This study aims to design and develop a web-based Eweta Village Tourism Promotion Information System using the Codeigniter Framework to facilitate the dissemination of information on village tourist destinations to the community and tourists. Lokomboro Village has natural and cultural tourism potential that has not been optimally managed, especially in terms of digital promotion. This system was built using the Waterfall software development method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This web-based system is equipped with features such as tourist attraction information, photo galleries, tourism activity schedules, and contact details for managers. The CodeIgniter Framework was chosen for its advantages in MVC structure, which facilitates code management, security, and application scalability. Testing results show that the system is capable of displaying promotional information interactively, responsively, and accessible at any time by interested users, making it suitable for use as a tourism promotion medium for Pada Eweta Village.

The rapid development of information technology requires adaptation across various business sectors, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs). BUMDes Poto Bo’o, located in Wolotopo Village, Ndona Timur District, still manages sales data manually using ledger books. This practice leads to several issues, such as data inaccuracies, lack of automatic inventory updates, and delays in report generation.This study aims to design and implement a basic necessities (sembako) sales information system for the BUMDes. The system development method used is the waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database.The main features of the system include product management, customer management, transaction processing, tracking of incoming and outgoing goods, and real-time sales reporting. The results show that the developed information system improves transaction recording accuracy, enhances inventory data accuracy, and accelerates the sales reporting process.Therefore, the system is expected to improve the operational efficiency of BUMDes Poto Bo’o, support financial management transparency, and increase public trust in the performance of the village-owned enterprise.

This study aims to determine how the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is carried out in the management of   School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds at SMP Negeri 18Purworejo. The variables used in this research are transparency and accountability. This research was conducted during the 2024 implementation of GCG in BOS fund management. The research method applied was qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation study. The respondents in this study consisted of the Principal, the BOS Treasurer, representatives of the School Committee, teachers, and  parents. The  findings reveal  that the  implementation of  Good Corporate Governance (GCG), particularly the principles of transparency and accountability in BOS fund management at SMP Negeri 18 Purworejo, has been carried out effectively. BOS funds are managed openly by involving stakeholders from the planning stage to the utilization and accountability process. The management of BOS funds is implemented in accordance with the technical guidelines outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Number 63 of 2023. This indicates that the school has managed the funds in a transparent and accountable manner. It is suggested that school should also publish BOS fund utilization information on the school`s official website to ensure broader public access.

Manajemen arsip dokumen pajak daerah memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung administrasi dan pelayanan publik di Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda). Sistem pengarsipan manual yang masih digunakan menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti risiko kehilangan dokumen, kerusakan arsip fisik, serta keterlambatan dalam proses pencarian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi arsip dokumen pajak daerah berbasis web pada Bapenda Kabupaten Karimun. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus diterapkan, sementara pengembangan sistem menggunakan model Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem yang dirancang menyediakan fitur manajemen pengguna berbasis peran (admin, petugas pajak, dan kasubbid), pengelolaan dan pencarian arsip, serta pengamanan data melalui mekanisme autentikasi dan otorisasi. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing terhadap delapan skenario menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi utama sistem berjalan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan. Sistem mampu mengelola proses unggah, pencarian, pengunduhan, dan manajemen pengguna sesuai kebutuhan operasional Bapenda Kabupaten Karimun.

Transformasi digital menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi usaha kecil untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing. Toko Dmelz, sebuah usaha kuliner rumahan, awalnya masih mengandalkan sistem penjualan manual melalui media sosial, yang sering menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan proses, dan kesulitan dalam pembuatan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web untuk mengotomatisasi proses pemesanan, pengelolaan produk, dan pelaporan penjualan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan identifikasi masalah, perancangan sistem, implementasi menggunakan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL, serta pengujian dengan metode black-box. Sistem diuji menggunakan 10 akun pengguna dan sekitar 50 transaksi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur berfungsi dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Implementasi sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi risiko kesalahan, serta mempermudah akses bagi pelanggan dan admin. Secara keseluruhan, sistem informasi ini menjadi solusi digital yang mendukung pertumbuhan, keberlanjutan, dan daya saing Toko Dmelz di era digital.

