Batik is a work of art that has unique cultural values. The existence of batik can be found at any time in all corners of the city of Pekalongan. Meanwhile, batik production and trading activities are active throughout the day, even late at night. The pulse of people's lives, which is never separated from batik, has given Pekalongan the image of a "batik city". This is quite relevant considering that the people of Pekalongan city cannot be separated from batik, batik has become the economic lifeblood of the people of Pekalongan. Pekalongan batik production is not only sold in the local market but has reached and penetrated the international market. As competition in the international batik industry has arrived, it is fitting for Pekalongan batik to receive legal protection. The legal protection in question is about intellectual property rights, one of which is related to the use of trademark rights. There are two problems in this research, namely how to obtain legal protection for brand rights, logos, batik motifs and models in Pekalongan and how to report criminal acts of misuse or counterfeiting batik logos/brands that have been registered with Intellectual Property Rights. This research was conducted using a normative juridical research model or a normative legal research method. The normative juridical research method is a library-based legal research method. In this research, research will be carried out by analyzing the problems being discussed relating to the regulations on Intellectual Property Rights, specifically Brand Rights. Then the author connects it with legal protection of brand rights for the Batik industry in Pekalongan. Research results Legal protection for copyright of batik motifs generally exists in the 2002 UUHC, as regulated in Article 12 letter i. Based on developments in the 1987 UUHC and 1997 UUHC, batik art that receives copyright protection is non-traditional batik art with the consideration that traditional batik art has become common property (public domain). In the 2002 Copyright Law, both traditional and contemporary batik receive protection. Legal protection for batik motif copyright is obtained automatically without registration. Copyright registration for Pekalongan batik motifs is still rarely done. UUHC 2002 basically protects the artistic work of batik craftsmen without having to register. This creates several problems, namely, new motifs created by batik craftsmen in Pekalongan are marketed, and within three months the printed batik will come out. Regarding this problem, the Pekalongan City and Regency Department of Industry and Trade has not yet taken action because basically most batik motifs in Pekalongan have not been copyrighted. If people want to protest and demand it, it will also cost a lot of money, even though most craftsmen in Pekalongan have little capital. The level of awareness and understanding of the public, especially small and medium industrial entrepreneurs, regarding copyright is still low, so this condition becomes even worse due to the lack of ability to access information, as well as understanding of relevant agency officials regarding the importance of copyright. This study examines community participation in the development of cultural tourism in Kampung Batik Laweyan, Solo, as well as the factors that support and hinder such involvement. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation methods. The informants in this study include batik business actors, local community administrators, community leaders, government representatives, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) active in the field of cultural preservation and tourism. The results of the study show that community participation is divided into three main dimensions, namely economic, socio-cultural, and institutional. In the economic aspect, the community is involved through batik businesses, homestays, and tourism services. In the socio-cultural aspect, involvement can be seen from the preservation of local traditions and the implementation of cultural activities. Meanwhile, in the institutional aspect, participation can be seen from the active role of residents in decision-making forums related to tourism management. Factors driving participation include collective awareness of the importance of cultural preservation, the economic potential of the tourism sector, and support from the government, NGOs, and educational institutions. However, community participation still faces several obstacles such as lack of education on the concept of sustainable tourism, limited access to capital, and lack of coordination between interested institutions. Cross-sectoral collaboration efforts are needed between the community, government, the private sector, and educational institutions in realizing inclusive and sustainable cultural tourism management. Thus, Laweyan Batik Village can become a model for the development of cultural tourism destinations based on active community participation. The implications of these findings suggest that cultural tourism development policies should not only focus on increasing the number of tourist visits, but also on strengthening the capacity of local communities as key actors.

Ecoprint is one of the activities of making batik through the process of transferring color and shape to fabric through direct contact. Ecoprint training was chosen because it was based on the discovery that there were many natural resources that had not been utilized, which was one of the reasons for conducting ecoprint training. In supporting the village's creative economy by utilizing natural resources, ecoprint is one solution that can be implemented. Apart from being able to provide ecoprint training experience, it can be used as an example of a business that supports the village economy. This training uses material delivery and discussion methods, a participatory approach and local potential.  The results of this training were to increase the experience and skills of the PKK mothers of Beringin Makmur village regarding ecoprinting. PKK mothers can find out how to make Ecoprint and can apply it at home. Another hope is that mothers can still produce work even though they are stuck at home. Apart from that, the participation method applied not only adds to the learning experience, but also builds a social environment that supports business development. Thus, this activity contributes to community economic empowerment and environmental preservation through creativity and innovation in the use of natural materials found around.

Green Companies are a necessity for businesses to ensure sustainability in environmental management, preventing pollution and environmental damage during construction, production, or when products or services are used by customers, even up to the point of disposal. To provide satisfaction to tourists, tourist attractions must have adequate facilities to support the needs of tourists during their visit and to fulfill their expectations. Green industries and tourism play a crucial role in local economic development and environmental conservation. This study aims to provide assistance to green industries and tourism facilities in Kampung Batik Malon, focusing on sustainable development and empowerment of the local community. Assistance is provided through skills training to improve the quality of batik products and introduce environmentally friendly production techniques. In addition, the development of tourism facilities, such as homestays based on local culture and interactive batik galleries, is implemented to enhance the attractiveness of the tourist destination. Local community empowerment is carried out through participation in the decision-making process and the establishment of cooperatives to improve market access. The assistance also involves a sustainable approach to managing industrial waste and promoting environmentally friendly practices. Improving the economy of a community can be seen from the point of view of its environment, where each individual can take advantage of the natural potential around them. Ecoprinting is a business opportunity that can be applied by the community, especially residents of Candisari Village, Magelang Regency, which is known as an area with a city of a million flowers. This has the potential to support the creation of ecoprints by the community. This article is intended as the main means to connect the Candisari Village community with the wider community and large business owners who may be interested in ecoprint business opportunities in the area. Using the demonstration method, we first introduced eco-printing to PKK mothers to get a clear understanding of the concept, purpose and technology of eco-printing, and then practised eco-printing. This socialisation helped improve the PKK women's knowledge and skills in ecoprint batik production using textile media.
