This research focuses on the importance of Mandarin language proficiency for active students of Sekolah Tinggi Teologi (STT) Kerusso in the context of global evangelism missions. The urgency of this study lies in the growing role of foreign languages, particularly Mandarin, in reaching unreached communities across different parts of the world. With a large number of Mandarin speakers worldwide, proficiency in this language is essential for those involved in evangelism missions to establish effective communication and expand the mission's reach. The primary objective of this research is to demonstrate the importance of foreign language proficiency, especially Mandarin, for active STT Kerusso students involved in global evangelism missions. This study aims to provide insights for theological education institutions in designing curricula that better support foreign language acquisition as an integral part of mission preparation. This research employs a qualitative method with an approach that includes in-depth interviews, literature review, and participatory observation. Interviews were conducted with active students and alumni of STT Kerusso who have been involved in evangelism missions in Mandarin-speaking communities. The collected data were analyzed descriptively to identify key themes related to the role of foreign languages in evangelism. The findings of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the urgency of foreign language proficiency in global evangelism missions and offer strategic recommendations for STT Kerusso in preparing its students to face future challenges in evangelism.

Heart failure has an impact not only on one's physical condition but also on the psychological impact of anxiety. Patients with heart disease who experience psychosocial problems, especially anxiety, will have a slower recovery process and more severe physical symptoms they experience. Thus, an intervention is needed to provide back massage to overcome anxiety. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of back massage towards anxiety scores in heart failure patients.This study belongs to descriptive research using the case study approach method. The sample in this study were 2 subjects who suffered classification II and III heart failure according to NYHA who experienced low to moderate anxiety. Both subjects were given back massage therapy. Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) was used as the instrument to measure the level of anxiety. The results showed that there was a significant decrease in the two subjects who initially fell into the anxiety category into the category of low anxiety after being given back massage therapy for 15 minutes at 24-hour intervals for 3 days. In conclusion, back massage is recommended to be applied in the hospital as a nursing intervention to overcome anxiety in heart failure patients.

A Pap smear is an attempt to take fluid from the cervix to examine the presence of abnormalities in the cells around the cervix. In this examination, it can usually be determined whether the cells in the mouth of the uterus are still normal, have changed into cancer, or have become cancer cells. Apart from that, inflammation and infection of the cervix can be determined from this examination. The aim of the research is to find out the general picture of early detection of cervical CA with pap smears in couples of childbearing age at the Kesu Health Center. This research was carried out by the Kesu Health Center. The method in this research uses descriptive analytics by taking a sample of 100 centers, with an accidental sampling technique, namely taking samples by taking into account the researchers' considerations. The data used in the research is primary data with the variables studied namely early detection of cervical CA with pap smears. Based on 100 respondents who had good knowledge, 47 people (47%), had sufficient knowledge, 49 respondents (49%) and had sufficient knowledge, 4 people (4%). Based on 100 respondents who received information sources, 40 respondents (40%) from print, electronic and non-media media did not know where to get pap smears and 60 respondents (60%) who did not get information from print, electronic and non-media media did not know where to get pap smears. Based on 100 respondents, all of them did not know where to get a pap smear. The conclusion is that there are more PUS who have sufficient knowledge and less and do not know where to check pap smears. It is hoped that the midwives at the Kesu' Community Health Center will further increase their education to couples of childbearing age so that they are willing to carry out early detection examinations for cervical Ca.

This study aims to find out the participation and the activities of Youth in church life in Tumbang Kaman station. The method used in this research process is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. With this approach, the author wants to know the experience of informants regarding youth participation in church life. Data analysis technique in this study uses qualitative data analysis of the Miles and Huberman models which are divided into 3 stages, namely data reduction, data display, conclusion / verification. Informants are people who provide data or information to the author in a study. The informants expected by the author to provide information consisted of parish priests, young people, catechists and other adult Catholics. In this study there were 12 informants who provided data and information to the author.

The aim of this research is to know how far the ecology education for the parishoners in the region of St.Ana Maria, Simpang Naneng in St.Petrus  an& Paulus parish, Ampah. Ecological education can help people in maintaining and treating  the environment properly. This is  descriptive qualitative research. Data obtained by observation, interview methods and documentation. The research steps include conversations with informants, informant profiles, determining themes, reflections, implications, synthesis, prospects or possibilities that occur. Information  are pastoral officers, parish priests and some parishioners The results of the study showed that the parishioner’s ecological knowledge was still lacking. It is caused by the level of human resources and also the  limitation of reporting about ecological education  by pastoral officers to the parishioner. In particular, the  church can explain ecological education through catechesis for  people in the region of St. Ana Maria, Simpang Naneng, st.petrus  and Paulus parish, Ampah.

