The urographic ct scan is a diagnostic procedure which aims comprehensively evaluate kidney, ureter, and bladder, as well as the general function of the urinary tracts.   One of common pathologies detected on urographic examination is kidney cyst. The kidney cyst is a spherical or oval-shaped sac which contains a fluid form inside the kidney. This case study aims to explain the Urographic CT scan procedures with contrast media. This study assess the strengths and weakness of CT Urographic examinations with patients with kidney cysts. The study shows that CT Urographic exmination procedure involves informed consent, patient and equipment preparation, patient positioning, image acquisition and reconstruction. The study also shows that there was a difference in scanning phase on theory and clinical practices. While the theory  states that the the Urographic CT examinations must be conducted with with four phases including non-contractional phases, cortikomedular phases, nefrographic and excretion phases, in clinical practices, the scanning was acquired with non-contrast phase, kidney phase, ureter phase and bladder phase.  

An elderly person is someone who has reached the age of 60 years and over. One of the health problems that often occurs in the elderly is a decline in memory, learning and cognitive abilities in the elderly which causes them to have difficulty interacting and being difficult to understand. Conditions that affect cognitive abilities in the elderly are called dementia. Dementia is a chronic and progressive decline in memory and thinking function, causing disruption of functional activities. Nursing interventions that can be given to the elderly to improve cognitive function in the occurrence of dementia include brain gymnastics. The case study design used is descriptive research. The method used to collect data is using the Android-based MMSE (Mini Mental State Examination), namely MEFuKo (MMSE for Cognitive Function) to determine the level of dementia in the elderly. Brain exercise therapy (brain gym) is carried out for 7 consecutive days, 1 meeting per day with a duration of 15 minutes. Subject I's MMSE score before brain exercise therapy was 16 (presence of definite cognitive impairment) increased to 19 (presence of probable cognitive impairment) and there was an increase of 3 in total MMSE scores. The MMSE score in subject II before brain exercise therapy was 19 (possible cognitive impairment), after therapy the MMSE score became 23 (probable cognitive impairment) and there was an increase of 4 in total MMSE scores. The more activities you do, the less likely it is that seniors will experience a decline in cognitive function. The conclusion is that there was an increase in cognitive function in the two case study subjects which illustrate the application of brain gym therapy to cognitive function in elderly people with dementia. Brain exercise therapy is recommended to improve working memory function which can improve the quality of life of the elderly.

Namely the limited space for product sales in businesses, which only provide offline services, so marketing is not effective and results in product sales being relatively low. This design uses the "Design Thinking" method with a user-focused approach, as well as "S.W.O.T" as a data analysis method, and uses the elements and principles that exist in U.I. Design and visual communication design in general. This application functions as a forum for conveying information about products and services, and user transactions, as well as a feature called "custom case", which is designing case designs directly through the application. The output of this design is an application prototype, aiming to see the user flow in the application later, as well as supporting media that have their respective functions. From the feasibility tests that have been carried out on several targets, a positive response has been received in terms of interface appearance as well as existing functions and features. Fresh appearance, the message conveyed and the flow is clear. The custom case feature is the main attraction for users, and the placement of sales features needed by Hola-Hola is in one application, so this application is expected as a business strategy for businesses, in increasing and expanding marketing.

Studying phonemes is a part of phonology, so writing this article is about learning basic phonemes. Phonemes are the basic level of phonological learning because phonemes are the smallest basic units that form the elements that make up speech sounds. Therefore, in this article we will study the basic phoneme which is the smallest functional unit of language. a phoneme cannot stand alone because a phoneme has no meaning, but its role is very important because a phoneme can distinguish meaning. For example, the phonemes [l] and [r]. If we separate these two phonemes, we will definitely not understand their meaning. A phoneme has an identity basis which is called the meaning distinguishing function of the sound units of language. The method used in this article is a method that collects information through questionnaires to analyze students' understanding of phonemic learning and draw conclusions about basic phonemic learning, whether learning is important and easy to understand.  

Zuhro Bakery is baking factory producing various kinds of bread. In this research, there were three kinds of bread that were studied, they were chocolate, mocha and strawberry flavored bread. The problem in optimalization of the production was modeled into a mathematic model which was the linear program in the form obstacle function and objective function. It was then continued by the deciding variable in integer number as the linear program. Then, it was solved by using Branch and Bound method which previously had counted the variable by using the symplex method. From the simplex method, an integer number result was not found, so the Branch and Bound method was used. QM software was chosen in the research to solve the integer problem. A profit was earned with a sale margin of Rp39.000 or 0,42% from the coorporation’s expected profit by using the Branch and Bound method. The amount of bread produced in the periode of three days were 5.400 consosted of 3.060 chocolate flavored bread, 1.440 mocha flavored bread and 900 strawberry flavored bread with the total profit of Rp9.279.000

Roads are infrastructure that really supports people's living needs. In a broader dimension, the road network has a very important role in regional development, both national, regional and district/city areas according to the function of the road network. The condition of the road damage that occurred on a number of roads in the Makassar city area is increasingly worrying. The reason is that the condition of the road, which was initially slightly damaged due to being abandoned, is now getting worse with deep potholes. As a result, the smoothness of traffic and the safety and comfort of road users are disrupted. This research is intended to provide information regarding the types of road damage that occur, factors causing road damage and mitigation efforts carried out on the Tanjung Bunga metro road, Makassar city. The data collection method is in the form of a visual survey of types of road damage carried out directly in the field and data analysis using the Bina Marga method. The results of research in the field show that the greatest road damage on rigid pavement is grain release with a percentage of 0.076 percent on the left section and 0.089 percent on the right section, while the smallest type of road damage is corner cracking with a percentage of 0.0035 percent on the left section. and 0.0027 percent on the right side. The biggest type of road damage on flexible pavement is grain shedding with a percentage of 0.121 percent on the left section and 0.088 percent on the right section, while the smallest type of damage on the left section is edge cracking with a percentage of 0.003 percent and the type of damage sinking on the right section with a percentage 0.002 percent. Among the most dominant types of damage is grain release.

