Implementing school culture is crucial to creating a positive and effective learning environment. SMP IT Daarul Muttaqien is known to have a school culture program. However, no further research has been conducted on how the school culture program is implemented at SMP IT Daarul Muttaqien. This study aims to determine the strategy for implementing school culture and its principles in developing it. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Because it wants to describe the implementation of the school culture program based on interviews with the school (principal, committee, and teachers), observations, and school documentation. The principal, committee, and teachers were selected as sources to obtain information related to the implementation of the school culture program as it has been carried out at the school. Observations were made to observe how the school culture program is run by the school. Documentation was carried out to visualize the objects of the school being studied. Information data was analyzed using the Miles method and triangulation. The results of the study showed that the strategy for implementing school culture was carried out by involving all stakeholders in the school. The implementation of school culture in principle has been implemented by the school which took place in stages, namely the development of school culture, innovation, performance, evaluation, involvement in decisions, and reward systems.

Consumptive behavior is the behavior of buying goods that are less necessary to fulfill personal satisfaction so that someone no longer distinguishes between needs and wants. The offers presented by e-commerce can be a risk for Udayana University students because they see it as an opportunity to tend to buy goods that may not be essential. When viewed physically, women tend to have more needs than men. So consumptive behavior must be accompanied by an understanding of the knowledge of managing money well. Financial literacy is very useful for students to avoid consumptive behavior. This study aims to see the effect of the use of e-commerce and financial literacy on the consumptive behavior of Udayana University students. The number of samples used in this study was 400 samples. The analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis techniques and Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. The results of this study indicate that the use of e-commerce has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of Udayana University students. This means that there is a unidirectional relationship between the variable of e-commerce use and the variable of consumptive behavior. Meanwhile, financial literacy has a negative effect on the consumptive behavior of Udayana University students. This means that there is a non-unidirectional relationship between the literacy variable and the consumer behavior variable.

Character education is very important in this modern era, especially in creating children of the nation who have good attitudes. Therefore, the researcher wants to find out the extent of character education from Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's perspective and its relevance to contemporary educational theory. If we apply it in character education, according to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan, maybe I can apply it contemporary, adapted to the development of this contemporary education. The following are these articles: 1) Biography of Abdullah Nashih Ulwan, 2) Character education, 3) Purpose of character education, 4) Character education according to Abdullah Nasih Ulwan, and 5) Relevance of Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's thoughts on character education in contemporary education. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the data that has been collected and uses an isometric analysis method. Examples of this type of data processing techniques are document creation, data processing, analysis, and the process of drawing conclusions. Character education is a deliberate attempt to help a person or student to understand and act on core ethical values ​​based on research results. The purpose of character education is a unique system for assessing a person's character based on the concept of composition, consciousness, or will, and is used to assess a person's character in the context of God Almighty. According to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan, a character school is also called a moral school. This requires the study of moral principles as well as attitudes and character. Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's relevance to contemporary higher education in terms of character education is moral and moral education.

Mobilization is a basic human need required by individuals to carry out daily activities in the form of joint movement, posture and gait in order to meet activity needs and maintain health. The World Health Organization (WHO) says that births by caesarean section are around 10-16% of all births in developing countries, in the last 30 years the incidence of caesarean sections has increased very rapidly, for many reasons but some also don't have the right reasons, just because the patient wants the operation or the doctor wants an easy way, in Australia around 16% to 20% of the reason for the high number of caesareans in the United States is because most obstetricians. The aim of the research was to analyze the relationship between early mobilization post cesarean section and the surgical wound healing process in the postpartum room at Kartika Pulomas Hospital. The type of research used is qualitative analytic with a cross sectional approach design. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 61 people. There is a relationship between early mobilization post cesarean section and the surgical wound healing process in the postpartum room at Kartika Pulomas Hospital. The paired sample t-test showed a value of p = 0.002, meaning p<0.05. Recommendations for hospitals need to have a policy for early mobilization of patients after caesarean section. Early mobilization accelerates wound healing and shortens the period of hospital treatment, so that it is a promotion for the hospital, namely: establishing independent hospitals as the main choice with quality services.

The aim of this research is to provide a broad overview of the many factors that influence people's behavior in societies that implement Islamic Sharia. Research findings reveal the factors that encourage people to comply with the KaryaH Kunan Book. Rasyid Abdul, this is 1) because of curiosity and increasing knowledge in reading Arb-Malay. 2) because he wants to do da'wah, namely fasting Zuhud. 3) those who want to expand the teachings of the scriptures that have been passed down from generation to generation. 4) individuals who are given direction by Allah SWT to perfect and translate their inadequate prayer sessions. The fact is that the Community's View of the Book of Harmony by H. Abdul Rasyid was formed to enable the Sidodadi community to improve their worship.