Breast milk is the best food for babies, because breast milk contains nutrients and all the nutrients with the amount and composition needed by the baby. one of the obstacles in the process of lactation on the first day is the mother does not produce enough breast milk or the baby does not want to suck so that the mother does not want to breastfeed the baby. Way that can be done to increase milk production is by doing the technique  marmet. This case study aims to illustrate the increased production breast milk in post partum mothers after nursing with marine techniques in hospitals Bougenville Room TK III 04.06.02 Bhakti Wira Tamtama Semarang. The type of this research is descriptive by using case study approach method. Subjects in this study were two patients with postpartum mother with criteria of primiparous mother, postpartum mother who breastfeeding, mother who is willing to be respoden, babies performed nursing. The analysis was measured based on an observed sheet of fluid milk production. the results of case studies show an increase in milk production from a score of 12 categories not smooth to score 19 categories smoothly on subject I and score 13 categories not smooth to score 20 categories smoothly on subject II. Recommendations need to be consistent nurses in taking action marmet techniques to increase milk production in primipara mother.

Fine motor is the child's ability in relation to physical skills involving small muscles, eye, and hand coordination. Decorative drawing is one of the methods that is used to improve children's fine motor skills by decorating images on paper that involve nerve muscle elements, the brain, and the ability of the child's fingers. The purpose of the study is to apply decorative drawing therapy towards the fine motor development of children aged 4-5  years  in  the  region  of  Puskesmas  Rowosari  Semarang.  This  study  belongs  to descriptive case studies. The subject of this case study used two respondents who had normal fine motor development. Data were collected by observation and measured by Denver II sheet before and after therapy. The results of the case study were found in subject I with normal fine motor development of 70% increasing to a high of 78%, while in subject II with normal fine motor development 73% increased to high by 82%. It is suggested to  Puskesmas Rowosari  Semarang to use  decorative  drawings to improve children's fine motor skills as playing therapy in toddler posyandu activities.

The provision of legal aid to the poor is an effort to fulfill and simultaneously implement a rule of law that recognizes and protects and guarantees the human rights of citizens regarding the need for access to justice and equality before the law. The purpose of writing this thesis is to explain the mechanism for providing criminal legal aid for the poor in Semarang City, the fulfillment of the right to criminal legal aid for the poor, and the inhibiting factors for fulfilling the right to criminal legal aid for the poor in Semarang City. The approach method used is juridical normative, descriptive analytical research specifications. The data source used is secondary data. The data collection method used is literature study. This research is presented in the form of a report which is described induction through qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the mechanism of providing criminal legal assistance to the poor in Semarang City was in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 11 of 2016 concerning Legal Aid, Semarang City Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning Implementation of Legal Aid and Regulation of the Mayor of Semarang Number 131 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Implementation of Legal Aid. The fulfillment of the right to criminal legal aid for the people of Semarang city so far the fulfillment of the right to legal aid in criminal cases against the urban poor has not been maximized because it has not been felt by all levels of society, especially the poor who do not know about the existence of free legal assistance, besides that it is also constrained by budget constraints. Problems related to illegal downloading are still a problem for songwriters or musicians in Indonesia. In the UUHC and the ITE Law, it has also been regulated regarding the protection of copyright infringement through the internet media. In fact, the enforcement of this law is less firm. Based on the explanation given to the description above, this research is entitled "Legal Protection for Songwriters on Internet Media (Sociology of Law Studies)." The formulation of the problem of this research is how the legal protection for songwriters on the internet media, how is the responsibility of the free Mp3 song download service provider against copyright infringement through the internet media for songwriters, public perception regarding the protection of songs circulated on the internet media. The approach method used in this research is sociological juridical. The research specification was carried out by descriptive analytical. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out by direct interviews with the community or filling out questionnaires on the internet. The analysis used in this paper is qualitative. The results show that the legal protection of songwriters has been automatically protected by UUHC, the government has also made efforts to block illegal song download sites but in reality people still download illegal songs on the internet, the responsibility of free song download service providers, in the development of copyright infringement through Internet media is usually charged to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) if the provider provides facilities that allow copyright infringement to occur. Site providers have actually become an irregularity, these sites have shifted their position from being an illegal site to a legal site by positioning themselves as a song search site, the song provider in this case has violated the law. Public perception about individuals who download songs are wrong because they violate the Copyright Law. The public is aware of copyright infringement, but according to facts on the ground, people still download songs without permission. This behavior is carried out because the protection of songs by the Government is not strong enough. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the internal control system for the management of fixed assets and assess the obstacles faced in managing fixed assets in the Government of Brebes Regency. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Effectiveness is assessed using 5 (five) elements of the Internal Control System by giving weight to each element. Assessment is done by assessing the results of interviews using the Internal Control Questionnaire (ICQ) test list that refers to PP No. 60 of 2008 and equipped with observations and documents. Based on the results of the interview completed with the results of observations and documents, the results obtained were the elements of the control environment were given a weight of 30% so as to obtain a value of 27.27%. Risk assessment is given a weighting of 20% so as to obtain a value of 8.57%. Control activities are given a weighting of 25% so as to obtain a value of 19.70%. Information and communication are given a weight of 10% so that they get a value of 7.88%. Monitoring was given a weighting of 15% so that it obtained a score of 10.18%. The total value of 5 (five) elements of the internal control system in the Government of Brebes Regency is 73.60% which are classified as effective criteria.  Keywords: management of fixed assets, internal control systems (spi).

