In the modern era, social dynamics continue to develop, including in terms of inheritance distribution. The issue of dividing inheritance for children after the death of parents is increasingly complex, with various factors that need to be considered. This journal aims to answer and analyze the comparison of the inheritance process for GS as an only child upon the death of both parents according to the Islamic legal system that applies in Indonesia and ensure that Islamic law remains relevant and in accordance with the needs of children in modern times. This journal uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods and critical analysis. Data is collected from various sources, including scientific journals, news articles, and research reports. Research findings show that the distribution of inheritance to children after the death of parents is influenced by various factors, such as social norms, culture, religion and law. This journal refers to efforts to reinterpret Islamic law regarding the distribution of inheritance to children after the death of parents by considering the current social, cultural and political context. Current social dynamics, such as changes in family structure, individualism, and globalization, also influence the inheritance distribution process. The division of inheritance in this journal takes a deeper look at inheritance rights to GS. The condition of GS, who is still a child, is not legally competent to take legal action. In this case, GS's grandfather and grandmother from BA are the guardians based on the paternal lineage attached to them who are the guardians. Further research is needed to understand the complexity of inheritance division in different social contexts. It is necessary to provide education and outreach to the public about the importance of proper inheritance planning and in accordance with applicable social norms and Islamic law.

Companies in the food and beverage sector that are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange have the same goal as any other company: to maximize earnings. Working capital management and accounts receivable turnover are critical factors that might affect a company's financial performance in this setting. Previous studies have shown that improved management of a company's working capital and receivables may lead to increased earnings. Listed businesses in the food and beverage subsector on the IDX will have their working capital and receivables turnover assessed for their impact on profitability from 2020 to 2022. A quantitative research technique grounded on descriptive methodology is used in this study. The food and beverage industry had a number of IPOs between 2020 and 2022 on the IDX. As supplementary resources, we rely on www.idx.co.id and the company's annual financial report. We used a multiple linear regression test to examine the data and determine the impact of working capital and receivables turnover on profitability at the same time. Data shows that between 2020 and 2022, receivables turnover and working capital together have a major impact on the profitability of IDX-listed food and beverage subsector firms. Improved management of working capital and receivables may lead to higher profitability, according to the research. Future studies should include a larger sample size and more factors to better advise organizational management on financial decision-making.

Palm sugar produced from sugar palm plants is an alternative sugar to granulated (refinery) sugar produced from sugar cane plants.  Recently, more and more consumers are switching from granulated sugar to palm sugar. However, because entrepreneurs are still traditional, efforts to meet changing consumer tastes still have many obstacles. This research aims to (1) determine the potential of sugar palm plants as; (2) analyze the prospects for the Indonesian small palm sugar industry in the future. The method for determining the research location was carried out purposively, namely the Republic of Indonesia, which is one of the largest palm sugar producers in the world. This research was carried out from March 2024 to May 2024. This research was carried out using a survey approach and used secondary data, especially BPS publication data. To find out the prospects for palm sugar in Indonesia, it is explained using simple linear regression. Meanwhile, the analysis of plant potential is explained descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The research results show that sugar palm cultivation in Indonesia has great potential, especially because sugar palm plants do not require complicated growing requirements. Almost all areas in Indonesia can be planted with palm trees. The availability of land in Indonesia is quite extensive, has hydrological and conservative functions.  There is a traditional farming culture in cultivating palm sugar. The results of regression analysis using time series data from 1992 to 2020 show that the development of land area, which is a manifestation of farmers' response to demand for palm sugar, shows an increasing trend. With ß of 1,046.5, it shows that on average every year there is an increase in the area of sugar palm plantations of 1,046.5. Meanwhile, from the production aspect, the results of the regression analysis also show a significant increasing trend with ß of 2,575.4, which shows that from the production aspect there has been a significant increase in production, namely 2,575.4 tonnes each year.  Furthermore, it can be concluded that the potential for palm tree development is quite good and the prospects for the palm sugar industry in Indonesia are quite bright.

This research aims to analyze the influence of audit tenure, KAP size, auditor changes, and audit opinion on audit delay. Audit delay is the time span for completing a financial report audit by an independent auditor, which can affect the timeliness of submitting financial reports. Audit tenure, KAP size, change of auditors, and audit opinion are considered as factors that can influence the length of audit delay. This research uses data from audit reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2018-2022 period. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The research results show that audit tenure and change of auditors have a positive effect on audit delay, while KAP size and audit opinion have a negative effect. These findings provide implications for regulators and the audit profession to establish appropriate policies regarding audit tenure, changing auditors, and selecting appropriate KAPs to minimize audit delays and increase the timeliness of financial reporting.
