The coffee shop industry has experienced substantial growth in recent years, creating intense competition that compels businesses to continuously enhance service performance in order to maintain customer satisfaction and market competitiveness. PT Jokopi Indonesia Group has encountered several service-related issues reflected in declining sales performance and recurring customer complaints, indicating the need for a comprehensive evaluation of service quality. This study aims to identify service attributes that fail to meet customer expectations and determine improvement priorities through the integration of the SERVQUAL and Kano methods. A quantitative approach was employed using questionnaire data collected from 50 customers who had prior experience with the company’s services. SERVQUAL was utilized to assess discrepancies between customer expectations and perceived service performance, while the Kano model was applied to classify attributes according to their contribution to customer satisfaction. The findings reveal that all evaluated attributes generated negative gap values, indicating that existing service performance has not yet reached the level expected by customers. The most critical gaps were identified in menu availability, air-conditioning and fan comfort, payment convenience, and straw availability. Kano classification further demonstrates that menu availability and thermal comfort facilities belong to the Must-Be category, meaning that failure to provide these attributes may trigger significant customer dissatisfaction. The integration of SERVQUAL and Kano highlights these attributes as the most urgent areas for improvement. The results provide managerial guidance for developing targeted service enhancement initiatives aimed at strengthening customer satisfaction, retention, and competitive advantage.

The gap in access to legal aid in Grobogan Regency remains significant, particularly for poor communities living in rural areas. This condition is caused by geographical barriers, low levels of legal literacy, and the limited number of local legal aid institutions that can be accessed directly by the community. This study analyzes the establishment of Legal Aid Posts (Posbakum) at the sub-district level as a strategy to expand access to justice and strengthen community-based legal services. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document reviews, and were then analyzed thematically using the framework of access to justice, institutional theory, and social capital. Until 2024, only 14 villages, or approximately 5.1% of the total villages, had Posbakum with limited operations supported by paralegals and non-governmental organizations. Nevertheless, the presence of Posbakum has proven effective in shortening the distance to legal services, increasing the number of legal complaints, and strengthening collaboration among local governments, civil society, and advocates. Therefore, affirmative policies through regional regulations, budget support, and institutional capacity strengthening are needed to ensure that Posbakum develops into an inclusive and sustainable legal development instrument.

Sharia financial literacy is an important aspect in supporting inclusive and sustainable economic development. However, the level of sharia financial literacy among Indonesian society is still relatively low. This condition creates opportunities for Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) to play a strategic role in improving young generations’ understanding of financial management based on sharia principles. Therefore, this community service activity aimed to enhance the sharia financial literacy and inclusion of students through the SAKINAH (Santri Cakap Literasi Keuangan Syariah) Program at Nurul Abshor Islamic Boarding School, Katingan Regency. The program was implemented using a participatory educational approach through socialization, interactive discussions, simple simulations, and participant evaluations. The activity was carried out through collaboration among the Financial Services Authority (OJK) of Central Kalimantan Province, the Islamic Economic Society of Katingan Regency, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Palangka Raya, Nurul Abshor Islamic Boarding School, the Regional Financial Access Acceleration Team of Katingan Regency, and students of Palangka Raya University. The results showed an improvement in students’ understanding of the importance of saving, the ability to distinguish between needs and wants, sharia financial management, and knowledge of legal and trustworthy sharia financial products and services. The SAKINAH Program was also considered effective in encouraging students to become agents of sharia financial literacy within the pesantren environment and the wider community.

Grobogan Regency still faces fiscal challenges because its dependence on transfer funds remains significant, while the capacity of its own revenue needs to be increased. This study aims to map the potential and performance of local taxes in Grobogan Regency in the context of fiscal decentralization and efforts to strengthen regional financial independence. The research uses a quantitative descriptive approach based on secondary data for the 2019–2024 period obtained from the Ministry of Finance. The analysis focuses on tax effectiveness, contribution, growth, and revenue projection. The results show that local tax performance is strong, with an average effectiveness rate of 119.99%. The Specific Goods and Services Tax is the largest contributor, reaching 44%, followed by PBB-P2 and BPHTB. The average growth of local tax revenue is 15.68%, although growth varies considerably across tax types, particularly the Non-Metal and Rock Mineral Tax, which reaches 786.63%. Revenue projections indicate an increase to IDR 277.20 billion by 2029. These findings highlight strong fiscal potential in Grobogan Regency but underline the need for tax diversification, digitalized administration, and taxpayer compliance to support sustainable fiscal growth.

