Myalgia is a muscle pain condition that can occur in a specific area of the body or spread to several regions. Its main symptoms include pain, soreness, or discomfort in the muscles, whether during movement or at rest. The pain may range from mild to severe and is sometimes accompanied by stiffness, muscle tension, or even cramps that interfere with daily activities. This condition is commonly experienced by the elderly due to aging, loss of muscle mass, improper physical activity, stress, lack of stretching, or an unhealthy lifestyle. This community service activity aimed to provide education and raise awareness about myalgia among 10 elderly participants in the Elderly Community of Kalirejo, Malang, to help them better understand prevention, pain management, and self-care strategies. The method used was service learning (SL) with achievement parameters measured through pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results showed an increase in participants’ knowledge regarding the definition, causes, and rehabilitation of myalgia from 10% to 90%, demonstrating that this program effectively improved the elderly’s understanding and awareness of myalgia.

Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes (Tipikor Law) requires the existence of state financial losses as an important element in Article 2 paragraph (1) and Article 3. Following Constitutional Court Decision No. 25/PUU-XIV/2016, proof of state losses must be actual losses, rather than potential losses. However, in practice, there is a discrepancy between legal norms and the reality of law enforcement, especially in state-owned enterprises (SOEs) engaged in banking. There is disharmony between the Anti-Corruption Law, the State Finance Law, and the SOE Law, particularly regarding the financial status of SOEs as separate state assets. This study uses a normative legal method with a statute approach. The results show that proving state financial losses in banking SOEs related to corruption requires an examination by an authorised institution to declare state financial losses. Based on Article 10 paragraph (1) of Law No. 15 of 2006 concerning the Audit Board, it is explained that the Audit Board has the authority to determine the existence or absence of state losses. The audit process carried out by the Audit Board on state-owned banking enterprises suspected of causing state financial losses must be an investigative audit process, not a state loss calculation audit that is usually carried out on government institutions.

This study examines the role of the Constitutional Court of Indonesia (Mahkamah Konstitusi/MK) as a positive legislator through the lens of the living constitution approach, which conceptualizes the constitution as a dynamic and evolving document responding to social and political change. The main problem addressed is the extent to which the MK’s judicial activism in interpreting and even creating new legal norms aligns with constitutional principles, democratic legitimacy, and the balance of powers between the judiciary and the legislature. The objective of the research is to analyze how the MK’s progressive interpretations have transformed it from a negative legislator—which merely annuls unconstitutional laws—into a positive legislator that effectively fills legal gaps and constructs new constitutional meanings. Using a normative juridical method combined with case study analysis, this research explores key constitutional decisions, focusing on cases where the MK extended its interpretive authority beyond mere judicial review. The findings reveal that the MK, through the living constitution approach, justifies its role as a positive legislator by invoking principles of constitutional morality, justice, and responsiveness to societal evolution. However, this judicial creativity also generates tension with legislative supremacy and may risk overstepping the boundaries of judicial function. The synthesis of findings suggests that the MK’s transformation embodies the dynamic interplay between constitutional text and social context, reinforcing the adaptability of Indonesian constitutionalism. The study concludes that while the MK’s position as a positive legislator under the living constitution paradigm strengthens constitutional justice and protects citizens’ rights, it must remain anchored in checks and balances to prevent judicial overreach and preserve democratic legitimacy.

