This study aims to investigate how responsibility and commitment can affect employee performance. This study's research technique uses qualitative methods, or more specifically, observation techniques used over the course of a month in the North Sumatra Governor's office. The study's findings indicate that responsibility and dedication play a big part in employee performance since they affect job productivity inside the organization, which in turn affects how the public perceives the organization. Therefore, it can be claimed that the organization's function may help each employee become more committed and responsible. which will eventually be able to offer the public the greatest service.

Background: A traffic accident is an unexpected and unwanted road traffic event which is difficult to predict when and where it will occur, involving at least one vehicle with other road users or due to negligence in driving a vehicle, be it a car or motorcycle which can cause death, disability, serious injury or minor injury. Within the territory of Indonesia itself, every hour has an average of at least three people who die as a result of the accident with many causal factors such as the human factor itself, which is around 61%, then the vehicle factor is 9% and environmental factors and infrastructure contribute as much as 30%. Case Description : We report a case of a traffic accident with multiple trauma. This traffic accident involved 2 motorbike riders who were traveling at maximum speed so that they collided with a truck that was stopped at a red light in Makassar City, South Sulawesi, on Thursday 15 June 2022 at around 01.00 WITA and caused the two motorbike riders to die. The motorbike that was traveling at high speed suddenly stopped and hit the back of the truck, as a result the body moving at the speed of the vehicle suddenly experienced a deceleration, causing multiple trauma to several regions or organs of the body. The effects on the victim's corpse varied in the form of head injuries, open wounds, and fractures to several bones. Conclusion : Forensic examination is very useful to determine the cause of death, mechanism of death, and nature of death. In the medical report of a traffic accident, the forensic doctor can explain his findings in the form of a post mortem et repertum.

An audit is a systematic process carried out by an auditor to obtain and evaluate evidence of a company's economic events and include fairness based on predetermined standards and convey the findings obtained to interested parties. My aim in writing this article is to find out to what extent auditors play a role in improving company performance from an Islamic perspective. The method I used in this research was using qualitative research methods by means of field observations, interviews with related sources and supported by several sources such as books, journals and other documents. The results of this research are that an auditor has a vital role in the management and administrative audits in every institution or company, because with an audit, the financial system in a company will run well and will of course have an impact on improving the quality of each existing employee. at every company. So I can conclude that audits within the company must be carried out periodically to review the extent to which administrative controls have been implemented to improve company performance and to achieve predetermined goals

This research is a type of qualitative field research. To collect data, the methods of observation, interviews and documentation were used. Qualitative descriptive analysis is taken from facts or events and then a conclusion is drawn from the description obtained from the results, observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are: The leadership of the Madrasah Head in carrying out educational program innovations is going well because in the process he has implemented four educational management functions which are emphasized in the field of infrastructure, namely by carrying out planning (planning), organizing (deliberation and evaluation) carrying out motivating (mobilization). /action) and carrying out control (supervision). The planning, evaluation, motivation and supervision carried out by the head of the madrasah resulted in very significant changes and progress in improving the quality of education at MTs Tarbiyatus Shibyan, this was due to the process of innovating good education programs. The aim of this research is to determine the description and impact of promotion of Ulos Ragi Hotang on increasing tourist attraction in Meat Village, Toba Regency, because promotion is a very important thing to do in increasing tourist attraction. This research is motivated by a government policy in 2021 to increase the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate by 11% starting on April 1 2022. In this policy, CV. The results of this research show that there is no influence on product sales from the increase in the Value Added Tax rate, because the company still uses the same selling price. It can be proven from the calculation results that sales volume increased by 58.19%. The results of this analysis are different from research from (Putri, 2022), (Djufri, 2022) and (Wibowo, 2021) which show that an increase in the Value Added Tax rate has an effect on declining sales. Being an MSME actor definitely requires good financial management so that income and expenses can be recorded systematically. The results of the research conducted show that there are still many MSMEs in Sait Buttu Saribu Village who still use manual financial bookkeeping records. And quite a few of them often miscalculate their balances or their financial records in the form of paper or books are lost and scattered. Without this socialization and workshop, people will continue to use manual methods and experience problems with calculation errors that make balances unbalanced or incorrect. This outreach aims to provide education and insight to MSME players, especially in Sait Buttu Saribu Village, so that it is easier to use digital applications for bookkeeping their business finances. There were around 20 participants who took part in this socialization and workshop. And during the event, people were very enthusiastic about asking about digital bookkeeping. Which means that in this village there are still many who don't understand digital financial bookkeeping.