This study investigates the role of Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) in empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the integration of Maqashid Sharia principles and financial inclusion strategies. Despite the strategic importance of MSMEs in economic growth and poverty reduction, many face challenges in accessing formal financial services. BMT, with its dual function of social (maal) and commercial (tamwil) activities, offers a unique platform to bridge this gap. Using a qualitative systematic literature review guided by PRISMA, this study analyzes 30 relevant articles to examine BMT operational models, implementation of Maqashid Sharia objectives, financial inclusion practices, and their impact on MSME performance. Findings indicate that BMT effectively supports MSMEs in capital access, income generation, and business resilience, but inconsistencies in balancing social and commercial objectives limit. holistic empowerment. Integrating Maqashid Sharia principles enhances ethical and sustainable outcomes, while financial inclusion expands outreach to underserved entrepreneurs. Optimization strategies, including strengthening institutional capacity, combining financial and non-financial support, and context-specific interventions, are essential for maximizing BMT effectiveness. This study contributes a comprehensive framework linking ethical, financial, and empowerment dimensions, offering practical guidance for policymakers and BMT managers in promoting inclusive and sustainable MSME development.

The rapid expansion of digital finance services, particularly Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) platforms such as Shopee PayLater, has significantly altered consumption patterns among university students. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of Shopee PayLater usage and lifestyle on consumptive behavior, as to test the moderating role of financial literacy among Accounting Education students at Universitas Negeri Semarang (class of 2022). A quantitative explanatory approach was employed, with data collected via Likert-scale questionnaires distributed to 63 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. Results show that Shopee PayLater usage positively and significantly affects consumptive behavior (path coefficient = 0.440, p = 0.000), as does lifestyle (path coefficient = 0.408, p = 0.003). Financial literacy, however, does not directly influence consumptive behavior (p = 0.676). Notably, financial literacy significantly strengthens—rather than weakens—the effect of lifestyle on consumptive behavior (interaction coefficient = 0.253, p = 0.019), while it does not moderate the relationship between Shopee PayLater usage and consumptive behavior (p = 0.712). These findings contribute theoretically by extending the Theory of Planned Behavior, demonstrating that BNPL accessibility and lifestyle orientation are stronger predictors of consumptive behavior than financial knowledge alone. Practically, this study suggests that financial literacy interventions must be accompanied by self-regulation strengthening and consumer protection policies to effectively curb excessive consumption driven by digital credit services.

Mental health disorders remain a significant public health concern in Indonesia due to their increasing prevalence and substantial impact on individuals, families, and communities. These disorders can impair a person's ability to think clearly, regulate emotions, behave appropriately, and interact effectively with others. Among the various symptoms experienced by individuals with mental disorders, hallucinations are one of the most common and challenging because they can interfere with daily functioning and increase the risk of relapse if not properly managed. Families play a crucial role in supporting patients through appropriate care, supervision, and adherence to treatment. Therefore, improving family knowledge about hallucination management is essential to enhance patient outcomes. This community service activity aimed to strengthen the knowledge of families and patients regarding the care and management of hallucinations at the Abepura Mental Hospital (RSK Abepura). The activity was conducted through direct mental health education and counseling sessions involving interactive lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. A total of 63 participants, consisting of patients and their family members visiting the hospital, took part in the program. The evaluation demonstrated that approximately 75% of participants actively engaged in the educational sessions, showed high enthusiasm, and were able to correctly answer the evaluation questions, indicating an improvement in their understanding of hallucination management. These findings suggest that mental health education is an effective strategy for enhancing family knowledge and supporting better care for patients with hallucinations.

