Bullying is a negative behavior carried out by a group of people to individuals who intend to harm physically, verbally, socially, or cyber until the victim is depressed. Bullying is now rampant among schools, therefore research was conducted at SD Negeri 206 Gresik on handling bullying using the theory of collaborative governance in the collaboration process according to Ansell and Gash. This study aims to determine how the role of stakeholders involved in handling bullying prevention. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques using primary data by conducting documentation, observation, and interviews and secondary data with references from journals. The handling of bullying prevention at UPT SD Negeri 206 Gresik is optimal as evidenced by the absence of very severe bullying problems. In dealing with this, there needs to be a good collaboration between related stakeholders in order to achieve the expected goals. From the temporary results seen, it is expected from the school not to underestimate the problem of bullying even though what the student does is not severe.

MRI examination of the knee joint using T2* Multi Echo Rechalled Gradient Echo can provide optimal images in cases of meniscus tears. MRI examination of the knee joint using MEDIC is very useful for cervical imaging, cartilage, joint and musculoskeletal examination. The advantage of the MEDIC sequence is that it can be used for 2D and 3D imaging and can reduce chemical shift artifacts. Based on the journal taken by the author, the sequence needed to clinically show a meniscus tear on an MRI Knee Joint examination is sagittal STIR and sagittal T2 MEDIC. then the most optimal sequence in clinically showing a meniscus tear is chosen to increase the efficiency of the examination time. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects used in this research were 3 Radiology Specialist Doctors and 3 Radiographers. The STIR and T2 MEDIC sequences on the MRI Knee Joint examination have their respective roles in confirming the diagnosis of Tear Meniscus. The STIR sequence plays a role in assessing the Anterior Cruriated Ligament, Posterior Cruriated Ligament, radiologists also want to see edema or swelling that occurs in the patient's genu. The MEDIC T2 sequence plays a role in assessing the medial and lateral meniscus, the radiologist also wants to see blood production in the patient's genu. The STIR and T2 MEDIC sequences in the MRI Knee Joint examination at the Balimed Denpasar Hospital installation are able to confirm the diagnosis, especially in the clinical Tear Meniscus, because with these two sequences, the picture of the Medial Meniscus, Lateral Meniscus, Anterior Cruriated Ligament, Posterior Cruriated Ligament, product blood and edema can be clearly seen.

: The quality of human resources is one of the factors for increasing the productivity and performance of a company. One of the goals of improving the quality of human resources is to ensure that the organization/company has quality people to achieve organizational goals. As one of the main drivers in the smooth running of a company's activities, the important role of human resources requires every company to pay attention to and motivate its employees to provide good performance. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach, which can be interpreted as a research statement that asks about the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were 33 employees who worked at the Medan Plantation Company. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, the results showed that each compensation and job satisfaction variable had a partial effect on employee performance. The results of the simultaneous testing resulted in an F-count value of 8,472 with a significance level of 0.000, while the f-table value at alpha 5% was 3.32, therefore based on the calculation results it was concluded that F-count > F-table and the significance level was 0.001 < 0.05 shows that compensation and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance in Plantation Companies. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2), obtained an R-Square value of 0.361, this means that 36.1% of the variation in employee performance values ​​is determined by the role of variations in compensation values ​​and job satisfaction so it can be concluded that the contribution of compensation values ​​and job satisfaction in influencing employee performance was 36.1% while 63.9% was the contribution of other variables not included in this research.

Abortion is a complex issue involving moral, legal and health considerations. Legal exceptions to abortion are a key focus in unraveling the dynamics of this complexity. Legal views and norms regarding abortion have undergone significant changes, reflecting social changes and understandings of women's reproductive rights. This study aims to analyze the regulations and legal views that define legal exceptions to abortion in Indonesia and how they relate to mitigating women's health risks. The research method involved a literature review and juridical analysis. The results show that the Health Law and Criminal Code provide exceptions for abortion under certain medical conditions, but the 40-day maximum time limit has been criticized. The role of certified health workers and constantly updated regulations play an important role. Implementation of legal exceptions remains challenging, especially in remote areas. In responding to this debate, regulations need to consider the humanitarian and psychological aspects of rape victims.