This study analyzes the implementation of Good Governance in enhancing consular services at the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Tawau, using a qualitative approach with a case study paradigm. The findings reveal several key points: First, transparency in consular services is achieved through openness about procedures, fees, and service time standards via official platforms like websites, social media, and notice boards. This transparency reduces information asymmetry, prevents maladministration, and builds trust. Second, service accountability is reflected in the timely execution of passport renewals, Emergency Travel Documents, and document legalization, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Accountability is further demonstrated through performance reports, complaint channels, and service evaluations. Third, public participation is fostered through two-way communication, complaint mechanisms, and collaboration with Indonesian citizen and migrant worker communities. The mobile consular service program also enhances accessibility. Finally, consular services are based on clear legal frameworks, ensuring the legitimacy of services and protection for Indonesian citizens and migrant workers. Overall, the study concludes that the implementation of Good Governance principles at the Consulate General of Indonesia in Tawau significantly improves the quality of consular services.

Rendahnya tingkat literasi masyarakat desa masih menjadi tantangan dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Desa Kunangan telah memiliki pojok baca sebagai sarana literasi nonformal, namun pengelolaannya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga akses informasi dan pemanfaatannya belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pojok baca berbasis website untuk mendukung pengelolaan literasi desa secara lebih efektif dan terpusat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Extreme Programming (XP) yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean, dan pengujian dengan iterasi singkat serta keterlibatan pengguna secara aktif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan perangkat desa dan masyarakat guna mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dan menyediakan informasi koleksi buku, lokasi pojok baca, serta akses bacaan digital. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Black Box Testing dengan teknik Equivalence Partitioning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem meningkatkan akses informasi literasi dan efisiensi pengelolaan pojok baca, serta mendukung transformasi digital desa.

Tes psikologis yang handal dan objektif sangat penting dalam perekrutan anggota Kepolisian Nasional Indonesia untuk memastikan seleksi kandidat yang berkualitas. Namun, metode pengujian psikologis konvensional seringkali memakan waktu, rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia, dan kurang transparan dalam pengolahan data dan manajemen hasil. Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Pengujian Psikologis Berbasis Web (E-Psikotes) untuk mendukung proses seleksi psikologis calon polisi di Polda Jawa Tengah. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi prosedur pengujian yang ada, wawancara dengan psikolog dan anggota komite seleksi, kuesioner, dan analisis dokumentasi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter 3 dengan arsitektur Model View Controller (MVC), sedangkan MySQL digunakan sebagai sistem manajemen basis data. Evaluasi sistem melibatkan pengujian black box dan User Acceptance Test (UAT) untuk menilai fungsionalitas, kegunaan, dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Tes Psikologi Berbasis Web (E-Psikotes) untuk Seleksi Calon Anggota Kepolisian Republik Indonesia yang diusulkan secara efektif mengotomatiskan proses administrasi, penilaian, dan pelaporan tes psikologis. Sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Hasil evaluasi pengguna menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yang tinggi, terutama dalam hal kemudahan penggunaan dan keandalan. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi pada bidang sistem informasi dengan menyediakan model praktis untuk pengujian psikologis digital dalam rekrutmen kepolisian. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem pengujian psikologis berbasis web dapat mendukung transformasi digital dan meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan dalam proses rekrutmen sektor publik.

Perkembangan layanan perbankan digital menuntut aplikasi mobile banking memiliki tingkat usability yang tinggi agar mampu memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat usability pada sebuah aplikasi digital banking menggunakan metode Website Usability Evaluation Tool (WEBUSE). Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden pengguna aktif aplikasi mobile banking dengan karakteristik yang beragam berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, lama penggunaan, dan frekuensi penggunaan aplikasi. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner telah melalui pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, dengan hasil seluruh butir pertanyaan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Analisis data dilakukan pada empat variabel WEBUSE, yaitu Content, Organization, and Readability, Navigation and Links, User Interface Design, serta Performance and Effectiveness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel memperoleh skor tinggi dan berada pada kategori usability sangat baik (excellent). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi digital banking yang diteliti telah memenuhi standar usability yang optimal dalam aspek kemudahan penggunaan, kenyamanan, efektivitas, dan efisiensi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembang aplikasi dalam melakukan evaluasi dan peningkatan kualitas layanan digital banking secara berkelanjutan.

Pengelolaan persediaan barang yang tidak didukung sistem informasi yang baik berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pelaporan, serta ketidaksesuaian data yang berdampak pada pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Toserba Indah Kendal sebagai usaha dagang masih menerapkan pencatatan persediaan dan laporan keuangan secara manual menggunakan buku tulis, sehingga sering terjadi selisih antara data pembelian dan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan barang dagang berbasis web guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi pengelolaan persediaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengintegrasikan data barang, pembelian, penjualan, serta laporan persediaan secara otomatis dan real-time. Implementasi sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan kecepatan pengolahan data, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, serta menghasilkan laporan persediaan yang lebih akurat dan terstruktur. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan berbasis web dapat menjadi solusi efektif bagi Toserba Indah Kendal dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial.