This study aims to describe the pattern of instilling human values at Ki Ageng Pandan Alas Martial Arts School, Kademangan Branch, Blitar. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews using snowball sampling, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles & Huberman’s interactive model. The findings reveal that value transmission is carried out gradually through regular training, the trilogy of spirituality (hablum minallah, hablum minannas, rahmatan lil alamin), and the school’s greeting symbolized by the keris sigar penjalin. Methods applied include lectures, exemplary behavior, habituation, games, reward and punishment, value discussions, internalization, and real-life activities. The media consist of physical elements (uniforms, belts, symbols, and training equipment) and non-physical ones (teachings, role models, traditions). The study confirms that martial arts schools can serve as a medium for character education, particularly in fostering religiosity, empathy, respect, self-control, and social care. These findings enrich the discourse on value education and provide references for educational institutions, families, and communities.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of online and offline marketing strategies in increasing used car sales at Yuna Mobil Showroom Rantau Prapat. The research background is based on the rapid development of information technology and digitalization, which encourage businesses to combine conventional and digital marketing strategies to reach a wider range of consumers. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The results indicate that online marketing plays a significant role in building brand awareness, expanding market reach, and providing fast and efficient access to information through social media, marketplaces, and instant messaging applications. However, this strategy has not been fully effective in converting consumer interest into actual purchase decisions, as customers still require direct product experience. Conversely, offline marketing is proven to be more effective at the decision-making stage due to direct interaction, test drives, and higher consumer trust in the actual condition of used cars. Therefore, the effectiveness of marketing will be optimized if online and offline strategies are implemented in an integrated and complementary manner. This study provides practical contributions for automotive business players in designing marketing strategies aligned with local consumer characteristics, as well as academic contributions to the development of marketing management studies in the digital era.

The Da’wah Institution of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), as part of Indonesia's largest Islamic organization, faces challenges in adapting to social dynamics, the digital revolution, and the rise of radicalism. In an increasingly diverse and fast-changing society, NU must develop da’wah strategies that are not only moderate and contextual but also adaptable to contemporary shifts. This study aims to explore how NU's social construction of da’wah is structured epistemologically, ontologically, and strategically to strengthen Islam’s role as rahmatan lil 'alamin, promoting social harmony and national unity. The research adopts a multisite case study approach at the Da’wah Institution of the NU Executive Board, employing qualitative methods through document analysis and in-depth interviews. The findings indicate that NU’s da’wah social construction integrates three main dimensions. Epistemologically, NU’s da’wah is grounded in authentic and contextual knowledge, allowing the dissemination of Islamic values in a peaceful, moderate, and inclusive way. Ontologically, the Da’wah Institution acts not only as a formal structure but as a representation of Islam Nusantara, reinforcing Islamic and national identity within a unified da’wah narrative. Strategically, NU’s da’wah is designed to adapt to shifting social, cultural, and technological landscapes by emphasizing participatory methods, utilizing digital media, and incorporating local cultural elements. These three dimensions work together to form a da’wah model that is responsive to contemporary challenges while deeply rooted in the Ahlussunnah wal Jama’ah tradition.

Infertility is a reproductive health issue that not only affects biological aspects, but also causes significant psychological burdens, particularly anxiety in women. In the context of Saudi Arabian culture, which has strong pronatalist values, infertile women often face social and emotional pressures that can exacerbate their psychological condition. Social support is seen as a protective factor that plays an important role in helping individuals adapt to the stress of infertility. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of social support and the level of anxiety in Saudi women facing infertility at the Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib Takhassusi Branch, Riyadh. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional analytical observational design. The research sample consisted of 30 infertile women selected using consecutive sampling techniques. The levels of social support and anxiety were measured using a standardized questionnaire, then analyzed using Spearman's correlation test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that most respondents were aged 20–35 years and experienced primary infertility. The Spearman test showed a statistically significant relationship between the level of social support and the level of anxiety (p = 0.000) with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.625, indicating a moderate to strong positive relationship. This indicates that women with higher levels of anxiety tend to receive or seek more intense social support. In conclusion, social support plays an important role in the dynamics of anxiety in infertile women. The integration of structured psychosocial support into infertility services is essential to improve patients' psychological well-being and quality of life.

