The rapid advancement of information technology requires teachers to possess adequate digital skills and understanding to support the learning process. A website serves as an essential digital medium that can be utilized for providing information, learning materials, activity documentation, and facilitating communication among teachers, students, and the school. This study aims to develop and manage a school website as a means to enhance information technology knowledge for teachers at SMP Bina Bangsa Mandiri Cikeas, Bogor Regency. The research employed a system development approach, including needs analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of website usage by teachers. The results indicate that the developed website provides ease of access in managing school information, preparing digital learning content, and improving teachers’ digital literacy. Moreover, the website serves as a collaborative platform that supports teachers in sharing materials and teaching innovations. Therefore, developing and managing a website effectively contributes to enhancing information technology competence among junior high school teachers.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and work discipline on the effectiveness of human resources (HR) in employees of the Communication and Information Service (Diskominfo) of Ciamis Regency. The effectiveness of human resources is crucial for the success of government agencies in public services and information technology management, where the optimal performance of employees is influenced by stress management and discipline levels. This study adopted a quantitative-descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents who were selected through random sampling techniques. The data testing included validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression analysis tests to test the relationship of independent variables (work stress $X_1$ and work discipline $X_2$) to bound variables (HR effectiveness $Y$). The results of the analysis show that work stress and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the effectiveness of human resources. Partially, work stress has a negative influence, indicating that increased work stress tends to reduce the effectiveness of human resources. On the contrary, work discipline has been shown to have a positive effect, showing that the higher the employee's discipline, the more their work effectiveness will increase. Therefore, the conclusion emphasizes that increasing the effectiveness of human resources requires the implementation of effective work stress management and the establishment of a consistent work discipline culture. This effort is important to create a conducive work environment, increase productivity, and strengthen the performance of the state civil apparatus in supporting an electronic-based government system and digital public services.

The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the digital literacy of children at SDN Mranggon Lawang II by teaching them how to find accurate information and know the dangers of hoaxes. In order for children to use technology wisely, they must be taught important digital literacy from an early age. This activity was carried out through interactive lectures and Q&A discussions for seven days in August 2024. In addition to examples of simple false information, the material includes differences of opinion and facts, there were 13 children who participated showing a high level of enthusiasm during the activity. However, there are obstacles regarding language that hinder understanding that can be overcome through communication techniques and visual media. The results of the activity show that children better understand the importance of critical thinking when getting information. This activity is expected to increase knowledge about digital literacy and encourage smart media behavior.

Social media represents a significant advancement in information technology that plays an essential role in facilitating communication and social interaction within society. Environmental care behavior reflects individual efforts to support and promote environmental sustainability. This study specifically targets Generation Z and millennials as future generations, emphasizing the importance of instilling environmental awareness and encouraging the maintenance of environmental cleanliness in all settings. Based on these considerations, the Instagram account @pandawaragroup was selected as the independent variable of this study, with a primary focus on environmental care behavior influenced by the content shared on the account. This research aims to examine the extent to which the Instagram account @pandawaragroup affects environmental care behavior. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a random sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are followers of the @pandawaragroup Instagram account. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS version 2025. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that the use of the Instagram account @pandawaragroup has a significant effect on environmental care behavior, with a coefficient of determination of 17%. This finding suggests that the Instagram account @pandawaragroup contributes 17% to shaping environmental care behavior, while the remaining 83% is influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study.

The development of information technology (IT) has become a crucial element in improving operational efficiency and business competitiveness in the digital era. This study aims to design an information technology infrastructure strategy for a local skincare company that currently still faces obstacles due to fragmented communication processes and manual data recording. The research method uses the Ward and Peppard framework, supported by SWOT and Value Chain analysis to identify the internal and external business environment and formulate an IS/IT strategy that aligns with the business strategy. The research approach is descriptive qualitative through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The analysis results indicate that the main problem lies in the lack of infrastructure capable of integrating production, distribution, and inventory management processes. Based on these findings, this study recommends designing an infrastructure strategy that supports the implementation of the integrated system "Sivendor". This system functions as a hub that connects workflows between production vendors, warehouses, and sales departments. In conclusion, this study produces a blueprint for an adaptive IT infrastructure strategy as a technical foundation to minimize data errors, improve operational efficiency, and support real-time decision-making.