Rice plants (Oryza Sativa L.) are the main staple food commodity in Indonesia, as most of the Indonesian population relies on rice as their primary food. One of the causes of low rice production in Indonesia is that farmers generally cultivate rice improperly, such as in land preparation or land selection. Land suitability in rice cultivation greatly affects crop productivity. A process that can support decisions regarding rice land suitability is the development of a Decision Support System (DSS) website using a combination of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Technique for Order Performance of Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). This combination is performed by taking the average (µ) of the final results from the SAW and TOPSIS methods. The final scores of each method are calculated separately, and then the average (µ) of these two results is taken to obtain the final ranking of the alternatives. The data used to determine the suitability of rice land is based on five criteria: soil type, soil pH, rainfall, temperature, irrigation and water supply. The alternative data used in the study includes six alternatives: Sungai Kunjang, Sambutan, Samarinda Utara, Palaran, Loa Janan Ilir, and Samarinda Seberang. The aim of this research is to provide information on alternative solutions to farmers or farmer groups in determining rice land suitability. The results of the combination of the SAW and TOPSIS methods show that the alternative with the highest final score is Samarinda Utara (A3), with a final score of 0.7337. Meanwhile, the alternative with the lowest final score is Sambutan (A2), with a final score of 0.4402.

This research examines the influence of the Webtoon platform on the creativits and literary marketing of Gen – Z in Indonesia, with a focus on the increasingly common trasition of digital content to physical books. The research background is grounded in the rapid growth of Webtoon as a platform for illustrated stories accessed by millions of young users via mobile devices, enabling affordable creative expression, but often encountering adaptation challenges to print formats due to differences in distribution and monetization. The primary objective is to analyze how Webtoon shapes the creative processes of young writers and their literary marketing strategies. The research method is qualitative, involving in-depth analysis of 10 popular Webtoons on the Webtoon platform that have been adapted into physical books, with emphasis on narrative elements, visuals, community interactions, and marketing patterns. Findings reveal that Webtoon fosters creativity through collaboration features and instant feedback, resulting in more dynamic original stories, while the transition to physical books enhances market visibility by 20-30% via digital promotion, although hindered by copyright complexities and production costs. The implications of this research underscore the importance of collaboration between traditional publishers and Webtoon to establish a hybrid literary ecosystem that sustainably supports Generation Z talent.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan sistem informasi terkomputerisasi guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional. Salah satu permasalahan yang masih sering dihadapi adalah pengelolaan data inventaris yang belum terintegrasi, sehingga menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pelaporan, serta ketidaksesuaian data dengan kondisi aktual. PT. Mitracomm Ekasarana, khususnya unit Mitracomm Ekasarana Business Process Services (MBPS), masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan inventaris berbasis spreadsheet yang belum terpusat dan terintegrasi, sehingga menyulitkan proses pencarian data dan pengelolaan stok perangkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Inventaris Berbasis Web yang mampu membantu pengelolaan data inventaris secara lebih akurat, terstruktur, dan efisien. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang memungkinkan proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan secara cepat melalui tahapan iteratif. Sistem yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses pencatatan perangkat, pengelolaan stok, serta penyajian laporan inventaris secara real-time. Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen secara lebih efektif.

English is an international language that plays a vital role in education and technology; therefore, students are required to master reading comprehension skills, especially narrative texts, to face the challenges of globalization. This study, entitled "Improving Students' Reading Comprehension of Narrative Texts Through Storytelling Activities Using Webtoons in Grade I of MA Daruttholibin Watumalang," aims to improve students' reading comprehension of narrative texts through storytelling activities using Webtoons as a learning medium. This study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected using descriptive qualitative methods through interviews, tests, and classroom observations. The research procedure began with a pre-test, followed by the implementation of treatment and post-tests in each cycle. The findings indicate that the use of storytelling supported by Webtoons effectively improved students' reading comprehension. This improvement was reflected in students' increased learning motivation, better understanding of narrative text elements, and improved ability to accurately retell stories.

Along with the rapid growth of digital media, various forms of digital transactions have also developed.1 This development has driven changes in the payment system in Indonesia, one of which is through the implementation of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). Despite its increasingly widespread use, there are still few studies that systematically examine user perceptions and the effectiveness of QRIS in improving transaction efficiency and strengthening the digital financial system. The purpose of this study is to identify and comprehensively analyze the results of previous studies related to QRIS use through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were collected from Google Scholar and Garuda using the keywords "QRIS use", "QRIS payment system", and "QRIS transaction tool". The results show that QRIS can improve the efficiency and convenience of digital transactions, both for consumers and businesses, and facilitate the integration of financial services in a single platform. This study also aims to analyze the use of QRIS in public services. Using a descriptive qualitative research method, research data was taken from the results of searches of reliable sources including official websites, academic literature, theses, and national scientific journals relevant to the research topic. Thus, this may indicate that the success of QRIS is influenced by effective socialization, public awareness of transaction security, and equitable access to technology. The implications of this research provide a useful literature map for policy development and further studies in the field of digital finance.