Earnings management is a deliberate strategy based on multidimensional considerations. The impact of earnings management practices is not necessarily positive, so mitigation measures are necessary to mitigate any negative impacts. This article aims to observe and analyze research developments regarding the role of the Board of Directors (BOD) in reducing discretionary accruals in Islamic banking. This article uses a qualitative literature study approach by analyzing articles from previous studies based on criteria that include article quality and research focus. Analysis of the answers to the research questions is conducted based on the results of empirical research in previous studies. Based on the analysis, a review of previous articles provides a strong argument that the role of the Board of Directors (BOD) plays a significant and complex role in influencing earnings management practices in the Islamic banking sector. The effectiveness of the BOD is not universal, but is highly dependent on its specific attributes, including competence, size, and activeness. It has been proven that competence is the attribute that plays the most role in reducing discretionary accruals. Meanwhile, characteristics such as board size and activeness show mixed results, indicating that mere physical and administrative presence is not enough without being balanced with substantive expertise, independence, and effective board work dynamics. This complexity is exacerbated by inconsistent findings and limited scope of studies on accrual techniques. Therefore, strengthening governance in Islamic banking must focus on improving the quality of human resources on the board of directors, especially in terms of technical expertise in finance and accounting. There is an academic gap for future research by exploring moderating variables, real manipulation techniques, and the dynamics of interactions between governance elements in the dual structure that characterizes Islamic banking

High turnover intention has become a critical issue in the broadcasting industry, especially in divisions that operate under fast-paced tasks and high levels of pressure. This study aims to analyze the influence of career development and job satisfaction on employees’ intention to leave the organization. Career development is measured through indicators such as promotion opportunities, work experience, and training, while job satisfaction is assessed through compensation, work environment, and recognition. A quantitative research design was applied, utilizing Partial Least Square (PLS) to analyze data obtained from a survey of employees working in a broadcasting company in Surabaya. The findings demonstrate that both career development and job satisfaction have a significant negative relationship with turnover intention, meaning that improvements in these variables can effectively reduce employees’ desire to quit. Among the career development indicators, work experience was found to be the most dominant factor influencing employee retention. On the other hand, recognition emerged as the most influential dimension of job satisfaction, showing that appreciation from the organization plays a crucial role in maintaining employee commitment. Overall, this study highlights the importance for broadcasting companies to implement effective career development strategies and enhance job satisfaction in order to minimize turnover intention and sustain organizational stability.

The level of healthcare quality is determined by the extent to which societal or individual requirements for healthcare are met in alignment with high professional benchmarks, while ensuring prudent resource utilization and impact within government and societal constraints. In addition, it must be delivered in a safe and satisfactory manner to patients, following ethical standards and best practices. Quality indicators of health services in hospitals have challenges in improving the overall quality of health services. In the Cardiac Poly Outpatient Unit at Kendari City Hospital, it is necessary to know the strategies used in improving service quality. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the Strategy for Improving the Quality of Health Services in the Cardiac Poly Outpatient Unit at Kendari City Hospital in 2024. The research methodology used is qualitative and descriptive, using the Phenomenal model to investigate various phenomena in Kendari City Hospital with data collection techniques, namely field observations at the research location and also in-depth interviews with informants who have been determined. The results showed that the quality strategy of health services provided by the Kendari City Hospital is quite good, especially in the Cardiac Poly Outpatient Unit. However, considering the importance of health services, it must always be improved so that the quality of health services received by the community is always maintained. There are still many things that must be considered, for example, the problem of waiting rooms that must be added to the seats for visitors and the speed of service that must still be improved.

Public transportation is one of the needs that must be met for every human being who carries out daily activities, so the government needs to pay attention to its development. The city of Surabaya is one of the cities with high traffic jams, which is one of the reasons for developing public transportation. Wira Wiri Suroboyo, which was inaugurated last year, brought enthusiasm from the public but also experienced a decline in passengers in the second month of its launch. The explanation explained by the Transportation Service regarding the decrease in the number of passengers is that it coincides with the fasting month which means not many people travel. However, if compared with the number of people in Surabaya City, the use of Wira Wiri Suroboyo transportation is still not fulfilled. Public interest in using public transportation is considered lacking. This research was conducted to determine the success of implementing public transportation development policies through the Wira Wiri Suroboyo program. This research uses qualitative methods with observations at the Transportation Service through interviews and taking documentation. The results of this research are that the implementation of public transportation development through Wira Wiri Suroboyo can be said to be successful, seen from the increase in the number of passengers.
