All contemporary pesantren in the current era must be able and brave enough to set management standards appropriate for the Postmodern era. This is because many major changes in technology, culture, and thought that occur in the Postmodern era affect pesantren. As a result, contemporary pesantren must adapt to these changes while maintaining their traditional foundation and strong Islamic values. The analysis of references on the type of standardization of contemporary pesantren management in the Postmodern era resulted in the writing of this article, which outlines several important points that can be used as a framework for the preparation of the intended contemporary pesantren standards. The ultimate goal of this standardization is expected to be able to make contemporary pesantren have a clear reference in maintaining its existence. The writing of this article uses a literature study method with a qualitative approach. This means that the data is described in the form of narratives about the standardization of contemporary pesantren management. The results of the analysis of various documents, there are at least several important points that become management standards as contemporary pesantren, including relevant curriculum development, information technology, transparency and accountability, partnerships with educational and business institutions, inclusiveness, attention to the welfare of students, environmental management, and continuous evaluation and renewal.

Fiqh is not a revelation from heaven, but rather the result of ijtihad which is a product of human thought. Therefore, it is important to ask critical questions such as: who defined it, for what purpose, in what social context it was formulated, in which geographical area, and with what epistemological approach. These factors greatly influence the process of forming fiqh. In other words, fiqh was not born in a vacuum, but rather developed along with the course of history and was influenced by the dynamic interaction between thinkers and the socio-cultural and socio-political environment in which they were located. This article uses a literature review methodology to examine the historical and social dynamics in the formation of fiqh. Unfortunately, fiqh that is developing among Muslims today is still heavily influenced by medieval works, especially those from Middle Eastern scholars. This condition shows the need for renewal and reactualization of fiqh according to the context of the contemporary era and society.

Tourism is an economic activity or a series of coordinated activities aiming at meeting individual needs related to leisure and movement of people. Tourism sector is well known as the sector that has the largest contribution for foreign exchange in Indonesia. Development planning itself can be said as an alternative to the government in carrying out the task of realizing a change in certain areas to be able to catch up with other regions. The application of innovation aims to develop a renewal involving several stakeholders. Ecotourism is an innovation that can be applied in promoting development planning in a real context. The purpose of this research is to find out the scientific trend about development planning ecotourism by using bibliometric analysis through the VOSviewer application. This research uses qualitative research with a literature review approach. The results consist of mapping and clustering the results of previous research in the form of image visualization media with network and density mapping. Projections of development planning by creating ecotourism-based innovations have been carried out in various parts of the world. The existence of development and its linkage with the tourism sector makes a positive impact on people's lives, especially rural communities. Limitations of this study is that only correlations on the existence of development in the tourism sector are presented.

South Korea have many things interested and make we have to find it more, not only about the culture but also abaout the education. The development of education in South Korea can be implemented with eitherbecause of the educational reforms undertaken by the government annualy in order to answer the challenges of the growing period. A long history on the history of education in South Korea that interest the researcher to examine how big the impact of the renewal of education towards the progress of national education. On 1999, the government launched the Brain Korea 21st project as on of the government’s ambitious program to improve the competitve power of the nation of Korea. The main question was “How the implementation of Brain Korea 21st project and the impacts for South Korea in 1999 – 2005?”. To answer that problem, the researcher  implead a history method and literature technique there are books and journals. Based the research and the conclusion was, first the Brain Korea 21st project which was launched by the goverment on 1999 is a project initiated during 7 years with various objective impact on the socio-cultural aspect was gender equally during this so the issue in South Korea as well the increasing suicides and the emergence of the social gap between professors at the local University. Second the impact of which was felt in the aspect of economy is pulling back the number of foreign investors after implemented the Brain Korea 21st project.

