Multimedia learning software development requires design methods, development tools, examination models and proficiency in Information Technology systems. It is necessary to formulate a Holistic Method which considers all related aspects in order to guide the quality of good design in designing Multimedia Learning. Implementing the findings of the Holistic Method formulation to build multimedia learning with good design quality. This study formulates the stages of multimedia development which include: Creative Brief, Design, Material Preparation, Compiling, Testing, Distribution. The multimedia software development process will be guided by 15 guiding elements which are grouped into 5 elements, include : content, appearance, utility aspect, user caracter, and didactic. These guiding elements are used to produce good quality learning multimedia designs. The methodology is called Holistic Multimedia Development Model (HMDM).

Background: The maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia is still quite high, based on the results of SUPAS in 2015, the MMR was 305/ 100,000 live births.Efforts to decrease of MMR can be done by ensuring that every mother can access quality health services for pregnant women because every pregnancy has the risk of complications. Integrated antenatal services are carried out including health counseling, antenatal care, case management and follow-up, preparation for delivery and planning for referrals in case of pregnancy. In the initial researchconducted in Hutaginjang Village, Muara, there were still pregnant women who did not have their pregnancy checked according to the minimum pregnancy standards. Purpose: Screening and pregnancy risk factors is indispensable for early pregnancy and the potential for emergency pregnancy. Methods: Activities carried out by integrated and free pregnancy examinations for pregnant women include measuring weight / height and arm  ircumference, vital signs, physical examination, Hb examination, urine protein and glucose, provision of IEC about nutritional fulfillment, overcoming complaints of pregnant women in trimester IIII,preparation for delivery and administration of iron supplements as well as preparation for referrals for mothers who experience complications in their pregnancy. Results: The activity was carried out without any obstacles, with 18 mothers having their pregnancies checked. The results of the examination found several risk factors for pregnancy, namely age under 20 years and above 35 years of parity, history of delivery by sectio, height below 145 cm, anemia, preeclampsia, breech location, hyperemesia gravidarum, gestational diabetes and gemelli pregnancy. Each mother received communication, information and education related to  maintaining and improving health during pregnancy and  giving iron tablets. Conclusion:Screening and control of pregnancy risk factors is needed to detect early whether the pregnancy is at risk and has the potential for emergency pregnancy, so that the mother can pass her pregnancy well and give birth to a healthy baby.

Handing over a case to a military court is the authority of the Case Handing Officer (Papera) not the authority of the Military Prosecutor as a general summons, which is a specialty of military justice that handing over a case to a military court is an order from the Case Handing Officer (Papera) to the Military Prosecutor all summoning the public to do so. Linking the case at the conference. The purpose of this research is to analyze the existence of the authority of the Case Handing Officer (Papera) which is only directed at criminal acts committed by TNI soldiers who are under the authority of their command which is an order to the Military Prosecutor. The entire military summons the public to summon the matter at the conference. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research indicate that the submission of criminal charges (requisitoir) made by the Military Prosecutor for all general summonses must be based on a conference because the conference facts are legal facts produced through the conference examination process by analyzing all the evidence submitted.

A Pap smear is an attempt to take fluid from the cervix to examine the presence of abnormalities in the cells around the cervix. In this examination, it can usually be determined whether the cells in the mouth of the uterus are still normal, have changed into cancer, or have become cancer cells. Apart from that, inflammation and infection of the cervix can be determined from this examination. The aim of the research is to find out the general picture of early detection of cervical CA with pap smears in couples of childbearing age at the Kesu Health Center. This research was carried out by the Kesu Health Center. The method in this research uses descriptive analytics by taking a sample of 100 centers, with an accidental sampling technique, namely taking samples by taking into account the researchers' considerations. The data used in the research is primary data with the variables studied namely early detection of cervical CA with pap smears. Based on 100 respondents who had good knowledge, 47 people (47%), had sufficient knowledge, 49 respondents (49%) and had sufficient knowledge, 4 people (4%). Based on 100 respondents who received information sources, 40 respondents (40%) from print, electronic and non-media media did not know where to get pap smears and 60 respondents (60%) who did not get information from print, electronic and non-media media did not know where to get pap smears. Based on 100 respondents, all of them did not know where to get a pap smear.