Gadgets are electronic devices that are used as information media, learning media, and as entertainment. Another benefit of the gadget is that it can connect to the internet and students are familiar with the functions of the internet. This has resulted in many students misusing the use of the internet for negative things, so students must always be under the supervision of their parents. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of gadget use and interest in learning on junior high school students' learning outcomes. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a correlational descriptive approach, the nature of the data is ex post facto, namely a research conducted to investigate events that have occurred and then look back at past events to find out the factors that could have caused these events to occur. . The technique used by researchers in this study was to use a questionnaire to obtain data on the impact of using gadgets and learning interest on learning outcomes. This research was carried out with 20 students as research subjects and assisted by listening to teachers at Al-Azhar Middle School, Bekasi City. The results showed that the use of gadgets did not significantly influence student learning outcomes. There is a significant influence of the use of gadgets and learning interest on learning outcomes. This can be proven by the strong value of Sig = 0.000 and F count = 12.788 F table = 3.591. So this can be said to be the value and F count > F table and Sig 0.000 > 0 ,05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the impact of using gadgets and learning interest on learning outcomes has a significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes at SMP AL-Azhar Bekasi City.    

Background : Stress is an event that often occurs can be caused by external factors such as task demands, and  internal factors such as behavior. Objective: to determine the effectiveness of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) therapy on the stress level of final year nursing students at the University of Indonesia Maju. Methods: This type of research is quantitative with a quasy experimental one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used is non-random sampling. The instruments used are observation sheets and the DASS questionnaire (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-42). Statistical tests use the Wilcoxon test. . Results: the study showed a p-value of 0.000 <0.005, which means that there is effectiveness of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) therapy on stress levels.  

This study aims to find aind about the efforts of Aqidah Moral teachers in instilling studets moral values, and what moral values are instilled by Aqidah Akhlak teachers in their students, and also what factors are the constraints of moral aqidah teachers in instilling moral values. The subjects in this study were aqidah akhlak teachers and fifth grade students Mis Al Fikri, Kamama Mekar Village, as for data collection, namely observation, documentation, and interviews. The results obtained in this study are the way in which the teacher`s aqidah akhlak instills moral values, namely through effective learning. The teacher becomes a role model for studets and the teacher familiarizes students with good things. The moral values that are instilled by the teacher of aqeedah morals are about being honest, politeness and discipline, while the factors faced by teachers off aqeedah morals are technological factors that are developing rapidly at this time the awareness students own as well as environmental factors.

Banda Aceh, a coastal city located in the western most province of Indonesia, has long been known for its stunning natural beauty and vibrant cultural heritage. Situated on the northern tip of Sumatra Island, this bustling city is surrounded by the vast expanse of the Indian Ocean on one side and picturesque hills on the other. However, beneath its picturesque facade lies an alarming reality - Banda Aceh stands perilously exposed to a high risk of disaster.. With the history of disasters in Aceh which is one of the biggest disasters that has caused many casualties, education related to disaster awareness needs to be carried out. People with hearing  disabilities are one of the vulnerable groups in the event of a disaster. Education related to disaster awareness is a form of non-structural mitigation which at this time has been widely carried out both in formal education in schools and campuses and informally in the community. Efforts to increase disaster awareness through education are important, including for groups with disabilities . As a group with hearing impairments, they are at greater risk when a disaster occurs because they cannot hear warnings through sound media and the communications gap. However, with disaster awareness through education, people with disabilities are also expected to be able to carry out independent evacuations and save themselves when a disaster occurs. This research aimed to explore the effectiveness of designing disaster media education for children with disabilities in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. Recognizing the unique vulnerabilities of children with disabilities during disasters, the study focused on developing an inclusive and accessible media-based educational program. The method used in the research is qualitative research and encompassed various stages, including needs assessment, program development and implementation. Designing disaster media education for children with disabilities in Banda Aceh proved to be an effective and essential approach to bridge the education gap and enhance disaster preparedness among this marginalized group. The research outcomes emphasize the importance of inclusive and accessible education in disaster management, aiming to ensure the safety and well-being of all children, regardless of their abilities. The findings of this research contribute to the growing body of knowledge on disability-inclusive disaster education and provide a basis for future program development and policy-making in disaster management in Banda Aceh and beyond.

