This research aims to examine the influence of organizational climate and emotional intelligence on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Indo Bismar Surabaya. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling, specifically Simple Random Sampling, with a sample size of 53 employees. Data collection was conducted through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms. The research method was assisted by the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique using Smart PLS software version 4.0.8.6. The hypothesis testing results indicate the following: There is a non-significant positive influence between organizational climate and employee performance. There is a non-significant positive influence between emotional intelligence and employee performance. There is a significant positive influence between organizational climate and motivation. There is a significant positive influence between emotional intelligence and motivation. There is a significant positive influence between motivation and employee performance. There is a significant positive influence between the organizational climate variable and employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. There is a significant positive influence between the emotional intelligence variable and employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Stress and Organizational Climate on Turnover Intention in Sibolga City Housing, Settlement and Environment Office employees, either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study were 45 respondents at the Sibolga City Housing, Settlement and Environment Service Office. The multiple linear regression method of determining the sample in this study shows that partially this relationship is a linear and significant relationship. The influence of Work Stress and Organizational Climate on Turnover Intention at the Office of Housing, Residential Areas and the Environment in Sibolga City, is indicated by a coefficient of determination of 0.20. This shows that 20% of employee Turnover Intention is influenced by Work Stress and Organizational Climate and the remaining 0.80 or 80% is influenced by other variables not used in this study. The results of the research conducted, that Work Stress and Organizational Climate have a simultaneous relationship with Employee Turnover Intention, which means that the two variables have the same position in the influence of Turnover Intention on employees in the Sibolga City Housing, Settlement and Environmental Office. The writer's hypothesis is that it is known that the results of the F test have a simultaneous effect which based on the output it is known that the significant value for the effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y is 0.009 <0.05 and the calculated F value is 5.284 > 2.18, so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted which means there is an effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y.

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of Work Climate, Interpersonal Communication and Workload and Compensation for Employee Job Satisfaction at Talang Health Center, Solok Regency, both simultaneously and partially and to find out the dominant variables that affect the Job Satisfaction. Talang Health Center, Solok Regency is a research location with 60 respondents. Based on the analysis of the analysis it is known that the variable work climate, interpersonal communication, workload, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with the compensation variable as the variable that has the biggest effect on job satisfaction.

This study aims to look at the effect of communication skills and organizational climate on work performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable in all 24 Urban Village Offices in Bukittinggi City. The sample in this study was 94 civil servants consisting of 1 Village Secretary and 3 Section Heads in each Village Office in Bukittinggi City who were directly responsible to the Village headman. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique based on PLS (Partial Least Square) variance. Data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study show that the variable communication skills and organizational climate both have a positive and significant effect on work performance variables in the Urban Village Offices in the City of Bukittinggi. So is the case with the variable job satisfaction which also has a positive and significant effect on the variable work performance. From the moderating variable used is the job satisfaction variable, it can be seen that job satisfaction strengthens the influence of communication skills on work performance, but conversely, the results obtained show that job satisfaction has a negative effect or weakens the relationship of organizational climate on employee job performance in Urban Village throughout Bukittinggi City.

The existence of the phenomenon of teacher performance degradation,can be seen fromteachers who do not do their job properly, the teachers whoteach only highly educated butless attention function. Improved performance canbe achieved by improving teachers' leadership style of principals and schoolwork climate. Therefore, the central issue in thisstudy is how much influence theprincipal's leadership style and school climate work onteacher performance.Thisstudy aims to analyze the influence of principal leadership style on teacherperformance and school climate effects work on teacher performance. Thehypothesis is that there is a positive effect between: the principal's leadershipstyle on teacher performance and the climate of the school work on teacherperformance.This study belongs to the kind of quantitative research using the surveymethod and descriptive analytic approach. The samples used were from allpopulation of 50 teachers SMA/SMKBina Nusantara Semarang. Techniquesof data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is thePearson product moment correlation, determination, and multiple linearregression. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is processed and theninterpreted, analyzed, and described according to the problem andresearchobjectives.Based on the results of this study concluded that theprincipal's leadership style and school climate is partially working (people) onthe performance of teachers.