Data were analyzed with a qualitative descriptive analytical approach. The results of form Tembang Sinom text in puberty theme, it has an approach to the original which has three derivatives, and the author is affected by the situation at the time of singing Tembang Sinom. It changed in its derivatives. But it does not come out of the theme of puberty and still contains good advice.

New cases of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) in Bali Province from 2011 to 2013 were increased. Based on the report of Integrated Disease Surveillance or Surveilan Terpadu Penyakit (STP) from Puskesmas it is known that DM was ranked 3 out of the 10 highest diseases in health centers throughout the City of Denpasar. The purpose of this screening is to find out the prevalence of DM in Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar in 2015. Methods: Screening was carried out on 189 subjects aged ?15 in Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar on January 6 and 7, 2015. Screening was carried out by checking blood sugar levels while using Nesco Multicheck. The collected data is processed and presented descriptively about thecharacteristics of the sample and the proportion of DM based on the results of the examination. Results: The results showed that 6.4% of respondents suffering DM. Most of the subjects were women (58.3%). In this screening, there are 50% in the age group ?51 years, and most are only elementary school graduates (30%). Based on the type of work, most of the subjects are entrepreneurs/traders (50%). Based on the interview, there was none history of DM in the family. Conclusion: The proportion of DM in Pemecutan Kaja Village is 6.4% through examination of blood sugar levels while using Nesco Multi Check. The positive results of DM in this screening should be carried out further examination to confirm the diagnosis so that appropriate treatment can be carried out.

Internet development causes the formation of a new world, every individual has the right and ability to interact with everyone who can prevent him. Perfect globalization connects the entire digital community, one of which is a business sector called E-COMMERCE.E-COMMERCE has a difference from conventional sale and purchase agreements and brings different legal consequences and there are also some problems that are not yet commonly describedthis is a problem that is not immediately anticipated to cause problems in the future. Based on the description, the research is carried out with the title: “SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT VIA INTERNET E-COMMERCE IN TERMS OF CIVIL LAW ASPECTS”.                The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) What is the validity of the SELLING BUY agreement through the internet if it is involved with Article 1320 of the Civil Code? (2) What is the legal consequence if there is a default in the purchase agreement through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? (3) Solution if there is a default in buying transactions through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? The method used is a normative juridical approach. To approach the problem in this study the author uses descriptive analytical research specifications. Data collection uses secondary data. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out in a descriptive manner. The analysis used in this sketch is qualitative descriptive.             The results of the study indicate: (1) The validity of the agreement through the internet must have the same validity as the agreement that can be proven and in accordance with the provisions in Article 1320 BW. (2) The legal consequences of wanprestasi are compensation. the wanprestasi can be in the form of agreement fulfillment, contract fulfillment and compensation, ordinary compensation, cancellation of the agreement.(3) Solution if there is a wanprestasi in the sale and purchase agreement through: Litigation, Non Litigation, online site (kredibel.co.id, lapor.go.id, cek rekening.id), report directly to the police station and report to the bank.