Kukerta Building the Riau University Village in Senggoro Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency is a form of community service activity. This Kukerta will be held from 10 July 2023 to 19 August 2023. This kukerta has several themes that can be taken as themes for work programs that will be implemented during the kukerta. These themes are one superior theme and three selected themes. This article discusses work programs that have been successfully implemented during the Kukerta. The method for implementing kukerta that has been implemented consists of carrying out surveys and planning work program activities that are in line with the chosen theme and the conditions and problems that exist in the village. Kukerta student work program activities are in line with existing work programs in the village government and receive support from the village government and also the local community. This is shown by the large number of students who are involved in village and community activities, and vice versa by the large number of students who involve the community and village government in their work program activities. forms of activities involving the village government, namely collaboration activities with the Senggoro village children's forum with go green and leisurely walking activities, mobile legends e-sports tournaments and we also participate in several village activities such as the Clean and Healthy Living Behavior Assessment event which was held in Senggoro Village and the Bengkalis Regent's visit to the Dara Sembilan Tomb on the occasion of the 511th Bengkalis Regency Anniversary. Meanwhile, forms of activities that involve the community include the socialization of several Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), pious children's festivals, posyandu and mobile legend e-sports tournaments involving many local youth. Riau University Kukerta is expected to provide benefits to village communities and the local village government, especially those aimed at creating significant changes to the village and giving a good impression to the village.

This happens because many incidents in the discovery are covered in a subjective discussion and are accompanied by various realities of digitalization events and obstacles that are the main object. This discovery is the answer to everything directly related to diversity and inclusion in the digital sphere. Original/value-This paper covers the literature review by conveying the topics discussed, but also covers more broadly with many thoughts that are in line with the topics discussed regarding digital diversity and inclusion. Coupled with experience as a technology user who also feels the same way during the process of using it.

The Inspirational Seminar "Becoming a Great Teacher in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0" organised by Riau University's Collaborative Community Service (KKN) team was an important step in supporting the professional development of teachers in an era influenced by technological developments. The event focused on the integration of technology in learning, innovative methods, and collaboration with local education communities. The seminar attracted more than 50 participants, including teachers from various levels of education. The speakers, including Dr Non Syafriafdi S.Pd M.Pd, provided insights and concrete solutions related to current educational challenges. The result was positive encouragement for teachers to better deal with change and improve students' learning experiences. The seminar is expected to have a lasting impact on education in the Tapung Makmur, Tanah Tinggi and Kijang Jaya areas.  

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem found in toddlers, which is characterized by height that is not the same (short) as children of the same age. Therefore, Riau University KKN students aim to help and reduce or prevent stunting which can affect the process of growth and development of children, especially in Sungai Batang Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. The method of implementing activities carried out during KKN in Sungai Batang Village is as follows. 1. Initial Planning Stage, holding a meeting with the head of the posyandu to request data on how many children are affected by stunting 2. Preparation Stage, namely preparation for socialization such as cleaning the place for the event and preparing the tools and materials used such as installing banners, snacks, tables, chairs, soundsystem, and others. 3. Implementation Stage, on July 25, 2023 carrying out stunting socialization the event began with the delivery of material about stunting provided by KKN students, followed by material provided by midwives. This socialization activity was carried out at the same time to establish a relationship with the village community, especially in Sungai Batang Village. The activity continued with health checks by the posyandu which is specifically for the elderly. The distribution of additional food is also a series of activities carried out by KKN students in the Stunting Prevention Socialization Program carried out by Riau University KKN students directly. The Sungai Batang village community received education about Stunting Prevention, not only that, the provision of additional food (PMT) was also carried out to support nutritional growth for children and pregnant women.  