The principle of freedom of contract is a fundamental concept in civil law that provides parties with the autonomy to form, determine the content of, and implement an agreement. However, the development of information and communication technology has brought about the phenomenon of the digital economy, which has transformed patterns of contractual relationships, particularly through electronic contracts. The characteristics of digital contracts uniform, instantaneous, and generally expressed in standard clauses raise the question of the extent to which the principle of freedom of contract remains relevant. This article aims to analyze the concept of freedom of contract in civil law, its application in the digital economy, and to assess its relevance in addressing contemporary legal challenges. The research employs a normative juridical method with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches. The findings indicate that the principle of freedom of contract continues to hold relevance, but its application cannot be understood in absolute terms. In the digital context, the principle requires reinterpretation by taking into account contractual justice and consumer protection.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the LAPORBUP application in improving public information services and identify obstacles to its implementation at the East Lombok Regency Communication and Informatics Office. LAPORBUP is a digital-based public service innovation that makes it easier for the public to convey complaints, aspirations, and suggestions quickly, transparently, and accountably. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained are analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results show that the implementation of LAPORBUP is able to improve the quality of public information services through a more practical, open, and responsive reporting system. The public can monitor the progress of reports through a ticket system, while the government uses report data as a basis for policy evaluation. In addition, socialization through various media has also encouraged increased public understanding and use of the application. However, the implementation of LAPORBUP still faces several obstacles. Internal obstacles include limited human resources, minimal technical training, and limited operational budget. Meanwhile, external obstacles include low digital literacy among the public and a lack of awareness among some residents in utilizing the service. Thus, LAPORBUP has made a positive contribution to strengthening public information services in East Lombok Regency. Through increased human resource capacity, enhanced digital literacy, and adequate budget support, this application has the potential to become a model for technology-based public service innovation that can strengthen government-community relations and support transparent, accountable, and responsive governance

Social media has become a tool used by everyone. It has become a widely used tool for sharing information and as a promotional platform. In today's digital era, many MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) promote their products using social media, eliminating the need to rely entirely on conventional strategies such as direct sales in markets or stores. Marketing utilizes digital technology to achieve goals through active and measurable communication. Marketing strategies using social media are crucial because they can reach a wide range of buyers without time or geographic limitations. Sellers and buyers can interact with each other through messages, comments, and reviews. This research aimed to gain a deeper understanding of how social media influences the marketing strategies implemented by MSMEs through interviews. The results of this study concluded that social media significantly influences MSME marketing strategies and builds relationships with customers. MSMEs are expected to develop better promotional strategies in the future and learn to adapt to competition in the digital era. As a suggestion, MSMEs are advised to integrate interactive content such as live streaming and influencer collaborations to strengthen consumer engagement, as well as allocate a minimum budget of 10-15% of revenue for digital marketing training.

Negotiation is a strategic communication process in which multiple parties work to reconcile differences and reach mutually beneficial agreements through the exchange of information, interests, and viewpoints. Although traditional theories emphasize analytical elements such as developing a BATNA, crafting offer–counteroffer strategies, and employing persuasive framing, recent research underscores the growing importance of interpersonal competencies in shaping negotiation success. Through a qualitative literature-based approach, this study explores how empathy, assertive communication, and emotional regulation influence negotiation outcomes, examines their relevance in digital negotiation environments, and proposes an integrated training framework for professionals and entrepreneurs. The findings reveal that empathy strengthens a negotiator’s ability to interpret emotional cues, identify underlying concerns, and build trust, thereby minimizing miscommunication. Assertive communication supports clear expression of interests and boundaries while maintaining respect, which enhances collaborative problem-solving. Emotional regulation promotes composure and cognitive flexibility, particularly in high-pressure interactions. In technology-mediated negotiations conducted via email, messaging platforms, or virtual meetings, these skills must be adapted due to limited physical cues and higher risk of misinterpretation, requiring explicit wording and intentional emotional management. The proposed model incorporates empathy training, assertive communication development, emotional regulation practices, and digital negotiation skills to cultivate adaptive and emotionally intelligent negotiators.

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged various educational institutions, including non-formal education providers, to utilize digital media as an effective means of information dissemination and communication with the wider community. Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) Jabal Annur, located in Tambun Selatan, Bekasi Regency, still experiences limitations in delivering information to the public due to the absence of a website-based information medium. Currently, information related to the institutional profile, learning activities, schedules, and official announcements is conveyed through conventional methods, which are less effective and have limited reach. Therefore, this community service activity aims to assist TPQ Jabal Annur in developing a simple, functional, and accessible information website using HTML and CSS, as well as deploying it through the GitHub Pages platform. The implementation method consists of several stages, including initial observation to identify partner needs, website interface and content design, website development, and implementation and deployment. The result of this activity is an official TPQ website that can be accessed online and functions as a centralized information medium for students, parents, and the surrounding community. The availability of this website is expected to enhance the effectiveness, accuracy, and accessibility of information delivery, as well as to support the digital transformation process in non-formal religious education institutions in adapting to the demands of the digital era.

The development of information and communication technology has driven digital transformation across various sectors, including local governments adopting the Smart Regency concept. Digital literacy plays a vital role in supporting the success of Smart Regency implementation, as it determines citizens’ ability to access, understand, and utilize technology effectively and safely. This study aims to measure the digital literacy level of Sleman Regency residents and analyze its contribution to Smart Regency development. The research employs a survey method by distributing questionnaires to residents in several areas of Sleman. The instrument was designed based on four dimensions of digital literacy: technological ability, digital security, problem-solving, and online communication and collaboration. Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques to illustrate digital literacy levels based on demographic factors and technology usage intensity. The results indicate that most Sleman residents possess a moderate level of digital literacy, with notable variations in digital security and online collaboration aspects. These findings provide implications for local governments to strengthen digital education programs and expand technology access as part of an inclusive and sustainable Smart Regency development strategy.