Background: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a cross-sectional imaging technique based on the principle of magnetic resonance of hydrogen atoms due to radio frequency (RF) signals with the same frequency as the precession frequency (lamor frequency). One of the advantages of brain MRI in epilepsy cases is that it can display clear information about the anatomy and pathology of the head in general in the temporal lobe area. The use of 3D sequences with isotropic voxels such as SPACE (Sampling Perfection With Application Optimized Contrasts With Varying Flip Angle Evolution) is very useful for generating images with high resolution, thinner cuts, and multi-level reconstruction can be performed in several fragments that allow the acquisition of 3D sequences at one time. Methods: The type used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach by conducting interviews with 2 radiology specialists, 1 neurology specialist and 3 radiographers related to MRI brain examinations with clinical epilepsy in August-September 2023 in the Radiology Unit of Prof. Dr. I. G. Ngoerah Denpasar Hospital. G. N. G. Ngoerah Denpasar. Results and Conclusion: This study used five (5) patient data who had clinical epilepsy. Based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation in the radiology unit of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Denpasar Hospital, it can be seen that the procedure for examining MRI Brain with clinical epilepsy is that there is no special preparation, only filling out inform consent. The patient is positioned supine on the examination table with a head fixation device with a head first body position and hands beside the body. Radiographers put the patient into the gantry by setting the isocenter i n the middle of the glabella. After positioning the patient the radiographer sets the parameters using axial T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE), sagittal T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE), coronal T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE), axial T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE) dark fluit, axial T1 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE) axial Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) and Susceptibility Weighted Imaging (SWI) and coronal T1 SPACE IR isotropic sequences.In addition, the role of coronal slice T1 SPACE sequences is to clearly see the presence of partical dystrophy, to see the thickening or irregularity of the cortex cerebri clearly. Health problems related to the elderly need attention that is no less important. The health of the elderly under the management of the elderly posyandu in the Sukerejo Deliksari sub-district area has been going well. It's just that this area related to handling the cognitive health problems of the elderly still needs more attention. One of the cognitive function disorders in the elderly is dementia. There is no health care related to dementia in this area, this is because elderly posyandu cadres consider the problem of dementia or senile dementia to be natural and normal for the elderly. So promotive and preventive efforts are needed by holding community service related to cadre training in early detection of elderly people with dementia health problems.

Phonological acquisition is a critical aspect of a child's language development. This process involves the formation of a complex sound system of language through the interaction between genetic and environmental factors. This article examines how the process of phonological acquisition in the language of children aged 3.5 years. Children who were the object of this study had a fairly good level of language acquisition. But in terms of phonology, there are still many errors in pronunciation. The background of this study examines the importance of understanding the phonological acquisition process in a critical stage of children's language development. The study aims to identify the main factors that influence phonological acquisition in this age range. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, which explains the acquisition of language in children in terms of phonology. Data collection techniques involve listening, interacting and speaking. The object of this study was a girl named Grace Angel Agata, who in interacting have been able to pronounce various forms of simple words and sentences. The results showed that the children were able to pronounce vowel elements (a, i, u, e, o), while consonant elements were still found to have some pronunciation errors. The study's findings underscore the role of social environment, interaction with others, and genetic predisposition in shaping a child's phonological development.