In the era of free markets, Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) must fulfill specific conditions in order to compete. In order to help business actors—particularly craftspeople and MSME actors—better expand their enterprises, community service activities are necessary because many of them still lack business legitimacy. The purpose of this activity is to introduce the company Identification Number (NIB), which may be obtained online, and to raise awareness of the need of maintaining company licenses. The Indonesian government wants to make business actor registration easier by using the Online Single Submission (OSS) to submit NIBs. The provision of business legality theory and practice is part of this support. The purpose of this study is to arm business actors with information and expertise about creating NIB so they may grow their enterprises. The findings demonstrated that the community's comprehension of creating NIB, which each and every business actor must own, had improved. Because the NIB has granted legal status to the firm, it has made doing business simpler. MSME participants in Seberang Sanglar Village also benefit from protection from the government, easy access to financing, government empowerment, and support for their business growth.

Along with ongoing economic changes and globalization, people's shopping behavior is also changing. Sometimes, someone buys something not because of need, but just for pleasure. This leads to wastefulness known as consumptive behavior. This research aims to determine the differences in consumptive behavior based on gender among students of the Faculty of Economics at Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. This type of research is quantitative research. The participants in this research numbered 285 students. The measuring instrument used is the consumptive behavior scale (Fromm, 1995). The statistical analysis method used is comparative analysis with chi-square testing. The results of this research show no difference in consumptive behavior between male and female students with a significance value of 0.840 > 0.05. The data categorization results show that the majority of subjects are at a moderate level of consumptive behavior, with a percentage of 72% for male students and 73% for female students. It is hoped that both male and female students can manage their finances as well as possible by saving and prioritizing needs over wants.

Riko Prayudi. This study aims to analyze the DPMPTSP Strategy Formulation in Planning Tourism Investments in Prabumulih City. The study used qualitative methods with data collection, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results show that from the aspect of vision and mission, it can be guaranteed that the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) of Prabumulih city has tried to realize the vision that has been set by carrying out several missions that have been determined. Identification of External Opportunities and Threats of an Organization From the Aspects of Identification and External Threats An organization can open that there are still many opportunities for Prabumulih City to develop but also many future threats if the Prabumulih City DPMPTSP does not improve and does not adapt to the times. From the aspect of Awareness of the Strengths of Internal Strengths and Weaknesses, it can be said that there is tourism potential and hotels that can support investment into Prabumulih city, while the weakness is in the minimal natural tourism potential and the problem of weak human resources. From the aspect of Long-Term Determination that the long-term goal of what DPMPTSP wants to achieve in planning tourism investment in Prabumulih City is to make Prabumulih city a developed city and then increase the economic growth of the Prabumulih City community. From the aspect of Searching for Alternative Strategies, it can be said that the strategic plan has been implemented properly through the vision, mission and goals that have been set so that it is easier to realize what is the hope of making Prabumih City Prima.

This article discusses the relevance of the role of social communication media for fellowship and human development according to the Communio et Progresio document. The use of social communication media is something that cannot be separated from human life today. The Church welcomes the development of social communication media with joy and views it as a gift from God. The Church wants to use social communication media as a means to build worldwide communion and develop human life. This article uses the library research method, which is a theoretical study, references and various scientific literature related to the research theme. The role of social communication media is very significant for humans to build relationships with each other quickly, share knowledge and information for human development and build solidarity throughout the world, specifically as a means of preaching the Gospel. However, here it is different, it has a negative impact on human life. Therefore, the Church through hierarchical authority supervises, controls and guides people so that people use social communication media wisely and wisely to build community and develop life.

The Parbubu I soda water tourist attraction is one of the areas located in North Sumattra Province, Tarutung District, which is known as the Gospel tourism city, and also has the advantage of agricultural products such as yagung, sawa, coffee, and also has a variety of natural beauty and diversity. culture so that it can give rise to various potential tourist attraction destinations. Local communities also take the initiative to actively manage it into a potential tourist attraction. So tourist options are varied, and so are they. The Tourism Office in North Tapanuli district still has many problems that must be paid attention to, such as facilities, facilities for tourist visitors, in each tourist attraction destination location which are not yet adequate and still have not yet optimized management efforts, which still lacks professional human resources. Formulation The problem in this research is how to manage the facilities of a manager of the Parbubu I soda water tourist attraction, Tarutung District, as well as for the foundation of a researcher who wants to conduct research, in other tourist motorcycle taxi destinations and in their respective areas in North Tapanuli Province. The method used is a qualitative methodology which is descriptively oriented by having informants and also using data collection techniques, you can use observation techniques, interviews, document analysis. From this research, the researcher feels that the government of the tourism office and the district of Tarutung sub-district, and also especially the government of the village of Parbubu I, is establishing a cooperative relationship with the management of the Parbubu I soda water tourist attraction, because the management of the tourist attraction destination comes from the local community or is Individually, in terms of regional income, the Tarutung District Government has not implemented regulations so that tourism income goes into the coffers of a manager and Parbubu village or is distributed to the community who manages the soda water tourist attraction destination.