This research aims to find out what promotions are used by the North Toraja Tourism Office to increase tourist visits. This research uses a qualitative approach as a research procedure which produces descriptive data in the form of written words and not numbers. The results of this research are achievements for tourism development in North Toraja, promotion includes: a) Advertising, by placing tourism advertisement containing notifications about tourism regarding the natural beauty and culture of North Toraja. b) Sales Promotion, carried out through exhibitions or events. c) Public Relations, carried out in collaboration with organizations or agencies and companies operating in the tourism sector such as ASITA, HPI and PHRI institutions. d) Direct Marketing, carried out through online channels.  

Pregnancy is a fetal development event that takes place approximately 9 months after fertilization. It is not uncommon for pregnant women to be reluctant to engage in physical activity due to a decline in physical condition and the understanding that physical activity is considered to be harmful to the womb. The partners for this service activity are pregnant women at Posyandu Dewi Ratih 1, Ngadirejo, Sukoharjo. This service activity aims to provide information to pregnant women about the importance of physical activity through non-pharmacological therapy in the form of exercise which can help smooth the birthing process. The educational method provided is in the form of lectures accompanied by leaflets containing physical activities for pregnant women. The pre-test and post-test aims to measure the level of understanding of this educational provision. Based on the results of the comparison of pre-test and post-test on 9 respondents, there was an increase in the average score from 0% to 44% in answering all questions correctly. In this service activity, there was an increase in the understanding of pregnant women at Posyandu Dewi Ratih 1 regarding the importance of physical activity during pregnancy using leaflets as media.

This final report is made to help performing profit planning with fixed costs and variable costs as a basis in doing profit planning using Break Even Point (BEP). The title of this final report is "Break Even Point Analysis As A Short Term Profit Planning Tool at UMKM Café Limas Palembang". In completing this final report the authors obtained data by conducting field research through interviews and observation, library research. Based on the data that the author obtained, the company has not done separation of fixed costs and variable costs, so the company does not know how much fixed costs and variable costs, calculation of Break Even Point (BEP) and Margin of Safety (MOS) calculation, which are useful as a tool of corporate profit planning. The author suggests that company should classify fixed costs and variable costs in advance in order to perform calculation of Break Even Point (BEP), calculation of Margin of Safety (MOS) and profit planning.

This research uses a qualitative approach. The data for this research are speech obtained from speech events between sellers and buyers at the Malino People's Market, Gowa Regency. Language is the object of research and language use (sellers and buyers) is the subject of this research. The data source is the speech of sellers and buyers, which occurred in buying and selling transactions at the Malino People's Market, Gowa Regency, which were carried out from December 2022 to January 2023. The method used to collect data was the observation, listening, recording and note-taking method. Data analysis was carried out by adhering to a flow model data analysis flow which includes four activity steps, namely (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion/verification. The research results show that (1) The variety of buying and selling languages ​​at the Malino People's Market, Gowa Regency consists of (a) Sellers and buyers use Makassar language; (b) Sellers and buyers use the Makassar dialect of Indonesian; (c) Sellers and buyers use Bugis language; (d) The seller uses the Makassar dialect of Indonesian and the buyer uses the Jakarta dialect of Indonesian; (e) Sellers and buyers use the Jakarta dialect of Indonesian; (f) The seller uses Makassar language and the buyer uses Indonesian; (g) The seller uses Makassar language instead of Indonesian and the buyer uses Indonesian; (h) The seller uses Makassar language instead of Bugis language and the buyer uses Bugis language; (i) Sellers and buyers use a code-mixed language of Makassar or Bugis and Indonesian. (2) The interaction pattern in buying and selling interactions at the Malino People's Market, Gowa Regency consists of (a) transaction objectives; (b) the relationship between the seller and the buyer is personal: (c) bargaining; (d) the seller in his interaction develops verbal persuasion; (e) buyers in interactions develop verbal persuasion. (3) The speech levels of sellers and buyers in buying and selling interactions at the Malino People's Market, Gowa Regency consist of high, medium and medium levels.