Christian idealism has a striking and identical nature in terms of its radicalism when associated with religion, especially Christianity. It can be clearly seen that idealism is one of the ideologies that if associated with religion provides a program or method that is different from the usual in the sense of providing a deep appreciation of religious understanding. Although it is a difficult thing to change in general, idealism seeks to proclaim renewal to find the right solution to the case study factors in human life that will continue progressively, to find the eternity of the real truth of religion itself. The combination of the nature of Christianity with idealism can certainly complement each other if each other balances and harmonizes in the teaching of the living and true truth of the absolute truth of God's word, so that it will have a major positive impact on mankind.

In the world of education there is always something called change and renewal, whether in the teaching staff, the facilities used and so on, as well as the educational curriculum in indonesia, which continues to change. Such as the independent learning currriculum which was implemented as a replacement for the 2013 curriculum. Before it became the independent learning curriculum, an emergency curriculum was implemented due to the Covid-19 pandemic which hit the entire world. This independent curriculum also emerged because of circumstances that required changing the curriculum, and following develoments in today’s modern era. Therefore, this article discusses the effectiveness of using the independent learning curriculum as a substitute for the 2013 curriculum, using qualitative research methods. This researh by searching for data from books, journals, and scientific articles. The independent learning curriculum is a curriculum that prioritizes the interests and desires of student, and is based on te pancasila student profile which aims to ensure that students have characteristics of noble character.

Divorce is also a severance of the relationship between husband and wife in faith and the blessing of not being together again to seek their respective lives. Many people have divorced, even though we know that divorce is strictly prohibited in Christianity. In the Bible, divorce is hated by the Lord Jesus in Matthew 19:6 which states that divorce is prohibited. The aim of this research is to find out divorce due to domestic violence: A feminist approach Matthew 19.9. In marriage, you definitely hope for a happy family full of love. Every family definitely wants their family to be safe, comfortable and always happy. However, we cannot deny that having a family is not only about happiness, but in the family it can also bring conflict due to misunderstandings or incompatibility with each other. Lack of harmony between husband and wife which can lead to domestic violence (KDRT). Domestic violence in the family is a shame that often becomes an excuse to cover up the facts of domestic violence. Those who are considered to be exposing their own family's disgrace and embarrassing themselves. The research method used in the research is qualitative research using Fiorenza's feminist interpretation approach. All research materials used in the discussion of each part of this study will be taken from the literature available in the library. A literature review includes identification, explanation of sources, and systematic description of documents containing information related to the problem to be studied. The results of this pattern renewal research provide an opportunity for women's independence to escape from the hegemony of male colonization. The findings and analysis of the research are, 1) The Principal's Performance in Fostering Teacher Professionalism at UPT SD Negeri 141 Gresik includes: peer tutor assistance, training and workshops, mentoring and collaboration, observation and feedback, curriculum development, research and innovation, use of technology, discussion and reflection, qualification improvement, and career plan development; 2) Forms of teacher professionalism include: continuous development, commitment to students, reflection and renewal, professional ethics, collaboration, involvement in decision-making, use of technology, effective classroom management, monitoring and evaluation of students, communication with parents, development of learning materials, career development, and involvement in school activities; 3) Supporting factors include: school management support, resources, school culture, effective communication, professional development programs, constructive performance appraisal, rewards and recognition, understanding of teachers' needs; and inhibiting factors include: limited resources, resistance to change, unclear vision and goals, internal conflicts, time pressure, curriculum incompatibility, high administrative demands, uncertainty of the school environment. In general, school principals must provide professional services in the field of education in order to organize the educational process effectively and efficiently.    

In the customary practices of the Javanese Muslim society, there are often certain approaches employed to prevent divorces. This approach is commonly referred to as "tajdidun nikah," which translates to the renewal of marriage. This strategy is typically employed when a household faces numerous challenges or prolonged conflicts, leading to a decline in the harmony between spouses. This research aims to recognize and examine the occurrence of the tajdidun nikah phenomenon within the Rejoagung village community in Ngoro Jombang, in accordance with Islamic law. Through a descriptive qualitative methodology, the study collected data through participatory observations, in-depth interviews, document analysis, and applied an analysis framework based on the model developed by Miles and Huberman. The findings of the study concluded that the practice of tajdidun marriage in Rejoagung village, Ngoro District, Kabupaten Jombang, is a heritage that has been transmitted through generations. It represents an effort by married couples to reinforce their strained marital relationships, which could potentially lead to divorce. From an Islamic legal perspective, this practice is deemed permissible, as it offers numerous advantages, as long as the process adheres to Sharia principles. Couples who have embraced this tradition tend to experience greater harmony, tranquility, and enduring relationships within their households.