This study aims to determine (1) the forms of legal protection that exist in Indonesia in protecting children from negative visual and verbal content in online games, and (2) the legal responsibility of online game electronic system organizers for exposure to negative visual and verbal content in children. The type of research used is normative juridical with a statutory and conceptual approach. The data used are secondary data obtained through document studies, with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that legal protection for children from negative visual and verbal impacts in online games is regulated through various regulations, including Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection, Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions, Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions, and Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology Number 5 of 2021 and Number 2 of 2024. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as weak age verification, non-objective independent classification, and easily circumvented language filtering. The legal responsibility of online game electronic system organizers for negative visual and verbal content on children can result in administrative or criminal sanctions, according to the Child Protection Law and iRegulation of ithe Minister iof Communication and Information Technology Number 5 of 2021.

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) is an important demand in the world of education, especially at the Vocational High School (SMK) level which prepares students to enter the digital-based world of work. However, students in class X of SMKS Efata still show delays in mastering ICT which has an impact on the learning process and their competency readiness. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause students to delay in mastering ICT as well as identify strategic steps to improve their skills. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the limitations of technology facilities, the lack of experience of students using computer devices before entering vocational schools, and the low intensity of ICT learning practices are the dominant factors that affect the delay in mastering technology. In addition, the difference in students' backgrounds in digital literacy and the lack of assistance during the learning process also slow down the development of their abilities. Nevertheless, students have good motivation to learn and adapt to technology if they are given the support of the right learning facilities and strategies. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that improving facilities, strengthening practice-based learning methods, and intensive mentoring are needed to accelerate students' ICT mastery. This research is expected to be the basis for schools in formulating ICT learning policies that are more effective and in accordance with the needs of technological developments.

The rapid advancement of digital technology requires teachers to serve not only as educators but also as digital role models for their students. This study aims to analyze the teacher’s role in instilling digital ethics and responsibility among Generation Z, as well as to identify effective strategies in shaping students’ digital character. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed in several secondary schools in Lampung Province. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed descriptively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that teachers play a central role in fostering digital ethics awareness through exemplary behavior, ethical communication, and digital responsibility habituation within the school environment. Teachers’ consistency in using social media, managing information, and engaging ethically in online interactions significantly influences students’ digital behavior. This study highlights the need to strengthen teachers’ digital literacy capacity based on moral and spiritual values. The implications suggest that educational policies should integrate the teacher’s role as a digital role model into the broader strategy for developing ethical and responsible digital citizens in the era of technological transformation.

The rapid development of information and communication technology has transformed the way people access information, interact, and live their daily lives. In this regard, students from the Mathematics Education Study Program at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra conducted "Smart Socialization" during a community service activity in Jaharun A Village, Galang District. The main objective of this community service activity was to increase awareness and understanding among residents of Jaharun A Village, Galang District, regarding the importance of digital literacy in facing the challenges of AI-based disinformation on social media. The implementation methods included initial observation, outreach, and interviews. The results of this activity indicated high community enthusiasm, active participation, and a better understanding of how to use social media wisely and responsibly. This activity successfully built critical public awareness of the importance of verifying information before sharing it and increased local community preparedness for the complex digital information era. This activity is expected to become a model for applicable and sustainable digital literacy education in rural areas.

The rapid development of information and communication technology has driven the transformation of human activities into the digital realm, making cyber law regulation an essential need to govern activities in the virtual world. This research discusses the comparison of cyber law regulations in Indonesia and Singapore, specifically the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) and the Cybersecurity Act as well as the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act (POFMA), focusing on legal philosophy, enforcement mechanisms, and the protection of freedom of expression. A normative legal research method with a comparative approach is used to analyze the normative context, law enforcement implementation, and the social impacts of both regulations. The research findings indicate that Indonesia adopts a repressive legal approach with fragmented enforcement and challenges related to digital literacy, which leads to potential restrictions on freedom of expression. In contrast, Singapore applies a risk-based regulatory framework with centralized coordination and a more adaptive mitigation approach, aiming to balance content control with the protection of human rights. This research recommends reforms and strengthening of cyber law regulations in Indonesia to improve law enforcement effectiveness and ensure proportional freedom of expression in the digital era.

This study aims to describe the role of digital media in the dynamics of teaching and learning interactions in educational environments. The development of information and communication technology has brought about significant changes in the learning system, where digital media has now become an integral part of teaching and learning activities. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collected through journals and books related to digital-based learning. The results indicate that digital media plays a significant role in increasing the effectiveness and flexibility of the learning process. Digital media helps teachers deliver material more engagingly, facilitates two-way communication between teachers and students, and supports faster and more efficient learning evaluation. However, the use of digital media also creates new dynamics, such as reduced direct social interaction and the emergence of challenges in maintaining student learning motivation. The effectiveness of digital learning is greatly influenced by teachers' digital literacy readiness, student discipline, and the support of school infrastructure and policies.
