This service aims to provide knowledge and practice of making online art appreciation learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic based on Android smartphones. The use of android smartphones as a tool for making learning media is based on the consideration that android smartphones have increasingly diverse uses because they are supported by the availability of various applications. The training was conducted for middle school art and culture teachers in Karanganyar. Implementation of the training using the lecture method to convey theoretical material about learning media, discussions to determine the concept of learning media to be made, and assistance in making learning media based on Android smartphones. The results of the training in the form of learning media are then carried out field trials to determine the success and shortcomings. Permen ATR/BPN 9/2019 is a provision regarding the implementation of roya electronically so that registration and deletion of roya can be reached easily, quickly, simply and at low cost. Roya which is done manually is different from electronic. The difference is that the file from the applicant is scanned and registered through the website and is directly corrected by the roya executor, not through the land counter. So that the Notary/PPAT does not have to come to the Land Office. After obtaining the certificate of land rights then it is given back to the certificate holder in this case is the creditor. If the deletion and registration of roya electronically has not been carried out even though the debt has been paid off, the land title certificate still contains a barcode record of encumbrance of Mortgage Rights. Based on the above, how is the implementation of the elimination of Roya Mortgage Electronically at the Land Office of Batang Regency? And what are the Inhibiting and Supporting Factors in the Implementation of Electronic Mortgage Elimination at the Land Office of Batang Regency?. The research method that will be used in this paper is a sociological juridical research method. The approach that the author uses in this study is a sociological juridical approach. The sociological juridical approach emphasizes research that aims to obtain legal knowledge empirically by going directly to the object. The implementation of the abolition of roya with the HT-el System at the Land Office of Batang City has not all been carried out in accordance with the procedures stated in the Technical Guidelines for HT-el. Application files that do not comply with procedures are known from the results of the inspection of the Land Office, if not checked, the HT-el certificate will be issued automatically on the seventh day. Issuance without any inspection from the Land Office if there is a procedural error, it is feared that it will become a problem in the future. Obstacles in HT registration with the HT-el System occur in PPAT, Banks as creditors and the Land Office. This obstacle arises during the HT registration process, both technically and non-technically. The electronic roya removal is carried out by the applicant, namely the debtor, proxy or representative by filling out an electronic application. Infrastructure is an important thing in an organization/company that is used to support activities carried out within the organization. Infrastructure that includes STMIK Rosma, including hardware, software, data, and information, and human resources that support information systems. Hardware resources include PCs that are used for clients with application program software. Windows 10 professional 32 and 64 bit as the operating system. While the software on the server uses Linux OS and PHP programming language. Data and information include infrastructure data, device data, server data and data on staff, students and lecturers at STMIK Rosma. So the need for the sustainability of this system is increasingly important. Problems that have existed in the STMIK Rosma infrastructure, such as those related to information security vulnerabilities. If this problem cannot be fixed in a sustainable manner, it will have an impact or risk on the sustainability of this infrastructure, especially the academic community. The purposes of this research were to analyze the sources of cash, to analyze the application of cash, to analyze the liquidity level, and to analyze the effect of source and application of cash on liquidity at the National Logistical Supply Agency of Maumere Branch Office. The results of analysis showed that in the period of 2017-2018, the sources of cash weretaken from the decrease of accounts receivable, inventory of indirect material, the increase of accumulation depreciation of building and machinery, the decrease of sales revenue bank,the increased of account payable, the increase of  accrued expense, the increase of regional division connection, the increase of capital, the decrease of cash. The application of cash in 2017-2018 covered the increase of down payment, merchandise inventory and tax payable. In the period of 2018-2019, the sources of cash were taken from the increase of down payment, the increase of accumulation depreciation of building and machinery, the increase of procurement payable and tax payable, the increase of accrued expense, the increaseof regional division connection. The application of cash in the period of 2018-2019 covered the increase of accounts recerivable, the increase of merchandise inventory and inventory of indirect material, the increase of prepaid expenses, the increase of sales revenue bank, the decrease of account payable, the decrease of profit or loss accumulation, and the increase of cash.Based on the results of this research, it can be conclueded that if the cash of National Logistica Supply Agency increased, the liquidity level would also increase, meanwhile if the cash of National Logistic Supply Agency descreases, the liquidity level will also decrease. Keywords: Source of Cash, Application of Cash, Liquidity