This research aims to find out the planning of the Gowa Regency Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Report (APBD) in 2024 and 2025 using the least squares trend technique and wants to know how well the Gowa Regency Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) Financial Performance will be in 2024 and 2025 the future will be based on the regional financial independence ratio, the degree of decentralization ratio and the growth ratio. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The data processed is the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Realization Report for 2020 to 2022. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation techniques. The data analysis technique is forecasting using the Trend least square formulation and the regional financial independence ratio, the degree of decentralization ratio and the growth ratio. The results of the research show that the projected regional income and expenditure budget (APBD) report for Gowa Regency in 2024 and 2025 will experience a deficit of IDR. (114,637,699,688.89) and Rp. (166,991,785,688.33). Meanwhile, the financial performance of the Gowa Regency Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) in 2024 and 2025 is poor, seen from the results of calculating the regional financial independence ratio, it is classified as very low and in the relationship pattern (Instructive) category, with details: in 2024 it is 19% and in 2025 will be 20%, then the decentralization degree ratio is classified as low, with details: in 2024 it will be 16% and 2025 it will be 17%, and the growth ratio is relatively low, with details: in 2024 it will be 5% and in 2025 it will be 4%.

The principal has an important role which is very helpful to the Cokroaminoto Islamic elementary school. in improving the quality of education, even though his role is only as PLT Principal, he carries out his duties well. Efforts to improve the quality of education are one of the factors in creating ideal education. This research wants to find out more about "The Role of Principal Leadership and Teacher Performance in Improving the Quality of Education" in accordance with the main problem raised, namely the relationship between principal leadership and teacher performance in improving the quality of education at the Cokroaminoto Surabaya Islamic elementary school. There are several factors that influence the increase in educational progress, including: a) competent teachers, b) facilities and infrastructure, c) implementation of curriculum and innovations implemented, d) student involvement, e) evaluation or supervision carried out by the Head of School, f) and administration education.  The aim of this research is to find out the role of the school principal as a leader, who has motivator competencies and indicators for educational staff who contribute to improving the quality of education.  This research method uses a qualitative approach and uses a case study research design. Data collection techniques used (1) in-depth interviews, (2) non-participant observation, (3) documentation studies. Data validity techniques use credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, verification or conclusions. The conclusion of this research is that there is a link between school leadership and teacher performance in an effort to improve the quality of education at the Cokroaminoto Islamic elementary school, Surabaya.

Cases of biological food poisoning can be caused by several causative factors, one of which is a food processing site that does not meet health requirements. According to the BPOM report (2016) cases of food poisoning in Indonesia in 2016 reached 1,068 cases. In 2016, 60 extraordinary events (KLB) of food poisoning were reported by 31 BB/BPOM throughout Indonesia. From the many cases of food poisoning that occur, it is necessary to take action in prevention by processing data on existing cases of poisoning to follow up on existing problems to reduce the number of cases of food poisoning by using a system on a computer so that the managed data can be processed quickly to obtain further information. Therefore the author wants to use a system with the clustering method to assist in processing data on biological poisoning cases grouping objects based on the characteristics of each object. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that in cluster 2 in the dasta group of biological poisoning cases there are 11 data with centroid point age (x) 2, namely 12-16 years, centroid point on the type of poisoning (y) 6.36, namely sandwiches, and centroid point on the causative factor (z) 2.9, namely Gram-negative rod-shaped bacteria which are usually found in the intestines of humans and warm-blooded animals.