Thus, in this modern era, of course, a communication strategy is needed to maintain adat amidst the rise of educated nephews who migrate to various regions. Of course this is one of the obstacles experienced by Niniak Mamak in maintaining the custom of not living in the same house for newlyweds. The type of research used is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, the data collection method used is observation by means of which researchers see directly field activities, interviews by appointing several sources needed in data collection, and documentation in the form of files/data obtained from the Guardian's Office Nagari Sungai Limau. The results showed that Niniak Mamak's Communication Strategy in Maintaining the Customary Prohibition of Staying at Home for Newlyweds in Nagari Sungai Limau, can be proven by the habits that are applied at every celebration of Idhul Fitri with the strategy of gathering all the children of nephews at the Nurul Huda Nagari Sungai Limau Mosque, then Niniak Mamak will give directions to her nephews regarding customs including the Prohibition of Staying at Home for Newlyweds, during the event the nephew's children may only listen without being allowed to speak. And also Niniak mamak did the Sitting Mamak activity before holding the marriage contract for her nephew's children to provide directions and information related to the Customary Prohibition of Staying at Home for Newlyweds.

The guardian of the lineage is a role that must be present in a marriage to act as a marriage guardian in marrying off one's daughter. This research discusses marriage annulment due to the marriage guardian not being the biological father with the aim and purpose of this research being to find out about legal tolerance in decisions from the perspective of Islamic law and Indonesian law, and to explain the position of the guardian in the Marriage Law. In this research the author uses normative research which is qualitative in nature, namely research which is descriptive in nature and tends to use analysis whose objects are legal principles, laws, rules, court decisions and doctrine. As well as using a research approach with library research (Library) and field research with data collection techniques. This research concludes that a marriage is invalid if it is carried out by someone who is not a guardian of the lineage or a guardian judge if there is a guardian of the lineage. So if that happens the marriage will be canceled. In the view of Islamic law, canceling a marriage is fasakh, which means broken. The marriage was damaged because of a defect in the marriage process. In Decision Number 1784/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Mdn, it was found that the plaintiff's marriage guardian was his adoptive father, which in Islamic law states that the person who has the right to be the marriage guardian is the nasab guardian. His adoptive father admitted to the KUA that it was true that he was the biological father of the plaintiff and that he did not know the law that if a marriage is not with the guardian of one's lineage, the marriage is annulled because there is a legal defect in it. The judge's decision in this case was correct, because the defendants consisted of the husband, the chairman of the KUA, and witnesses to all the truth that happened. As stated in Article 1925 of the Civil Code: "A confession given before a judge is perfect evidence against the person who gave it, either personally or through someone who is given special authority for that purpose."    

The aim of the research is to find out how to strengthen students' disciplined character in the school environment. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Pamarayan. The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely carrying out a learning process based on the Pancasila student profile to strengthen students' disciplinary character and the teacher strategies used to make it happen. The research sources are students and teachers, data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. Through the results of observations, researchers found that the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students at SMA Negeri 1 Pamarayan produced results and had a very positive impact. Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in schools, students' disciplinary character has developed. In the formation of disciplined character in students, several influencing factors were found, namely students, teachers, family and the social environment also played a role. Therefore, the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students needs to be implemented and instilled in students at school.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Analysis of the Role of Amil Zakat Hidayatullah City of Medan in Improving Small and Medium Enterprises for Mustahik This study uses a qualitative research method. The research method used is in-depth interviews on research subjects, observation and documentation. As for the research location, namely the Amil Zakat Hidayatullah Institute, Medan City, the data collection used in this study was Interview, Observation, Documentation The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis, where the aim of this analysis is to describe systematically, factually and accurately the facts and the relationship between the phenomena being investigated. The results of the role of amil zakat Baitul Maal Hidaytullah in utilizing zakat through the Indonesian cart and mosque program by increasing SMEs in the city of Medan have yielded quite good results. Given that programs or activities to improve SMEs to the community will provide more ways or opportunities and knowledge to them, not provide fish or money as working capital. This study aims to analyze the double burden (double burden) of women. The development of the times has transformed the thoughts and movements of women so that they do not only function in the domestic sphere but also in the public sphere. Even though this is a form of gender inequality in one sex. This is very interesting to study using socialist feminist theory and the position of women in Islam in terms of gender analysis of the position of women in the household. The purpose of this research is to look further at the views of feminists and Islam in the double burden experienced by women in various regions. Data analysis techniques in this study used the analytical techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely: data codification, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this study is that the dual role of women in various areas carried out by previous research occurs because there is no knowledge and awareness that there is oppression that they experience, so that its continuity is considered normal. Islam views women and men as having an equal position even in matters of household which must be based on equal principles and an agreement between the two parties. The significance of this study is to offer a micro snapshot of the problem of multiple roles at certain loci and can provide a glimpse into the potential for similar research in other areas.