The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of the application of the land registration process and the factors that influence the application of land registration. This research method uses an empirical normative approach supported by a case approach. The results showed that in the implementation of complete systematic land registration so far is still not effective, in terms of technical and administrative where there are still many errors found on the picture or map on the citizen's certificate either switched or wrong on size. Then the factors that affect the complete systematic land registration are the Procedure and Mechanism Factors as well as the Resource Factors of the Implementing Officer. KOSPIN SEKARTAMA is a company engaged in savings and loan services located at Central Main Street No. 141 Weleri Central Java. has several superior products including Multipurpose Loans, and PRIMA Loans (Special Offerings of SEKARTAMA), and also has savings products namely SIMAPAN (Future Savings), and SIMADEB (Future Savings) and has a new product, Haji Portion Financing. The new product is still constrained in the delivery of information because it still uses conventional media which in the present era is deemed ineffective and has less coverage. The problems studied in this design are how to design new media that is more effective and extends its reach. Therefore, the purpose of this design is to produce a financing advertisement for the Haji portion as a promotional medium for KOSPIN SEKARTAMA with the Direct Marketing method and is more focused on online marketing indicators for the application of these advertising products. Technology assistance is very helpful for community activities including financial institutions, such as the application of Fintech (Financial Technology). Fintech utilizes technology to improve banking and financial services performed by companies by utilizing software technology. Along with the development, Fintech began to have a negative impact, especially from the money loan service or Fintech Peer to Peer Lending (P2PL). the problem is how is the protection for debtors / customers, such as attempts to intimidate customers who have difficulty paying. The method used in this research is normative juridical, namely research based on secondary data, which is then analyzed qualitatively and presented in a qualitative form.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that protection for debtors or customers who feel disadvantaged can take 5 (five) ways, which are regulated in the Consumer Protection Law, OJK Regulation, ITE Law, BI and Government Regulations. Safeguards in the Consumer Protection Law are accommodated in Article 4. OJK's efforts, in collaboration with Kominfo and AFPI, are that if there is intimidation that is detrimental to the debtor, the debtor can submit a complaint report through the website page provided by the OJK and AFPI. Debtors can also report to the authorities. The ITE Law can be seen in Article 26 of the ITE Law. Efforts made by Bank Indonesia, namely BI to form the Bank Indonesia Fintech Office (BI-FTO) and recommend to follow the existing regulations in PBI No. 16/8 / PBI / 2014 and PBI No 18/17 / PBI / 2016 concerning Electronic Money (PBI E-Money).           Keywords: Financial Technology, Legal Protection, Debtor Efforts

Transportation is a very important aspect of its existence in society, both the transportation of people and goods. One of the well-known online transportation companies in Indonesia is PT Gojek Indonesia. During its development, there have been actions committed by unscrupulous people in the community that harm online motorcycle taxi drivers, namely fictitious / fake orders. Fictitious Order is an order that starts with creating a fake account through an online transportation application that can harm the company.The problem is what is the form of the agreement between the driver and the user and is there the responsibility of PT Gojek Indonesia. The method used in this research is sociological juridical, with data sources in the form of interviews. The results of the analysis were presented descriptively and analytically.The results show that there is no legal regulation that regulates protection for Gojek drivers who experience fictional orders. But from the PT. Gojek provides compensation in the form of compensation money. However, this is not widely used by drivers, because the process of disbursing compensation money takes time, so the driver as the victim prefers to bring the results of the fictitious order himself or sell it to someone else.  Keywords: Protection, Transportation, Gojek

Diabetes is a serious chronic disease that occurs because the pancreas does not produce enough insulin (a hormone that regulates blood sugar or glucose), or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. WHO data shows that the incidence of non-communicable diseases in 2004 reached 48 , 30% is slightly higher than the incidence rate of infectious diseases, namely 47.50% [1]. According to the Ministry of Health in 2012 diabetes caused 1.5 million deaths. Some Indonesian people, this disease is better known as diabetes or blood sugar. This research was developed through secondary data processing from the Pima Indians Diabetes Dataset health database which was taken from the Kaggle dataset and can be accessed through https://www.kaggle.com/uciml/pima-indians-diabetes-database. Where the data itself consists of 768 records with several medical predictor variables (Pregnancies, Glucose, Blood Pressure, Skin Thickness, Insulin, BMI, Diabetes Pedigree Function, Age and Outcome). Then the data will be processed using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) feature selection to increase the accuracy value and the Naive Bayes algorithm to determine the accuracy results of the diagnosis of diabetes. From the results of research that has been done for the accuracy of the classification algorithm Naive Bayes is 74.61%, while the accuracy of the classification algorithm with Particle Swarm Optimization is 77.34% with an accuracy difference of 2.73%. So it can be concluded that the application of the Particle Swarm Optimization technique is able to select attributes in the Naive Bayes Algorithm, and can produce a better level of diabetes diagnosis accuracy than using only the individual method, namely the Naive Bayes algorithm. Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) which are one of the top ten strategic technology trends for 2019 and continue to be developed massively in this 2020, have been widely applied in various mobile applications by many companies in this industrial revolution era 4.0. AR can be applied to help the promotion for housing developers where users can see the 3-dimensional shape of the types of houses offered, while VR allows users to explore each part of the house in a virtual 3D. Pre-existing brochures are used as markers for this application to work, so that AR and VR applications can be a complement to promotional media. The design method used in this paper is Research and Development (RnD). Salespeople can offer types of houses to prospective customers without having to print multiple brochures, but with just one brochure and one android smartphone to present, so the promotion costs are more efficient.   Keywords: AR, VR, house.

