This article is a report on community service activities in order to fulfill the 2023 Government Assistance Program for Facilitating Cultural Advancement organized by the Region XII West Kalimantan Cultural Advancement Agency. The purpose of this article is to reintroduce, preserve and develop literacy culture, especially reading and writing in Javanese texts, to teachers, especially Islamic Religious Education Teachers (PAI) and Local Content Teachers (Mulok) at the junior high school/equivalent level in Sambas City. PAI and Mulok teachers are also the spearheads of introducing local culture. Therefore, this activity focuses on recognizing Jawi letters and reading Jawi writing. The reporting procedure is based on a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that PAI and Mulok teachers at junior high school/equivalent level actively participate in seminar activities and practice reading and writing Jawi texts. This is very important because the development of an independent curriculum today requires the capacity and creativity of schools, especially teachers and is a benchmark for school progress. Apart from that, material development should focus on exploring local wisdom, one suitable material is the practice of reading and writing Javanese texts.

At Ulujami 1 Middle School in Pemalang Regency, student learning achievement is still low. There are several students whose achievements are below average. Through personal counseling services, the ten students are guided by a guidance and counseling teacher. The question is, how can guidance and counseling teachers help students excel at school? The aim of this research is to learn more about how guidance and counseling teachers can help students achieve better emotional learning outcomes. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, specifically a field study with the aim of writing from individuals who have determined descriptions of field phenomena. Data and information in the form of narratives are obtained from observations, interviews and triangulation-based documentation as data validity in this kind of research report method. The findings of this research lead to the following conclusions: First, how guidance and counseling teachers can use personal counseling guidance services to improve student learning achievement. in providing group guidance services, especially the Guidance and Guidance Teacher carries out assessments and collaborates with related parties. Prepare an RPL-based program, as well as the necessary facilities and infrastructure. Second, by using the skills that students already have, guidance and counseling teachers are able to encourage low achieving students through individual guidance.

The purpose of writing this paper is to discuss efforts towards achieving international standard State Civil Service (ASN) status. The quality and capabilities of ASN are very important to achieve national development goals, because ASN is an important component in carrying out government functions and providing public services. In the era of globalization and global competition, increasing ASN competency is a demand that cannot be ignored. This research explores the challenges and opportunities faced in creating international standard ASN. One of the things that will be discussed is the importance of training and education to improve ASN capabilities; use of ICT to improve public administration performance; and the importance of ethics and integrity in ASN work. In addition, this paper will present several case studies from countries that have succeeded in achieving high achievements in developing international standard ASN. By comparing the various strategies and approaches that have been implemented, this paper will present recommendations and guidelines for other countries wishing to improve the quality and credibility of their ASN. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis with literature analysis and case studies. Relevant data is collected from reliable sources, including scientific journals, government reports, and current academic publications. The research results show that achieving international ASN status requires synergy between various parties, including government, academics and the private sector. Changes are needed in the ASN education and training system, with an emphasis on developing competencies that are relevant to global demands. Apart from that, ASN's competitiveness in facing the digital era will be strengthened by the intelligent and sustainable application of information and communication technology. However, the process towards international standard ASN must also be accompanied by the application of high ethics and integrity at all levels of government organizations. An attitude of integrity and professionalism will shape public trust in ASN and strengthen its position as an important pillar in the implementation of transparent and accountable government, such as in the implementation of e-government. This paper increases understanding of the strategies and actions that can be taken to achieve international standard ASN. It is hoped that improving the quality of ASN will increase government effectiveness and increase public satisfaction with good public services.

This writing aims to determine the implementation of the use of Accurate online software at the Sukoharjo Regional Public Printing and Publishing Company (Perumda Percada). The main objective is to determine the positive impact of using Accurate online software on Perumda Percada. Perumda Percada as an entity operating in the printing industry, this company is faced with challenges in managing inventory, financial monitoring and efficient resource management. Information data is obtained from direct observation. The results show that the implementation or application of Accurate online has helped in recording finances at Perumda Percada. User-friendly, Accurate online makes it easier for employees to input and collaborate between departments. Apart from that, Accurate online software also helps management in monitoring the financial reports that have been produced.