Kalingara Village still faces various obstacles in financial administration. Problems in general occur such as manual financial records, a long-time report making process, and data storage that is less organized and prone to loss or damage. This condition makes it difficult for village officials, especially the treasurer and village secretary, to search for data, prepare reports, and make decisions based on valid and up-to-date financial data. This research uses software engineering research methods with descriptive and qualitative approaches. This research is focused on the process of designing and developing a web-based information system for village financial administration, which aims to solve real problems in Kalingara village. The design of the Village financial administration information system in presenting information can be used as a reference in the development of the system by the next researcher and facilitate the creation of an information system for the processing of financial administration data in the village.

The development of digital technology affects tourism promotion strategies. Promotion of cultural tourism in remote areas. The Tarung Traditional Village (KA) is one of the trains located in West Sumba district that has cultural heritage and historical value but still cannot be promoted properly due to the lack of digital media. Therefore, the researcher created a website as a medium for promoting cultural tourism destinations for Tangung Train. The system development method applied is the waterfall model with phases of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Information collections are carried out through literature studies, observations with traditional and community managers, and direct interviews. The process of developing this system must be able to meet the community's information needs related to the profile of customary areas, customary houses, customary ceremonies, photo galleries and tour guides of the Tarong Train. The result of this research is to get promotional media for the Tarung Train in the form of an informative site about the potential of the Tarung Train containing train profiles, traditional houses, traditional ceremonies, photo galleries, and tourist guides. As well as promotion in the form of a website that is able to increase access to information from the general public and also introduce cultural image.

The Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Southwest Sumba Regency plays an important role in supporting local government administration. In carrying out its duties, the Secretariat produces various administrative documents that must be properly managed and maintained. However, archive management is still conducted conventionally through physical storage, which increases the risk of document damage, loss, and inefficiency in retrieval. This study aims to develop a web-based archive management information system to improve the effectiveness of document management. The research methodology involves several systematic stages, including needs analysis, system design, development, and system implementation. Data were collected through observation and interviews to identify existing problems in archive management practices. The results show that the developed system provides significant improvements in managing archives electronically. It enables faster data access, better document organization, and reduced risk of physical damage. Therefore, the system offers a practical solution to enhance administrative efficiency and support digital transformation within the DPRD Secretariat of Southwest Sumba Regency.

This study aims to describe the forms and types of presuppositions found in two short stories published on the website ruangsastra.com, namely “Minum Teh Sebelum Mati” (“Drinking Tea Before Dying”) and “Pendongeng Keliling dan Tangisan Peluru” (“The Traveling Storyteller and the Cry of Bullets”). This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with an objective and pragmatic approach. Data were collected using the observation and note-taking method, then analyzed using distributional and referential analysis techniques. The results of the study show that a total of 32 presuppositions were identified and classified into six types, theory: existential, factive, structural, non-factive, lexical, and counterfactual presuppositions. Among these types, existential presuppositions were the most frequently found in the texts, while counterfactual presuppositions were the least common. These findings indicate that the use of presuppositions in short stories serves not only as a linguistic feature but also as an essential tool in constructing meaning and understanding narrative context. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of pragmatic studies, particularly in the analysis of modern literary works, as well as to open new perspectives in understanding the interaction between language, meaning, and context in literary texts. The implications of this study may also serve as a foundation for further research on other pragmatic aspects in broader and more diverse literary works.

The development of information technology has encouraged improvements in public service quality, including at the village government level. In Sunggal Kanan Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, the process of submitting public complaints and aspirations is still carried out manually, resulting in issues related to documentation, transparency, and follow-up actions. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Village Public Complaint and Aspiration Information System using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The RAD method was chosen because it emphasizes fast system development through iterative stages involving active user participation, namely Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and literature studies. The developed system provides features such as user registration and login, complaint and aspiration submission forms, report status tracking, and an admin dashboard for managing and following up on reports. The results show that the system improves efficiency, transparency, and accountability in managing public aspirations. Through this system, citizens can submit reports online without visiting the village office and monitor their report status in real time. The implementation of the RAD method proved effective in delivering a system that meets user needs within a relatively short development time.