Legal reform and the supremacy of military criminal law is seen as an effort to reform and supremacy of the legal system. In fact, it is a big problem for the Indonesian people to reform and enforce the law. Efforts to reform the Criminal Code have been going on for a long time, at least around 1964, but progress has been very slow. The renewal of the military criminal law is not only synonymous with the renewal of the KUHPM. Reforming the War Crimes Law is clearly more effective than simply updating the KUHPM. Renewal of military criminal law includes reform of the structure and content of the law. Renewal of military criminal law must be general in nature and renew the entire formulation of the Criminal Procedure Code, formulating it in a codification that is different from the codification of the Criminal Code. Therefore, the law must be applied as fairly as possible without being selective in imposing punishment.

The design objective is to apply the camping ground concept in miniature form to get a unique Camperia Cafe & Resto atmosphere in the eyes of the target audience. 4D design and analysis methods use AIDAS to produce relevant work. The design results are in the form of mockups with supporting media in the form of catalogs, animated videos, posters, x-banners, stickers, key chains, and mugs.

Public service is one of the main roles of the government to meet the needs of its people. The implementation of public services will also adapt according to the needs of the community and develop in line with changes in social life. This makes the government always try to foster motivation in creating effective and efficient services so as to provide convenience for the public. The purpose or research of this is to find out and explain how the implementation of One For Eleven Innovation in Solok City and to know and analyze the inhibiting factors that influence the implementation of One For Eleven innovation seen from product innovation, process innovation, research method innovation, strategy or policy innovation and system innovation . This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the One For Eleven innovation research in Solok City based on indicators of innovation are included in an innovation. This innovation is included in product innovation because there is a renewal of service media, including in process innovation where there are differences in service flow. This innovation is also included in the innovation of service methods where changes in service delivery. This innovation includes strategy or policy innovation because it has a vision, mission and goal of forming an innovation from the existing reality. In addition, this innovation is also included in system innovation, namely the existence of novelty in the interaction of implementing actors in managing innovation, but the implementation of innovation and its utilization by the community is not optimal because there are still many prospective brides who do not know about this innovation. The lack of socialization of innovation by implementers to the community so that there are still many people who do not know about this innovation. Then the difference in the domicile of the bride and groom as a requirement in obtaining this innovation has caused not all bride and groom to receive the One For Eleven innovation service. Lack of coordination between implementing agencies causes executors not to understand their duties.  

One important theme that is rarely discussed is the service towards children. In community life, children are often neglected and deemed unimportant in certain contexts. Children have the smallest place in the social order of life. This is also experienced by children within the Christian community. They are only seen as the future of the church, leading to their current existence being often ignored. This should certainly be a matter of concern for all parties, including parents, pastors, and even Christian teachers or educators. The challenges faced by children in the postmodern era have become increasingly complex. They will confront a reality that perceives no absolute truth, as all truths are considered relative. Therefore, the core focus of this paper is to discuss the steps or roles that Christian religious education teachers take in preparing children, especially Christian children, to face this postmodern era. In the discussion, the author presents various challenges and needs of children in the postmodern era, as well as what a Christian educator should do. The method used by the author in this article is a literary method with a descriptive approach. The author gathers various data sources related to the discussed topic and analyzes them to find a comprehensive and accurate understanding. Through this research, it is found that a Christian religious education teacher is responsible for nurturing and guiding children to know Christ, so that they have faith, acknowledge Jesus as Lord and Savior, and experience a renewal of life.