Employee satisfaction is not just numbers or data. But it also relates to how employees feel they are treated by their superiors and the company as a whole. Employee satisfaction PT XYZ can create a work environment that motivates employees to perform high and work together in achieving company goals. Writing this report aims to analyze the factors that influence employee satisfaction which can be a key factor in achieving this goal. This activity was carried out using a survey with a questionnaire using 6 aspects of employee satisfaction and obtained an ESS score of 3.93, this figure is relatively high when compared with the score ESS in Indonesia (3.75) however has decreased compared to the ESS figure in 2022 (3.95).

Data sources for this research come from various articles, books, journals and reports related to the research topic. Content analysis techniques were used to analyze the data. The research results show that digital literacy can increase students' motivation, interest and skills in reading and writing Indonesian texts.

This language error analysis aims to describe language errors in terms of phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics and spelling contained in descriptive texts made by X-11 students at SMAN 2 Tasikmalaya as well as providing corrections to these errors. The researcher used a descriptive analysis method by carrying out several stages in the research process, including: (1) collecting data, (2) describing the data, (3) analyzing the data, and (4) drawing conclusions. The research techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and literature studies or literature studies by conducting a review study of books, literature, notes and reports that are related to the problem being solved. The results of the analysis regarding language errors in descriptive texts made by X-11 students at SMAN 2 Tasikmalaya can be concluded that there are forms of language errors in the areas of phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics and spelling. Linguistic-morphological category errors include errors in affixation. Syntactic errors consist of errors in sentence construction. There are also semantic errors which consist of errors in the meaning of a sentence which can make the reader misinterpret the sentence. Then there are errors in the use of spelling or phonology, these spelling errors consist of spelling errors in usage and writing capital letters.

The aim of this research is to determine and describe the effectiveness of implementing reading corners in increasing student literacy at SMP Negeri 7 Serang City. The implementation of this reading corner is one way to increase the literacy movement, in this case the literacy movement aims to motivate and familiarize students with reading and writing. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with the research object of the reading corner at SMP Negeri 7 Serang City and the research subject. are teachers and also students at SMP Negeri 7 Serang City, and the data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained qualitatively shows that the reading corner at SMP Negeri 7 Serang City is able to increase literacy. The results of this research show that the reading corner has benefits: the school literacy report card has increased by 2% from 78% to 80%. , students become more confident, there is pleasure in students, students become familiar with various books, students are enthusiastic about the reading corner program, enthusiastic, find it easier to get the books they want to read, and are motivated.

The position of witnesses in the criminal justice process occupies a key position, as seen in Article 184 of the Criminal Procedure Code (hereinafter abbreviated to KUHAP). The method used is library research, collecting data by searching for sources and constructing them from various sources such as books, journals and existing research. In the criminal justice system, witnesses have not been maximally protected in a number of laws and regulations such as in the Criminal Procedure Code and in the Criminal Code, where witnesses have not received maximum attention because in the law above, almost in the articles of the Criminal Procedure Code there is not a single article that specifically regulates witness protection and almost every article in the Criminal Procedure Code and the Criminal Code, witness rights are always included with the rights of victims. The Criminal Procedure Code, which has so far been the basis for proceedings in Indonesian criminal justice, does not regulate the rights and protection of witnesses fundamentally or specifically even though there are several provisions. in the Criminal Procedure Code which regulates, regarding the rights of a witness as Article 108 paragraph (1) reads: every person who experiences, sees and witnesses and/or becomes a victim of an incident which constitutes a criminal act has the right to submit a report or complaint to the investigator or investigator either verbally or verbally. writing.

Every village is required to provide the best possible service to the community in the areas of writing letters, population data collection, and other needs related to village office services. The process still requires residents to come and follow the procedures to get the letter. The author created a community service information system in Kadilangon village. In this system, residents can apply for letter permits online. It is hoped that this will make the letter application process faster and easier because the system can be accessed from anywhere. With this community service system, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of the service process to the people of Kadilangon village.

This is a report of service to the community. The purpose of this writing is to briefly describe the preaching map of Surau Baitul Quddus Pueh, Sematan Malaysia. The reporting procedure uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are done by using interviews, observations, and documentation. The location of this research was carried out at Surau Baitul Quddus Pueh, Sematan Malaysia, in 2023. This research uses The results of this research show that Kampung Pueh has a surau named Surau Baitul Quddus, which was established on August 26, 2018, and the existing facilities and infrastructure in Surau Baitul Quddus Pueh are more or less the same as the surau in general.  