Vandalism is a social problem affecting public space quality, urban aesthetics, and the effectiveness of public facilities utilization. Karawang Regency, as a developing industrial area, faces challenges related to increasing acts of vandalism targeting public facilities, open spaces, and government and private assets. This study aims to analyze preventive efforts carried out by the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Karawang Regency using J. Salusu’s public sector strategic management perspective. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving Satpol PP officers and public facility users. Data analysis consisted of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing with source, technique, and time triangulation. The findings indicate that preventive strategies have been implemented through four strategic management phases. In the identification phase, Satpol PP recognized vandalism patterns but lacked systematic mapping of vulnerable locations. In the development phase, institutional strengths existed alongside limitations in resources and innovation. In the resolution phase, strategies focused on socialization, routine patrols, and cross-sector collaboration. In implementation and evaluation, preventive programs operated adaptively but still encountered limitations in personnel capacity and public participation. Strengthening technology utilization, human resources, and collaborative governance is necessary to improve long-term preventive effectiveness.

This study aims to overhaul the conventional understanding of tourism through a missiological lens, by positioning social interactions at the Parbubu Tarutung Soda Water Tourism Object as the locus of Missio Dei (God's Mission) manifestation. Amidst the tendency of modern humans to be trapped in egocentrism, alienation, and minimal openness due to secular routines, God is present with a mission to transform human relations. Using a qualitative descriptive-theological method, this study analyzes three axes of social interaction (inter-tourists, tourists-managers, and tourists-local communities). The results of field research indicate that although the pattern of interaction between visitors is still minimalist and egocentric-group due to a purely physical recreation orientation, there is a strong spiritual modality in the service aspect (hospitality) of the managers that reflects the restoration of the image of God (Imago Dei). The absence of social conflict and the presence of sincere hospitality are identified not merely as business strategies, but as real implications of the work of the Holy Spirit who precedes the church (prevenient grace) in destroying human egoism. This study concludes that tourism can be an eschatological means by which social interactions are transformed into encounters that bring about God's Shalom, meaning that tourism can be a way to bring about God's peace through authentic encounters between tourists, rather than simply ordinary tourist transactions. The author recommends the reconstruction of public spaces in this destination as inclusive communal spaces that facilitate reconciliation and social transformation.

The development of digital services by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan through the JMO (Jamsostek Mobile) application has triggered a surge in large-scale and unstructured user reviews on the Google Play Store, thereby complicating manual analysis and conventional sentiment analysis in accurately identifying specific issues. This research aims to implement the Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA) method to granularly evaluate JMO application reviews based on specific aspects, while simultaneously addressing class imbalance and computational efficiency issues. The proposed method combines the pretrained IndoBERT model as a contextual feature extractor, the SMOTE technique to balance the training data, and an artificial neural network (Neural Network) as the classification layer without performing full fine-tuning. The dataset used consists of 90,268 unique reviews categorized into five main aspects through keyword matching, namely General Satisfaction/Complaints, Performance & Stability, Service & Support, Feature Quality, and UI/UX, with initial lexicon-based labeling using the InSet Lexicon. The research results indicate that the proposed model successfully achieves highly optimal performance with an accuracy rate of 91.81% and a weighted F1-score of 92%. Furthermore, the implementation of SMOTE proved effective in enhancing model reliability on the minority class (negative sentiment), achieving an F1-score of 89%. The implications of this research contribute an accurate and efficient aspect-based sentiment analysis framework for developers, and serve as a strategic evaluation tool for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in mapping specific user complaints to accelerate continuous improvements in the performance, stability, and service quality of the JMO application.

This study aims to develop a more systematic system for evaluating the performance of Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) based on the Health Center Management cluster. Performance evaluation of Puskesmas plays an important role in improving the quality of public healthcare services, particularly in Sragen Regency. However, the current evaluation process has not been integrated into a computerized system, making it less effective in supporting decision-making. Therefore, this study develops a decision support system by integrating the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the *Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of each criterion based on its level of importance, while the TOPSIS method is applied to generate an objective ranking of Puskesmas performance. The results indicate that the system is capable of utilizing nine evaluation criteria to produce a ranking of Puskesmas within the Health Center Management cluster, from the highest to the lowest score. The developed system is expected to support a more effective evaluation process and improve decision-making. Future research may enhance the system by incorporating additional evaluation clusters, expanding the number of assessment criteria, and optimizing its features and security.
