Education is the main key in building an intelligent and competitive generation. However, in remote areas such as Werwaru Village, Southwest Maluku, the challenges in education are quite significant, especially in increasing children's interest in learning. Gaps in facilities, lack of motivation, and limited resources are the main obstacles to their academic development. This research aims to explore the role of free tutoring activities carried out by KKN students at Pattimura University PSDKU MBD in increasing children's interest in learning in Werwaru Village. This program is carried out for 30 days with a frequency of three times a week and involves various interactive and creative learning methods, such as group learning, personal approaches, and educational games. The research results showed an increase in children's motivation and enthusiasm for learning, which was reflected in improvements in understanding of subject matter and increased student test scores. However, challenges related to program sustainability remain a major concern, especially after KKN students complete their assignments. This research suggests the need for partnerships with local institutions to ensure this program can continue to run and have a positive impact on future generations.

This research aims to understand how secularization affects changes in religious identity and individual spirituality, as well as religious practices in modern society, through the perspective of the sociology of religion. Using a qualitative approach and literature review methods, this study presents the research process chronologically, keeping the research objectives focused, proving the problem statement, and discussing the relationship between theory, research questions, study focus, and its application in the context of specific societies. The findings show that secularization often leads to a separation between religion and daily life, resulting in a reinterpretation of religious and spiritual values. The sociology of religion explains how individuals and communities adjust their religious practices to remain relevant in an increasingly secular environment. This research also outlines various theoretical perspectives on secularization and its impact on religious identity and spirituality, as well as how religious practices are adapted in modern society. Through this study, it is hoped that a deep understanding of the dynamics between religiosity, spirituality, and secularization will be obtained, as well as their impact on religious identity and religious practices in modern society. The research emphasizes the importance of religion remaining relevant in the modern era and how religion can adapt to changing times to maintain balance and morality in an increasingly secular society.

This study aims to explore the integration of the Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM) and Task-Technology Fit (TTF) in understanding the sustainability of cloud-based e-learning in educational institutions. Using a qualitative literature review approach, this research examines relevant prior studies to analyze the relationship between task-technology fit, expectation confirmation, and users' continuance intention. The findings reveal that the alignment between e-learning technology features and users' task needs significantly contributes to perceived usefulness and satisfaction, ultimately driving continuance intention. Additionally, external factors such as institutional support and system quality play crucial roles in sustaining usage. The integration of ECM and TTF provides a more comprehensive analytical framework to explain users' post-adoption behavior towards cloud-based e-learning. However, this study has several limitations, including the lack of empirical data and a limited focus on social dynamics and psychological factors. This research offers significant contributions to the development of sustainable e-learning implementation strategies and recommends further studies to address the identified limitations.

It cannot be denied that every Muslim believes in the oneness of Allah and the apostleship of the Prophet Muhammad. But we also need to realize that humans are not only required to believe in the Prophet, but are required to follow and imitate him. Thus, just believing is not enough. However, you need to realize that imitating the Prophet does not mean following exactly everything the Prophet did, and abandoning everything he did not do. There are at least three problems that will arise if the establishment of Islamic law ignores ushuliyah rules; ambiguity in the use of ushuliyah rules, errors in understanding texts in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and broad interpretations because they are not focused on one or several ushuliyah rules. This illustrates that the position of ushuliyah rules: al-am, al-khas, al-amru and an-nahyu is very important as a methodology for determining Islamic law. The aim of the research is to determine the ushuliyah al-am, al-khas, al-amru and an-nahyu approaches as methodologies, procedures and problems in determining Islamic law. This research is qualitative research in the form of literature with an Ushul Fiqh approach.

This study aims to explore the influence of public information on borrowers’ decision-making risk in the financing market, considering the constraints and opportunities that exist in a competitive credit environment. Through a literature review, we find that public information, such as financial statements, can reduce information asymmetry between borrowers and creditors, thereby facilitating better decision-making. Although transparent and accurate information can improve market efficiency, we also find that increased decision-making risk occurs when borrowers feel compelled to take higher risks. This highlights the importance of a thorough understanding of the information available. In addition, appropriate regulatory policies are needed to ensure access to relevant information for borrowers without creating incentives to take excessive risks. This study is expected to contribute to the understanding of the relationship between public information and borrower behavior, as well as policy implications for improving the stability of the financing market

This qualitative literature review explores the governance role of incubators in entrepreneurial development, focusing on the balance between consultation and control. Incubators provide strategic guidance, resources, and networks, fostering innovation and strategic planning. Simultaneously, they exercise control by setting performance targets, tracking progress, and enforcing organizational structures, ensuring discipline and focus among entrepreneurs. The review highlights the complementary nature of these dual roles, which are essential for enabling start-ups to leverage both strategic guidance and operational discipline, contributing to their long-term success and sustainability. However, the study acknowledges limitations, including the need for empirical research and the exploration of additional governance dimensions. Further investigation is required to address these gaps and enhance our understanding of effective incubator governance.