A situation that is very unbalanced between consumers and business actors is a big potential that can lead to disputes between consumers and business actors. The government has issued laws that regulate consumer protection, in particular Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The goal is to provide protection to consumers. This research is intended to: (1) to find out the role of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) in resolving Finance disputes (2) to find out what are the obstacles faced by the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) in resolving Finance disputes. This research uses the type of empirical legal research, using a literature approach and research in the field. The sources of legal materials used are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials.The results of the study show that first, the Gorontalo City Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) has carried out its role, totaling 11 (eleven) of which is resolving consumer disputes in 3 (three) ways, namely mediation, conciliation and arbitration, opening consultations on consumer protection, if there is a violation the Consumer Protection Act (UUPK) the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is required to report to investigators, the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is required to receive complaints in writing or in writing, the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is tasked with conducting inspections and research related to consumer disputes, BPSK summons business actors suspected of violating the Consumer Protection Act (UUPK), the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) has the right to present expert witnesses, witnesses or someone who is deemed to know of violations of the Consumer Protection Act (UUPK), examine the truth evidence, ascertaining whether or not there is a loss on the part of the consumer. The second research result is, What obstacles are faced by BPSK Gorontalo City in resolving Finance disputes in Gorotanlo City, these obstacles are divided into two parts, namely Internal and External. Background: Final-year students are entrusted with the responsibility of completing their final assignments as a prerequisite for graduation and degree attainment. The prevalence of mental health problems among these students is higher, with more pronounced stress symptoms compared to new students. Central Java is ranked third, reporting 95,461 cases of emotional and mental disorders among individuals aged 15 and above. Expressive writing, which revolves around emotions, assists each student in channeling and expressing their anger through written words. Objective: Depicting students' stress levels through the implementation of expressive writing to reduce stress among those finalizing their Independent Study (KTI) at Universitas 'Aisyiyah Surakarta. Method: A case study approach is employed. A pretest utilizing the DASS-42 (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) questionnaire determines respondents' stress levels. Following implementation, a posttest is conducted using the same scale. Results: Findings indicate moderate stress levels pre-implementation, which decrease to mild stress post-implementation. Conclusion: The application of expressive writing significantly influences the reduction of stress levels experienced by final-year students at Universitas 'Aisyiyah Surakarta.

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia associated with abnormalities in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism. A prominent complaint in patients with Diabetes Mellitus is that patients always feel weak and tire easily. Pharmacological actions are usually given insulin therapy and non-pharmacological therapy is used as a drug companion. One of the non-pharmacological therapies to reduce weakness and fatigue due to increased blood glucose is to apply a low-sugar diet. Where nurses provide low-sugar food and drinks while patients are in the ER and provide knowledge to patients and families about managing food and drinks independently for patients to consume while at home. The purpose of this application is to reduce blood glucose levels in diabetes mellitus patients at the Biloro Pearawatan Health Center. Writing the final report of this case study using a descriptive method with a nursing process approach and based on Evidence Based Practice. The analysis of this case study was carried out in 1 patient with diabetes mellitus with the focus of implementing a low-sugar diet intervention. The results after a low-sugar diet were found to result in a decrease in blood glucose levels in patients on the first day of 351 mg/dl and after being intervened for 3 days it showed a decrease in glucose levels to 207 mg/dl. Low sugar diet interventions can be given to other diabetes mellitus patients to reduce blood glucose levels.    

Shipyards are often difficult to find information quickly and efficiently on every component of the workplace. A good information system is actually needed for the work process in the shipyard because the project head's planning for the distribution of the project workload being carried out will result in a smooth production process, which will affect the completion time of the work to be carried out. Each of these stages is the final result stage where at this stage the author will draw conclusions to answer the formulation of the packing report based on writing which is prone to loss and damage. The development of an android-based ship repair information system that can be used to quickly and accurately report data required by the central supervisor allows for full monitoring of the new ship building process, which is standard practice in many shipyards that have a research methodology to solve the problem.