. A waste bank is a place for processing waste using a banking mechanism. Waste management at TPST 3R Tri Guyup Rukun Trirejo village has implemented the 3R principle (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) in managing waste at the community level. The aim of this research is to determine the mechanism of waste processing and the role of waste banks in dealing with waste problems that occur in society. The data collection technique in this research uses qualitative methods. The results of observations and interviews show that TPST 3R Tri Guyup Rukun, Trirejo village, is a waste bank that processes organic and non-organic waste originating from the community's sorted waste. With the existence of 3R Tri Guyup Rukun TPST, the community can experience significant benefits for their daily lives, one of which is earning income. So it can be concluded that banks have an important role in managing community waste.

Cases of violence against children have recently occurred so frequently that they have become a topic every day and are often underestimated in their environment. Violence against children carried out by irresponsible people can cause physical, psychological misery or suffering, depression and anxiety. Children are a generation of youth who are the nation's successors and should be protected by parents, family, society, local government and the state. Child protection is a form of activity to guarantee and protect children and the child's right to have a meaningful life, to get health services for themselves and children must also get a decent life in terms of shelter, clothing, nutritious food as food for the child's growth and development and care. medical services to a high standard if the child is sick or has an accident. Protection of children with character is to fulfill the needs and rights that they should get in order for them to be able to live, grow and thrive. In reality, children in Indonesia are very worrying because there are many cases such as bullying, sexual violence against children, and commercial sexual exploitation. In the Child Protection Law, violations of the protection (protection) of children's rights are not only violations of human rights, they are also a huge obstacle to the survival and growth of children. The role of PUSPAGA (Family Learning Center) is in carrying out prevention so that similar cases do not occur again in the community by conducting outreach to the community as a prevention effort.

Children are the younger generation who have an important role in maintaining and continuing the ideals of the nation. Several cases of serious health complaints experienced by children require more than just outpatient treatment. If a child is hospitalized, then the child will easily experience a crisis because the child experiences anxiety due to the changes he is experiencing. Children need media that can overcome anxiety due to hospitalization and be able to work with health workers while in treatment. One of the media so that children can overcome anxiety is the skill of playing coloring pictures. Intervention play therapy coloring pictures is done 15-20 minutes every day for 2 days in a row. The level of anxiety before being given play therapy coloring pictures in subject I was 11 (severe anxiety) and subject II was 6 (moderate anxiety). The level of anxiety after being given play therapy coloring pictures in subject I is a score of 9 (moderate anxiety) and subject II a score of 4 (mild anxiety). The conclusion from the discussion of this case study is that there is a decrease in anxiety levels after the application of coloring pictures play therapy in preschool-aged children.

The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Bima District in the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan. This research was conducted at the BAPPEDA Office of Bima District. The research subjects were selected through purposive sampling, and the subjects/informants in this research were the Head of BAPPEDA. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that the implementation of the roles and functions of the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) in the development planning in Bima District can be concluded as follows: the implementation of BAPPEDA functions in Bima District is categorized as not yet good but still sufficient. This means that the implementation of BAPPEDA functions may encounter various obstacles or hindrances in carrying out its functions and programs, which identifies that the implementation of the functions of the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) in development planning in Bima District should always evaluate the implementation.
