The covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the economic and health sectors in indonesia. The health and technology sectors have experienced significant growth due to changes in economic behavior resulting in increased public demand for health and technology products. However, the challenge that arises is the financial resilience of companies in both sectors amid significant economic growth. This can be seen from capital structure policy of companies in both sectors. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, asset structure, company size, and growth opportunities on capital structure in health and technology companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2022 period by taking into account the completeness and suitability of the data during that period. This study used purposive sampling technique to obtain 21 companies as research samples. This research was conducted using a quantitative method with a data panel data regression approach by adopting the Fixed Effect Model as the best model and processed using the Eviews 13 application. The results of the analysis show that profitability has a negative effect on capital structure, while company size and growth opportunities have a positive effect on capital structure, while asset structure has no effect on capital structure.

Notaries can join together and run a civil partnership together with other fellow Notaries. However, it is explained in the UUJN, the notary civil partnership is not completely the same as the civil partnership contained in the Civil Code. The purpose of this study is to analyze the responsibility of Notaries in carrying out Notary civil partnerships and the impacts caused by the existence of Notary civil partnerships. This research is processed with a normative juridical approach method, namely by looking at law as a set of regulations/rules or doctrines that have a normative nature (law in book). As a result of the problem, each Notary remains individually responsible for what is done and the legal products made as well as the confidentiality of the contents of the deed become the individual responsibility of the Notary and there are positive and negative impacts of the existence of a Notary civil partnership becoming a common concern for Notaries to become members of the Notary civil partnership.

Local food-based Entrepreneurship Training will be one of the important things for the community in utilizing products. However, there are several major problems in the Production sector such as the continuity of local food products not being available at all times because the community does not utilize raw products to be processed into new products that have added value. In addition, there are problems in the managerial and marketing fields. The problems in the managerial field are lack of planning, organization, lack of organization, lack of directors in the division of work in groups and lack of supervision. In the marketing field, there are still problems in promoting and selling products where in addition the products have not been accepted by the Community. The method of implementing Community Service activities from the UNIMOR Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) provides solutions in answering the problems that exist in the Kasih Setia Women Farmers group. The method of implementing the activities in question is by identifying problems using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model. The results achieved are that Farmers gain Knowledge in the Empowerment Program through Entrepreneurship Training activities by changing Purple Sweet Potato and Yellow Pumpkin materials into pumpkin sticks and purple sweet potato sticks so that they have added value to the product. There are several suggestions that need to be considered in empowering the Kasih Setia Farmer group, namely that Farmer Empowerment activities must continue to be encouraged in other villages or in the village with an empowerment model in the form of other processed foods to increase farmers' knowledge in processing local products into new products so that the added value of the product becomes higher to penetrate the market.

This article discusses a literature review on the benefits of probiotic-containing foods for health. Fermented foods are food products processed with the help of microorganisms or enzymes, producing components beneficial to human health. In Indonesia, fermented foods such as tempeh, tapai, green tea, pickled vegetables, and bekasam are known for their high health value and potential to gain international recognition. This literature study aims to analyze the benefits of probiotics in fermented foods, particularly regarding digestive health, immunity, and disease prevention.  Probiotics such as Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus curvatus, and Lactobacillus GG, as well as indigenous yeasts like Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Candida tropicalis, play a crucial role in the fermentation of traditional Indonesian foods. These microorganisms help improve gut microbiota balance, inhibit the growth of pathogenic microbes, and produce beneficial bioactive compounds. Research indicates that probiotics can enhance immune responses, reduce inflammation, and improve glucose metabolism and lipid profiles.  The findings of this study underscore the importance of fermented foods as a public health strategy, considering their contributions to supporting digestive function, strengthening immunity, and preventing various diseases. Traditional Indonesian fermented foods not only hold cultural value but also have significant potential as functional foods to improve quality of life.

Aromatherapy is beneficial for maintaining and enhancing physical, physiological, and spiritual well-being by consuming flowers, roots, fruits, resins, bark, and other aromatic compounds from plants. In Indonesia, around 90% of the used cooking oil produced is not managed properly, leading to environmental issues and contaminating soil and water, as well as public health. To reduce its negative impact on the environment and public health, it can be processed into valuable products such as aromatherapy candles. The purpose of this study is to study the impact of using used cooking oils and its benefits for the community of Sinarsari Village so that they can utilize this waste more sustainably and efficiently. The Tim PPK Ormawa HImasiter IPB (Student Association of Nutrition and Animal Feed) plays a significant role in promoting new innovations that benefit the community, one of which is the creation of aromatic candles with the aim of learning how to recycle used oil into useful products. The quality standards of processed fishery products can be assessed by applying regulations required in the industry, including halal certification and quality assurance systems. The implementation of halal certification and quality assurance system regulations can increase the development of MSMEs, especially with Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning the Halal Assurance System, which requires halal food to be halal certified. One of the factors that cause most MSMEs not to implement halal certification and other regulations is the existence of internal and external problems. This study aims to develop a development strategy for fishery product processing MSMEs by analyzing internal and external factors in implementing halal certification and quality assurance systems. The Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method is used to prioritize alternative strategies based on the SWOT analysis results. This research concludes that the priority strategy for developing fish processing MSMEs is the SO strategies, which include utilizing government programs to form marketing and distribution networks, innovating attractive product packaging following people's lifestyles, utilizing technological advances for promotional activities, marketing, and expanding marketing networks and the need to create a business website so that the market can recognize every product owned by the company.

The increasing complexity of public demand for telecommunication services, particularly internet services, has pushed PT. Telkom, as one of the state-owned enterprises (SOEs), to continuously enhance the quality of its services. One of its flagship products, Indihome, offers faster internet connectivity compared to dial-up services. However, Indihome has been frequently criticized by customers due to service disruptions. This indicates a need for developing effective strategies to address customer complaints. The primary issue faced by the public is the lack of knowledge regarding service disruptions, leading to difficulties in explaining the problem to technicians for repair. This research aims to develop a Telkom service disruption diagnosis system that can assist the public in identifying issues early without direct consultation with an expert. The system is developed using an expert system method, where information about service disruptions is processed to generate accurate diagnoses. With this system, customers can identify the type of disruption and provide clearer information to Telkom technicians. The research findings indicate that the most common disruptions are caused by faulty adapters or modems and disconnected configurations, with a density value of 54.49%. This system is expected to improve Telkom’s public service quality, minimize customer complaints, and expedite the repair process for Indihome services.
