A healthy lifestyle is an important issue that needs to be instilled early in life, especially during adolescence. Adolescents living in hinterland areas often face greater challenges in accessing adequate health information and facilities. Therefore, efforts to promote healthy lifestyles among adolescents, especially in hinterland areas, are very important to prevent health problems and improve quality of life. One potentially effective approach to improve the motivation and healthy lifestyle behavior of adolescents in hinterland areas is the Peer Empowerment program. This program utilizes the strong influence of peers in motivating and encouraging positive behavior change among adolescents. This research will use the research and development (R&D) method with an experimental approach. The results of this study are useful for providing recommendations for effective health promotion methods for healthy lifestyle changes in adolescents.

Chronic diseases are degenerative conditions that significantly impact an individual's quality of life. Various degenerative diseases, such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and heart stroke, require immediate attention. Indonesia faces a dual burden in healthcare, grappling with both rampant infectious diseases and the rising prevalence of chronic degenerative illnesses. Therefore, health promotion efforts are crucial in preventing degenerative diseases among adolescents. This initiative targets teenagers due to their unhealthy lifestyle choices, which are evident in their smoking habits, poor dietary practices, insufficient consumption of fruits and vegetables, and a lack of physical activity. The primary objective of this initiative is to enhance awareness regarding the prevention of degenerative diseases among youth and to address the emergence of such conditions in this age group. The results of the community service activities indicate a notable increase in average knowledge from 6.61 to 13.80 and an improvement in attitudes from 9.61 to 14.47. The community service activities were successfully executed, as evidenced by the smooth conduct of the events and the active participation of the adolescents. To improve health quality, it is essential to foster awareness and enhance education among teenagers about the prevention of degenerative diseases.

The fitness supplement industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth due to increasing public interest in healthy lifestyles. In this competitive market, the Evolene brand faces the challenge of maintaining customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality, and promotion on customer loyalty to the Evolene brand. The research uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who had purchased Evolene products. The results showed that the three variables price, product quality, and promotion had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Promotion has the greatest influence compared to other variables, followed by product quality and price. In addition, the validity and reliability of the measurement instruments have been tested using outer model analysis, which shows valid and reliable results. Limitations of the study include sampling limited to Evolene customers as well as external factors such as market trends that cannot be fully controlled. This study recommends companies to integrate competitive pricing strategies, maintain product quality, and optimize digital promotions to strengthen customer loyalty.

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) have become the leading cause of death in Indonesia, particularly among young adults, with an increasing incidence rate. Technological advancements, lifestyle changes, and environmental factors have contributed to the rising prevalence of NCDs, especially among the younger generation. In light of this, it is essential to implement prevention through health screening and education on healthy lifestyles, particularly among young adults. This community service activity was conducted on December 20 and 21, 2024, with the aim of raising awareness among young adults in West Jakarta about the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle through health screenings and the promotion of an active lifestyle, including education on nutrition status, physical activity, quality sleep, and the dangers of smoking, especially the use of e-cigarettes. The results of the activity showed that the majority of participants experienced sleep difficulties, and most did not smoke, although some used e-cigarettes. The results of nutrition status measurements also indicated that most participants fell into the obese category. Participants' physical activity levels were relatively low, with many engaging in less than 30 minutes of exercise per session and struggling to find time for regular physical activity. Education and promotion of healthy lifestyles need to be continuously improved to prevent NCDs among young adults, with a focus on improving eating habits, increasing physical activity, and managing stress.