It is then the background for the author to take the title: "Overview of Consumer Protection Laws Against Illegal Import Chinese Cosmetic Products in Semarang".            Formulation The problem in this case is (1) How are monitoring has been done by the government (BBPOM) to consumer protection in the field of cosmetic products illegally imported Chinese in Semarang? How can these obstacles to the implementation of supervision BBPOM against illegal imports of Chinese cosmetic products in the protection of consumers in Semarang? How are the remedies that have been taken by the government BBPOM to consumer protection related to the circulation of illegal imports of Chinese cosmetics in the city of Semarang The method used in this research is the method of approach to examine the rules of the applicable law, whereas the specification of the research is analytic descriptive only portray the legislation in force linked and analyzed with the theories of jurisprudence and a keadaaanatau particular object in a factual and accurate, and the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that (1) Efforts to control the government has done (BBPOM) to consumer protection in the field of cosmetic products illegally imported Chinese in the city, carried out with the cooperation and coordination across relevant sectors, among others, by the District Government / City (Department of Health / Department of Industry / Department of Commerce), the National Police, as well as the Association as well as the role of the community. Background: Etiology of  pruritus uremic has not yet been found specifically, but there are risk factors of the pruritus such as dry skin, reduced pruritogenic transpidermal elimination, hyperparathyroid, high calcium, magnesium and phosphate levels. Pruritus is a common and sad symptom that affects patients with chronic kidney disease. Purpose:  to describe the skin moisture level in patients with Chronic Kidney Failure who undergo Hemodialysis in the Hospital of Buleleng. Method: This research is a quantitative research using descriptive method design. The population of this study was CRF patients who underwent regular HD at Buleleng Hospital. Sampling using simple random sampling technique with a total of 52 respondents. Respondents studied were CRF patients who underwent regular HD twice a week with a description of characteristics including age, sex, education, occupation and length of HD. Result: showed that the majority of respondents (38.4%) were in the category of 30-45 years old with a greater number of male respondents (69.2%). Most of the respondents' education levels were in secondary education (42.3%) and respondents did not work as many as 10 respondents (19.2%). Furthermore, the length of HD is mostly for 0-5 years, which is as much as 75%. the skin moisture level of CRF patients undergoing Hemodialysis in Buleleng General Hospital found that all respondents obtained dry skin (100%). Patients who undergo HD for approximately 5 years have experienced dry skin. Conclusion: Chronic kidney failure can cause changes in the sweat glands and oil glands which cause the skin to lose its natural ability to moisturize itself. This study aims to determine the description of nutritional status in the elderly at Panti Wredha Wana Sraya Denpasar. The research method used was an observational description with a sample of 29 respondents. Data collection by interview and anthropometric measurement. The collected data was analyzed descriptively and presented in the form of frequency distribution regarding the nutritional status of the elderly. The results of data analysis showed that the majority of respondents were female (79%). Based on the age group, most of the elderly in the Advanced Old / Old (75-90 years) category were 58.6%. As many as 100% of elderly men have a normal abdominal circumference, while in women only 69.6%. The results of the Body Mask Indeks calculation showed that 55.2% of the elderly in the normal weight category. The shortage of weight in the heavy category is 10.3%, and the category of mild weight deficiency is 17.2%. The nutritional status of the elderly at Panti Wredha Wana Sraya Denpasar is mostly in the normal category, but there are still elderly who lack weight in the heavy category. It is expected that there will be continuous and consistent monitoring of elderly nutritional status at Panti Wredha Wana Sraya Denpasar so that the elderly nutritional status can be controlled.

Background: Prosocial behavior is one type of social-emotional development among preschoolers which can influence development at a later stage. Untreated social-emotional development can lead to aggressive, shy, timid, destructive behaviors, powerful behavior, violent behavior, negativism and selfishness. Objective to describe the prosocial behavior among preschoolers (5-6 years). Methods: This study used a descriptive design with a survey approach. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling: total sampling, namely 66 preschoolers (5-6 years old) at Maria Fatima Kindergarten, Jembrana, Bali. The data collection tool used here was a questionnaire in the form of a scale that was developed based on prosocial behavior indicators. Data analysis used univariate analysis in the form of categories. Results: The study results showed the characteristics of respondents namely male children of 48.5%, female children of 51.5%, five years old of 69.7%, six years old of 30.3%. The minimum score of prosocial behavior was 25 (low category) and the maximum score was 39 (moderate category). Conclusion: This study found that most of prosocial behavior of preschoolers (5-6 years old) was in the moderate category (74.2%). Further studies should be conducted regarding the factors that influence prosocial behavior.