The purpose of this study is To determine the types of Birds (Aves) which can be used for the preparation of the learning media in the form of Interactive Multimedia Area of the National Park of Merbabu Mountain, Selo district, Boyolali Regency, The form of this research is RnD interactive multimedia, research Methods using point count method by applying random sampling in the taking of the shooting point. Data collection with the point count through the 4 replications. Large population is the entire Aves in the Area of Merbabu Mountain National Park.Results and conclusion the types of Aves found in the Area of Merbabu Mountain National Park as many as 12 Family 17 species and 156 individuals.Assessment of the third expert stated that the learning media in the form of interactive multimedia is Very Feasible to used as media of learning are valid. Therefore, an appeal against a decision cannot be appealed, however, the fact is that there are prosecutors who appealed against the verdict as contained in the appeal deed number: 60 / Appeal / deed.Pid / 2006 / PN. As for the problems in this research are: (1) How can the decision to be released from lawsuits in terms of Law No. 31/1999 jo. Law no. 20 of 2001 (case study No. 942 / Pid.B / 2005 / PN.Smg)? (2) Whether the decision is free from legal charges based on case No. 942 / Pid. B / 2005 / PN.Smg Jo. Cassation Decision No.898 K / Pid.Sus / 2008 can legal remedies be made? The type of research used in this research is the type of normative legal research on certain legal events. The application can be realized through concrete actions and legal documents, the results of the application will create an understanding of the realization of the implementation of the normative legal provisions that have been studied properly or not. Based on the results of research and discussion is a decision based on case No. 942 / Pid. b / 2005 / PN.Smg which uses Law No. 31/1999 jo. UU no. 20 of 2001 as a basis for conviction, in the judicial process it turned out that the elements of the articles charged by the Public Prosecutor were proven proven, but because the actions of Defendant I and Defendant II were carried out at the orders of their superiors, based on article 51 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, so that the actions of Defendant I and Defendant II cannot be held accountable by Defendant I and Defendant II because it is an act to carry out a position order given by his superior, namely the Mayor of Semarang and was decided to be released from the lawsuit. Against the decision to release based on the District Court Decision No. 942 / Pid. B / 2005 / PN.Smg Jo. ABSTRACT An environmental permit is a permit given to any person or initiator who wishes to undertake a business and / or activity that is required to be UKL-UPL in the framework of environmental protection and management as a condition of obtaining a business and / or activity license. Violations committed by PT. Hadi Putra Makmur related to the issue of obligations and prohibitions, especially regarding licensing, efforts to manage and monitor the environment, hereby the supervision of DLH enforces by giving administrative sanctions. The above is the basis for the author to take the title "ADMINISTRATIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT ON IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES THAT DO NOT HAVE DOCUMENTS UKL-UPL (Study of PT. Hadi Putra Makmur Semarang City)." In this research, the authors raise the problems, namely: a. How is administrative law enforcement for activities that have no significant impact that do not yet have UKL-UPL documents? b. What are the obstacles that arise in the administration of administrative law for activities that do not have significant impacts that do not have UKL-UPL documents? c. What is the Role of Administrative Law in Enforcement of Environmental Law? Process of validating Klewer Market’s seller data completed by City Government indicates that 2,211 sellers will be arranged and placed, passing through a procedure including registering, problem mapping, scheduling, and requirement communicated to all sellers. Similarly, the Street Sellers affiliated with Klewer Market Yard Sellers Association (Paguyuban Pedagang Pelataran Pasar Klewer, thereafter called P4K) have been arranged on the fourth floor of new Klewer Market building, consisting of more than 900 sellers. All yard sellers should know environment orderliness organized by management and should comply with it. In this case, Eka Jaya Electronics Shop is used as a place of research, because in this place the system is still manual and not well managed, so that errors often occur in making reports and in processing stock. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience when processing sales, purchasing, product data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this study is to use the R & D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and its effectiveness can be tested so it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observation, interviews, and literature study. Database application development tools using MySQL and programming languages ​​using Visual Basic 6.0.