The purpose of writing this article is to compare the arrangements for the crime of incest under the Indonesian Criminal Code and the Malaysian Penal Code Act. The comparison includes the similarities, differences and advantages and disadvantages of each of these laws and regulations. The sources of legal materials used are primary and secondary legal materials. The data collections uses literature study techniques and data analysis. Based on a comparison of the arrangements for the crime of incest under the Indonesian Criminal Code and the Malaysian Penal Code Act, there are several similarities, differences, advantages and disadvantages of each of these arrangements. So from this comparison we can find several advantages of the Malaysian Penal Code Act, there are several similarities, differences, advantages and disadvantages of each of these arrangements. So from this comparison we can find several advantages of the Malaysian Penal Code Act regulations regarding the crime of incest which can be input for the renewal of Indonesian Criminal Code regulations. That way, the regulation of incest crimes in Indonesia will be better.

In the archive management system in a company, it is necessary to renew the archive management so that the records can be managed properly. The problem in this study is that the archive management system at the PT INSURIN Balikpapan Certification section can still be said to be less than optimal, due to the lack of knowledge about archive management and also a lack of awareness of the importance of archives. This study aims to develop a digital archive management system that can facilitate the search for archival data that is safe, fast, accurate, and more efficient. In this study, the type of research used was descriptive research with a qualitative approach using descriptive data analysis. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, and use of seven other stages in the preparation of the system, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the testing stage, the analysis stage, the feedback stage, the repair stage, and the validation stage. The data analysis technique is through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the preparation of the application program that has been compiled can be used in archival management activities at the PT INSURIN Certification section to replace the previous system because it is considered effective but still requires the addition of other menus, especially in terms of archive search. It still needs development with the addition of other menus considering the many tools offered in the Microsoft Access application so that the system becomes more innovative, as well as renewal of archival equipment in the form of a roller-type scanner so that the process of scanning reports can be more practical and effective.

Innovation is a system of recognition, development and renewal process that enhances economic success for entrepreneurs or producing companies and their consumers as well as the wider organization. BUMDes is one of the institutions that can be mobilized to support the improvement of the community's economy in the village. BumDes Balaroa Pewunu itself is engaged in the business of buying and selling agricultural products and savings and loans. Community economic empowerment is an effort to develop self-sufficiency and community welfare by increasing knowledge, attitudes, skills, behavior, abilities, and awareness, by utilizing existing resources. The stages of implementing the community service program are observation, interviews, proposals, data collection, training and reporting of the results of community service. In implementing the MBKM activities to Build Villages by conducting Socialization and Training inviting Resource Persons from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tadulako University, Agriculture Lecturers. The activity was carried out in two days, the material on the first day was that the lecturer from the Faculty of Economics and Business presented a business plan, financial management. On the second day the lecturer from Agriculture presented material on the procedures for making organic fertilizer by utilizing existing materials around the village, participants who were present were the Village Government, Head of Bumdes, farmers. Through the training which was carried out by inviting expert Lecturers from FEB UNTAD and Faculty of Agriculture opening the insights of the Village Government, especially BUMDes to continue to improve BUMDes innovation as an effort to improve the village economy of Balaroa Pewunu

This community service program aims to enhance the competence of community facilitators in implementing catechesis at Santo Krisologus BSB Parish Semarang. Based on preliminary studies, fundamental problems were identified, including deficiencies in facilitative competencies and disparities in community participation in catechetical activities. The workshop was designed using a multi-dimensional methodological approach integrating Mezirow's transformative learning theory and Groome's shared Christian praxis model. The program was conducted on October 20, 2024, with the participation of 34 novice community facilitators. The workshop implementation involved three main components: theoretical material presentation, guided practicum, and learning community formation. Results showed significant improvements in participants' theoretical understanding and practical skills, particularly in participative, appreciative, and reflective dimensions. The formation of learning communities indicates potential program sustainability through peer learning mechanisms. This program contributes to the renewal of community catechesis aligned with the vision of Church ad extra and can serve as a prototype for developing similar programs in other parishes.
