and its implications for strengthening character education. Using a qualitative approach with library research, data were gathered from books, journal articles, and previous studies on PAI and moral education. Data collection was through documentation, and content analysis was used to synthesize concepts, theories, and findings. The study finds that moral values in PAI learning are integrated through two approaches: explicit and implicit. Explicit integration involves teaching materials containing moral values, while implicit integration occurs through teacher role models, humanistic interactions, classroom management, and participatory and contextual learning methods. The integration of moral values enhances the meaning of PAI learning and contributes to students' attitudes and behavior. This study highlights that well-designed, value-oriented PAI learning plays a vital role in strengthening character education and continuously fostering students' morals.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Islamic Character Education Program at RA Al-Mu’minin Atula using the Goal Oriented Evaluation model. Islamic character education in early childhood education plays a crucial role in shaping students’ religious attitudes, moral values, and noble character through the internalization of Islamic values from an early age. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected from the head of the institution, classroom teachers, and students through observation and in-depth interviews. The Goal Oriented Evaluation model was applied to assess the achievement of program objectives by comparing predetermined goals with the actual implementation and outcomes in the field. The findings indicate that the Islamic character education program at RA Al-Mu’minin Atula has been implemented fairly effectively, particularly through routine religious activities such as reciting Iqra before learning sessions, collective prayers, and habituation of discipline and polite behavior. The program positively contributes to the development of students’ religious character. However, several aspects require improvement, especially in formulating more measurable indicators and establishing systematic evaluation documentation. In conclusion, the Goal Oriented Evaluation model is appropriate for evaluating Islamic character education programs in early childhood education institutions and provides valuable recommendations for continuous program improvement.