The method used is qualitative research. The research location was carried out in Onan Lama Village, Dairi Regency, Sidikalang City. In this case, to obtain the data in question, researchers carried out observations, interviews and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that religious leaders carry out their role in preventing juvenile delinquency in Onan Lama Village through several activities such as: (1) religious activities (2) alcohol and drug education (3) discussions and collaboration with parents. Furthermore, Onan Lama Village religious leaders carry out social control to prevent juvenile delinquency by: (1) approaching individuals (2) participating in religious activities (3) religious practices

Fluctuations in the number of hotel guests which tend to decrease encourage managers to further improve management performance so that things that influence the decline can be identified and then implemented as appropriate strategies to overcome them. Consumers or guests in this case are a heterogeneous community who come from various backgrounds, characteristics, habits, regions, cultures and economic levels. Based on several theories, previous research and the phenomenon of this problem, research was conducted to analyze the influence of service quality on consumers' decisions to stay at the Surabaya Youth Hostel. In research that wants to see the influence of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy on the decision to stay at the Surabaya Youth Hostel. By using tabulated data from the results of a population survey with a sample of 40 respondents, visitors staying at the Surabaya Youth Hostel were analyzed. using multiple linear regression analysis tools, it can be seen. The R value of 0.951 means that the relationship between the independent variables tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy on consumer decisions to stay overnight is close and strong. This is indicated by an R value above 50%, namely 95.1%. The simultaneous determination value (R square) is 0.904, meaning that variations in tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy regarding consumer decisions to stay overnight change by 90.4% while the remaining 9.6% is influenced by other variables not studied. In this research, it can be seen that the variables tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy influence simultaneously (simultaneously) on the decision to stay by producing an Fcount value of 64,219 and a Ftable of 2.4 with a df in the numerator of 5 and the denominator of 34. By using the test t can be seen that all independent variables, including tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, have a partial influence on the decision to stay, where reliability with a calculated t coefficient value of 4,877 is the variable that has the most influence on the decision to stay.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of implementating Quality Coontrol on production effectiveness to achieve production targets at the company Cv.Weenee Anugerah Textile. The method ised this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research technique used for data collection was field research,while data analysis used a cause and effect diagram (fishbone chart).in this research,the results obtained show that the company has implemented quality control. If a company wants to impelement zero defects,it can use six sigma. Now the compny is currently still at level 4 sigma with a value 2993 DPMO,because to achieve six sigma need to reach a value of 3.4 DPMO.

The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method using a content analysis approach. By referring to the theory of liberal feminism, this study produces a conclusion about the existence of a scene about liberal feminism, precisely about the freedom of women to do anything in their lives such as the freedom to achieve dreams, the freedom to be a leader, the freedom to do good, the freedom to fight oppression, the freedom to get happiness, and the freedom to receive awards which are part of the construction of the reality of the world today. The construction of reality appears in a Barbie movie because the director of this Barbie movie wants to show how the state of the world now often makes all women feel threatened and not free to do anything according to their wishes, besides that through this movie the director of the movie wants that there will be no more injustice or unfreedom for women. The implications that occur here can certainly make the audience who has watched this movie can treat anyone, especially women, well, namely giving justice and freedom wherever they are and the audience can understand that the movie is created from the existing reality, then neatly constructed into a movie by presenting a moral message that is useful for anyone.

This study aims to determine the effect of split flexibility training on the accuracy of the sickle kick with the problems found in Padjadjaran Cimande Kuningan pencak silat college athletes when practicing and competing using the sickle kick are still ineffective, therefore the author wants to research to find out whether there is an effect of split flexibility training on the accuracy of the sickle kick in Padjadjaran Cimande pencak silat college athletes Brass. The method used is experimental research with a research design using a pre-experimental design one group pre-test and post-test. The sample of this study is athletes from the Padjadjaran Cimande Kuningan pencak silat school with a total of 10 people. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The instrument used was a 10-time sickle kick accuracy test. This study uses data analysis techniques using SPSS, data normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test and paired sample test 

This study wants to find out more about "The Influence between Entrepreneurial Knowledge and Social Media with Entrepreneurial Interest" in accordance with the main problem raised, namely the influence of knowledge about entrepreneurship and social media on entrepreneurial interest in young generation in the Sidoarjo. The background of this research on entrepreneurial interest is that there are still many young who prefer to work as employees in a company, while they also have opportunities in entrepreneurship as an additional income or can be made as the main job. With the social media knowledge that the younger generation has, it can support their business. The purpose of this study is to find out: how the influence between entrepreneurial knowledge and social media on entrepreneurial interest. The method used in this study is a correlational method that aims to measure the relationship between various variables. Meanwhile, to support this research obtained from interviews, observations, making google forms. The target in this study is young generation in the Sidoarjo area, a sample taken by 100% of the population. After conducting several ways of research or data collection, it will be calculated to determine the results. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge and social media knowledge in supporting the business itself, so that it can attract the interest of the younger generation in entre.