The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Bima District in the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan. This research was conducted at the BAPPEDA Office of Bima District. The research subjects were selected through purposive sampling, and the subjects/informants in this research were the Head of BAPPEDA. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that the implementation of the roles and functions of the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) in the development planning in Bima District can be concluded as follows: the implementation of BAPPEDA functions in Bima District is categorized as not yet good but still sufficient. This means that the implementation of BAPPEDA functions may encounter various obstacles or hindrances in carrying out its functions and programs, which identifies that the implementation of the functions of the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) in development planning in Bima District should always evaluate the implementation.

The aim of this research is to find out the procedures for Pelvic MRI examinations in Cervical Cancer Cases at the Radiology Installation at Persahabatan Hospital, to find out the reasons for using T1W SPIR and to find out the reasons for using T2W SPAIR in Pelvic MRI examinations in cervical cancer cases. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection methods are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Then data analysis was carried out using open coding charts and categorization tables, so that conclusions could be drawn. The results of this study indicate that the Pelvic MRI examination procedure in cases of cervical cancer at Persahabatan Hospital using contrast media requires special preparation, namely the patient fasting from eating fibrous foods 1 day before the examination, taking laxatives 12 hours before the examination, and checking urea creatinine. The patient is injected with 20 cc of ultrasonic gel in the rectum and vagina which functions as a marker. The purpose of using the T1W SPIR sequence is to compare enhancement before and after administration of contrast media. The use of T2W SPAIR in pelvic MRI examinations to assess pathological fluid by suppressing fat signals.

Nowadays, food and beverage products are widely circulated in society. In the era of globalization of society, the traffic of goods including food/drinks across countries is not guaranteed to be halal. Even though religious obligations command us to consume halal food/drinks. With the existence of Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees and Government Regulation no. 39 of 2021 shows that there is legal certainty in the implementation of Halal Product guarantees. The problem is how to theoretically and empirically study the implementation of halal product guarantees from an Indonesian legal perspective. The research methods are normative juridical and sociological. The research results show that theoretically, the implementation of halal product guarantees is based on Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees reflects legal norms originating from God's Law (God Order), namely from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and has long been practiced in people's lives as a reflection of a person's or society's religious awareness. The process shows a circle of interaction that ends with the Halal Product Guarantee Law. Empirical studies explain that the implementation of halal product guarantees has been going on in people's lives for a long time so that it functions to create legal certainty, comfort and justice for the user community as well as realizing beneficial values for economic growth and community welfare. The existence of statutory regulations, legal institutions and public awareness of halal product guarantees are elements of a legal system. Apart from that, determining prices is also important in increasing sales. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of distribution and price on increasing sales. This type of research is qualitative using a literature review method whose sources are obtained from the latest journals in the last 5 years. The results of this research are that distribution can increase product sales. Distribution plays an important role in determining the sales volume that a company can achieve. Price can influence increased sales. If the company is correct in determining the price of its product, it will have an impact on increasing sales of the product.  

Old age is said to be the final stage of development in the human life cycle which experiences various health problems and is at high risk of dangerous diseases. Health problems that occur in the elderly in general are a decrease in organ function, changes in lifestyle, diet and physical activity which are often the main factors in degenerative diseases including hypertension which disrupts blood flow. This hypertension often occurs in the elderly where the blood pressure is at the upper limit ( Systole) is more than 140 mmHg and lower limit blood pressure (diastole) is more than 90 mmHg. One non-pharmacological treatment that can improve the flow of oxygen in the blood is laughter therapy. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of laughter therapy using comedy videos on reducing blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension at the Tiban Baru Community Health Center, Batam City. The Batam City Health Service noted that hypertension occurs more frequently in elderly people aged 60-70 years and over with the highest number being 9,282 people at the Tiban Baru Community Health Center, Batam City. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design without control. The sample provided used the purpose sampling method with a total research sample of 20 respondents. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an effect of laughter therapy on reducing blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension.

Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a condition that causes pain, tingling and weakness in the hand due to compression of the median nerve in the wrist. Treatment of CTS is based on two main approaches, namely steroid injection therapy and endoscopic surgical decompression therapy. Steroid injection therapy provides greater temporary pain relief, but the benefits are not permanent. At the same time, surgical decompression treatment with endoscopy is a definitive treatment that is more effective in the long term and has a lower therapeutic failure rate than steroid injection treatment. This literature research explores various scientific studies and related literature that have been conducted in recent decades to understand the effectiveness and relative superiority of these two treatment methods. This review covers clinical aspects, such as the rate of pain recovery, recovery of hand function, as well as the impact on the patient's quality of life. The results of this literature review indicate that both treatment methods have their respective advantages and disadvantages. Steroid injection therapy can provide rapid and minimally invasive symptom relief, while endoscopic surgical decompression therapy tends to provide more lasting and complete improvement. Factors such as symptom severity, patient preference, and medical recommendations may influence the choice between these two methods.
